Reviews of Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land
Mirka Mendez
I enjoyed my experience in this venue. The security at the entrance was pretty efficient and fast paced. Even the farthest seats get a great view of the stage. Brit Floyd was incredibly awesome.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Loved the engagement with the attendees.
Everything in the concessions inside is overpriced.
They charge $15 for parking, I'd recommend to be there early before your event. Check if bags are allowed before going.
Johnny Blaze
Wow! What a great venue! Some seats are indeed better than others, but you can readily see the stage from any seat in the house. I thought the Ushers and event staff inside the building were awesome. The gentlemen for the elevator and the side entrance were impeccable! Polite and smiling! There is a decent amount of handicap parking, and for those who are more mobile, the parking lot was not so big that it was a hike from the car to the door. The closest "feel" to this venue is the Bayous Theater, but this was much, much easier to navigate, and offered ample reserved seating. Hands down one of the best layouts I've experienced in the past few years.

This is our 4th time watching concert at this place. And in my opinion, the best concert venue thus far. Wherever you are seated you will have good view of the stage. And for some reason, the sounds seems to be the best when watching at this place unlike the big venue downtown. State-of-the-art indeed!
They have very organized parking and with lots of usher to guide you. The place is clean; staff are great. One of the staff actually warned me (before walking that long hike from parking to door) about the handbag requirement 6"×4" only which is kind of nice and considerate. But since I knew that requirement and my handbag is exactly that size, I didn't have to go back.

It was a very nice and spacious place. But The workers at the bar are rude.! They have attitudes, they try to rush you. && with no one behind us. But The Club section was nice. Seats are comfortable . & Worth the Price. But they need better customer service! & Yes They are strict about bags. ONLY 4 By 6. Once you center the doors they will tell you about the bag policy ..

Traffic was a terrible experience. Took around 1-2hrs just to park for some attendees to last nights concert. Staff seemed overwhelmed with the traffic. I saw multiple near-accidents on University as well as the access road.
The venue inside is lovely. The staff was very polite and attentive. Food was great in our suite. The sound was great and the musical guests put on a great show.

I’ve been to this venue multiple times and it always impresses!! From stand up comedy to rock concerts you can’t beat the location, cleanliness, acoustics, ambiance, etc. If they ever decide to drop drink prices I wouldn’t be mad. That’s everywhere these days though. Any event seen here will be worth your money and I’m confident will be a good experience.

This venue surprised me. Never been until Mastodon/Opeth/Zeal and Ardor last night. I hate venues with seats, but it is what it is. Massive parking lot. Easy access to venue. Tons of [extremely overpriced] food and beverages. Polite and professional staff, well except for the guy we ordered a Pepsi from. He was a bit cold. Didn't say a word to us after we placed our order. Getting there was easy as well, 45>8>69 from SE Houston area.
Anyway, the theater style seating was great. Comfortable padding, seats are offset so you don't have someone directly in your line of sight. The sound was incredible. Seriously fantastic. I'm surprised how good a metal show sounded here. It blows Cynthia Woods Pavilion out of the water. Awesome lighting too.
James Rounding
This was my first time going to this venue. It was such a great time and a great venue! I had a great time seeing Twin Temple, Volbeat and Ghost! View of stage was great and it was loud and punchy in there
Tanisa Talukder
I went to the Hasan Minhaj comedy show a few weeks ago and it was incredible! First off, kudos to the guy for waiting for the show to start. I expected that, and I’m not sure if it was the center or his doing, but it was wonderful of whoever it was to do that. Second, the way they got people in and out went so smooth. Third though, it was weird how some places was closed off, made me feel lost but I do realize its so people can leave and enter in an orderly fashion. Everything ended up going perfectly so I love that. The seats are nice, the staff is nice, everything ran so smooth!

Saw Ghost and Volbeat last night....dors have food and drinks....The acoustics are awesome and seats are big..I'm full figured and for once was squeezed in..they have cup holders and clean..but need more bathrooms..
Rita Orona
We came to see Prophet Lovy from Revealtion Church and this was an event to never forget !
We really enjoyed the location and the security.
We felt safe and everything was smooth .
The entire city is beautiful!
We stayed at the Marriott and we were close by.
The parking was nice 👍🏽
Definitely recommend this location for any event !
Hands down one of the best convention centers I have been to.

Facilities at very well kept up and very open spaces. Floor flow was very easy to get around and seats were amazing for concert.

I attended the concert Evening of Soul with Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight and Stephanie Mills. After sitting in line to park for over an hour and paying for overpriced drinks I enjoyed where I was sitting (104 G), great view; all performances were great until the main person I came to see perform-Patti, she sung 2 songs, the audience sung one and she says good night?? Everyone around me was baffled at her abrupt exit. Ms. LaBelle you have to do better and Smart FinancialCenter work on parking flow.
Kemi Adorin'
I had a wonderful experience, the venue is always clean, staff is friendly, the stage to audience ratio is perfect.
Wol Jinju Vinson (Pearl)
I really enjoyed this venue. I recently went to a Kpop concert here and this venue was great on being strict and safe, their security did their job inking sure inside everyone followed rules and it made the concert very easy to enjoy. The purse bag size really is 4 inches by 6 inches so the size of a wallet and they WILL NOT let any size bigger in, so be prepared and don't try to bring a bag bigger unless you plan to take it back to the car or throw it away. The parking staff was great too and being fast and efficient in helping us all get out and I literally only took maybe 20 mins maximum to get out, and there were hundreds many thousands of vehicles trying to get out so that was impressive. The only thing I wish this venue did better was the arrangement of their lines. People who showed up super early waited all day in a line and then when the door opened all these other people came and made other lines and the venue didn't specify or arrange any of that until it was already chaos, so hopefully next time if they labeled where the early people can line up that would be great. Would totally go back again, I really liked everything else about this venue.👏🏽👏🏽
Dr. Craig Follins
Excellent funk and soul show featuring Midnight Star, SOS Band, Cameo, and Zapp.
Dav Tre
First time been here, came to see Zach Williams. What a awesome concert, from the beginning the parking lot was easy and moving quickly to park. Once inside plenty of help from the employees to find your seat. Restroom where clean and snack/drink lines where quick. Concert was amazing, God keep blessing Zach. At the end exit where quick and getting back to the freeway no problems.

Nice place!!!! Some of the people that work here not so nice and after the concert too slow the traffic…
Nat Joli
A lot of people complain about the parking, I’m not sure what I’m doing that others aren’t.
I’ve never had an issue with traffic or getting into the parking lot. I hate traffic and because of traffic, I don’t wait til the 30 minutes before the listed showtime to get there! I plan to be there when the doors are set to open, I get the door time from the know before you or email or calling the venue.
It’s a concert venue, it’s not like going to the mall, movies or going to Costco. Going to the Minute Maid, Toyota center, or the rodeoI’ve experienced worse traffic. Reset y’all expectations, be realistic, 6,000 people in 1 square miles! Ugh yes. Duh. Get there an early.
Daryl Zepeda
Beautiful inside and out, great traffic controllers and nice restrooms. The seats are pretty comfortable and kinda close to each other but that's a given at most of these types of places. We sat about in the middle rows and on the outside towards the wall but could see great still. Wonderful experience and definitely recommend trying an event out here.
LARRY ALLEN
Excellent Facility, The several rows are all the same level which makes it hard to see the artist because people are always standing. The first several rows need to be on an incline. Also need to create a couple of bridges to move people traffic across the swells/bayous/ water retainment area. It is not safe for all the pedestrians to have to funnel through the site to get from the parking to the facility and vice versa
Ariel Walker
Clean, beautiful, and more intimate venue. The security checks don't allow bags bigger than a wallet but that is standard practice these days. There is a restroom in the parking area in case you can't make it all the way inside.
Stef P
Newly built venue in 2017 with three levels of seating and a private sections as well. The acoustics are really great and the seats are comfortable. The parking area is fairly large if you plan to park. They have constructed the venue so that for the most part majority seats have a good view of the stage. The security can be quite rude, but the staff inside the venue was nice. The food and drinks inside are over priced so eat before the concert or after. Every time I have been here the concerts start on time and I have been able to see some great concerts. The venue gets some good acts coming to perform there so I look forward to seeing who is going to play there next. I do wish that you were allowed to take your camera inside then I would really love this venue.
David Hathaway
We've now had two excellent experiences at the venue. The latest was the Good Mythical Morning tour, and the smaller crowd let us get away very quickly. I was also able to feel the sounds system with it's throbbing bass. Very nice.
.
Our first experience was in the nosebleed seats, and they were fine. Sight lines were good and they had fixed the early ventilation issues that had threatened asphyxiation for our friends. Maybe someday we'll be able to try the club level.
Josh Kersten
This concert was awesome!!! Rascal Flatts can sing!!! Music was beautiful. The video boards they use is super cool also. The moving floors for the guys playing the instruments was sweet too. The Smart Financial theater was great!! Very comfortable and everyone was friendly there. Will definitely come back again.
Laura Shamrock
Saw Star Trek - Rath of Khan and William Shatner. Great seats and comfortable for the show. Sound system/ acoustics are always top notch and ease of parking iscappreciated.

