Bridal Extravaganza is the perfect way to enter yourself in the wedding planning journey! Aside from the excitement of becoming a wife to your future spouce, this event helps elevate the excitement of bringing your special day to life. Bridal Extravaganza has vendors of every category such as dresses, cakes, catering and the list goes on. Those vendors also come with Show Promotions/Discounts because you attended Bridal Extravaganza! I went on a Saturday/ Sunday this past year. Saturday was spent walking around with one of my bridesmaid and another friend who is also a bride! Sunday was spent with my mom and future mother in law. Both days were so special and exciting. The Bridal Show has been a high in the wedding planning process so far. Tip: Wear comfortable walking shoes + visit EVERY booth! Also, go and have fun!

Overall, the Bridal Expo was good. Meeting venders was great. Fashion show was okay. My biggest disappointment was I bought 6 VIP tickets for Sunday, Jan 22. It cost a little over $350 with taxes and fees but I thought I would splurge and it would be worth it to get in an hour early. The alternative was to pay $1.99 per ticket plus tax/fees. I don’t know what they did on Saturday, but on Sunday they let everyone in at the same time. I couldn’t believe it! The VIP tickets are a scam. Plus, there is no designated VIP seating for the fashion show. I recommend saving your money and buying the regular tickets.

As someone just starting their wedding planning, the Bridal Extravaganza show was a great place to see all of the things that go into wedding planning and to get inspiration. The vendors are diverse and cover all aspects of weddings. Highly recommend to both "beginning of wedding planning" couples, as well as "already have some things booked" couples, since there is something for everyone.

I did the VIP ticket. You do get free prizes at certain booths however, some of them ran out by the afternoon time :(. The gown shows were fun but I do wish there were more opportunities for cake tastings. All in all it’s a great girls day for planning your big day!!!

Even though I am having a destination wedding, I was curious about checking out the last event. It was such a fun experience and the energy and environment was wonderful. There are vendors of every type - I ended up purchasing ring cleaner that I use religiously. I also found some great contacts/vendors for our stateside reception. If you’re debating - do it! I even went solo and had a blast. Highly recommend.

This was our first time visiting the bridal extravaganza. It was a full venue full of vendors from all parts of planning the wedding, not yet dresses and rings but also venues, catering, deejaying, as well as bachelorette party plannings. All the vendors were courteous and there were plenty of free samples. A fun way to spend an afternoon!

Plus it really was nice to see all the venues , photographer and cakes, caterer... Some where where we could get a lot of ideas and understanding on prices and overall just entertaining. This is my 4th one going to this bridal extravaganza (first time I was the bride, all the other times a bridesmaid/ friend) it's a wonderful experience for all new brides! I highly recommend even if you don't have a venue or date because they offer lots of ideas and free giveaways. All the vendors are very friendly and open to questions. I would say this is the first year where the food choices available offered by George R. Brown was down to 1 but they had several alcohol/beverage stands and a coffee/pastry stand.

Great event to check out vendors in a centralized location especially for those not on the Knot yet. ….. Butttt I don’t think it was worth $20. Only a few vendors had swag. Went through whole thing in 3hours. Flow of floor plan was nice and easy. Would have been nice if event had free drinks or snacks available with entry fee. It was tough to hear vendors over music but seeing DJ floors and florist setups was definitely a plus. The BrideScan app was super convenient and attending helped with ideas.

The Bridal Extravaganza Show is an amazing experience for every Bride to Be! Planning a wedding can sometimes feel overwhelming but this show helped make the process fun and exciting! You get to meet with so many local vendors face to face and get to see a lot of what they have to offer all in one location. I have been to two shows this year, the Bridal Extravaganza Show and Visit the Venues, both of which I loved. Before attending I was so disorganized and I did not know anything about planning a wedding or how difficult and time consuming wedding planning is, but attending the show helped me see for myself the many different options available there are and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted for my wedding. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend both the Bridal Extravaganza Show and Visit the Venues.

Very overwhelming for me, but very helpful for when starting to plan a wedding. There wasn’t much in regards to catering which is what I was really looking into but if you ask some of the booths from coordinators they can surely help. Overall good, but very noisy.

This show is located at the George R Brown Center in Houston. It is billed as the largest Bridal Show in America and certainly lives up to that reputation. There are fashion shows multiple times daily, hundreds of booths and displays, cakes, gowns, DJ's, photographers, venues, and more. There are also all kinds of giveaways and prizes. A great experience to be sure.
