Our wedding was November 5, 2021. Everyone we worked with was phenomenal! If you are looking to get a great bang for your buck, Pelazzio is the way to go! You'll want to go with the Paradise Package, trust me, it has EVERYTHING. You won't find a better deal anywhere else. They handle everything for you! The vendors are all fantastic. We are so happy with how everything turned out. Our photographer, Amy, did an amazing job with our wedding photos and our videographer, Darren was excellent to work with as well. Thanks for making our big day such a beautiful event!

Our wedding was nothing short of amazing! Olivia was phenomenal. She was there to assist every step of the way. She has such a warm spirit and gentle approach which was the exact energy I needed on my hectic wedding day. Our photographer Amir was spectacular! He did not disappoint at all. He was so professional and captured all of my intimate moments with my family and friends. Our DJ Paul was fantastic! He got everyone out of their seats and on their feet. He played such an amazing selection and did not disappoint. The food was delicious and our cake was exactly what we wanted and more. If I could do it all over again Pelazzio would be the first place that came to my mind! Thank you all for making our wedding day so amazing!

Pelazzio is definitely the best place to have a wedding! Wow! I can’t express the gratitude for this venue. From the coordinators, to the wait staff, to the DJ, photographer and even the bar tender. Nothing short of amazing. Our wedding was 7/31. Erika was our day of coordinator and she did everything to ensure our day ran smoothly. I also appreciate Mary so much and all her help and staff with setting up to make everything look beautiful. To Paul! Our DJ. The best DJ in Houston HANDS DOWN! He definitely made our day special and kept us on track as we navigated through the night. We had a vision and he executed! Our soul train line was great and everyone had an amazing time! Well respected and went the extra mile to keep our party going! Laura, our photographer WOW! she took amazing photos of us throughout the night and capture all our greatest moments. We received our photos within LESS than two weeks after our wedding in which I was not expecting! Everyone went above and beyond. The food was amazing, our pre reception table was set up beautifully and everyone loved it! Monica or Monique for our wedding cake, she made it look exactly how we asked and it tasted AMAZING!!! Josue (I think) the bar tender kept all the drinks coming and made sure everyone had great drinks! I highly recommend Pelazzio to host your wedding. Oh, and the price was reasonable, for an all inclusive venue we spent well under 10k for 100 people. We were more than satisfied!

My husband and I had our wedding here last month and I have a bit of a mixed review. We opted for the Paradise package so we got the full Pelazzio experience. Positive: Our photographer Amy was phenomenal! She was so sweet and helpful the day of our wedding. The photos she took were stunning. She did a great job! 100% recommend! World Catering Bakery did an amazing job on our cake! It was very neat and it turned out way better than the picture I had given them. Our Event Coordinator, Madison was helpful in the days leading to the wedding. She was very timely in her responses to my emails and made everything happen that I asked for. The Dancing on a cloud and custom floor monogram turned out great! Negative: The standard limo is outdated. Would not recommend. Communication was horrible. If I hadn’t reached out to them I probably never would have been scheduled for food tasting, cake tasting, or my event planning meeting. They claimed to have sent emails but I didn’t receive anything. Not even in my spam. Linen choices are limited. I was very surprised they did not offer plain white napkins or tablecloths. The ivory color that is included is near yellow. The outside of the venue could use some TLC. It is not the most appealing. I was not a thrilled about having to go to multiple food tastings to be able to pick something that I liked especially since we live an hour away. Maybe larger group tastings with the full menu would be beneficial to your clients. Our wedding cake was served for a very short period then wrapped in foil and sat on the table. Our guests were still wanting cake throughout the reception. A few pieces left on a side table would have been nice. I would have liked lighting options. I would have liked to have my reception dim lit throughout its entirety. They also turned on colorful lights towards the end which I was not a fan of and did not request. Overall, our wedding turned out great but there are some opportunities for improvement!

The Pelazzio is were I will be recommending all my personal and professional contacts for all their event space needs for sure!!!! The food and cake were so tasty! All of our guest had the best time between the food & cake, DJ, open bar, photo booth and the overall service of the staff at the Pelazzio! Our reception was decorated beautifully and everyone had a great time including me and my husband! Thank you to the Pelazzio for making our wedding reception one for the books!

We celebrated my daughter's Quince at Pelazzio, and we loved it. Addy was my first official supporter in the whole process, I thought I would continue working with her until the end. Ana listened to my concerns and took action. Mishka offered an outstanding service the day of the event. She took the initiative to bring us our dish to our tables when she noticed we were so busy, and that act melted my heart. The food, the DJ, the room decorations were beautiful. I wish our invitees could have kept the fresh flowers in the end, and also that there was a nursing area for breastfeeding Mothers ! ;) I loved they have a diaper changing table available! For a few moments I felt that the planning room was a little noisy/loud while we deciding the details of our party, however, we were able to get things done. I will suggest anyone to make sure you feel comfortable with the Event Manager since you will be working together on your special day 🤍 Thank you Pelazzio, I will consider your venue in the future.

We had our wedding at the Pelazzio on April 29 and it was everything I imagined and more. Ana made sure everything went smoothly and fixed all little hiccups that occurred. I really had no worries or stress the day of because the staff made sure I didn’t stress. I wanted an all inclusive event so that my day was as stress free as possible and they made that happen. I definitely recommend Ana and the staff at Pelazzio to take care of your special event. The decorations were gorgeous, food was delicious and everything occurred flawlessly.

I absolutely loved this venue! It’s professionalism and kindness, was much appreciated. Their accommodations were great, so were their associates. It was clean and very well laid out. My daughter had an awesome wedding experience, I feel. Could not have asked for a better event venue. Loved the marquee with their names at the top and also at the door! Will definitely recommend!

***Long post*** When I got engaged on Christmas Eve 2021, & we decided to have an actual ceremony & reception, I had no idea where to start. I admittedly get overwhelmed easily, & tend to shut down so I literally prayed to find somewhere that was perfect for my then fiancé & I. We began checking out venues in February of 2022, & picked our wedding date for 09/18/22. My goal was to look at at least three venues. We did that but each one lacked something on our list. By chance, The Pelazzio popped up on my phone one afternoon & I told my fiancé let’s check out just one more. When I say The Pelazzio exceeded ALL of our expectations! And now that we’ve had our wedding, I can say it OVER exceeded our expectations. This venue offers EVERYTHING, & is extremely budget friendly when it comes to the cost of weddings nowadays. The only thing we had to find on our own was an officiant. We picked the Paradise Package. All of our vendors contacted us at least 6-8 weeks prior to our wedding. Our coordinator Mishka was the best! Never had an issue getting in contact w/her. The cake vendor they use has the most creative & delicious cakes & will schedule you to come in for a cake tasting at least 2 weeks in advance. We barely had any left to bring home. Our photographer Amir was great as well! Very professional & knowledgeable. We just got married so I haven’t received our pics yet, but look forward to seeing those soon. The decor, & food were both perfect. Lastly our DJ Paul Estrada hands down is THE GOAT! Prior to our wedding, he contacted me to go over the details of our special day. This man stayed on the phone w/me for over an hour as we went over the itinerary, & got personal details regarding certain songs & the reason we chose them. I was so nervous prior to our ceremony but this place made sure our dream became a reality! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves & so did we. I will recommend this place to anyone looking to plan an event here. Thank you to the owner & staff for all you did to make our day as perfect as could be!

William and I got married in Nov 2022. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, the cake was gorgeous, and all of the Pelazzio staff and contracted services were great! The convenience of the all-inclusive venue was perfect for our busy lives !!! This saved us a lot of time and made the planning process much easier. Everything was wonderful with the exception of one issue. Our limo over-heated and broke down on the way to the venue. My brother-in-law had to come pick up the wedding party on the road. My only other suggestion would be to keep the heat on in the bridal room. It was absolutely freezing on a winter day and felt like the AC was on instead. Other than these two issues our wedding was magical and beautiful and all of our guests had a great time! I WILL STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PELAZZIO AND WE STILL GIVE THEM 5 STARS!! ❤❤❤ THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR SPECIAL DAY A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!

We had our wedding at Pelazzio a few weeks ago and we were so happy with the results. Pelazzio made planning our wedding so easy. Our package included the decor, photographer, food, cake, limo, photo booth and a wedding planner. So during the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about setting anything up or doing anything else! During our big day, our planner helped keep us on track with everything and made sure the guests were satisfied and had everything they needed. I had the most amazing wedding at the Pelazzio in November of 2022. From our event coordinator Mishka, to our DJ Paul, our catering, and our cake makers; the Pelazzio has some of the best connections out there to make sure your event is top quality without the insane level of stress that comes with organizing it all yourself. Choosing a venue for our wedding was a tall task, and one that had a lot of weight behind it. I sincerely have no regrets about our decision and would absolutely recommend the Pelazzio for anyone who is looking for a whole team of people to have your back on your special occasion!

Our wedding was 09/17/22 and it was a night to remember! Our wedding coordinator Mishka was awesome! Although she was coordinating 2 different events at the same time, you could not tell! She was on top of the ball and any issue myself or my husband had, she made sure to resolve right away! Even after the wedding, she communicated with those vendors that unfortunately dropped the ball and she kept me updated as well! Our Photographer Laura was exceptional! I gave her my vision and she executed so effortlessly. She was very professional as well. She also was there to help with any issues that happened that night! I was married at the Pelazzio on 4/2/21 and it was truly one of the best experiences of my entire life. The venue was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The staff was amazing and super accommodating every step of the way. Kristina even helped me fluff my dress right before I walked down the aisle. She was a complete doll! Almost a month later and I am still on cloud nine!! Amir (the photographer) and Joseph (the videographer) were fantastic! Amir is a true artist with great attention to detail and managed to capture the spirit of my husband and I, our families, and our friends every step of the way. He came up with lots of great photo ops utilizing the venue and provided us with top quality photos. The entire staff was great with our wedding party and all of the guests, and truly exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend Amir and the entire Pelazzio staff enough. Ms. Olivia, Amy and Mr. Paul were great!!! But Carlos who was not at our rehearsal was rude, aggressive and tried to run our wedding and ruined my wife’s entrance and almost ruined mine. He should have listened to Ms. Olivia who was at the rehearsal and new exactly what we wanted. She did an awesome job saving his errors and that’s why I am giving 5 stars to Olivia, Amy and Paul.