Facility is easy to access, parking is plentiful, customers service is great, seating is wonderful, love this place, it's perfect to go see a concert!
Antonio Helm
Parking is a nightmare. I was early and informed all disabled parking was already full. Parking is 15$ . It Is a disorganized mess.
Once inside sound quality was good. There were screens to watch stage every where bars every where. Seats not great. ADA seating distant,
Sal Quintana
Very magical place to enjoy any performance, professional staff, friendly, courteous, service with a smile, almost every seat is a great seat, and the audio and acoustics make the performance come alive. This is the second year (2019) my daughter and I attended the Brit Floyd concert at the Smart financial center, and it was just as great as last year, we met awesome folks from all over and made new friends, after the show the band signed autographs and thanked the fans for attending, I will definitely be attending more of their spectacular performers coming up in the following year including, (Chicago, Clint Black, Lyle Lovett, Styx, lenny Kravitz, Yes, and many more before the year end, had a wonderful fun time!!
Steven Perez
Seats were comfortable and roomy for Marco Antonio Solis concert on March 17th and beer was very cold.
Dee Dee Foodie4life
THE Venue is awesome. The CONCERT was unbelievable!!!! $150 per person for tickets, which is average. The show lasted 3 1/2 hours. Row Y DOESN'T mean you're in the 25th row, there is another section before section 103. We didn't eat, so I am not sure how much food cost. The seats were comfortable. There are cup holders on each chair. The restrooms were clean. Parking is HORRIBLE upon departure.
Indy F
this is such a cool venue. great to see bigger artists in a theatre setting. luv this place.
Christian Mireles
Nice open space for parking and outdoor events.

Tedeschi Trucks was best performance ever. Superb sound, hall has excellent acoustics.
Alessandra Fabbri
First time here to see a concert. I loved this place. Everything well organized. Clean. People kind. Definitely great option for small concerts and events
Alejandra Etcheverry
The place is beautiful and very good for a concert, the reason why I gave it only 3 stars if because of the parking.. it is a disaster. It took 1 hour to park and thank goodness we were there an hour before! They should add lines, or do something about it. Everything else was very good.
the amazing peanut gaming
Well organized.. But Beer 15 dollars a bottle..Crown and coke 22 dollars.. Also need to say No purses allowed so woman don't have to go back to the cars and leave them..Great big screens..Staff very polite and professional..Ricardo Montaner..Concert

Great venue! There were a few sound issues throughout the Mother's Day Soul Fest that the performers weren't too happy about. But it got corrected quickly and the show went on without a hitch. Sh#% happens. Entry/security was a breeze and super efficient. The lines for concessions were long, but it's to be expected right before the show. We sat in section 103 Row E Seat 3 & 4 and they were great seats! Acoustics in the house were awesome, beautiful venue, lots of parking (although we Uber'd) and friendly staff. We'll be back June 30th from ATX for the cancelled Anita Baker concert. Front row for my fav artist of all time!
Grace Rodriguez
Went to Smart Financial Centre for the Tom Segura show. It was a sold out show, so we got to experience what it's like to attend the venue at full capacity. The sound and seating inside is great, but the parking setup outside is awful. You have three streets that converge into one street to enter the lot (if the event is charging for parking, they need to have people scanning/accepting payment for parking, so they have to narrow the points of entry down to however much staff are available to scan tickets and accept payments). This causes a backup on all of the streets as people wait to get through that bottleneck and get into the parking lot.
If you are going to a packed show at this venue and you want to save gas and time by avoiding sitting in your car in line as much as possible, I recommend: 1) Going really early (we left an hour early but it still wasn't enough to avoid those lines); 2) Take a cab/Uber/Lyft or get someone to drop you off so you don't have to park; 3) Bring some snacks and let your designated driver sit in line while you get out and go eat in their nice picnic area outside the venue (has tables and chairs); or 4) Find another means of getting there that doesn't involve a car at all.
Otherwise, trash talk how bad the parking setup is, talk about how great the show you're about to see is, and then when you finally get to park head inside and enjoy the show!
(The restrooms were also clean. We didn't get food nor beverages so I can't speak to that. Staff were nice and helpful!)
Denise Ibarra
This place is nice, well ventilated so you will not be hot they keep it pretty cool in there. The stage is big and you get to see your favorite artist from whatever seat you are sitting in the place. Great for pictures, just one drawback the line to leave the parking is crazy so I suggest someone drop you off or take a Lyft.
Bruce Sutherland
Great modern concert venue. Quite decent acoustics make the music experience enjoyable. Free phone charger packs are available so your phone doesn't die mid concert.
Nick Hall
One of my favorite venues, not too big or small and they can crank up the volume!
Jason Hughes
I went to the Ice Cube and Scarface concert and it was great. I haven't been to any concert in year's. Slim Thug was the opener.
Ashley
Nice and clean venue. Easy parking. Seats are pretty comfortable. Hope to come to more events here
Eduardo Garces
Really nice place to enjoy a concert. Club seats are comfortable and spacious. Parking was organized (credit cards were accepted). Parking was $15 btw. Security line to enter moved very quickly. Drinks were okay. I paid 28 bucks for 2 drinks (Grey Goose and water, Hennessy and coke). Overall I would recommend attending a concert or show at this venue.
Ka G
Venue is clean. Concessions were cordial. Suites are cool but need to be stocked. I am a true audiophile and music was on point. Parking was organized and staff very polite. I enjoyed the concert!!

It's a Nice Place. Staff Was Friendly & Helpful. Lots of Security...Food & Beverages were A Bit Pricey But I guess Its to be Expected For A Concert. It was Very Clean. The Auditorium was Nice as Well. Took My Daughter to See NCT127 , A Korean Pop Group. She had a Great time! Oh! Dont forget your " Light Stick!"🚦😊 …

Went for the Maxim Superbowl Party. Everything from parking to the performances to the restrooms were planned perfectly. Plenty of staff for everything. They definitely want you to enjoy yourselves so they make it so easy for you to have a good time. Definitely going to start getting tickets for the next event.

Awesome place, unlike NRG Arena, don’t have to do all that walking to get inside. No line outside when we got there so we went straight inside and got our seats upstairs for concert & it was 🔥 lit. ❤️this place.

Excellent service, there was a lot of security and they were very attentive. Here I will leave some photos of the Show I attended, of Ghost, Volbeat and Twin Temple

It was our first visit. Arrived early. Easy to park. Nice security folks. Clean venue. There was no "stale beer" smell that many concert venues have. Men's restroom line during changeover was a couple minutes; women's line was a bit longer but still fine. Great sound.

Late, LATE review for a fantastic venue. Took my daughter to see NCT-127 on 5/5/2019 and had an amazing time. The venue was packed and although not the size of a large stadium like NRG, I’d say it’s preferred. The sounds system was amazing, and no matter where you sat you had a great view (obviously something dead center is ideal but hey!) Even had large screens for the folks in the back. I almost wish all concert venues were this size. Can’t wait to see another show here!
VALENTINA Franquiz
Amazing structure to enjoy a concert. Clean place and quite comfortable seats. This time, the light show was a blast and the sound was just perfect.
Nate Church
This building itself is great for concerts, comedians, and shows. We saw Sebastian Maniscalco, the comedian, perform here. The staff was incredibly friendly, ticket purchasing was smooth, and it’s a well air conditioned place. However, two very important things for a performance venue were not a great experience - parking and seat comfort. Parking is a nightmare. Their system creates a bottleneck like you wouldn’t believe until you see it. Cars are lined up for hours both ways trying to get into the parking facility. It’s better to get an Uber or to park far and walk, trust me. Some people missed part of his act because they were waiting to park. I don’t know what they need to do to improve it, but parking needs to change. Second thing that wasn’t great was seat comfort. Even with only 6,000 seats in the building, the seats we sat in were relatively uncomfortable. The seats in front of us banged up against our knees and we felt crammed during the entire show. We still enjoyed the show, and think the building and staff are quite nice, but parking and seats are what earned the Smart Financial Centre a 3 star rating from me.

A friend and I took our little boys here to see Coco Melon and it was a big hit! They are both around 2-3 years old and loved it! I recommend this venue to anyone who has toddlers!

