I got married at Koolina back in April and I was in luck to have found the I DO WEDDING team. Due to the pandemic, we had to postpone our wedding for two years but the team remained understanding and patient. Although all communication was done via text, emails and phone call, the preparation was done in a progressive manner. Since it was my first time hosting any kind if event, I needed a lot of guidance. Jessica was very generous and informative when I flooded her with numerous questions. As the date came closer, I was a bit nervous about how the layout would turn out. Yet, the team managed to do an excellent job with setting up the strung lights, the floral decoration, and the table set up. For those who plan on proceeding with a destination wedding, if there is anything you are particular about, be as descriptive as possible so that the team knows exactly what to execute. Overall, I proceeded with a wedding with 60 guests, minimal floral due to the beautiful backdrop at the Four Seasons and I was content with the outcome of the ceremony. Grateful to have met the team.

We recently had our wedding in October and overall, the IDO Wedding & Beauty staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part. Due to it being a destination wedding and as a bride unaware of the daily situations in Hawaii, I would've preferred more active communication throughout the year since we signed the agreement rather than the last month and half. I do feel that everything felt rushed and would've felt better if there was more time to carefully evaluate each payment and options. We had the Paliku Gardens package and the set-up was beautiful. I do recommend being very specific about the rental items as we had some wrong items set up on the day of but the food vendor as well as the photographers were splendid. The IDO Wedding & Beauty team sets you up with the food, cake (if necessary), general set up & tear down on the ceremony day, as well as the photographers and the hair & make-up for bride & groom. One thing I wish was an option is a trial session for hair & make-up. Given the trait of a destination wedding, this may have been difficult but I think having that option would still be a great expansion of the service. Overall, I loved my hair & make-up and we paid additional for our moms and they looked great as well :) Lastly, for the ceremony, the process from the rehearsal to the ceremony seemed super rushed. Although the ceremony is still really short, I would've preferred having a laid back rehearsal, have a minute to drink water and take a break, and then have the ceremony + reception. We had wedding in August 2021 in Kapolei. Jessica and other coordinators were professional and kind. They were willing to meet our requests as much as possible. The wedding went just as I imagined. Chapel was beautiful, weather was perfect, outdoor reception was beautiful, food was delicious.. I have nothing to complain about. And their coordination fee is very reasonable compared to other wedding coordinators!

This review is long overdue, but just wanted to take this time to thank the staff at IDO Wedding for our wedding. Our wedding had many last minutes changes ranging from change of venue a week prior and the groom losing his ring on day of the wedding. With all the things that could've gone wrong, they were on top of it all and made our wedding far more memorable than we could have imagined. The decor was spot on and just seeing how hard they worked to make our wedding awesome in the blistering heat made it that much better and appreciative of their work.

Honestly, the best day of our lives. We can't thank June from I DO HAWAII WEDDINGS enough for her patience as we had to push our date a full year. Rev. Ryan was absolutely mesmerizing. We are so lucky to have caught his words on camera so that we can re-live the meaning of aloha over and over. He added a calm, light and casual vibe to what can often a be stuffy, rigid and boring ceremony. He made us feel like we were in our own backyard, not thousands of miles away from home at the Moana Surfrider. The whole day was absolutely perfect, and we can't thank the team and Rev. My husband and I planned our destination wedding from Chicago, and we were not the easiest to work with considering our busy schedules and different timezone. Despite these challenges for the IDO team, our wedding was even more magical (yes, magical) than what we could have imagined. I sent my pinterest boards to the IDO team a few months prior, and they captured my vision 100%. From the venue and food recommendations, to my hair and makeup on my wedding day, everything was perfect. I am so thankful to the entire team for making our day so special. My wife and I had the opportunity to get married in Hawaii right in the middle of the coronavirus. We had to move our date three times and move our location once. We were apprehensive at first but it all worked out in the end. The wedding planner was very professional and worked with my wife who had to prepare everything by herself. Sadly only my wife and I made it to the wedding but it was executed very well. The wedding planner prepared everything including limo, photographer, makeup, and location. She helped my wife coordinate everything. She constantly kept us updated with the changes in the COVID policies. I recommend her highly without reservation and recommend a destination wedding. Jessica was super friendly and professional. My sister and I made a reservation for hair and makeup last minute (spontaneous wedding!) and she was able to accommodate us. She did a natural look makeup for us that looks really flawless and suits our skin tone. She even puts on individual eye lashes so they look more natural 😍 They do entire wedding packages too with hair and makeup which we didn't know before but would've been a good deal!