Had my wedding here on 12.10.22 and it was PERFECT! Everything went great and even if it didn't, I was having too much fun to even notice. Mishka was my coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure my day was special! Paul our DJ was AMAZING! Our photographer Amir was so nice and funny. He had my shy 2 year old high fiving him by the start of the reception and she doesn't warm up to people that quickly. The decor, cake, food etc. was everything I wanted. I want to thank Pelazzio for allowing us to have this special event Mishka- coordinator she was like a celebrity wedding coordinator she made it a dream come true. Amir-photographer he made sure he got all the good angles plus more and he also had some ideas to do to make the pictures pop. Paul- Dj it was like 1999’s and the 2000’s. We had a blast. Our officiant Charles company LOVE THE ONE YOU WITH. He was very attentive and was easy to talk to. They was so awesome and very attentive. They made us so comfortable it was like we knew each other already.

Pelazzio made my wedding planning a breeze! I want to first start off by thanking Mishka! I was one of her first clients and I'm grateful to have had her along the way. Shoutout to Ana as well for always being willing to go the extra mile to honor my request. Now let's get to my videographer and photographer. Let me start off by saying that Amir is top class in his photography. He was punctual and ready to work. He had vision and direction which really helped us maximize our time and capture the best shots. He was extremely personable which is essential to have on your wedding day. He does not know how grateful I am for him going the extra mile on my wedding day. My videographer was a no show, and Amir stepped in to not only do my photography but also some videography in the interim while he urgently worked to help me secure another videographer last minute. He luckily was able to find one of his partners Joseph to do our videography. Despite the wedding being 45 minutes behind, Joseph showed up and quickly got to work. He literally saved my wedding and now I refer to him as my guardian angel. He did not miss! The details and footage he captured from the day really told a story. People who have seen our wedding video have literally cried because watching it made them feel as if they were there. Thank you Joseph and Amir for the amazing memories. I highly suggest anyone to book your videography and photography through Pelazzio to avoid any unwanted and unnecessary stress that could be brought on by outside vendors.

My daughter and son in law celebrated their wedding here on February 3rd. They were very happy with everything. Their wedding coordinator named Mishka was wonderful she went over and beyond of what we expected including all her staff and helpers. They were all wonderful and very attentive to everyone's needs especially for the bride and groom. The DJ was awesome. Everyone danced until the last dance. So much fun. I truly recommend the Pelazzio and all its members and staff. Great job everyone. I give you all a 10.

The organization and planification of Pelazzio is not bad, they take consideration of personal requests and overall personal was great. Nevertheless, organizing important and final details for the event is done in meeting a week before the event and the call with their vendors is done the same week, that is not enough time to organize everything properly, and that was noted on our event. It would be better to have more organization meetings with Pelazzio and their vendors. The bartender they provide to us was extremely rude and disrespectful with our guests, we claim this to Pelazzio and their answer was very empty, we would love to have a more empathic answer because he was had truly and horrible behavior with our guets. Not sure if I would repeat Pelazzio but overall was ok.

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at Pelazzio! The rooms were gorgeous and the all-inclusive paradise package included almost everything we needed. Wedding planning was so hard, but I can’t imagine how much harder it would’ve been if we had to find our own photographer, DJ, baker, limo, catering, bar services & even more of the decor/florals. Basically the only vendor we needed to shop around for outside of Pelazzio was a florist for the bridal party bouquets/boutonnières! Our wedding coordinator at Pelazzio was Kristina Shell and she was so great at making our day run smoothly. She took care of anything we needed and answered any questions we had throughout the whole process! Kristina is the best. Lena Sharifat was our Pelazzio photographer for the wedding day and our engagement shoot. She is super sweet & great at what she does. I highly recommend her! Paul Olson was our DJ through Pelazzio, and he was also great. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Paul kept the schedule running correctly and kept the crowd having fun all night. The waitstaff & captain during our wedding were also fantastic! Everybody we encountered from Pelazzio during our wedding was very helpful and kind. We 100% recommend Pelazzio for an almost completely all-inclusive wedding venue!

This venue really helps out by having almost EVERYTHING taken care of in one place. It makes planning so much easier! My event is in 2023, so I'll come back and update this once we have gone through with the event. So far it has been pretty nice! 4 stars instead of 5 due to the billing website. You can't do auto pay or anything like that, so it's EXTREMELY annoying, therefore one star is removed. Obviously I still love this place if I'm willing to stay with that one annoyance. I definitely recommend. I've had to tour TONS of venues and we fell for this one, the GBR to be exact.

We live out of state and between the event team and our our wedding planner, they were able to partner and create the most memorable ceremony ever for us. Of course every event has its challenges and curve balls, but it did not take away from the overall goal of the event. He kept us abreast of everything. Not only did he email us about our upcoming nuptials, he called as well. The hall is beyond beautiful, from the chandeliers down to the bathroom, everything was glorious. Y'all and the food was delicious too. The hall was setup two days before our nuptials. And when I tell y'all it was beautiful, it was magnificent. It went beyond what we expected. The DJ has now become our all-time favorite DJ now. He never missed a beat. I had my wedding here. Probably one of the most affordable places for beautiful weddings and flexible payment plans. Just a heads up, they expect you to have your own coordinator for the ceremony. And try to provide your own microphones or ask if you can use theirs, because no one could hear our vows or prayer. Other than that, it was gorgeous, and the DJ and Photographer went above and beyond for us at the reception. The food was very good, and the bar was awesome. I would highly recommend this place. We are very happy with having our wedding at Pelazzio. We were initially wanting to have a destination wedding but due to COVID, decided to do something local. Kudos to Madison, our event coordinator for making our reception schedule as seamless and smooth sailing as possible. The decorations were on point, and we were able to customize the colors to match our theme for the wedding. The food turned out to be really good, and our guests raved and got seconds. For reference we chose Arugula Salad, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Wild Mushroom Risotto and Sauteed Green Beans. We and our guests were very happy with the photobooth as well. My guests got free prints and we got a link with all the pictures at the end of our wedding. We also liked our photographer and videographer, our photos and videos turned out great. Our drinks also kept on coming, so we were very happy. Overall, I think because they handle a lot of weddings, they know how the events flow and that really helps, versus having multiple vendors who are not familiar with the venue and needing to coordinate with them on the day of the wedding. We are so happy that we chose Pelazzio for our wedding!

The presentation of the venue, the food, the bride and groom was stunning. Their package included an open bar which met everyone’s tastes. The Pelazzio even threw in a photo booth as a gift for the couples wedding where everyone had a lot of fun. My Son had his own DJ which added to the smoothness of the celebration. But everything fell into place. We were very pleased and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. They have several venue rooms that can be customized to whatever “look” you are wanting.The price is reasonable for the venue and the services that you get which are all inclusive. The wedding was on a Sunday as they offer some of the services at a discounted rate on Sunday as well as some extras.

I just had my wedding reception at Pelazzio and yes, I am writing because I want people to know that one or two people that write nasty things are certainly in the minority. From the moment I walked in the door and met my Certified Wedding Specialist, I knew she would professionally take care of everything. We 'clicked' immediately and I felt like I had known her all my life. I had looked into many resort hotels and was not happy with the feeling of just being another customer. With Pelazzio I felt assured that everything would go just as I envisioned. For me, giving up 'control' of my wedding celebration to someone else was difficult, but then I met the staff at Pelazzio. The food was fantastic. The table linens and all of the center pieces and other decorations looked phenomenal. The ballroom just looked fantastic! The DJ was very accommodating and allowed us to put together our own mix of music and specific songs. Our cake was sooooo tasty (and cheaper than the other 4 places we went "shopping"). And the photography package that we got through them included the nicest story book of our wedding day. Pelazzio is a true gem and they do a great job!!!

My husband and I were married at the Pelazzio on July 11th of this year and the event was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was very nice the decorations were exactly what we wanted, the food was delicious, and everything was perfect. They made the entire process very easy and worry free for us. From our first interaction to the actual day of our wedding they were very helpful and patient because I know I was constantly asking questions. But they were always nice and helpful. They are truly all inclusive. All we had to do was take care of ourselves and the bridal party and they took care of the music, photography, cake, catering, decorations, and had the coordinator there the entire time to make sure everything ran smoothly. We have already recommended the Pelazzio to others for their events because to us there just wasn't a better place to celebrate our union. Thank you Pelazzio for helping me not be a Bridezilla and making our day the most wonderful day ever.

The people at Pelazzio did a wonderful job on my husband's and my joint birthday party. The food was great and presented very artfully. The cake was beautiful and quite tasty. The DJ did a great job playing music we could dance to. The hall was lovely. The staff was friendly and professional even making sure my husband and I got served food as were we still busy greeting guests. All of our friends had a great time. My only issue was with the selection of beer that was offered. The problem was solved when they allowed me to bring in the craft beers I wanted served and they chilled them and served them up . It was a memorable night.