First time at this music venue and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting a venue with the acoustics and excellent layout that I found. We went to see the famed blues guitarist, Joe Bonamassa and he sounded absolutely incredible in the Centre.
The seating was good from the lower left side (row Q) and it appeared that pretty much every seat in the house is ok, though obviously the deep sides are not as good as those centrally located. A plus was the two huge screens on either side of the stage that made it easy to see the performance from any viewpoint.
Three complaints, first, parking was a pain. I don’t think they had enough people to allow for multiple entrances so there were only 2 and one was for VIP. As a result it took forever for all the ticket holders to get parked and then into the venue, delaying the start of the show.
Second, we didn’t know no purses or bags of ANY kind were allowed, and that included my very small cross body wallet/phone holder (that has no room for anything else), so my husband had to run it back out the the car (a solid 5 minute walk from the doors).
Finally, the venue allowed a lot of in/out activity for people getting drinks and potty breaks and didn’t make them wait until a break between songs so there was a lot of distracting activity in front and beside us throughout the concert.
Carin Johnson
It was good. It was rather warm in there to the point that I felt like the back of my shirt was a little sweaty. :/ Food and drinks are EXPENSIVE! I have never in my life seen a line for a men's room that was as long as the women's. It was helpful to have an attendant in the bathroom directing "traffic". Even though there was extensive traffic entering the facility the staff kept everyone moving as well as could be.
Matt Hoffpauir
Just attended our first concert here and was very pleased with the experience. The parking lot was very easy to get in and out of with very little traffic, the lines moved quickly, the venue is very clean and the seats were comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.
Rajesh Vijayarajan
What a gorgeous venue! Saw the AR Rahman concert here a couple of weeks ago. The stage, the lighting, the sound - all of it was top notch. One suggestion I have is to get here early, some of the parking lots can be pretty far out if you come in late.
Mazhar Ali (Realtor & Traveler)
CPPA-TX arranged very first historic event Pakistan’s 🇵🇰 75th Independence Day in the parking lot of smart Financial center , it was huge crowd shown their patriotic connection with their roots …
Mark Feferman
This was actually one of nicer times I've been here. Don't get me wrong, the venue is great, but the parking can be horrible. That wasn't the case this time, because the show was about half sold.
TX _Marauder
Nice little concert hall. First time here was for the Slayer farewell tour. That was their first metal show. Not sure there were prepared. Pretty disorganized. Still 100% better than The Woodlands Pavilion. I would drive over an hour to here than drive 20 minutes to the pavilion.
Hal Comeaux
Enjoyed the Chicago concert. Have seen them before at other venues. Very nice place. Modern. Parking seemed to me to be high at $15 per vehicle since we already paid ablut 350 to attend the concert at this venue. Front row balcony was a good spot.
Pro Edge Paintball Store
First time here and this place is so nice! The seats are Incredibly comfortable and the facility just great. Definitely will look out for more events being held at this place!
Sun Flower
This place is top notch. Every seat is a good seat. The acoustics are great, better than any other Houston venue. Easy in and out. Not real big compared to Toyota center or woodlands, and for that reason all tickets are a little more pricey at this venue.
Stacey
We attended a live podcast show of My Favorite Murder. The venue was nice, the show was great, and this would be a 5 star review except for the parking.
The price to park was ridiculously high. It was not organized and the show was delayed 45 minutes because more than half the audience was still parking. A lot of people still missed the first half of the show. I'll avoid this venue until they can improve the parking situation.
We were there an hour early and it took us over 40 minutes to park and we had to walk a long way. I'm disabled and had a difficult time walking. I'm usually fine for these kinds of events. I don't use a handicap sticker because I know there are people worse off than me. I regretted that decision for the first time at this event.
TL:DR Loved the show, disappointed in the venue. Parking sucks.
Wendi
I like the venue, although it was a bit chilly inside during the concert. I don't like the bag policy at this venue. I have a clear bag that is allowed to be taken into Minute Maid Park, The House of Blues and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Why does this location deviate from the other large venues? Also, the lighting is a bit dim in the hallways when walking to the elevator and restrooms. I probably won't return anytime soon since I prefer the other venues more.
David
First time here and even at the 200 sections it's pretty good view and the sound is good to. A bit loud but it's a concert, it should be loud. Seats were comfortable and the prices are decent. Definitely plan to go again!
Humma Khan
Absolutely love this place for shows, concerts. Being raised in Sugar Land, this place is home to me. The seats are comfortable. Spacious indoor arena. Several choices for snacks, and drinks.
Shunta Bobo
First time there and I was very pleased with my seat, even though I wasn't closer I still had a good view of the performances. Wast pleased with the time I spent sitting at an event I felt took too long. Might go back.

Graduation time!!!! Congrats to all the Students going to a new phase in their lives. I guess the parking was a good as it could get, not too much walking for us since we got there early. This is a very nice facility, with elevators if needed. The seats are comfortable, and the jumbo trons could easily be seen. Great place for a graduation.
Monica Whitehead
Saw 5SOS here and it was amazing. The lights inside/outside the venue are beautiful. It's only a 30 minute drive for me and much closer than the Woodlands Pavilion. I love this place, as you can see the photos I posted.
Yes, the lines for merch were a mile long. But was worth it. Once the lights went out and the show was about to start, it was just the beginning. My heart raced, screaming and ready to take pics and videos. Of course, live the moment as well.
Wish this show never ended, which I say for every concert I attend. I treasure tickets, wristbands, photos, videos and merch as memories. Best. Show. Ever. Thank you 5SOS.
Jennifer Gobert
The venue itself was ok but getting in was a nightmare. No organization in the parking lot. Took us an hour and a half just to get into the parking lot. They really need to hire help to direct traffic. I won't be back. My advice is get there two hours early.
Jerry McSpadden
Great venue for concerts. This was the first time I was there. We saw Sammy Hagar. The Red Rocker.
Awesome... Every seat is a good seat.
D Hardy
Purses any size not allowed for security reasons, beware. Enjoyed our time at the show, ushers and concession staff were great. However leaving the venue, could have been handled with better organization, especially since all patrons had to lock their smart devices in to a Yondr case.
Greg Andrews
Great space. Really nice venue. SUPER easy in and out of the facility. Not a bad seat in the house. Only complaint is that there are no 3rd level bathrooms despite key entry/exit points on that floor. AVOID section 205 in the middle!! No direct access, you have to come in on 2, go up through adjacent sections to 3rd level to walk across and come back down into that section.