I highly recommend I DO WEDDINGS as your wedding planner if you want to get married in Hawaii as a destination wedding. I found them by googling. ;) As an out of state resident, they were our big help. My wedding went well with beautiful flower decorations including half arch for the ceremony, cake, hair accessory, and even bracelet. Our ceremony was held at the chapel which was gorgeous with flower half arch without blocking the window. The lightening at the sweetheart for the reception was cute and nice. Makeup and hair stylist were great and friendly, photographer was fun and the photos are great. Jessica and her team worked closely with us via frequent text, email, and virtual meeting. We appreciate their help for our two times of changing attires on wedding day. They also helped us for taking photos at the beach with photographer! Our multiple requests were full-filled and the wedding went smoothly and all of our guests enjoyed the wedding. This is one of the most wonderful memory in our lives. Thank you I DO WEDDINGS!

I only had the romance of wanting to get married in a quiet place with the sea, but that romance came true in Aido. The staff are so kind and I thank you and the CEO. Since I am a destination wedding, the time difference is different from Team Aidoo, but thanks to KakaoTalk and email, I answered quickly at any time and on any day of the week, so I was able to have a wedding without worry. The couple got married last December at Kualoa Ranch. After deciding on a wedding in Hawaii and researching several companies, I really liked the portfolio photos of the I-Doo team, so I inquired, and I was more confident in the quick reply, so I signed a contract right away. During the 6 months of preparing for the wedding, I was so grateful that I followed up with each and every detail of the wedding via zoom meeting, KakaoTalk, email, etc., and when I contacted them even if it was not the time to inquire, they responded right away. It was so convenient to just read the excel sheet sent to me without having to look into it, choose the options I wanted, and let them know. Due to the nature of the destination wedding, there are many things that cannot be confirmed with the naked eye, and there are many events that I want, so I was very worried, but when I send a picture of the style I want, they prepare it perfectly and continue to care so that the event can proceed without any problems. And the flower decoration is also done by the representative, and he does it very nicely! I sent you a photo of the type and color of the flower you wanted, but the decorations were so much prettier than I thought, so I was able to start the wedding in a good mood. On the wedding day, the bride and groom are very helpful by the side to make it as comfortable as possible. It must have been hard for you to look after my dog throughout the reception on behalf of our busy couple, but I was so touched that you kept smiling and taking care of me.

I saved a review (?) to use when I picked out a photo and edited it, but I think I'll forget to write a review while living in reality, so I'm writing it right away. I should have researched it better before signing the contract.. At the same time as the contract, the delivery of the contents of the contract and the unknown price change, etc. Ah.. It's a big deal. I fell in love with others and signed a contract with Aidoo. Haha As it was a day station wedding where there was nothing I could check and decide with my own eyes, I was at a loss as to what to do. there was Updates were slow and there were many requests on the excuse of being busy, but they continued to respond even during non-business hours. It must have been annoying and cumbersome because you were so greedy to include things in the wedding ceremony and reception, but you really helped me so well that I was in charge of only our wedding hahaha. But from the moment I saw the flowers on the day of the wedding, my heart was relieved haha I added the flowers and wondered if the design would come out the way I wanted.. Worrying about what to do if I didn't like it was a luxury. I gave you a few pictures of the style I wanted, but I fainted because it was so pretty. It's a pity that I couldn't take more pictures and bring them because I was so busy ㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ I didn't realize it before the wedding, but it's natural to say that on the day of the wedding, if there weren't two teams of children, it would have been a big deal. Due to the corona, we couldn't hold the originally planned wedding in Japan, so we changed all plans to have a wedding in Hawaii in a hurry. In such an urgent situation, Aido Wedding was an excellent choice. In particular, I could feel that he cared about communication for us, who were so busy every day because we were both working. We hadn't seen the wedding dress or the ceremony hall until we went to Hawaii, but he answered our questions diligently to relieve our anxiety. For us, who had a lot of trouble with color themes such as drape (fabric) and flower decorations, when you took detailed photos of fabric samples and sent them to us, it was a great help in making a decision. The more detailed