My journey to find the perfect wedding venue started in August of 2019. I was born in Houston, but moved to Baltimore so I only had one weekend to pick a venue. After going to 3 different venues we finally went to Pelazzio and were WOWed by Juan Artavia (a former wedding specialist at the Pelazzio). He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my fiance and I. He was the main reason we opted to go with Pelazzio. He listened to our concerns (finances) and was able to help put our minds at ease. He assured us that we would get everything we wanted and more at an affordable price. We also opted for this location because of the all-inclusive approach. We were able to get our photographer, cake, and DJ all in one place. This is a major plus for out-of-state brides or brides who simply don't want to exert too much energy when planning the big day. My event manager was Kristina. I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is incredibly efficient and kind. She answered all of my frantic emails and made sure that I was taken care of right up until the very last minute. During my banquet order meeting, I was incredibly late (late flight) but Kristina reassured me and our meeting went as planned with no glitches. On the day of my wedding on 9/6/2020, the photographer Amy Durbin arrived early and was incredibly sweet throughout the entire day. There was a ton of family drama (typical for weddings LOL), but Amy was able to capture beautiful moments that I will always treasure. Anna was also on had to assist Kristina and she was just as phenomenal. We didn't have to lift a finger the whole night. She was attentive and made sure that we ate. I can't sing her praises. The banquet manager (I can't remember his name) but he was fantastic as well. We used the DJ that Pelazzio provided and DJ Paul Estrada was GREAT. I highly recommend him. He was able to read the crowd and adjust the music as needed. The only mishap that occurred was with an upgrade that my husband and I purchased. We wanted the "Dancing on the Cloud" fog machine. Unfortunately, the fog was not as picturesque as we would have liked. Kristina and the Pelazzio team has assured us that they will work with us to rectify. All in all, I would highly recommend this venue for your events. The team here takes great pride in their work and will ensure that you are satisfied.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding at Pelazzio on 03.15.19! Everything in our Paradise package was phenomenal! All of my guest had a good time and my husband and I were so pleased with the staff and how they catered to us! Our banquet manager, Luis made sure we had all that we needed for a smooth day. Our DJ, Paul Estrada, went above and beyond our expectations and made the reception one of the best party experiences ever! Lois, our photographer, captured so many great memories and my bridal party loved her! Omg and Abraham was was the icing on the cake... he truly made sure that we were having a good time the day of the wedding and made sure everyone was happy. I can’t thank Pelazzio enough for helping me to make my wedding day a success! From start to finish they have been professional and went out of their way to make sure my husband and I had what we needed to have a great wedding! Absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding July 10, 2021 and wouldn’t imagine having it any other place. We had so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding came out. Food was delicious, decor was beautiful and staff was always one phone call away. A huge thanks to Ana for helping us out through the whole process. We also just received our photos and they’re so beautiful, our photographer Amir took photos of every single detail, we truly appreciate him and his lovely work. We also added a videographer and we can’t wait to see our wedding video (I’ll update with his name, it’s been two months and It slipped my mind). The wedding on Sat. 1-16-16 (3pm -10pm) of my duaghter and son-in-law was just awesome!!! The Pelazzio staff was awesome, especially Erica and Luna. They are the sweetest young ladies, very kind, and patient with all our questions and concerns. Very pleasant to work with. I sent them cookies just because they were so awesome. The wedding was beautiful, the DJ (Alex) also did an awesome job. He played music for the ceremony and then we moved to the ballroom and he continued to do an excellent job. We needed a bilingual DJ and he was the man! The ballroom and ceremony room were decorated beautifully as we were told it would be. The food was very good. I would have any other events in my family at the Pelazzio again. We had the photographer and cake done outside by someone else just because we already had them picked out by the time we went to the Pelazzio. Check the Pelazzio out! You will be happy! As a guest, it was super nice that the reception and ceremony were next door so we didn't have to drive anywhere! Decorations were okay. At first glance, everything seemed fancy but after closer inspection was more on the cheap side. The steps to the stage needed a new paint job. The stage was wrapped in a fabric that looked like someone just threw it together. But overall a nice wedding.

Pelazzio Reception Venue is definitely a place worth considering for a stress-free wedding. My wedding was absolutely beautiful!! My guest raved about the food and the open bar was also a HUGE hit!! My event manager Luis did everything he could to ensure that my wedding ran smooth, even when things looked like they were about to fall apart. I am extremely blessed to have gotten an event manager who cared so much about my event...even after my event. Everything was great! Beautiful venue and great staff!! Not only is it a one stop shop, but the cost is very affordable for the amount of service, and quality you get.

Venue is nice and the decor was nice. The two things that was frustrating was the photographer did not show until the wedding started. He said it was a mix up In times he wasn't aware of the service times. Therefore I did not get photos before or as I was getting dressed or my girls. That was a disappointment. He fell asleep several times during the reception my guests was telling me he was asleep in the chair in the back we should check on him. The event captain I saw her once and that was it. So please have someone there to run around for you to find staff with answers because we were scrambling and trying to find answers to things that needed to be done.

We just had our wedding reception at Pelazzio (4/23/16) and it was beyond amazing! We had the grand ballroom; all of our guest could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue looked, and how the atmosphere was just perfect! My husband and I heard about how wonderful the food, drinks and cake were all night...I wish he and I had a bit more time to taste everything. We definitely would recommend Pelazzio to anyone who is looking for an all inclusive venue that knows how to take care of it's clients!

We had our wedding on 03/13/2020 at the Pelazzio. We used the Tuscany A ballroom and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend using this venue if you are trying to have a beautiful event at a great price. I couldn't be happier with the venue and our event specialist, Kristina. The only recommendation I would make is to provide a different room for the bridal party to get ready in. Great staff, great venue ... dare I say, great value? Pelazzio has exceeded all of my expectations - fantastic accommodations, attentive service and an amazing value. Pelazzio is a welcome respite from the other venues I have ever been to and although it enjoys isolation from dense hotel zones and other venues, it is perfectly located off Westheimer and about 25 minutes from the Galleria area. In my experience, the staff goes above and beyond my expectations and provides memorable bespoke service, satisfaction and repose in an environment that is eclectic, glamorous, and cultured. During a recent event (early December 2012) the staff was professional and gracious and made sure that my visit would be (and was) pleasant and exceptional (which it was). It's always a pleasure to visit places that not only provide comfortable surroundings, but whose employees take the time to make sure the visit is pleasant. Such has been my experience at the Pelazzio Reception Venue. As I've said before, the staff is wonderful. However, what makes them so is not how many smiles they give when everything is perfect, but how they react on those occasions when there is an unexpected problem. If there is an issue, no matter how big or small, I have found the staff to take ownership of it and go above and beyond to make sure the outcome is satisfactory to the guest. This is the hallmark of a well-managed venue. It's what sets it apart from many other reception venues of similar quality and it's why I actually look forward to planning personal events at Pelazzio in the near future. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and they include most of all the basics! Not to mention the promotions!! You can customize it as much or as little as you want and they really a TON of choices for everything: the food, bar, linens, etc! We have been working with Liz and Katy and they have been amazing! This place is AMAZING! My fiance and I looked at several different venues in the Houston area and nothing compared to this venue! They are very affordable and the venue is absolutely beautiful! We worked with Masie the wedding specialist, and she was fabulous! She was able to work with us on everything and was very enthusiastic and extremely helpful! I loved how Friday and Saturday weddings are the same price! They have everything included in their packages and you wont have to worry about getting anything extra except for the minister/officiant! They include catering, photographer, DJ, alcohol, decorations, set up and set down! My fiance are very excited to be getting married here!!!

The staff here were really nice. My friend had his wedding here and the venue was nice as well. I don't know anything about process but they have several rooms that they rent out and decorate per your needs. Seems like a really run operation. Photographer was a guy (can't remember his name) but he was great. Stayed longer than expected and worked with the wedding staff.

We celebrated our daughters quinceanera on Friday November 02 and walking into the hall I was overwhelmed with emotion to see such a beautiful display of classy decor, they exceeded our expectations, my daughters Cinderella theme, was really encapsulated. Deciding to use this all inclusive venue was the best decision we could have made for our Ceremony & Reception. Before finding Pelazzio, I was super stressed by caterers trying to get over and take advantage of us with hidden fees. Kristina and the team at Pelazzio really put our minds at ease. All pricing and packages are strait forward. 1st, the contract process is very thorough and detailed, however decisions about the details of our big day were made early on. So be sure to have an idea about how many people you really want to have at your wedding and the type of bar you want to offer to your guest. These things will be set in stone in your contract. Of course you can add things but taking them away will not be an option. After the business is out the way, you get to work with the banquet lead! As I mentioned before, we were paired with Kristina! She really took special care with our ideas and had so many cost effective solutions. Our wedding night went off without a hitch! Everything from flowers, decor, staff and food were in perfect order. Even their photographer, Amir was personable and dedicated to getting really awesome photos. Our guest still can’t believe how beautiful the main ballroom was! Pelazzio really aimed to please! My husband and I found the cheat code to wedding planning. It’s Pelazzio!

My experience with the Pelazzio was good but I had some problems. First off, My photographer was Mrs.Lena and she went above and beyond! She took our engagement photos which kept getting rescheduled due to the weather, but she worked with us and our photos turned out amazing! My husband and I both had busy schedules and she worked around them with no problems. My wedding day was April 14th and I received my photos about May 8th and I AM BLOWN AWAY. She did amazing and she got every photo I wanted plus more. If you book here definitely request her! I really can’t express how happy we were with her! My day of coordinator was Louis and he would tell me he scheduled things and I would find out later on my own that they were not. It was very annoying to say the least but when I went for my in plan meeting another guy helped me while Louis had a meeting and he was fantastic, I wish I could remember his name. He also was there for our food tasting, and rehearsal and helped us a lot. Other than scheduling everything went amazing. The decorations were perfect, the food was amazing. The cooks did a fantastic job. I did get some complaints from my guests about the bartender saying “I’m giving y’all a lot of alcohol, you need to tip me” which I found out after my wedding and I was quite mad but it was already over with so I let it go. And then through out the night the DJ played the exact music I wanted, and did everything on time which was great, but he begged for money (for us at least) but it was annoying. Every ten minutes he would tell people to come put money in our honeymoon jar, once or twice would have been nice but I lost count how many times. He also “jokingly” kept announcing that whoever would come dance to whatever song the best my husband would pay them $100, then announced it again saying $200. BUT, overall I had an amazing night and I would definitely use Pelazzio again, just with a different coordinator. There ballroom is Beautiful and all of my guests loved it as well.