We attended the graduation ceremony for students of University of St. Thomas (the class of 2019). The auditorium is huge and set up in such a way that you can observe or see everything going on at the center stage from where ever you sit. It is an excellent event venue, but the only thing I wasn't impressed with is the elevator service. For such a huge ceremony, it was like the elevator was non-existent. It took forever to arrive, and guests especially the elderly, waited so long before they could ride to the upper or lower floors. And oh, parking was not free 😣
Meisa Khammedov
Parking is far from venue. The venue was nice. Getting through the checkpoint was quick. More food options would be great. If you go on a rainy day being an umbrella. No valet parking.
TX Rider70 (R.E.B.E)
Perfect venue for performing arts, we enjoy the Moscow Ballet "Great Russian Nutcracker" , my 9 years old loved it.
My only COMPLAIN is about the pre-paid parking, the idea is to pre-pay and avoid lines for parking, well you just have to stay in line like everybody else while all the cars in front of you pay as the go trough the line, no benefit at all for pre paid as the advertiser, they should have a line for pre paid parking.
Pablo Javier Almaguer
Great new venue but plan to spend some time in traffic. We went to a sold out show there and left to the place with plenty of time but took about 45 minutes to drive the last mile once we got close.
There are spacious parking areas, permanent bathrooms outside, not port a pottys, and signage inside was clear and easy to follow. Not a bad seat in the house and plenty of concession stands and bathrooms unless you are in level 4 seating, then you have to go down one level.
DaDuchess
The venue had a natural gas smell during Gladys Knight's set tonight.
An older, female usher with a blonde wig was popping chewing gum as she RUDELY demanded people leave at the end of the concert.
Kishia D.
This is my 2nd time seeing this tour less than. A month lol🤦🏾 I didnt get the chance to have a childhood groupie moment so 🤷🏾. We thought they would break up lol so we had to go see them at the start of the tour. We seen them in Memphis and now Houston waaaay different vibes. Loved how this centre is setup, you font havr to park a million miles away. Security was very nice, once inside the seats were set up weird. Z at the bottom and A at the top, all stairs no, escalators or elevators. Had a great time. We usually go to shreveport or Dallas bc they are the closest to us, Houston is in 1st place with the best concert venue right now.
Sequoia
The facility was great, but traffic flow not so much after the show. My husband dropped us off, and after the show he couldn't come back the way we came because all the roads were turned to exit only. It took him over an hour to get to us. Being from out of town, more signage would of certainly helped in this situation.
Anthony Howard
Went to see Rodney Carrington was a great show easy to park. No problems getting in very good experience
Douglas Fritz
Very nice new venue. Clean and accommodating. Doesn't appear to have a bad seat in the house. 6400 seats so not a huge place but large enough.
Eduardo Martinez
Very nice and new venue! Have been here for a few concerts and have always had a great time. Service is also good. Drinks are good as well and don't seem as pricey as other venues. Overall really enjoy attending shows here. Parking isn't bad as either however coming from Houston I usually Uber.
Steph Murrile
One of the top spots in Sugar Land for music fans. I have been here once before to see Neko Case live in concert. The experience, the staff, the crowd, and atmosphere made it an unforgettable experience. Tonight, nothing going on.. I love the outdoor picnic seating and the big bulbed string lights. Riding my bicycle across town, I stopped for a 15 minute breather outside the venue. I've been here twice by myself, and still have the time of my life!
Mun3ca Segovia
Not a bad seat in the house. No obstructed views unless the person in front of you is standing. The seats are small and aisles are narrow so you have to stand to let ppl by. Drinks are over priced and not strong. They also need to work on evacuation procedures because there was a lot of stop and go exiting.
Christine Keenan
An awesome venue! Very clean and lots of signage so you know where to go. The staff there are second to none. Loved it and absolutely loved the show.
Colleen Schmidt
The facility itself is nice. Lot's of concessions for it's size and has a good view from multiple places. It's the parking that is an issue. If you get stuck in the larger back lot, exiting is a nightmare and you'll have to wait forever to get out. I do like that they have WiFi inside for free.
Freeway Flippers
Saw Greta Van Fleet at Smart Financial. Took and UBER, was easy to get dropped off and easy to find where we needed to be picked up after the concert. Smaller venue, but all seats had a good view.
Steven Selby
Saw a band 2 years go here, and went the other day to see Willie Nelson. While Willie was a concert of a lifetime for me, i definitely like the venue. It's convenient since it's out of town a bit, and it's very nice being so new, but nothing will ever beat Woodlands Pavillion for me.
Kenny Ochoa
This was a great event with George Lopez live ... Place is big even tho you can seat any where and still have a great stage view...only disappointment was at the bar for food or drinks didn't except cash .. that was a major bummer other then that was great experience....
Greyson Lombardi
Great venue , seats are comfortable and really good space and clean. The only thing is they closed early the inside bars and the stage is a little bit smaller…
Latisha Virden
Boston Redsox vs. Houston Astros... sadly the home team lost. Amazing stadium. The roof was closed for this game which was needed because it was 91 degrees outside. We parked .6 miles away for $5.00. We were able to reserve a spot through the app. As always food is pricey but to get the full baseball experience..its worth it. $50.00 for three waters and two beers. $35.00 for two beers and two bags of peanuts. BRING CASH!!! If you want to purchase from your seat. All other vendors inside the stadium take credit cards.
Soo Leong Liu
I have to preface this review by noting that the evening was due to winning tickets to see Julio Iglesias, the world's most successful Latin singer! It was near the start of his 50th Anniversary in Entertainment World Tour. We visited The Hub and received gifts before going into the concert. Even though we didn't understand when he had conversations in Spanish in between some of the songs, many of the songs were in sung in English. Two of my favorites were "To All The Girls I've Loved Before" and "Always on My Mind."
Maria Cantu
This was our first visit to the stadium and it is a very beautiful Stadium we had great popcorn my husband had a Michelob Ultra Light I had a frozen margarita which did not taste very good but we did not want to take it back. We saw Tim Allen.I didn't catch the name of the person that performed before him but he was great! Tim Allen is awesome! The stadium is very beautiful thank you for all the hospitality. But please work on the Margaritas because it tasted awful!
Kim Beebe
This was our first time at the centre for a concert. It’s a fabulous venue. There really isn’t a bad seat in the theater. They had two big screens on each side of the stage which helped because we were on the far right side and it kept us from having to stand up the whole time.
David Brown
Fantastic concert venue, not a bad seat in the house and the sound is amazing without leaving your ears ringing. Brit Floyd was out of this world great, highly recommend seeing them.
EUGENIA G. Matkhur
Neat and clean
We were here for the Nutcracker
I personally don't think this venue for the ballet, other location and parking good
Krista
We had balcony seats, but we could still see the band very well! No restrooms or concessions on the balcony level, but it's a quick trip down to the 3rd floor. Nice, clean place and easy to get in and out of.
Maricela Murillo
Amazing venue. Went to Ana Gabriel's concert and everything was great.
YM
First time at this venue and super impressed! Currently with a broken ankle and they were so accommodating! Parking was a breeze and easy to drive out.
Joe Flores
What a nice venue! My first concert was Timberichi! The sound was great, the lighting was great, the ushers, the concessions, the elevator operator... all were great. The only problem was leaving after the show. They need better traffic control. I am looking forward to seeing other shows there soon.
suzie5385
Poor wait time to go in. And crazy drivers going out. Too many people stood during concert making it impossible to see over them even standing.
Aourie
Though strict, staff was very organized. I go to multiple concerts a year, have been to many venues, and I can safely say I was impressed with both the organization, and quality of the show and stage. Outside there is also a very nice fountain show. I'd love to return in the future
Rachel Blanke
The shows we have been to have gone smoothly, not too bad for parking (but expect to pay!), and is clean.
David Simmons
Excellent venue. Very friendly staff! Audio was amazing. Not a bad seat in the house. Even the nosebleeds are good seats. Great concessions. Easy access location. We look forward to many more concerts there.
Troy Grzymko
Beautiful venue with great seating arrangements. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean
Ken The Benz Guy Hughes
We saw Rodney Carrington! It was awesome!!! Very well done. Clean facilities and everyone was very friendly.
Laurie Hyatt
Nice place. On the smaller side, but plenty big for the acts/purpose. Women's restroom line moved fast. That's always a plus. Drink prices and parking crazy expensive, so is everywhere else, but my goodness. I sat mid floor, and looking around, I don't think there's a really bad seat anywhere, as it's pretty small.
Carolyn Swanson
Great show for women of this age group. Really enjoyed the night. Stephanie , Glady and Patti are the best!!
Joe Baken
Great venue. Acoustics were good. Speakers were tucked it off the way. Great visibility from club seats.
J.C. Clements
Great venue to see a show. Facility is modern with great sightlines from anywhere in the auditorium.
Elaine Ayers
Great, easy access, mid sized venue. Excellent acoustics, and good visibility, even from the balcony. Had a great time here!
MNB Financial Services
Beautiful venue, pleasant security, amazing acoustics. Doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. I can't wait to go back!
Mik Cavanaugh
Really nice theater! Decent price on drinks and good views from all seats. The parking can get hectic so you might want to give yourself extra time.
S Barker
My 1st visit for granddagraduation. The seats are spacious and comfortable. The lighting is good. All seats are good seats and it very well lit. I was pleasantly surprised.
Amy Morales
Great venue. Avoid the frustration of the inner loop in Houston, enjoy ample parking, hang out in spacious, clean outdoor spaces, and waste no time navigating to your seat. Had a fantastic time, and staff was polite and friendly from the parking lot to the stage.
Teresa B.H
Frist Time, went to see Slayer on Father's Day 2018. This place is so well kept, AC is the best, Restrooms super Clean.
Dani Herndon
Nice place, acoustics are fantastic so the whole venue (even the nose bleed seats) get great sound. Only irritation was the $30 we spent on 2 beers 😱😱😱 …
Michele S.
Seriously there isn't a bad seat in the house. However, I am knocking stars off because the car curbs need to be painted. I witnessed 3 people tripping over them. One lady hit her head so bad she was bleeding and broke her glasses. Paint the curbs!
Felicia Wilson
We recently attended the Toni Braxton feat. SWV concert (yesssss) & this was my 1st time here. Very nice venue, great location with ample parking. Restrooms were very clean w/multiple stalls and I like the separate entrance & exit to decrease the usual "ladies line" that always occurs. The venue is more of an amphitheatre so the sound quality was extremely clear! Only issue was the staff. #1. The woman who checked my purse coming in was extremely rude and actually THREW my purse after I was trying to zip it back closed before I went thru the metal detector. #2. Older woman who was directing people to their seats seemed to be intoxicated & kept leaning into my friends face & pointing. #3. At the end of the concert while waiting to see how far away our Uber was we started approaching the exit, but once we realized the Uber was 10min away - we quickly turned around to wait inside. An older gentlemen refused to let us stand to the side by the entry doors so instead we stood outside (mind you right in front of the doors) in 39° degree weather. Other than this 3 unpleasant encounters this is nice concert location.
Brittney Hoffner
Venue was nice. The staff were pleasant. The bag policy is absolutely ridiculous. They will not allow the clear bags that pretty much every venue allows. If you bring in a bag it has to measure 4×6 inches which holds pretty much nothing. It was very hard to enjoy the show while trying to not drop my phone and keep track of my car keys because the only thing fitting in a 4×6 bag is maybe credit or debit cards and an ID. Also you can't use cash for anything at all. I probably wouldn't go back.
Rebeca Salas
I have been to multiple concerts here and overall had mostly great experiences but last night the Reik concert acoustics were a little disappointing. The mics were muffled so the singing sounded low and the drums sounded very loud. It was imbalanced and definitely affected the overall experience so I just want to draw attention to this so that hopefully it doesn't happen again
Shewanda Williams
The venue was so beautiful and easy to find. I peid 40 dollars online to pay for out door parking, never again lol
Walter Williams
Great acts (Stephanie Mills, Gladys Knight and Patti LaBelle) though it was too long, Good sound mix, parking was horrendous!
Kurt Rose