communication was repeated, the more trust in the I-Do Wedding team was built up. Our wedding, attended only by the families of both families, was held at Raniku Honua in the Koorina region. When the CEO of I-Doo Wedding called it a weather fairy, at first, what was this... I thought it was a joke, but it turned out to be a real weather fairy. The weather was dazzlingly beautiful and we were able to hold our dream wedding in a sunny Hawaiian climate. In addition, the beach is very close, so being able to take pictures with a different feeling right nearby was a big advantage. Thanks to the high professionalism of the Aidou wedding team, we were able to have a very beautiful wedding, and the guests who came were very happy. It's been a little over two months since the wedding, but all the guests who have been to Hawaii, especially the bride's mother, talk about our wedding almost every day. I was very relieved to see the expression on my parents' faces that they liked. It was a fantastic day that not only young people but also adults were very satisfied with. I usually don't leave reviews, but I'm leaving a review out of gratitude to the CEO of IDO and the planners. There were a lot of things I didn't know about because I decided to have a wedding without having been to Hawaii before. When I first compared three or four wedding companies in Hawaii, Aidoo's portfolio was the prettiest, and above all, I was trusted because he gave the fastest and most accurate reply. During the preparation process, if I asked a question about something I didn't know, he answered within a few hours, so it seemed like he was right by my side even though I was far away. They also sent me an Excel file with a checklist for wedding preparation by email, which was a great help to me when I was at a loss as to what to prepare and how to prepare. Normally, when preparing for a wedding in the United States, I was worried because I had to prepare a lot of things myself, but Aidoo introduced me to everything from officiating, makeup, music, food, photographers, and videographers, so I was able to proceed with the wedding very easily. there was My husband and I were both busy, so we barely paid attention to the wedding preparations, but if you add a little bit to the manager, the bride and groom take care of everything step by step, to the point where they really only need to go to the wedding hall. Everyone praised it as a movie-like wedding☺️ The gazebo was done with the design I mentioned, and the bouquet was so pretty. The flower decorations on the cake were also very pretty!!! Thank you very much for fully reflecting the design of the reception table as well. We got married in July 2022 at The Kahala Hotel, Hawaii. The wedding plan itself was vague in the corona city, so I was looking around, and fortunately I met the I-Doo Hawaii wedding team. I've been so busy with work, so it's been a while since I've posted a review. On 1/23/2023, the wedding was held at Paradise Cove Crystal Chapel with Aidoo. I decided to go to this place because the bride liked the interior in the photo, but when I actually went there, it was really cool just like the picture, and the family members who were with me said it was cool, so I took many pictures and made good memories. This Chapel had strict time constraints, so even though I arrived 10 minutes before the reservation time, I was not allowed to enter the parking lot, and I felt that the ceremony was a bit tight, but overall, the venue and the wedding itself were satisfactory. I made a reservation for the reception at a restaurant called PESCA located on the 30th floor of the Ilikai Hotel, and the view from that height was really good. The weather was cloudy and bright at the same time, so the view of the sky, sea and Ala Moana was so wonderful that I still remember it vividly. However, the taste of the food was a little less than expected, and the speed of food came out much slower than expected. Nevertheless, it was a good experience because the visible view and the atmosphere of the interior offset this. Even though I live in the United States, I didn't have any information about Hawaii and the wedding there, and I couldn't pay attention to it because I was busy with work, so I just believed that I-Doo would take care of it. Everything was decided by organizing things one by one through Excel and Zoom meetings. In addition, all the people who helped me at Aidoo approached me with a friendliness unlike anything I've ever seen before and treated me well, so I was able to proceed and finish the wedding without any major inconvenience or difficulties. I was so fortunate to have our wedding with I-Do Wedding. Everyone around me says that preparing for a wedding is difficult, but we did it with Aidoo, so despite the tight timeframe, we were very comfortable. After over a year of planning a Hawaii destination wedding in Eastern Canada, we held the wedding we wanted through Aido Hawaii Wedding last month. Neither my husband nor I have ever been to Hawaii, so I carefully read blogs and reviews from the moment I selected a company in Canada and chose Aido Hawaii Wedding. Without a big frame, I vaguely thought of a Hawaii wedding and contacted