I could not have chosen a better venue at which to celebrate my 75th birthday on March 6, 2016. From my first tour of Pelazzio Ballrooms and package selection with Leslie, the menu selection, food tasting, and decor selections with Yuli, Erica and Luna, to the end of the celebration day, each staff person was polite, helpful and attentive. The lighting, food, birthday cake and tables were magnificent. The Extravaganza Package was the perfect choice for me. The food was great. It actually tasted better to me at the event than it did at the tasting. The cake was beautiful and tasted great. I was allowed to bring in my own DJ and my daughter and granddaughters were allowed to make special table centerpieces in my favorite colors of green and purple. The Limo was great. The young lady photographer was very pleasant to everyone and took lots of pictures. This was a very memorable day for me with lots of immediate and extended family and friends. I sent out a text to thank them for coming and to tell them how much I enjoyed everything and everyone and one text I received said "Not as much as we did! It was great!!!" Another said "Had a wonderful time, everything was fantastic". I would definitely recommend Pelazzio to anyone.

The venue was decorated so beautifully! I still receive so many compliments about how lovely everything looked. Many staff members answered all our questions patiently both before and on that day and were always there to assist us with anything we needed. We haven't received our pictures yet, but our photographer Amir was showing us some on his camera that day and they looked amazing!!! I gave it four stars because before we signed the contract, they said that if we later decided we didn't need anything in our package, we could get it taken off. They didn't tell us though that you only get it refunded as company credit, so I would suggest taking off anything you don't think you'll need before you sign the contract. You can always add it on later. Also, we paid for the open wells bar which I admit has a ton of liquor options, but only 2 beer options; it would have been nice to have a few more. All in all though, I would highly recommend this venue! Update: We got our photos from the in-house photographer last week and we LOVE them. Thank you so much Amir!!!

I had my wedding about a week and a half ago at the grand ballroom, and I must say I am a happy bride! Working with them was a pleasure since the beginning. They were very reliable and professional and did everything they could to work with our needs. We never had to worry about them because they were very organized and good following up with us. Pelazzio's catering was a delicious decision, our guest were amazed and satisfied with the food. We received a lot of compliments about how beautiful the venue was and how professional their serving staff was. I also need to add that Angel with Atlast Photography was amazingly awesome!! I got married here and thought, overall, it was worth the money. The different packages they offer also makes this venue a one-stop shop if that’s what you’re looking for. With that said, the thing that really made our already-special day so exceptional was our photographer, Amir! Amir went above and beyond what I would assume to be typical photographer duties. He helped us pose to get the best pictures and also helped us through every stage of our wedding. He essentially acted as our wedding coordinator. Definitely recommend his services for any of your photography needs!

I had my wedding here 2/10/2019. Everything was beyond expectations. My coordinator Abraham was awesome from day 1, he’s a great listener very informative and made my vision come to life!! He was also very patient with me and my bridal party (we were a handful lol). The food, the catering staff, Dj, and photographer was also the best ive could’ve asked for. The office staff was always very helpful with answering questions and helping me through the planning process. My banquet manager, Luis, and the planning team were both very helpful and I valued their experience a lot. The catering was delicious, I would rate it an 8. I cannot speak highly enough about my photographer, Misa. She was phenomenal! From the moment she got to the hotel, she set right to work, making sure I was ready, suggesting shots she believed I would like, and helped with organizing a few last minute things. Once we were at the venue, she even took on the roll of a wedding planner and kept the schedule on track by suggesting when we should do the cake, bouquet toss, etc. Having her there made the course of the night 100 times easier and relaxed me a lot. She was simply amazing, and I hope everyone at the Pelazzio either gets her as their photographer or they get a photographer as helpful and dedicated as her. The cake vendor was great. Her company reached out to me to schedule the cake tasting and she had many great flavors. The cake turned out beautifully. The limousine service was also great, though I was surprised to be picked up by a limo as I had thought I agreed to the 2 pickups by a town car and not the 3-hour limo service (this is definitely not a criticism, just a nice surprise). The driver was really kind and very helpful with getting my mother, bridesmaids, and I out of the back of the limo while keeping our dresses pretty and clean. On the drive back to the hotel after the wedding, he even asked if we wanted to stop anywhere to get something to eat then took us through the McDonalds drive thru, which was a nice way to end the night. Overall, my wedding went perfectly and I am so grateful to have found this venue.

We just recently hosted our wedding at the Pelazzio Reception Venue. We got engaged July 2015 and wanted to get married right away. My mother-in-law found Pelazzio online and saw that they were having an open house the weekend after the engagement; we immediately RSVP'd to expedite the wedding planning. Fortunately, they had an available room for September 5, 2015 (my wedding date), so that was definitely a plus! During the open house, Liz Schauman showed us all the available packages; at first we chose the most basic package because we weren't interested in doing the cake and DJ through the venue. Liz was great! So nice, and was willing to help with anything! We booked right away. Because it was so short notice, my "Banquet Order" happened the week after. My event planner was Erica Mejia; she was amazing! We even came to be friends during this whole process! Everything was excellent with Pelazzio, despite the short time frame I had for planning. Since I was having trouble booking DJ and cake services, I ended up adding both things to my contract, plus I added the seated dinner service and 30 additional guests; Liz and Erica helped us out with this very effectively. The day of the wedding, I showed up early to make sure all decorations were set up, and I was amazed at how gorgeous the venue looked. Both Liz and Erica were there, and they did an excellent job setting everything up (very elegantly!). Once the party began, Erica stayed around to help out during the reception. She helped me with coordinating the entrance, with making sure everyone had found a seat before dinner (I didn't reserve the seats), and just really any request I had. She came by to my table a few times just to ask if we needed anything else; so helpful! I'm so glad we added the seated dinner service because my guests loved it. The wait staff was extremely attentive and polite. The food was great; all the guests enjoyed it, including my husband and me. Very pleased with the overall results! I would definitely host another party at this venue and would highly recommend to others. My favorite thing about this whole experience was how helpful Erica was! I cannot thank her enough for making my wedding the most memorable day of my life!! The Pelazzio staff is great!

Everything was good, our guests love the photo booth and the ambience. The only problem we encountered, we had to go to the back looking for waiters as there were empty glasses for waters,teas that needed refills. There was not enough waiters. Otherwise, everything was going smoothly. Luis was always around, making sure everything was okay, except for the above. All our visitors/ guests love the place especially the parking area,well lighted. I would definitely refer this event hall to friends and other organizations. This is a great venue! Everyone we worked with was highly professional and provided great customer service. Our photographer Kevin was great, anytime we were posing for photos or selfies he would pop up and get a professional photo as well. Farruk our videographer was exceptional as well. He provided us a wonderful video and captured it all. Food , decorations, open bar,and waiters were great. Only exceptions was the limo to leave, it was late due to mechanical issues but the sent another which was technically an upgrade (I think it was the Cadillac). Dj Paul 100% professional and put on all the bangers. Only complant I got from my guest was our event coordinator was a little disengaged when we needed some assistance, but I didn't notice to much just because of how busy we were through wedding. I thought Kristina did a great job in getting us where we needed to be and keeping us in schedule. Overall everyone had a wonderful time!!! I would use them again for other events. Once COVID-19 19 Quarantine is over we will definitely stop by and say hi.

This was a long awaited dream come true for my beautiful wife, and Pellazzio nailed it exactly as she dreamed it. The Wait Supervisor Kyle and Bartender Sergio ensured all our guests were treated like royalty. Lena, our photographer captured so many once in a lifetime moments. Having our event bundled this way created a stress free situation that allowed us to really enjoy our family and friends. We absolutely loved her in every way. Not only was she accommodating to our needs, she was also ready to help take charge of our wedding pictures to ensure she captured as many personal and intimate moments as possible. Lena was great at anticipating which moments would be incredibly valued by us. From moments where my eldest son was helping with my youngest son's tux, to ensuring that my lovely brides dress was captured at its best by extending the train, or pics of my wife's attendants fussing over her make up and making sure she was absolutely stunning. Lena was extremely pleasant and professional, open to our needs and suggestions, and willing to make suggestions whenever she saw we were getting just a bit overwhelmed. Probably the most impressive thing about her was her precise attention to detail. Not only during the photo shoot, but also in taking the time and effort to review often edit every single shot she took. The result was AMAZING! We are so pleased with final product. I strongly recommend Lena, and will definitely use her again for any family event.

They have been great over the phone and when responding to questions or requests for our group of guests. They are quick to respond both by e-mail and over the phone. The Pelazzio seem to be a lovely place to have a wedding at. However, the event can become really pricey. I plan to have my wedding there and I am hoping I can change these three stars to 5 after reading all these reviews I am terrified that the food will be bland and the liquor will be just okay. My husband to be is really interested in getting the videographer service but at the price we are currently paying I’m not sure it is in the budget.

Between juggling work, grad school, and planning my wedding, Luis certainly put all my worries to ease!! From meeting with me and my hubby on multiple occasions before our wedding day to taking personal calls/text messages for our random request up until our wedding day! I had absolutely no worries on our wedding day that everything would be perfect because Luis stayed on top of things and even checked in with us periodically to make sure we were pleased with the service throughout our wedding day. Ezzie, the receptionist was also VERY helpful and sweet! The wait staff were VERY attentive and professional as well! They kept the food and drinks flowing and never let our glasses stay empty for long! Oh and the food, was A M A Z I N G!! The Carne Asada and the twice baked potatoes are our personal favorites! I would like to personally thank Liz, the banquet manager and the gentleman that assisted with adjusting the bustle of my wedding gown after my ceremony!! I had the pleasure of having my wedding ceremony and reception at Pelazzio on 02/28/16. I was very pleased with the services I received from the staff of this venue. They exceeded my expectations and my guests were also pleased. I chose the paradise package which allowed me to have a ceremony in the Tuscany A room and the reception in the grand ball room. For food I selected a carving station with roast beef and blackened catfish with crawfish as entrees and broccoli and twice baked potato for the sides. Salad and dinner rolls were also included. I upgraded the chair covers and center pieces and opted for a different baker. However I hear the baker they use is phenomenal as well. The photographer came to my hotel room before the ceremony to take pictures and capture video footage. If you are looking for an all inclusive venue that cares about its clients hands down I would recommend this venue. They are awesome.

We had the pleasure of having our double quince reception at Pelazzio on 3/4/2016. We had more guests show up then estimated. Our hostess was quick to the rescue. She suggested we purchase additional chairs and tables to accommodate the overflow. This worked out really well. Her staff was able to quickly setup the additional seating. All our guests had a place to sit. When one of the cakes was missing its stand the hostess was able to locate one so both cakes were in unison. Thank you.