A great venue for a concert. All the seats look like they have great views. We saw Mannheim Steamroller in concert and the sound was great.
The parking coming in and going out were very well coordinated. The concessions have good adult options instead of what you might find at a movie theater. Both parking and concessions have very high prices, though.
Janece Francis
I attended an Erykah Badu concert here and it was amazing. From the parking to entry to the exit, everything was seamless.
Kimberly Johnson-Waites
Took my Mom to see Gladys Knight as a surprise girls night. She LOVED it and the atomosphere. Can't wait to go again.
Yolanda Bellamy
Great venue but definitely need to arrive early to have great parking options. Every seat in the building can be considered a good seat.
CARLOS CHAGOYA
Great Venue! “Any seat! Is a G O O D seat!” Beautiful architecture! Came here twice, one on the far upper level and once with floor seats. Both views were amazing! Place is well organized and the staff is friendly and welcoming! Keep up the great job Smart financial at Sugarland
Keyonna Handy
Beautiful venue, not a bad seat in the place thanks to its design. Was pleasantly surprised to see an employee in the bathroom that kept the line moving quickly. Parking is okay; was excellent coming to the center, but got congested leaving. Took about 45 minutes to leave the parking lot. Also, heads up, there's a strict no cell phone policy in effect. Also no purses or bags. I do suggest arriving about 45 minutes beforehand in order to secure parking and get through security and to find your seat
Steven Swanner
Arrived 30mins before house opened so parking wasn't the issue. Metal detectors, Seating sections are poorly marked. No facilities on upper deck. Exiting was very nerve-racking. People and cars going every which way but loose. Too many people taking their sweet time to arrive drove the start time back. Enjoyed the Steve and Marty show, but might not be my first choice in the future.
Vincent Chen
I once took friends from New York to go there! Very magnificent building
Charlene Herndon
I had an amazing time at the Pattie LaBelle show!! Awesome staff, shout-out to Sam with security who helped me on my way out!
B
Attended Lyle Lovett concert and facility has good acoustics. Seating was comfortable. To purchase from concession be ready to open wallet, box of popcorn $8 and beer $12-15. Bottle water $5, sandwich $16.
Kate
loved it! clean and great seats anywhere you sit! parking was fine! We got there at 530 for a 730 show so plenty of time to park, eat, and drink.
John Rosales
Very impressive venue; Convenient free parking on premises; modern and state-of-the-art theater/stage
H Lue
Great venue. Look forward to future events!
Marvin
Was here to see Patti LaBelle love this place I do wish the promoters are whoever buys all the tickets up in one day and others like me are forced to hAve seats way in the back oh well still a great place and after concert it was smooth getting out of parking lot
Nancy Halvorson
Such a nice venue! We saw the Mark Knopfler concert. The seats were great, sound was great, staff was friendly and it was easy to get in and out. All in all, a wonderful evening!
Armando Montes De Oca
There are seriously no bad seats in this venue and it’s only $15 to use their parking lot. I’ll definitely be going there again.
D Brown
Great venue. Happy we have the added entertainment so close to us in Sugar Land.
It is a long walk from your car to inside. I will be using Uber next time.
Luisa Diaz
You have to pay for parking, there's no way around it. Very long lines so get there early. Security is very strict and organized. Ticket entry was smooth. If you leave your seat have your ticket ready to show to the attendants, even if it's on your phone.
Kaitlyn Marler
I went to see TXT and the boys were amazing! The staff...wasn't as amazing. The event was clearly understaffed and there was no direction or organization when they were supposed to be letting people in. We waited in the heat for a long time and barely made it in before the concert started.
Seth Boggs
After waiting a year and a half for rescheduling. Finally got to see Ron white! I never had been to this venue before this event. First off getting in and out of parking was a breeze 10 minutes to come in and 3 to leave. Yes I stayed for the whole event didn’t leave early. Second I’m 6’3” and had plenty of leg room. Seats were very comfortable. All and all I would go to this place again for a event.
Derrick Threatt
Great Venue. Will come back soon.
Michael Neal
Great venue. Easy to get around at. It was a great size and good acoustics, well at least for the stand up I saw.
John Hogue
Let's see...
Parking ok...Walk is a bit far depending on where you park. Updated review on parking after last event...parking lot people directing traffic made the previous 5 minute departure more like 20 minutes. Wouldn't let certain sections move in favor of others. Clearly they should stay home and let us figure it out!!
Venue / Seating...not really a bad seat in the house.
Staff...pleasant enough but PLEASE get out of the way and stop asking to see my (and everyone else's) ticket. Had to produce my phone 4 times to reach my seat. Printing the ticket next time.
Sound...pretty good for a venue of this size.
Forgot to mention...Ticketmaster and their oppressive fees = negative stars!
Marsha St Nicholasy
It seems like all seating is very far away from the stage. No matter where your seats are, you have to climb stairs. And if your seats are on the inside of the aisle, you have to make everyone stand up to let you out. Not a very people friendly place.
Glenn Brooks
Beautiful venue with easy parking and comfortable seats. Went to see the hosts of "My Favorite Murder", Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark, do a live podcast. Would definitely go to other events there.
John M. Oyerbides
Great location for concerts. Easy access in and out. Clean. The seats are a bit roomier than other venues. The sound is awesome.
Natasha Steptoe
Concert was amazing please do something about the parking. The drinks and food was way to expensive
V. S.
Women are not allowed big purses. Size of a postcard or smaller. Great venue and staff was organized.
Baseball Is life
This place is awesome. The parking is good and so easy to get in and out. When I go inside the place is so beautiful. The only thing is make sure u buy you beer on the second floor. Not sure why they charge higher for beer on the main floor. I was on the 3rd floor and the beer was 5 cheaper.....other than that this place is excellent.
Pf Savvy
Great Boston concert with Joan Jett opening! Easy to get to, easy to navigate the building and great access to seating made this an enjoyable experience!
James Colburn
Great venue to see live music. Wonderful staff and clean.
Amy Taylor
Nice place and good concerts...but do not have a medical emergency there! Staff did not know where the AED was located. No medical staff on site. Took 8 minutes for EMTs to respond.
Just some extremely basic training to know how to respond could be the literal difference between life and death of your customers.
Roxanne Green
Nice venue but dont make the mistake of forgetting your ipad is in your purse. Security took mine away and checked it. Also as they took my phone they changed the screen so I had to go into my email to find it as I was trying to watch where my ipad was going. Concessions and restrooms on both floors.
Anita Ewing
The people are wonderful. I left my keys inside and walked to ask someone to go back in AND THEY HAD MY KEYS UP FRONT FOR ME!
Emil Hermis Jr
Great venue! Terrible organization for uber lift etc. Took 1 hour to get uber driver.
Stephen Brown
Really easy access and comfortable seating. This is a much better venue for concerts than anything else downtown. Really enjoyed the show!
Kevin Bingham
Very very nice venue. Especially from our view in Suite N!
Shandra Reed
Sarah Jake Roberts was awesome. Parking line was very long needs a little more organization. The food was horrible.
C. Michelle
Place is okay... seating is crowded like a small movie theater... if one person gets up so does the entire row. Full bar and great snack selection.
Elizabeth Martinez
Great venue! Give urself plenty of time to park because traffic can b very bad.
cordell abney
seen Slayer here, good show but they arranged the line up so you had to spend 6 hours inside in order to see the bands that were the real attractions. purely a cash orianted decision, TestamenT as a opener, really???
Ellie Martin
Great venue to see a show. Well organized, great staff.... much better than the Woodlands Pavillion.
Selena Goode
Awesome venue. Easy access to everything. Friendly Staff. Very clean. Had a blast!!!
Kandice Cole
Great mid sized theatre in Sugarland. Saw Mariah Carey and it was a great show. Only downside is parking takes forever!
Peter Trout
It's great for concerts but too industrial and massive for shows that need a more intimate atmosphere
Emily Zaruba
Very nice facility, all the stuff was very nice and helpful, and security was great!!! My daughter and I, along with our friends had a great time watching JoJo Siwa in concert!!!
sherrill white
Great venue! The sound system is fantastic. I will definitely return.
Made by Menace
My girls had a great time watching NCT perform.
Karl Brown
Went to see Bill Maher with my Dad, and we both enjoyed it as he is always so funny, common sensical, and topical! I had never been to this venue before, and now I look forward to coming back soon! Thank you for putting on a great comedy show!
Raquel Hendry
I truly enjoyed myself last at the No Limit Tour #2021. They All did a good job performing their hits. Parking was great seating is tight, but it's all good my guy I enjoyed ourselves.
Ryan Marfone
My friends from Tha Dogg Pound performed a show here for the H-Town Westfest. The staff was friendly and helpful. The venue had great acoustics and comfortable seating.
Ian Boyd
Nice clean venue. Pretty well designed. Very friendly staff. Needs more menu options
Ira Dotson
This was my first time visiting this concert venue. It is awesome place to view a concert. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing and seeing the Memphis homie Al Green. It was legendary!💯❤👍🔥🎼 …
JM65
I attended an event here on 8/29/21 for the first time. The doors opened an hour before the event. Got there very early to park, buy food and find my seat. It’s a very nice, clean facility with friendly people providing assistance where needed. Due to COVID the only food available to purchase are salty/sugary snacks at high prices. This facility hosts a large variety of musical artists, comedians, etc.
My complaints are there aren’t restrooms or concessions on the 4th floor. Also it took 40 minutes before I was able to get out of the parking lot. There was only one way set up for approx. 5,500 cars to exit.
This has been happening for several years per other reviews. Why haven’t new evacuation plans, additional people, etc. been put into place by the owners/management to fix this issue?
LosTheSauce
Had my first concert here, saw Shinedown. It was amazing. Very clean, bar service was great. I just gotta remember next time to get shoes more comfortable for standing for 3-4hrs.
Le Ticia
Medium size venue. Staff friendly but prices are high. Starts around $60 for cheapest tickets.
Yolanda Trevino
Great place for concerts. The parking lot is perfect for a sold out concert. I love the place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tiffany Watson
This place was amazing. Great sound systems, comfy seating and a great place for a show. Much better than going downtown.
Thomas Barrett
Saw Joe Bonamasa last night great show. But I needed wheelchair assistance to get into and out of the venue. Judy came to my aid. She was awesome to me. Her bosses should give her a raise. Thanks so much Judy you made my night special.
Kirsten Hansen (Obi's Mommy)
Nice modern facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. The accessible seating area was one of the best I've been seated in with an amazing view of the stage. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the sound could have been better.
Lucas McKane
Had a good time, clean venue!
Aaron Ramos
Great place to see a concert or a show.
The parking lot was easy to get to and after the show it only took about 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot.
Jorge Sanchez
Anuel AA was lit last night........also clean and nice place for concerts!!!!
Rashunda Endsley
The seating is great! There truly are no bad seats in this place. The drinks are not really strong, but they taste good. I have been to several events and the staff has been wonderful and helpful at each of them. The parking is easy if you get there before the show starts. Wear comfortable shoes or bring some flats to walk in because you may have to park a good distance from the venue...you just never know so be prepared.
Crotate
Great venue for concerts, comfortable seating and friendly staff.
Karin
I have been there twice, for the Juan Luis Guerra concert... that's was a 20 out of 10 soooo much fun. Truly love it. Can't say enough about it. But is soooo hot the place is NEVER COOL ENOUGH. Its literally like a sauna its always cooler outside even at 80 degree weather. It a absolutely stunning place but what good does it do if everyone comes out soaked like they came out of a gym. A place so big should atleast have even slightly moderate cooling. PLEASE FIX THIS FINANCIAL CENTRE. JLG is one of the smallest hand full of ppl I'd make the sacrifice to attend for. Others I just wouldn't even consider it.
Ps. Best seating is section 103, anywhere but the closer to the front is good close enough to see without breaking the bank.
Noemi Garcia
Went for Ice Cube for my first time! Great time in a long time!! . Still fine!!! Smart center was great! Drinks, atmosphere and music was the best ever here!! Loved seeing Scarface, now that's the creep I been seeing in my sleep lol For real thought, I was a scarface since 4 and never felt "in my place" in life. I always have the best time in H-town. Seeing Slim Thug is always the best!! I was from 59S and Lee Rd area myself!!
Phillip Lang