me, but from the venue to the reception, everything from the venue to the reception was recommended according to our situation, so I prepared it very comfortably. was left behind. A couple living in the central United States and preparing for a Hawaii destination wedding. First of all, IDO wedding was one of the few places where my wife got a quote through blog and instagram. At this point after returning from the wedding, my wife and I are of the opinion that even if we go back to the first time, we will do IDO. The reason is 1. communication. Replying to KakaoTalk or email is very fast. Idu was the best decision I found while looking for a destination small wedding. I found it in a hurry and made a reservation, but it seems like it worked really well! We were both really busy, so we were very worried about preparing for the wedding, but we really prepared everything from 1 to 10, and gave us detailed information and answers, and we really didn't have to do anything. My parents who went with me were also very grateful for taking care of everything such as accommodation, travel, and airport pick-up! I think it went very comfortably! We got married at the Lanirea Chapel, and it was perfect for a small wedding. The chapel was bright and pretty, and even though there weren't many guests, it didn't look flat. ! We got married in February 2022. I kept postponing the wedding due to corona, but my family and I had a small wedding. He responded kindly and quickly to our inquiries, and when we met the CEO twice in LA, he explained things in detail, asked what we needed first, and took care of it. It was good. The wedding was postponed a lot due to the corona, so I thought about having a destination wedding in Hawaii, and thanks to that, I met Aido Wedding and had an unforgettable wedding. Thank you again for being with us on our precious day :D We did our wedding ceremony on February of 2022. We were delaying our wedding due to the pandemic and despite of it, they answered our questions very fast with amazing kindness. We met up with Jessica twice back in LA and during the meeting as well, she explained to us everything with detail and asking us our needs first. Our concern before doing our wedding was the preparation that we would have to prepare. However, as we requested what we wanted, Jessica and her staff provided us the best result. Their make up artist and the photographer were very nice and professional. Their very effort gave us one of the happiest day of our lives. All of our guest who flew from different places in the world told us our wedding was amazing. Even my mother who came all the way from South Korea told my little brother that he should do destination wedding just like his sister! Because of the covid pandemic, we decided to do destination/small wedding in Hawaii. By doing so, we had the chance of meeting I DO Wedding and they gave us an unforgettable day. Hello, this is Arra Jo & Chad Yeo couple who got married on September 19th at St. Catalina Chapel. Choosing Aidu Wedding was the best choice while preparing for a Hawaii wedding! We sincerely thank the planners who made the wedding more like a movie than expected. People around me say that wedding preparations are stressful, but in fact, we took care of everything so we didn't have to prepare anything, so it was very comfortable. It was enough to prepare only wedding shoes & rings. I was worried a lot because of the restriction due to Corona 19, but I thought it was really professional, and I was moved by the way he prepared sensibly in accordance with the changes. As a Korean living in Japan, I found out about a few Japanese companies. I accidentally found out about I-Do Wedding. It was almost 4 months before the wedding, but I was satisfied with the quick reservation and plan in a short time unimaginable in Korea. And the Kahala Wedding, which was recommended after listening to my opinion, I really think it was the best choice. To be honest, it wasn't easy to make a decision just by looking at the photos of a wedding venue I hadn't visited, and I was even more anxious to make a decision by trusting Aidoo while consulting everything over the phone. When I arrived in Hawaii and met Aidu for the first time for a fitting, my anxiety disappeared and I was very, very happy when I went to the wedding hall holding my dad's hand. I sincerely thank the planners for making a movie-like wedding beyond my expectations. I got married on November 4th through Aidu. After I decided to do it in Hawaii, I googled it and came up with two places. I contacted other places and Aido here, but this Aido contacted me more than other places, and they responded very kindly. It was our first time getting married in Hawaii, so we didn't know what to do, but when we asked about trivial things, he responded very kindly. I think the contact and kindness is the best place!! He asked us about things we hadn't even thought of before and helped us to have a better wedding. He did my makeup and hair, and I really liked it, and he did it in the style I wanted. We did it outdoors, but as soon as we saw the place, it was so pretty that we fell in love with it. We did a wedding snapshot during our trip to Hawaii.