Pelazzio made our lives so much easier! They offered turn-key operation that suited our needs. Sarah was outstanding in offering suggestions and ideas. Her team and Mr. Pablo took care of many details that we would not have thought about, and they took us all the way to the end. We could not have been happier with their service, food, venue, ambience, etc.... It's a great place to have a wedding that caters to your needs. Their in-house videographer, Kevin, did a very good job recording everything on video. One suggestion: If you have your wedding in the Grand Ballroom, be sure to monitor the kitchen staff's noise level as they can be a distraction sometimes. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful venue! Our photographer Misa was awesome she was so helpful through the night. The food , decorations, open bar, limo service, and waiters were great. Dj was okay we specifically requested a bilingual Dj. The one assigned to us last minute was not, so not much entertaining went on. Our event coordinator didn’t seem very interested in helping out since the first time we met. Overall our guest enjoyed the night !

Getting married here.... update. Got married here, my wedding here was absolutely beautiful. Shout out to Kyle who served us. He was very polite, professional, and attentive. Our photographer Amir, OMG( I know I'm not a teenage girl, it's my review leave me alone) he is an absolute master at what he does. If you get him, consider the stars to have aligned in your favor. His pictures will make you believe in magic. When he was taking pictures of my bride, he made me want her right there, lol. He was personable, funny, and totally stepped up with the limo driver when he didn't have to. The only nitpick was with the DJ who did a good job but could have done a bit more to act as a master of ceremonies and keep the wedding on schedule. Juan was amazing and understanding and so accommodating. We love you man. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. Finally I just want to thank everyone else involved with our wedding for all your efforts to help us enjoy our special night. Thank you to the serving staff for the surprise. It made our day.

I had my wedding on September 26, 2015 in Tuscany A reception ballroom. when I first visited the Pelazzio I was impressed by how nice the inside looked! It had beautiful chandeliers and very pretty decorations set up. The next day I went to one of their open houses & instantly fell in love with everything they had to offer. I am a mom of two kids so I wanted something very easy and stress free when it came to my wedding planning & that's exactly what the Pelazzio offered! Lauren was my wedding consultant who was amazing and answered every question I had from beginning to end. Erica was my banquet manager and she was also amazing along with Katy. Their customer service was spot on always answering my emails and phone calls right away. On my wedding day everyone kept telling me that this was the best and most fun wedding they had ever been too! My Dj was Paul Estrada from sound connections which is a dj service through the Pelazzio. They help you every step of the way at the Pelazzio from your wedding cake, limo service, dj, food everything! Erica stayed throughout my wedding night helping me have everything run smoothly. I only had a couple of minor issues along the way which is why I'm not giving them 5 stars, but I would definitely host another event there again and also recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome one stop shop venue for any occasion!

I had my wedding here on 10/18/2015, i had Erica and Luna there the entire time from 3-10pm helping things run smoothly. We had seperate room ceremony and reception in rooms Tuscany a & c. The photographer they work with came to my hotel to take pictures of my bridesmaids and I getting ready she was great, the DJ had everyone up and dancing all night long he played every song we requested even though it was a Sunday we had such a great turnout. He was also our emcee and was great at following our order of things, he made sure we were stress free and that everyone had a great time! The wait staff, they were so caring and made sure all the guests were well taken care of as well. I also made many changes along the way prior to my wedding day to my banquet order and all my emails and calls were always returned, Luna & Erica were always so professional and quick to get things done. Everything exceeded my expectations! It was just sooo beautiful I didnt have to worry abt anything that day.Everyone was telling me how elegant the whole wedding was! I would recommend this venue to anyone if ur looking for a one stop shop. And ohh let me not forget my cake, it was to die for! The catering company they work with is amazing! My guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was. Now, I have to give a personal s/o to the absolute best photographer which was Amir. Amir was the best photographer ever. We absolutely loved our photos and he was so professional, funny genuinely concerned about us the entire time, making sure he captured ever memory possible. Thank you soo much for making our big day last forever. Our DJ Paul Estrada was amazing as well. He wowed our guests and was so interactive with everyone. So down to earth..he had everyone on the dance floor. We had soo much fun. Lastly, our videographer Joseph was great as well , he was able to capture the moments I couldn't see. Simply unbelievable!!! From booking to the actual event, everything was just perfect, simple and amazing. I had a mishap with my cake and broke down crying because of it! Juan, the manager on duty went personally to go buy me a new cake, salvaged what he could from the original and created a new cake!! Everyone there was truly invested in making the evening special for my Dad's 65th birthday. Juan - if you read this post, God Bless you and thank you so very much for everything. I’ll start by saying I’m very type “A”. And I’m worry wart. Nevertheless, Pelazzio delivered on the day of our wedding, even before I could call at anytime, to look at the ballrooms, linen, or anything. The staff were super patient and helpful at all times. Just some names to throw out there are Erica, Eddie, Abraham. Ezi ( not sure if that’s how you spell it) and one more that I can’t remember her name (I think it’s Natalie she is blonde and helped me look for the card from my husband after the wedding). They were so awesome. The day of my wedding everything went as discussed, nothing was missing at all. They even removed the Christmas tree in the foyer (I know that was extra, but I didn’t want my wedding looked at as an Xmas wedding). Eddie and Abraham made sure my husband and I were taken care of throughout the event. Eddie even held lights for a long time to get a shot I wanted of my wedding party, who were a little tipsy so it was difficult. Everyone bragged on the food, and DJ Paul Estrada. The photo booth was a hit. And the upgraded table that say Mr. And Mrs was a great addition and worth the extra money. We looked so royal. I would Recommend Pelazzio for your wedding. I would also do another event here. Maybe a baby shower in the future 🤗

We have a very special event scheduled to take place during the holiday season. One would think that it would be easy to make arrangements with such advanced notice. Not so much, as it turns out! We spent hours upon hours (collectively) searching for the perfect venue, but were coming up empty-handed. We were faced with the possibility of paying a hefty price for a celebration that only met some of our basic needs. Most of the spaces required the use of their own catering, had outrageous beverage fees, expensive staffing, and limited design capabilities. In fact, venue prices were so outrageous that we were on the verge of renting out a civic center and doing all of the work ourselves. When we contacted the Pelazzio to inquire about their event packages, we were floored. Abby provided us with a customized event plan that not only met, but exceeded our needs. She has been so helpful and accommodating. She allowed us to view the venue on short notice, and provided us with options that we had not yet considered. We initially planned to bring food, which they allowed (unlike most venues), but later decided to have them to cater the event instead. The extensive menu selections, positive consumer reviews, and the reasonable prices sealed the deal. What seemed like “Mission Impossible” quickly turned into “Happily Ever After” once we found the Pelazzio. We are so excited for event day because now all we have to do is get dressed and show up. We’ll let them handle the rest!

This is a top notch reception venue. At first I was kind of skeptical because of the location within a shopping center but the inside is absolutely beautiful. From the first day we felt special, not just like any customer they can make money of. We decided to go with the paradise package which has everything included you can dream of. (Cake, DJ, open bar, centerpieces, Buffet, etc.) Besides that there are a ton of upgrades and also whatever you want to bring in or add they def will make it happen. From the first day of planning leading up to the event, there were no issues so whatever and having so many things included already takes a lot of stress of you, i know what i'm talking about :) The night of the wedding was perfect. Eddie, our planner, made sure everything was the exact same way we planned it with him 3 weeks before and he also made sure that Abraham, our Banquet captain, had all infos. Abraham and the service staff were top notch. Always checking on us, we always had food and drinks which is not very common for the newlyweds. The food was so tasteful, especially the chicken cordon bleau. We got so many compliments on the food, on the DJ, the decoration, the lights, like literally everything was perfect. This was our day and the Pelazzio exceeded our expectations by a lot. I can truly recommend this location to anyone. Don't be scared away by their location, it was the best night ever.

Where do I even start?! My entire experience at The Pelazzio was amazing! Eddie was the greatest! He was so attentive to anything I requested, answering every question or concern I had. It was just a bonus that he answered every call, text or email I sent his way lol! And even though there were intersecting events during my original ceremony time he did everything possible to make sure no one knew all the chaos behind the scenes. The decor was beautiful and exactly what I pictured! Everyone raved about the food, especially the stuffed mushrooms! I kept getting asked if they were going to continue passing them out after the ceremony! Definitely would recomend The Pelazzio! I’d definitely ask about Eddie!!

Massie is a awesome coordinator, she helped us plan from the beginning to the end. We received all that which was promised.We were also allowed to use our own wedding decorator for the centerpieces. And Kevin the photographer, he did a wonderful job with our pictures, I will always refer him. I will refer Pelazzio to anyone.The food was also good, and well seasoned.We had a 6 man band, and a DJ. We had a great experience at the Pelazzio, from beginning to end everything was very well taken care of by the Pelazzio and their staff. The vendors they use for the dj cake etc are top notch, I would do it all over again. The food was great too! Ana promptly answered all of my emails and accommodated my last min requests. We didn't have time to book all of the vendors separately so going through a venue that was turn key was important for us, and of all of the ones we looked at the Pelazzio was priced very competitively and had their own liquor license, so the 4 hour Premium open bar was a huge hit! They even helped make our slide show to play during the reception and book your limo too. The location is very good too, close to many hotels to accommodate out of town guests. We had a great experience, cant say that enough! Shout out to Paul Olsen and DJ Cubanito from Sound Connection, they were awesome!