Great venue. Lots of parking, good food and drinks and amazing sound system (very bass heavy but that may depend on the show). The lighting good. Lots of roomy and comfy seats and friendly and helpful staff. My only issue is with leaving. One way out but the assistants and law enforcement directing traffic was fine. I'll go back for future shows. A welcomed venue for the Houston live entertainment crowd.
Laura Hogan
Very clean and organized. I came here to see the Nutcracker and I was impressed.
Cynthia Baker
Just left the NYE Comedy Tour. Most of the show was great… but Eddie Griffin. PLEASE DO NOT EVER bring him back. That was the worst set ever. He has not matured . The other guys were all great .
D. Prince
I was there for a graduation. It was a nice and spacious facility. Lots of parking for disabled.
T Broussard
Saw Mannheim Steamroller Dec. 30! Excellent!! Easy parking. Nice venue.
Kelli Meador
Great venue for sugar land! They should really add bathrooms on all floors though!
Glenn Infinity
Beautiful venue. Great staff. Not a bad seat in the house.
Terry Gilbert
Alice Cooper rocked !!! Great venue, very helpful and friendly staff, very impressive !!! We'll definitely be back !!!
Niharika Enugula
Have attended A.R.Rehman's concert was a nice fun place.
Karina Huerta
Very nice & modern venue, even the seats in the 300 sections are great because it's not too big. The employees that I encountered were not friendly at all like they were unhappy to be working, the lady that scanned our tickets didn't even greet us, I just find that to be a bit rude. Parking is $15, getting in was fine the problem is heading out. The lines get so long & sometimes you get stuck in your parking spot until someone is nice enough to let you out. Other than that I have enjoyed all the concerts I attended here.
Victoria Yibirin
They are organized but they kick everyone one after event even though it is cold outside.
Hitomi Gantt
went to see a concert and had a good time. As for the parking, easy to get in and hard to get out because there's only one exit.
Carlton Hayden
Recently went to Smart Financial Centre for a Mariah Carey concert, I had a great time and she is hands down a legendary artist. The venue itself is great, it's a good-sized venue to see live performances. We sat in the 202WC section (referred to as lodge seating). There’s only 5 seats in this mini-section (padded folding chairs, but very comfortable). There's no one in your immediate front or behind you so your kind of on an island (which I found refreshing not to be crowed in by others like in typical row seating). The food and drinks are insanely overpriced, 2 mixed drinks cost me $50, I will NEVER purchase drinks at this venue every again.
The parking was a bit of a nightmare long lines coming into the venue and even longer lines and not much direction when leaving the venue. Parking is definitely a challenge for them and I could see some real benefit if they were to build a parking garage. Be prepared to walk a good distance to the actual theater. If you aren't lucky enough to get parking close to the entrance, it will be an adventure walking through the parking lot. For the ladies pack some flats for the journey from the parking lot to the entrance or arrive anywhere from an hour to 30 minutes early before your event start time. Minus the parking and food/drinks pricing being from another planet, I enjoyed myself and plan on attending more events here.
Kristin Johnson
This is a very nice, well laid out venue. Pickup and drop off are convenient.
robert hall
What a great venue! Not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of cocktails all priced reasonably. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have got the parking exit flow down to a science! From seat to interstate in 15 min, on more than one occasion!
Mehran Pozhhan
Nice and modern venue. Easy to get to,
Very well organized parking lot and big. $15 Entrance fee is high for this place.
Easy to get in and out. nice staff.
Very clean and well kept inside. The bathrooms are very clean as well.
Snacks , drinks and food are good , but prices are not reasonable compared to other centers.
In balcony seating space is not appropriate for tall people.
The video boards could be a bit bigger.
Sound systems are good, but mastering could be much better.
Danielle Mueller
This is an amazing music venue. We were there to see 2Cellos and the sound and lighting were great. It's big without losing the intimacy of other venues and the acoustics were very nice. Parking was a bit unorganized and the lots were vast. It took a while to make our way back to the freeway after the show. It doesn't take away from the show, but it does make for a long drive home after a great show.
Daniel Sullivan
Would have been a great night, except for whoever came up with the traffic control plan to exit the parking lot did a terrible job. Appeared to me that a certain lot was allowed to empty before anybody else could even think about moving. We backed out of our parking space and sat at a stand still for at least a half hour, while we watched a steady constant flow of cars leaving from only one LOT. Only after that one lot was emptied was anybody else allowed to even move. It appeared as though this was their first time to have an event there, ever. It was total chaos. This place has always impressed me with the ease of getting in and out of, but tonight was a total debacle.
Terri Allen
Great experience. Parking was well organized from entrance to exit. Drink prices were decent. The audiovisual was excellent. Madea's Farewell Tour was perfect. My first experience there will not be my last. I guess the only negative is for a building of that magnitude more elevators or larger capacity would be greatly appreciated.
Nisha Smith
Great venue, seating is well planned. Love the organized parking and friendly staff. The normally dreaded security was quick and efficient.
Laura Martinez
Overall, the place was nice. The lines to the concession stand and bathrooms moved at a decent speed. The lines to get shirts were just as good. Very organized and the cashiers/servers were nice. It was a bit cold but the seating was comfortable. Even though we had an obstructed view, we could still see and we enjoyed ourselves. The parking was a bit much- fifteen dollars. I'd attend another performance there but would take a jacket.
Burt Green
I went there last night for a concert it was very easy to get to the people there and insecurity were very nice and very helpful very beautiful place on the outside and inside highly recommended for concerts
Ariane Hernandez Garcia
What a concert, the sound was great and very organized.
Marisol Suarez
The place is clean and very easy to get to. I loved that the place is just the right size for a concert, not too big where you can't see the artist because you are so far away. The chairs are comfortable and bathrooms are easy to find. There is also plenty of parking space.
Monika segueda
Went with my daughter and husband to see NCT 127 (Kpop sensation) in concert! It was awesome! Great security throughout the premises, very organized and the seating was great (even though we were too excited to sit!!), and the place was cold throughout the concert even though the venue was packed. Concessions available inside, plenty of RR and good view from wherever you sit! Loved all the parking as well and easy access to expressway to and from the venue, but should arrive early or you may run into some pretty significant traffic. Would love to come here again for more concerts or other performances! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed! :)
Bradyn Norris
Brand new venue. I saw Jerry Seinfeld there; therefore, of course it was going to be packed, which it was. The parking was not bad. There were off-duty officers and parking guides to direct traffic every where. So it was a lot smoother than I thought.
Parking was $15 dollars but that is what I expected. Whenever you go to a big venue, parking is never free. Just expect it.
Soda was from $5 to 6 bucks. Not too bad. Had a multiple choices.
Venue was clean and well put together. I would honestly visit this venue again.
Sandra Flores
Great show! Parking $15 clean stadium and lots of ticket processors.
slowpokemegan
I've been to this venue a few times, and it's fine. The seats are a little close together, but overall comfortable. The bathrooms are well attended and kept clean. But the ushers and other staff can be extremely rude. I would say that there isn't a bad seat in the whole venue; whether you're close up or sitting far away, there isn't really anything to obstruct your view. I sat in the third row of section 105 for Monsta X in 2019, where I was close enough to have some interactions with the members. For Seventeen in 2020, I sat in section 306, row H, and had a pretty excellent view as well, though I was far away.
Sylvia Smith
Building is simply beautiful. I hope they keep it up since it hasn't been opened that long.
Yesi Trevi
I'm giving it 5 🌟because parking and exiting was such a breeze despite getting there an hour after the concert started. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable enough but had barely enough room to pass through the rows- then again, that's expected in most venues like this. Sound and lighting were great! 👍😁
Michelle T
The line for parking moved fast during the Christian Nodal concert. The restrooms are clean, plenty of lines to get drinks. There is no bad seat in this venue.
john kross
We went here to see the HipHop Nutcracker. Parking was easy. The facility was clean. The alcohol is overpriced but strong. The staff was friendly. The show was amazing. The seats on the cement are very tight and not recommended, but overall we were very pleased with our first visit here.
hybrid8theory
This place is the top. I've been here twice for musical concerts. This place is just magical is the only word to describe it. First time I sat close to stage enjoyed it. Second time I sat at the back wall in the balcony literally. Both times were awesome not a single seat is bad in this place. Sound is great as well.
Gerald Fields
Excellent place to see a concert, acoustics were perfect for Joe Bonamassa!
Martin Lopez
I've only been there once for a concert and the venue it's nice and clean. There are even restrooms outside which were clean and well maintained. This is perfect if you have to wait for doors to open when attending concerts. The venue seems new and a lot of staff around the place. Overall, I had a good experience there. The arena it's kind of big so if you're sitting on the seats way at back and on the second floor, you'll have a hard time to see the performance. But then again, they have big screens.
Robert Ford
We liked it. This is the first time there for us. The facility was great. Parking was easy. They had enough people working security and ushering.
My only complaints were with technical aspects of the show. The lighting was not complementary for the performers on stage, and the musical sound mix could have been better executed.
W “Bestnlife” Williams
The show was great, but leave very, very early so you do not miss part of the show.. It took over an hour to park. They need valet parking or more parking attendants. Also they let out 30 minutes before midnight on New Year's Eve, so we celebrated New Years Eve in the car.
Eliza López
Great center with all the amenities and awesome service. Went for Wisin and Yandel, so much fun!
Amber Wayland
The venue itself is really nice. If you have premium tickets there are private bars etc. Bathrooms are large and clean. I realize that the venue is paying for police service to manage traffic when the show is over - we were able to leave the venue after a show and be home in 15 minutes. But even with that it feels like the parking is a scam - this is a private lot for this venue in the suburbs and they are changing $15 for parking when you've already paid for tickets. That is absolutely insane and reason that I doubt I'll be back. I can park downtown for the same.
Peter Jorge
Judas Priest Firepower show. Unique layout. Good sound. Premium beverages available and plenty of stands.
Perlo G
The drive may be far but the experience is worth it. The smart financial center still has the clean and organized look even after holding many of events. The bars and food areas are very well stocked with more food options than a normal venue has AND there are alot of them on every floor. The seats are comfortable but I'd advise getting first row in sections as the leg room feels smaller than other seats. The worst part of going here is that parking is $15 and there is pretty much no other option in terms of parking. Not even free street parking with a20 minute walk attached so be prepared for that
Robbye Prilop
Sting concert last night (Feb 23) was excellent! Sting is a true entertainer, no super star ego here. Format of concert was awesome. Sound was stellar, light show was awesome.
Despite bad reviews about parking/traffic jams, we experienced no problems. Yep, you have to hike to venue but that's the norm for a large venue. Yep, $15 is steep for parking but who said going to a concert these days is ever cheap? We were in and out of parking lot within 10 minutesno complaints. They do need to number and label parking aisles to find your car however.
Biggest complaint about the Smart Center: the seats are awful! Absolutely no leg room or elbow room, little padding on chairs, packed in like sardines. And it was too warm. We were very uncomfortable the whole night! And we would definitely think twice about returning for this reason. If you're going to build a state of the art venue, why would you not make it as pleasant an experience in every way?
Craig Adams
The venue was great. The parking is another story. There's plenty of parking, but you pay $15 to park in a flat lot. Also, when leaving the venue, there was a tremendous amount of traffic to get out. I would have thought there would have been a better system set up for leaving the venue. I would have thought this because of paying $15 to park!
pedro ramos
The venue is easy to get to and the parking was well controlled.
The venue is amazing.

Travis Rodgers
Great acoustics. Easy parking. Good food choices.
Msuneek 418
I think all seats were pretty good. We were able to see the stage from the 300 Section
Bean Burr
Great venue. Comfortable seats. Good views. Good refreshments. $13 call drinks/$26 doubles. Parking a little pricey - $15. Good sound. Easy exit to the Southwest Freeway.
Sherry Gaible
Beautiful complex. Nice assortment of snacks and drinks. Good acoustics. Seating space not good for tall people with long legs. Next time we'll choose isle seats so we can at least stretch out legs during a performance. Sort of like being in coach with most airlines. Plenty of attendants. Parking is the big big a boo.
Evelyn Calderon
It was a great place! The acoustics were a little on the loud side where your ears may hurt afterwards. Overall it was an excellent place for a concert. Parking was $15 and not an issue at all. Drinks are a bit pricey but worth it. The restrooms were really clean too.
Christopher Stith
This is a nice, minimal fuss venue designed for music and large stage acts. It's not primarily a sports stadium or bar that has some way to accommodate music. Parking is easy. Getting to your seats is easy. All the seats seem to be good seats.
D Flowers
Not really a bad seat. Sound was good. Staff seemed engaged and informative. Didn't really have the parking lot issues others have mentioned. Was out in about 10 minutes. Just gotta be assertive.
Biggest issue was just getting there. Live about a hundred miles away and left home about 3:30 for an 8PM concert and made it just in time. 4 and a half hours to go a hundred miles with a short pit stop. I honestly don't know when Houston area people sleep if they're always stuck in traffic going to and from work
every day.
Ash Weatherly
Best venue in the Houston area for any musical event or concert! Superior acoustics! Excellent adult beverages, such as the Love Shack, which was similar to a Cosmopolitan. (slightly overpriced Crown Royal as well) Amazing views of the stage area for people using a wheelchair. We saw B-52s, Berlin, and OMD August 24. Outstanding performances by everyone! We especially enjoyed Berlin! Such a wonderful evening of awesome 80s music!
Latrice Sellers
Exciting! That's the one word that describes the Smart Financial Center. It's a very nice place to attend an event. Every seat is a good seat. The sound is awesome and the seats are comfortable. The staff is friendly, the 🍸 drinks are made to order and the parking is incredible....plus it's clean and easy getting in and out after an event. Highly recommend for your next concert, play, musical, etc. You will love attending the Smart Financial Center!
Mònica E
Great sound and distribution, place looks so chic and comfortable, the lighting is perfect and the sound magnificent, sugar land got a nice performance center!
David DeHoyos
Just a super nice, open and spacious venue. Keep the bands coming!
Lee Blancher
Nice venue, not too large, good seating and very nice employee's. They were very helpful with my questions and they made us feel welcome. They really helped make the concert a extra special experience. Great parking, everything was top shelf. I'm a return customer for this venue now. Thanks everyone for the excellent experience.
Steve Pendleton
I was fortunate enough to have a pre-opening tour. This place is going to be a winner! The building will support from 3200 to 6400 (?) seats once it opens. Both the orchestra and balcony sections feel like they are very close to the stage. If you are lucky enough to own or sit in one of the boxes, you're in for a real treat. The boxes feel like they are on the stage instead of 90' away. Can't wait to go to my first concert here. Thanks to the staff for the preview.
Grant N
Pros; Great place to see a show. Like that there isn't a bunch of traffic to fight to get there or back. Lot of parking. For the 2CELLOS real liked the lights that they had with the screens so all could see them.
Bathrooms are the cleanest I have seen.
Cons; Security is done outside. It was a cold windy day... maybe 40 out and the wind was causing the metal detectors not to read right. Took them forever. Wouldn't want it to be a July day and be sweating a bunch in nice attire..... they need to re-think this part.
Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and will go back
Leigh Degenhardt
Very nice venue! My only complaint would be the lack of seating in the lobby areas. As a senior I would like to have seen more benches available. We had to wait over half an hour prior to being able to acquire our ticketed seats for the concert. And I don't believe I saw trash cans in the lobby areas. Also, since it was cold and windy out it would have been nice to have been able to get in the building right away. Police presence was much appreciated tho!
tony williams
Great concert. Keith Sweat, Guy, 112, and Jagged Edge. Great spacious venue with good food and drinks
Nadia Hakim
Awesome and intimate venue! We’ve seen a variety of performers here (a couple not so great, but the vast majority has been phenomenal), but there are no bad seats and the food and drink options are great. They’re really organized and efficient with parking and the box office. I always get excited when I find out a show I want to see will be here!
Kimberly Lawson
I Went to the Comedy Laugh Fest on NYE and the parking traffic was frustrating, took about 20 minutes to get to the Grand suite parking area. However, once we parked and walked in everything was very nice. Our experience was awesome and the seats were great and the staff was friendly! The only other thing I would have liked is the TV's in the suites working. Other than that, it was a pleasure bringing in the New Year there!!
Magnum Opus
Great experience. I went to this venue for a Monsta X concert and it was one of the best experiences. The music was loud which was really great and they did a good performance. The prices for drinks (I bought a water) were lower than I thought they'd be, so it was good. The security/staff, though, was a little rude and short tempered. A few were very friendly and helpful which i appreciated. And although quite a few seemed to be snappish, I didn't care all that much because sometimes people have bad days and that's okay.
Jessica Vidal
Been here twice now for J Balvin and Nicky Jam and the experience has been good most of the time. Clean place, not too crowded, really good vision seat wise and the show is always cool. My only complaints are that the parking is good but when it is time to leave it is a nightmare because there are only two exits, the second one being difficult to access, and no coordination of traffic flow so you will be stuck there for a long time before you can actually exit. Also the second time the employee at the entrance was very rude trying to rush me and giving me attitude when I was looking for my tickets even though there were no people behind me in line!
Sam Hue
Very new and up-to-date facility. Lots of parking but it may not necessarily be free depending on event. Leaving the parking lot can take a while because the layout of the parking lot is not conducive to efficient traffic flow. Seats are comfortable and the view from all sections are decent enough. There are also large screens for those seated further away. Good and drinks are available for purchase.
Tina Lee
Good sized, ok acoustics, difficulty hearing the lead singers voice clearly. Not so great for heavy metal.
Bobbie Jack
This is one of the BEST places in Houston to have so many wonderful events. I feel really safe coming there and well guarded with REAL police officers. The people in the parking lots is polite as well as the inside staff. Such class. The rest rooms were clean at all times. Please keep up the Good work. We appreciate you.
Alex
This place was great!! Went to see the comedian Sebastian Maniscalco and enjoyed what I saw. I missed about 20 minutes of the beginning though. The PARKING was HORRIBLE!!! Spent an hour waiting before they stopped charging and let everyone go in. Worst of any venue by a landslide. Other than that the place was awesome. Next time I go (if I ever go back) I’ll just get an Uber.
Kiki
Love this venue! Though I was sitting on the left side of the stage I could see everything and it was very close to the stage.
Justin K
The place is very nice and there is not a bad seat in the house. We saw a Christmas show there and the sound and views were amazing. I would go there for anyone or any performance as it was astounding without having to drive to downtown Houston.
You will not be disappointed and they also serve alcohol there also.
Chrissy
Lovely venue! The inside was nicely done and the theater layout felt more open than others - few seats were empty but it didn't feel overly crowded. The drinks were very reasonably priced and the lines where short if there was a line at all. The staff was a mix of helpful and clueless.
Lewis Minnella
This place is big and beautiful. Too big as a matter of fact. If your seats are on the top level, you are way too far from the stage and you will have to watch the monitors! You might as well have stayed home and watched it on television. Sound quality is great just pay the extra money and get better seats closer to the stage.
Katherine Mikle
Wow, more venues should come and see how efficient they are. The restrooms were clean with attendants and the snack bar were fully staffed. The parking lot was confusing, and made us late with all the looping around between the different lots they kept randomly opening and closing off. But overall, they are doing a great job here and should train the venues up the highway.
Angela Edwards
If there were a half-star available, I would give it to this review to make it 4 1/2 stars. Nice venue. Pricing for concessions is atypically overpriced. The seating arrangements made it easy to view the entire stage, no matter where one sits. HOWEVER, we had a specific location listed on our tickets for handicap parking that was closer to the building. They filled those spots up on a first-come-first-serve basis. The parking attendant didn't honor our ticket and told us all of the spots had been filled. The bathrooms are located on specific floors - not all (quite odd). Overall, a nice first-time experience.
Ella Rogers (Ella R)
Once you get inside the venue is OK. The walk from the parking lot is extremely far and the traffic getting in to park is terrible. Plan to arrive at least 30-45 mins. before the show starts.
Alex Yang
Beautiful lights at night. Huge concert hall.
Miggie
Went to the Wu Tang clan concert. It was awesome. Actually love the venue. I would suggest to always go a lil early if your parking there. Seats were good all around, food selection was good and drinks were strong. But expect to pay high prices for both
Tatum Hansen
My mom and I went to see Monsta X and we were totally prepared for horrible parking traffic. However it was the opposite that occurred. There was police there helping to direct the traffic out and we were out and in our hotel in 10 minutes. Also inside the smart financial centre is very clean and modern and the sound quality was amazing! The staff inside were very helpful and very nice. The people outside the venue doing security and parking, however, weren’t very patient and kinda rude. But over all a great place! Will definitely come back!!