Overall I give this place a 5-star rating. If you are looking for an all-inclusive venue where they take care of all the details this is definitely a great spot. Staff is super friendly and accommodating to all of your needs. The first thing that I like about this place was as soon as I left them a message inquiring about the place a gentleman named Juan immediately responded to my message and invited me over for an open house. Once I saw their setup I knew this was a great place. Kristina was my event planner and she helped me through the whole process. She was so accommodating even the moments where I ended up getting a little stressed. She walked me through the process, calmed me down and assured me everything would be great .....AND IT WAS! She did a fantastic job and was always there to respond to any phone calls or text messages that I had. Thank you Kristina!! The photographer AMIR, who was assigned to us was also amazing. He met me at my hotel room and came in and took charge. That was a pretty chaotic moment but he came in and knew exactly what to do to get us in order and ready for the photos. He stayed with us the entire day and took beautiful pictures of the ceremony ,the family and the whole entire process. Thank you Amir Salar!! So if you are looking for an affordable venue that does an amazing job.... give this place a chance. I don't think you'll be disappointed

I rarely write any reviews, but I had to do it for this venue. Pelazzio Reception Venue is beautiful! My faincé and I visited two venues on a same day and did not like them at all. On our way home, I goggled "wedding venues near me" and Pelazzio popped up, my faincé and I decided to visit it. As soon we walked in, the staff welcomed us in a friendly manner, we did not have an appointment, but they helped us immediately. After looking at their plan and pictures of past events we knew that Pelazzio was "the one"! Erika showed us the ballrooms and we loved them, we booked that same day. Thee Tuscany Ballroom was the only ballroom available for the date of our wedding. After signing the contract, we left extremely satisfied with the friendly and professional service Pelazzio staff provided. A week later, Pelazzio called us to inform that the Grand Ballroom was available for our event date, that the event taking place there was moved to a different date, we were more than elated with the news! We honestly cannot wait for our wedding ceremony and reception at Pelazzio, they are taking care of every little things, we know we are in good hands!

A few weeks ago, I was at my friends wedding where I took part in the whole preparation process of the wedding. I was very impressed with the Liz Shauman the event specialist. She was very professional in making everything easier for my friend. She was there the whole time and available for any questions or concerns making us feel like family. I think she was mostly responsible for my overall impression on the preparation process for the wedding. In the near future we are looking at more events with my family here at Pelazzio, and we are looking forward to Ms. Shauman's services. The wedding went according to plan and it was great! Pelazzio staff are very kind and are willing to make anyone dream come true. From having the best decorations for a ceremony, having great upgraded lighting to make it look elegant and make the room look completely different.Their food was so delicious, appetizers where great during cocktail hour.I will definitely recommend Pelazzio to everyone. Best thing I like was that they have everything organized and don't have to worry about anything or planning... This venue is amazing for a wedding! Easy to setup initially, and as the event gets closer, you can contact your rep. anytime with questions or changes you want to make to your wedding event. We just got married and used the Pelazzio for ceremony and reception. They were spectacular on the day of our wedding! My husband and I were pampered and taken care of by all the staff working. they brought our food, got us drinks and checked in with our designated reps about timeframes and such. We had to move things around the day of and they were completely flexible! We also got upgraded on some services for free because another event that day got cancelled and they gave us those items for our reception to use! they were wonderful and definitely I would recommend them to anyone looking for a venue that is all inclusive - and I mean ALL! Just had to get out own clothes and personal flowers and our own extra décor items we added for the reception. Easy peasy! Definitely a venue I will recommend to anyone looking for an event place!

LizBeth was quite accommodating and answered all of our questions about the Pelazzio. The Paradise Package was what we absolutely needed. Thanks to Erica and Luna for your help in choosing the gorgeous decorations. The flowers and table settings were outstanding. Thanks also for assisting us throughout our special night! The Banquet Hall, Our Little Chapel, was simply cozy. HATS OFF TO THE CHEF...The menu that we chose was wonderfully delicious, especially the Carne Asada, which received rave reviews. The waitstaff were so friendly! Thanks to our Photographers, Angel and His Helper for taking all kinds of pics of our family night together. Special thanks to the DJ for playing all of the music for the Ceremony and the Reception. Old and young people enjoyed dancing the night away! We hosted a wedding reception at the Pelazzio and it was everything we could have asked for and more. The team that they have in place was on top of it every step of the way! We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. We worked closely with Erica and Lauren and they were so accommodative and went out of their way to ensure meeting times worked within our schedules. They showed us all of their available packages and helped us make small changes here and there so that we could have a reception that was tailor made for us. The details, although small, made a huge impact and it truly made the whole day seem like it was all about us. The photographers that worked with us were AMAZING! We loved the work they did and they blended in with our guests making for seamless picture opportunities. Nahdej and Angel were our photographers for the day and they were so great to work with! They had suggestions for pictures and were open to any suggestions that we had. I HIGHLY recommend working with Nahdej. She's so sweet and she truly has a passion for her craft. Overall the experience we had with the Pelazzio was exceptional and we will definitely consider them again for any large events we may host in the future.

After viewing several banquet/reception facilities in the Houston area, I decided on Pelazzio to have my Reaffirmation of Vows Ceremony and Reception. My event will take place in Tuscany A ballroom. It is a nice size for the 80 invited guests. I started planning my event in June of 2014 with Pelazzio for October 2015. The customer service I've received to date has been great. Maisie was originally working to assist me with my event scheduled in October of 2015, and did a wonderful job assisting me to plan my event. However after departing employment at Pelazzio, Erica has stepped in to ensure there are no discrepancies with my planning and details. I can't wait for the big date! I will post a follow-up after my event!

Got married on Sunday. Pelazzio staff was awesome. when I first arrived I was in stressed due everything falling apart not on pelazzio end of course. Christina was calm and helpful.she held the ceremony until everyone made it .she made sure the guys had boutonnieres after they where left behind.Paul kept the night going and on schedule.overall it was a nice night. we party a little to hard but the limo Driver made sure we got to our hotel and even retrieved my belt and ear ring that fell off .Thanks pelazzio you guys turned my day arround and made it awsome.

I recently had my wedding here April 3 2016 and it was amazing. The team worked above and beyond to help me have the best wedding day ever. I was able to change things at the last minute because of being undecided. Luna Lauren and Julie were all very helpful. The only thing I would have liked to change would be them not taking the food away before all my guest to actually eat and get full info mean you pay for it and it should be gone. They also took my food and I was unable to eat barely. Besides that I have no bad comments the Dj was awesome the cake was amazing the open bar was a hit everybody was tipsy and the photo booth was lots of fun. Thanks guys for everything. Oh and the linens and center pieces and decorations all came out wonderful. I got so many compliments all throughout the night on how amazing everything looked. The Banquet Manager, Erica, handled all of the details professionally and courteously (despite all the changes we made at the last minute). The President, Amin, went above and beyond to insure that our function was a joyous event before, during, and after! The facility itself is gorgeous with crystal chandeliers, wall sconces, and an array of linens and lighting choices to suit your preferences. The table settings were elegant and the seating well-placed so that we had plenty of "legroom" despite our party size of 300 guests. Omni Catering provided scrumptious food that was also attractive and served by attentive wait staff. The Pelazzio's vendor contacts provided the casino tables (with staff and accessories) and a photobooth (with attendant). Both of which our employees and executives enjoyed tremendously! The bartenders were efficient and skilled in their craft so there were no long waits, and the drinks were tasty, too! The Pelazzio photographer did an excellent job of taking candid as well as posed pictures throughout the party without hindering all the fun we were having. We highly recommend the Pelazzio for every individual, family, and corporate event! The prices can't be beat and the services are tremendous! Really, stop reading this and pick up the phone! They've got you covered!

We couldn't have asked for a better facility to hold our event. The decorations were beautiful, the food was delicious, and all of the extra touches made the night more enjoyable. First of all there was no Linda Lopez at our wedding, second if she is not using her real name then I'm sorry she missed a wonderful event. WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHERS TO BE IN YOUR WAY. Its OUR wedding, we wanted the very best from them and I must say "They Delivered". What amazing pictures they took. We could not be more pleased with the photography that was delivered this week. Over 1000 pictures and 6 amazing videos. TRUE PROFESSIONALS, and I completely understand and had no issues with their dress attire during our wedding. The fact that they were taking photos shots on the floor, on chairs, in the grass etc why would they dress in anything other then jeans and comfortable tops (They are not part of the wedding party). Enough of that, I’m sorry Linda thought the wedding was about her. I have had the time these past few weeks to talk to many of my friends and guests after the wedding and ask their honest opinions of the event. My friends know I have thick skin and ask for honesty. Everyone I spoken with LOVED the food, it was hot, delicious and seasoned exceptionally. I personally thought it was excellent, the appetizer bar was wonderful and the service was exceptional. That was also the general consensus from everyone I spoke to. The DJ did an excellent job mixing Hispanic music with Hip-Hop, we had 2 Mariachi bands and the DJ worked with us flawlessly. The ballroom was decorated beautifully, my bride and I could of not been more pleased with the event the Palazzo put together for us. I felt I got my money out of them; they worked hard to make our special day exceptional. THANK YOU PALAZZO TEAM! THE BEST! OK, so many of you reading these reviews will think all these great reviews must be fake or something, but I assure you they are not. I am giving 5 stars! I got married here on New Years eve this year. I don't know where to start with the compliments. The management was awesome and involved the entire step of the way. They are extremely accommodating. They let us have a multi-cultural wedding that dreams can not surpass lol. Not that we needed to bring extra food and alcohol, but we wanted some foods that only could be cooked by people from their own country, and they were allowed to do that and we brought some alcohols as well that you couldn't find in the USA. You would think by the great prices they offer, that this place would be a "Cheap" place, but no... the very opposite. Luis Rojas, and other managers were awesome. The food was incredible! Their Photographer was patient and involved. The MC/DJ Paul Astrada (request this MC) was absolutely awesome. I just don't have enough room for all the compliments to be written. I just want to say that I went into this wedding knowing I was doing the right thing, but as a guy, you don't really grow up hoping for the best wedding day and stuff. I have had a lot of great days in my life, but the Pelazzio helped make this truly the best day of my life. I need more excuses to throw parties here! Do not hesitate to book with the Pellazio. Soooooo worth it!

We tried a neighboring venue that charged slightly less up front and then nickel and dimes your charges up above your budget. I was a guest this last Sunday at a wedding I felt as everything was rushed. The ceremony had to halt because everyone was late. my issue was food and drink. pre reception was non existence they took away the food so fast. So all this food I assume went to waste even the cake was remove within minutes of hitting the table the bride and groom paid a pretty penny for a hundred 125 guest keep in mind this was for liquor to. But only had around 60 so you would have thought the Pelazzio would have a little bit nicer. make sure the guess had time to eat but I guess not. I didn't want to bug the couple on their night they where unaware of this but I will definitely be letting them know later that their money was wasted.