Sandra D Avalos
Love love love this place had an amazing Experience All I got was margaritas on the rocks because I did not wanna walk all the way down and the backup and miss Concert
Tom Wurst
Awesome concert venue! Parking was quick and efficient, as was when we left there were ample security personnel that were directing traffic. Great sound and sight lines to the stage. Will definitely return and enjoy other concerts in the future.
Wendy Mahoney
Very picky Venue. No backpacks of any size. Even if it is a tiny one the size of a small wallet, they will turn you away. Not sure why giant purses are allowed and not a tiny wallet with two straps on it, I'm not bitter. Maybe a little. It is a very nice venue and very clean. There are lots of nice outdoor seating areas while you wait. The staff is very nice nice and the food prices are about as average as any other venue.
Daniela Cisneros-Vanderwiel
This was my first time at this location and I couldn't believe how packed it could get! The location is probably not the best especially when it comes to busy Houston traffic but the interior is really neat for smaller events. The entrance to the venue is really pretty as well, great for picture taking. The venue is clean and staff is helpful.
Rodrigo Custodio
Amazing experience, no lines. High-level venue for concerts of any kind. I like jazz and my first concert there was with Diana Krall. I was kind of worried wondering if the sound would be nice but after the third song, they nail it. I recommend.
Cameron Edwards
I went here for a graduation 🎓 and I loved it. The seating arrangement was great for viewing the graduates on the stage. …
Jennifer Davis
Loved it. Not too big not small. Just perfect for events. Great parking and plenty of it. Clean auditorium. Bathrooms were nice as well. Concessions conveniently located and good options. Tickets were not crazy expensive
Allison Hartsfield
Had so much fun here
I love that they are bringing more diverse group and artists to the states now. Monsta X was amazing!
Lauren Phillips
It's a nice place. Security was good and fast. We got the cheap seats and they were cramped. The drinks aren't cheap which is to be expected. A bottle water cost a little over $4. What is ridiculous is when we went to leave they would not let us go outside the building with my water bottle. No joke, it was ridiculous. Never have we ever encountered such a dumb policy. Someone please explain what possible reason there could be for this. And the traffic police weren't that polite either. But the show was great and the facility is very nice too.
Sway N.
Beautiful venue if you can get there. Parking is horrible. It's an hour to park and an hour to leave. We paid $15 and there were no spots available where the attendant told us go! We tried Uber and even they declined to take us because the drop off line was 30 minutes long. They need to do better including more spots and traffic cops at the freeway exit..We were there to see Anita Baker so she was worth it, but anyone else..nope can't do it..
Alexis Lynch
Had my first concert here. Logic!!! Yes his concert was super awesome. I didnt pay much attention to the building itself but if it was good enough for Logic it good enough for me. Can't wait for more surprising events here!
A-Game Clothing coming soon!!
Rhonda Garza
Great venue but entry was not easy or efficient. Took way too long to get thru security. I want to be safe and I think they do a thorough job but there needs to be more lines. Concert was great and I don't think there's a "bad seat" in this center. Staff was friendly especially for being very busy. Parking is kinda the pits but not horrible.
Roy Crater
wonderful venue. spacious enough inside that even when crowded, its not crowded. very pricey though (maybe it was my event organizers) but i was pleased with the ease of parking, well maintained parking lot and easy in and out. is definitely worth the drive way out there
Coby Donaldson
Venue itself is great. Good acoustics, good seating layout, great stage. Unfortunately this place has the absolute worst designed access, parking, and exits. Took us over 45 min to get into the parking lot from about a mile away. Poorly planned and poorly managed. Some shows have taken patrons hours to get parked. Get it together Sugar Land/Smart Financial Center.
Carissa Daigle Dugas
Really nice venue!!! Getting into the parking lot was tough but once your in your good!! Long walk to entrance, I would suggest packing some flip flops or comfy shoes!! Sound was awesome! Every seat is a great seat!!
irene reeneey
Of all the venues I've gone to this has been by far the best in terms of everything.
Parking has never been super expensive. Although for a friend of mine and myself it has been a bit confusing. Only for about a second, though, with it being a small place. Take cash. I feel like that's the only method unless you are able to buy it in advance with your event ticket. I can't say how much parking is as each time I've gone in the past it has been different. The highest paid has been about $13 I believe?
They have a bathroom outside. It was dirty, which isn't great. However, it did work, there was toilet paper, there was hand soap, a hand dryer, and it was available. I could deal with it.
There can be several long lines before entering the venue, but even with that being the case employees get you in fairly quick considering. Plus doors open way ahead of time, so whether up front or far back of line no one should be getting to the show late.
Concessions are on the first two floors. Bathrooms are also.
Seats are comfy. They seem to give enough of space between you and neighbors. Some venues I've been practically glued to others.
Gwen Mays
While I've been there for concerts & Tyler Perry plays, the best yet was for SFC to serve the community as a COVID-19 vaccine location. I took my sister to get hers!!!!
Cindy Deister
Attended an excellent D’Cappella concert here! The seating and facilities are clean and comfortable, and the building and lighting is beautiful. The sound was wrong, though, since we sat close to the stage but often couldn’t hear the performers.
Erica Arispe
Great venue! Saw The Killers perform there. Not a bad seat in the house, the sound was great.
Jon Van Steenis
Great venue with fantastic sound and sight lines. Also solid concessions and drink selections.
Maria Diaz
I came here for the nicky jam concert. I was in a suite. Parking and getting to the suit was extremely easy. The view was nice, and the venue is not that big (which I like). Once the show was over the valet brought our car in a timely manner considering everyone was coming out at the same time. I would definitely come again.
Craig Rivers
Very nice intimate venue to get up close to the artists, there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the whole building, the acts they pull in are getting better every year. With that said, parking is a nightmare, long lines and they keep raising the price of parking because there are literally no other options! I have actually paid more to park than the cost of a ticket before.
Brenda Becerra
Best concert venue I've been to! As in all venues, prices are higher than normal but worth paying them here. Great variety of drinks, knowledgeable staff, bathroom layouts are great to avoid long lines and good space for concerts. My first time here and watched The Killers. I'm surprised they allowed the confetti drops but kudos to the venue for this as the experience will ensure I'll be back for future events. Not to mention they had the parking situation handled - no long lines or traffic jams. They had people guiding traffic and exiting from the venue from our seats into highway took less than 10 minutes for a sold out show. Highly recommend!
Brian Hurta
Nice venue, but there is no escalator to the balcony so be ready to climb. Because of the luxury boxes below, the balcony is so far from the stage that it's hard to tell who is who. The screens on either side of the stage are pretty small, as well.
Parking is plentiful, but expensive at $15, and moves too slowly from the side entrance. Could have saved about 15 minutes by entering from the freeway.
Long walk from the parking lot, which is fine if it's not raining.
Anita Weave
My husband got tickets for the Anita Baker Farewell Tour for my one year "paper" anniversary gift. The concert was absolutely amazing!!! Anita's voice was incredible. The concert hall has great acoustics. The parking lot is huge, but it need more exits. Too much of a bottleneck after concerts.
Samantha Brochstein
Nice venue for a sit down show. I saw John Cleese here and it was perfect for such a show. I arrived early and was able to park in front. I don't love that parking is an extra charge, and it did take quite a while to get back out of the parking lot. Only negative is that I couldn't imagine it being a good setup for any type of show other than a theatrical production. I wouldn't want to attend a concert here.
Anna Witas
First visit to this new great venue. Modern and colorful, helpful staff and multiple food and drink areas. Much nicer for a concert than the stadium settings! Parking was $15 cash. Expect long time to leave, as all traffic merges into one exit.
James Stevens
It's average, at best. On the plus side, very easy to get to and has plenty of parking. On the downside, you have to pay $15 to park. Parking is not included in the ticket price and there is no free parking within a mile of the location. On the plus side, it gets very famous and well known stars to perform there. On the downside, the upper level (half the seats) is so far away you can't even see the performers face, and the 2 "large" screens are so small you STILL can't see the performers face. Worst part of the building layout? Positively the stairwell, yes only ONE from the upper level to exit to 1st floor. It is so narrow (10 feet?) the crowds are like sardines shuffling out 6 inches at a time. I can't believe the fire Marshall even approved such an abomination.
Gisell Villa
Best venue for concert since its newer you get that feeling from attending an event. Great view expect if your on the sides. I visited here two times. first one i was in a bad sport you had to look more at the TVs than anything and the next time i was at the very front. i signed up for their emails so im always first to know what events they have going on. The parking is so ample but it can get crazy when you get out.
Selene De la Rosa
The place is great! We happened to go for the Lauryn Hill concert and unfortunately, the storm didn't let us enjoy the concert. The streets were flooding, we were way too far from home. We had to leave early. :(
I have no complaints of the venue, the artist took forever to come out :(
Aishia R
Fantasia is such an awesome performer!! Tank, and Robin Thicke were great! So was Bonfyre!