Before I even made it up there people were already posting on social media, that this venue looked like a fairytale theme. I was so happy when i arrived and seen that everything was on point exactly how I imagined. When they tell you dont worry about anything they got it covered Please Believe them. Pelazzio is an all inclusive venue. People were saying usually when you go to weddings the food would be nasty but not Pelazzio’s everybody said that food was AMAZING 😘😍 Luis and my other banquet manager (i forgot his name) was on point and asking me was I okay every 10 minutes. Where do I begin? I looked at Pelazzio as a potential venue, I was throwing my fiancé a surprise 40th birthday party. I went and was blown away how beautiful this place was. I worked with Erika and she sold me not to look any further. I left pretty much all the planning to them. I just wanted to show up and that’s it. I had a incident with Eddie ( one of the banquet managers) which Pelazzio (Erika) was extremely apologetic for. I was connected with Abraham (another banquet manager) and he COMPLETELY turned my previous experience around. I seriously don’t know what I would of done without him. The most professional, kind, sweet, intentive person I’ve ever worked with. He ensured me that he was going to take care of everything and that’s exactly what he did. He answered all of my questions in a punctual timeframe. I know he’s only one person but he wore many hats the day of my event. We walked in and this place was absolutely breathtaking. The staff did such a great job decorating, the food and cake was delicious ,and most of all the photographer and his assistant was the BEST!!!!!!! The next day all we kept hearing was how beautiful our party was! If you ever get a chance to work Abraham please do so you won’t be sorry. I look forward to coming back with my future events.

So far our experience has been nothing but GREAT! We are planning a company event and originally started planning for a Christmas party right after Thanksgiving. So with not much time i started calling different venues and Pelazzio was the only one that offered everything we were looking for. It's a one-stop-shop LOL They handle everything from food, linens, bar and even have their own dj which makes the process so much easier especially when you are on a time crunch. Plus they can work with any budget, we are a small company with a small budget, but with all the options Pelazzio offers, our party will look as if we spent a million bucks! We have since decided against a company Christmas party and are planning a company gala in January of 2014. Abby has been great with accommodating us. She is quick to answer our questions and has been very patient with all of our request and changes. We are super excited for our gala and if everything turns out good this may be an annual event for our company. Thanks Abbey and Pelazzio.

I recently had a wedding at the pelazzio this past weekend. My review is mixed. After talking to a coworker who had family members have a wedding here I found that some of the same issues I had, they had. I decided to post this because no review was posted about these issues and I feel that couples should know about them before they book here. Positive feedback: 1. Ana was awesome, she was very professional and always knew the answers to questions that we had. 2. The food was good. 3. The venue was beautiful 4. Photographers were really nice and professional (Nadej, didn't catch other photographers name) Cons (there are more of these) 1. Food was put up and we were not allowed to take it home, even though we had paid for the food in advance. I did not find this out until after the wedding because I was the bride and was busy taking pictures and dancing. Guests were told they were out of food when they asked for seconds, even though my mom had seen pans of the food in the kitchen. 2. We paid for the premium open bar and was not allowed to take left over closed containers of alcohol with us. (again did not find this out until after the wedding) For the amount of money you are charged for liquor, we could have bought the liquor ourselves and taken it with us. I suspect that they charge each party a large sum of money for open bar and then use the unopened bottles at the next event. (which means they make a killing off unsuspecting couples) While this may be their policy, we would have appreciated if this was conveyed in the meetings. (it was not) 3. They are VERY deceptive. We were told that no one would be put next to us prior to signing the contract. (we signed a year in advance) We had the wedding in Tuscany A. A couple months before the wedding we found out that a wedding reception was booked in the Tuscany B & C room right next to us. At that point it was too late for us to book another venue. This was very deceptive of the Pelazzio, yes they offered to move us to another room, but why should we have to move when we booked FIRST and were told that there would not be anyone in the other room. 4. We were told the walls were sound proof and that the other party did not have music, this was a lie. The room next to us had music and our DJ turned our music up to drown them out. Also my guests reported hearing the music from the other room while in the bathroom. Overall the wedding was beautiful, but just beware that they are deceptive. Also they give a survey on your way out, do not fill out until you talk to your guests because you may not know all of what actually went on at the wedding because you are so busy. Would not use them again.

When I first started planning my wedding with Pelazzio, I wasn’t having a good experience...but when they hired on Eddie, and Luis, OMG! My whole entire view changed because I was getting the royal treatment! I planned my wedding from a different state, and every step of the way I was helped. I called, emailed, and left vm’s countless of times with things that concerned me, and I was always called back directly! I didn’t have to go outside this venue for any of my wedding needs. The food, cake, dj, limo service, photography, decorating, and wedding planner all came from here! The headache of planning a wedding was lifted when Eddie and Luis took over. I’m so pleased, and happy with my wedding, it was an amazing time. They really break their backs to get you what you need. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We have had nothing but a pleasant experience with pelazzio. We recently had our engagement pictures taken through a photography company they work with, atlastsudio. Out photographer Misa Constante, was amazing. My fiancee and I felt comfortable instantly with her. She is super professional and had great ideas of poses for us to do with and without our props. She even managed to get all the pintrest shots I wanted off my board. Before we ever met she was super helpful as well. Sent us popular sites to take pictures because we were lost as to what would look good. We ended up finding the perfect location due to her recommendations. She always answered quick and when she said she would. We got our pictures only 5 days after we took our pictures and we loved ever single shot, and there were a ton. I can't wait for Misa to be a part of our big day in September. If this is the is what to expect from Pelazzio we are pumped to meet with our event planner to set up the big day next.

Omg where do I start.... This place is absolutely Amazing!!! I had my wedding there July 15th and when I say every detail was BEAUTIFUL I mean BEAUTIFUL! I got the Paradise Package and it basically came with everything from the photographer Kevin (he captured every single moment beautiful pictures I can’t wait to get back) the Dj Cj (made sure every song I wanted was played just how I wanted it) to catering(food was delicious) limo( pick up and dropped off) and my own personal banquet managers Luis and Eddie! These people did a amazing job they were so attentive to my every need. They did not miss a beat. The decor was gorgeous and they made sure throughout the whole event that everything was running smoothly if I needed anything and that everyone was enjoying their self. I was an attendee and hairstylist for the wedding Linda Lopez claims she attended. First and foremost, I'm gravely offended that "Linda Lopez" would attempt to pass herself off as me, as my husband and I were the only Lopez's who attended the event. Secondly, I strongly refute everything she said about the photographer’s. The two young ladies were amazing the day of the event and in hindsight turned out beautiful pictures. They arrived on time (early), were patient as we were running behind schedule and even drove some of the wedding party to the outdoor site of where the couple wanted to take pictures. I can’t speak enough about their patience and professionalism! It can get frustrating with friends and the wedding party interjecting their opinions on the photographers to take this picture here and position the brides and groom like this, which myself and other guest were trying to do. However, they had it all under control and once we allowed them to do their job, the outcome was amazing. The videographer was just a good; he was able to capture the beauty, dedication and elegance of their ceremony which I’m positive my friends appreciated. I even mention to my husband during the ceremony how committed the photographer and videographer were in capturing their special day. Now as a guest at a wedding, if your truly understand the day is about the bride and groom, you should be able to understand that the your picture and video recording doesn’t really matter. If you want to get the recording so bad you should have moved to a different spot in the venue. It was a huge place!!!! This was not at all the talk of the reception……but the food was!!!!! The food was sooooo good! My husband even embarrassed me by going to back for seconds and tried to go for thirds. Maybe “Linda Lopez” isn’t use to well-seasoned and flavorful food but it is a must for me. The venue was decorated beautifully and the DJ was awesome. The venue even has the restroom in perfect spot (I’m very picky about those types of things). We are still talking about how much fun we had at this wedding and I’m even looking to host an event there myself.

I am the President of Samunder Club of Houston, and we conducted our Annual Dinner on Nov 20th evening at Pelazzio's Grand Ballroom. Some of our Members had previously visited Pelazzio but this was the first time for many, including myself. My team booked the venue way back in March, and throughout the process we were more than satisfied at the treatment that was afforded to us. Ellie Pernuy was great, but she left for domestic reasons and was replaced with Erica who was outstanding, very professional and courteous. She had a sixth sense of what we were looking for, and made suggestions which were sensible and practical. Ana Nerys was the Manager and was also very nice and easy to work with. There was one period of uncertainty and that was at the food tasting meeting at Shahnai Restaurant. We found the food was mediocre and informed Pelazzio that if something was not done about it the food would be a disaster. Mr Amin sent me an apology email and gave me two choices, we could have a meeting with Shahnai to correct the situation or else he would refund the catering portion and we must find our own caterer. We chose the latter option and took Taj Restaurant (corner of Eldridge and Westheimer). On the event day everything was exactly as we wanted it - and more! The ambiance of the place was stupendous! The wall lights pointing from the ground up gave the whole place a palatial look. The main red sofa and backdrop were perfect. The service (we had 7 wait staff and 3 supervisors) were absolutely excellent, they would pick up all the half filled glasses and half-eaten plates as soon as they were left on the tables. The food from Taj Restaurant was outstanding, fresh and delicious. We had asked for the Premium Bar (Scotch Whiskey) and the service was impeccable. Overall a superb experience. Luna was our Hostess for the evening. She is pretty, dressed well and very active. She was all about the room making sure every little thing was attended to, including dimming the lighting during the dancing exactly as I wanted it. Very nice. One piece of advice - put everything you want into the contract. Even if it you think you may or may not need it (e.g. table giveaways), put it in the contract. If it's not in the contract do not expect them to get it done during the ceremony, they will not be able to. Pelazzio will do exactly what you sign up for - and they will do it well. we've been doing our Annual Dinners for the past 14 years, and this was our best night yet. Our wedding was this past Saturday, 10/10/15. From the moment we walked into the Pelazzio office until the day of our wedding, the Pelazzio staff was extremely helpful and professional. They managed to pull off a beautiful wedding in less than a month and a half. (Yes, I know I am a procrastinator, but I work better under pressure) Actually, thanks to Pelazzio, this was a stress free experience. Everything was pretty much done through email and phone since my husband and I were busy with work. Thanks to Erica, Julie, and Leslie for helping us out. We had our ceremony in Tuscany C room. I was worried that it would not be decorated enough since it was the smaller room, but it was magical and I did not bring in a single decoration from home. They did EVERYTHING. Our guest complimented us all night. The reception was held in the Grand Ballroom and it was breath taking. The decorations, food, cake, DJ, chocolate fountain, and photo booth were exceptional. Erica was kind enough to help with last minute things. The things I brought from home were the favors and balloons we used for dancing during the “crazy hour.” DJ Cubanito was in charge of making our guest dance; he did not disappoint. My husband and I were very pleased with his performance. We had Salmerum, a Salsa band, perform at our wedding and DJ Cubanito worked with them to establish the times each would perform. He was easy to work with and kept telling me to relax and enjoy my day. My husband was excited because he sent DJ Cubanito a list of songs he wanted him to play while our guest ate, and he did. The DJ took ownership of the whole night by playing music during the ceremony, cake cutting, first dance, etc. Most important thing, he got our guest on the dance floor enjoying the party. Last, but not least, the photographer/videographer, bar tender and servers were all on point. The videographer and photographer were on point the whole night. The servers were always focused on us and our guest. They were always a few steps away inquiring if we were ok. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a stress free experience while enjoying a lovely setting for your special day.

Venue has good parking plus overhead cover for drop offs at the front door. There was a wedding next door and with both events going at the same time the bathrooms seemed sufficient and not too far of a walk. The reason I’m giving this venue 3* is because the service was bad. Most of them did not seem to be professional servers but more like college kids doing a job = There were several loud drops during our event, dirty plates were left on our tables for long periods of time and the long wait forced many of us to refill our own drinks.

Erica did a great job planning my wedding and explaining everything clearly. the location is great and their parking lot has a plenty of parking spots. if you looking for an affordable wedding reception that's worth every penny I highly recommend the pelazzio!

I had my wedding and reception here. It was decorated nicely, the customer service was excellent throughout the process of selecting linen, and other particilars. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Special acknowledgement to Yuli, Anna, and Luna. Pelazzio was even kind to discount an upgrade I selected. I was on a modest budget. This place is not as high as some others but they deliver quality. I didnt give the highest number of stars because of the situation with the food at the reception and photos.. As soon as everyone was served they took up the food and there was so much left. I was told during my catering appointment that they could continue to serve or just allow people to get up on their own to get more. As the bride I was busy with other things and didnt notice at the time. Before the DJ could announce help yourselves, the food was gone. You cant take it with you which they emphasize at time of booking so who had it? I suspect the over protectove workers who acted as if they owned it. A guest told me they were rude when she went to get more. They should have waited a little longer or asked me/ informed me. The coordinator told me she'd be there to assist me along the way but I only saw her once standing at the door. She never spoke to me or inquired of my needs. We spoke about dimming lights at a certain point which didnt happen. And of course as stated earlier, No communication about food. Make sure you monitor this and have your DJ make an announcement about seconds as people go tbrough buffet. I also used their photograpby so will update on this when i get pictures back. Picture poses seemed standard nothing extravagant like in book sample. I met photographer day of wedding. No contact prior. I contracted with them after viewing their books and speaking to the photographer on phone. I was under impression the person who kept corresponding with me who stated "I'll be there at..." was the one coming. We had good repore amd he told me what to expect but someone else came. Had I known tnis I would have kept the photograpber I previously was booking from outside Pelazzio. Overall good experience but those things brought rating down.

Beautiful venue! Beautiful, large & very well air conditioned! The ONLY reason I am leaving 3 stars is because the staff needs to learn to politely ASK if people are done with their food & drinks. They just grabbed my BRAND NEW UNTOUCHED, STILL FULL drinks off my table then quickly apologized & replaced. They kept walking up & just grabbing stuff off the table. It's polite to ASK & not just walk up grabbing stuff off the table. Twice they tried to take our damn plates that STILL had food on them....its just rude. Train your servers please.

Truly Exceptional Banquet Hall, few minor issues. I was the groom for a wedding party of 170 people in the Grand Ballroom of the Pelazzio this last weekend. Everything that the Mrs. Erica (our event coordinator) was directly involved with went exceptionally well; my wife an I were extremely pleased with only a few minor incidents knocking them down from a five star rating. Still, I would definitely use them again, but I would skip their Limo Sub-contractor (SSL Transportation) and I'd ensure their management understands when its appropriate to settle accounts. Pros: (Five Star Worthy) Gorgeous Grand Ballroom with exceptional floral arrangements and lighting, Exceptional Photography and DJ (Paul) had everyone dancing and singing for four hours straight. Best Event Coordinator we could ask for (Erica) every issue we had or foresaw she immediately resolved; Erica was truly an exceptional host and problem solver. The most Attentive and Courteous Staff I have ever seen, our drinks were never empty and they were never more than a few paces away when needed. Their cake sub contractor is truly unmatched, it was the most delicious cake I've ever tasted. Cons: Background to the negative comments below: The event was completely paid for a week prior, and I had requested at the start of the wedding that we settle all additional costs at the conclusion of the Reception by using the credit card on file, or with the large amount of cash that I had on hand. 1. The Limo Sub-Contractor (SSL Transportation) demanded an additional $45.00 cash from the best man at the hotel to bring the bridal party to the wedding ceremony. They then refused us service for 15 minutes haggling with the best man (with the bride sitting in the back of the limo) until Erica contacted the limo company directly and sorted it out. The Pelazzio subsequently comp'd our Limo and we received a different driver on the return trip who was extremely courteous. 2. Pelazzio Manager on duty that night (name started with an 'A') was very abrasive to the bride when my wife asked for her bridal bouquet. Mrs. 'A' stated, "We can't do that; a bouquet is not in the contract". The maid of honor asked the Mrs. 'A' to leave. Shortly there-after Erica assuaged the situation by presenting me with a gorgeous bouquet which the Pelazzio comp'd for us.

We fell in love with this venue as soon as we walked in the door. Maisie is great and very plesant to work with! It is great to work with someone that has great customer service because most places I have came across here in Houston lack that. I am marrying into a Nigerian family and it was very important to me that we have some Nigerian food. They allow us to bring in our own food and they will set it up! They are also allowing me to bring in addition things for the center pieces to make it our own. I would suggest this Venue to anyone because they are very professional and organized. I can respect that from having 12 years military experience.

The venue here has four different ballrooms to choose from and the decor and placement of decoration is exquisite.The customer service is great and they have many planning options to suit your needs! Pros: - 2 different Venues to choose from (the smaller one holds approx 200 guests MAX but I thought was much nicer than the bigger one) - The food was delicious and service was great - The DJ that assigned to us did his job right and read the crowd like a pro - Security provided - Customization was a plus to services, photo booths, table setups, food, bars, etc Cons: - They spelt my last name wrong on the sign - The cake testing was very misleading. Great venue. I photographed a wedding here ( ceremony was at HBU ) in January and everything seemed to go smoothly. This reception space is all indoors. This isn't the place to do your portraits, but for the party portion of your wedding youl'l love it. The bride and groom and their guests had a great time on the dance floor!

My fiancee and Myself were running out of options. Being 50+, we just wanted something SIMPLE. It seemed as if all the venues in Houston were set up for 100+ guest. Having only 40 or so, made it difficult and expensive. Then, by sheer chance I came across the Pelazzio. After talking to Masie, I know that this venue had to be looked at. I will admit, that the outside of the building has nothing to do with the inside! From the first moment I walked in and saw the set-ups, I was amazed. Masie, held my hand and showed me everything that could / would be done. I was knocked off my feet. When my fiancee arrived, I saw the disappointment on her face in the parking lot, but like me, when she entered she was set back. After our initial consultation, we reached an agreement on the price. We modified the Extravagazza package to our liking, still coming in almost $4000 less than anyone else. Now we can take a Honeymoon! So, for those doubters, take a chance. Go see Masie, Katy, Elizabeth, or anyone of the other specialist at this venue. You will not be disappointed. Yes, I could have taking my fiancee to Hawaii, Cabo, Antigue, for a week long festival along with getting married. But, then no one could have watched this ceremony. Instead, I chose the Pelazzio. Getting married in a few months, and I cant wait to see it all under one roof for one reason only... Us! Thank you Pelazzio. You guys deserve a lot more respect then what your're getting. I'm just sorry that google only allows 5 starts, as I would give you 10!

Location and decorations were very nice but the wedding coordinator was not really that helpful, no real place for the bride or groom to get ready and the drinks were weak. Not sure what comes with the package but the dj was good.

09Mar2015: I have chosen to do a final review on my experience with Pelazzio. I can update due to the kindness and understanding Amin, the Manager, provided me post wedding. I now have pictures that a worthy of printing thanks to Nahdej, the new photographer. She has a very kind spirit with a listening ear. She provided me exactly what I was looking for! I only wish she could have been the one to capture the images on my special day. Again, I want to thank Amin and Nadej for helping me salvage my photos. My family and I are forever grateful. I would also like to add that the 3 stars do not reflect the work of Amin and Nadej, but my overall experience. The great takeaway is that Management pays attention to what we say here and work to make things right. I strongly believe that through my experience alot of positive changes have taken place since then. Just look at the other reveiws. God bless Amin and Nadej and best of luck to the Pelazzio staff.

Pelazzio is a beautiful venue to host an amazing soiree. One word that I would use to describe everything, such as the services "Elegance". All of the essentials that you would need can be provided, they offer catering, photography, etc. I plan on attending the Thanksgiving service on Sunday July 14th for ESOCS.

Beautifully decorated banquet hall! I was there for our company Christmas party. The crawfish etoufee was delicious! The Dj played a great variety of music. There are many good photos oportunities here.
