We selected to work with Aloha Artisans for our wedding in Oahu, December 2021, as recommended by our wedding planners (Moana Belle Events) and they did not disappoint! We were planning everything from Los Angeles and their professionalism and communication were amazing. They were also very understanding as we had to push our wedding back one year due to the pandemic. Our wedding vision was memorable, timeless and elegant, and Aloha Artisans worked closely with us bringing our ideas to life. Highly recommend!

Contacted Aloha Artisans less than a month from our wedding needing just a dance floor and we ended up adding more! They were super responsive and worked directly with our wedding coordinator with no issues. All of their furniture and backdrops looked amazing in wedding photos and added so much to the vibe and atmosphere. We would highly recommend them for all of your wedding needs!

We worked with Aloha Artisans for an amazing bride that used their altar, lighting, and lounge furniture that created the most stylish event for their guests. Where do I even start. From the beginning of contact up until the clean up and beyond, aloha artisans has quite literally blown us out of the water!!!! Everyone I had contact with leading up to our wedding was SO helpful. Given our circumstances with Covid we had postponed many times and planning always felt uncertain. But with aloha artisans I always felt like they had our back! Responses from the office were always so quick and timely. They helped me plan out my vision from so far away and I could never thank them enough. When we arrived to Kualoa for our wedding it looked like I had stepped into a dream. The team at aloha artisans made our wedding dreams come true! Seriously. These people are amazing and the rentals are equally awesome. This is 100% the place for all your rental needs! We got to be one of the first few people to use their clear top tent and it was so worth it! Nothing like watching the rain come down on a clear top tent with beautiful lighting too. An absolute pleasure to work with Aloha Artisans. They are prompt in response (which isn't typical in Hawaii, it's called island time, wink wink), they have a plethora of items to choose from depending on which aesthetic you go for, and the selection runs the gamut from modern to rustic. I can easily say they were one of my favorite vendors to work with. (Photo is by Blanc Hawaii, and I rented one of Aloha Artisans lounge sets for my wedding)

Professional and beautiful set-up (the arch was homemade not aloha artisans). I don’t know why there’s bad reviews on here highly recommend this company. They made everything so easy even when we changed venues at the last minute. Hire them it’s worth the extra money than having to get table cloths that you just throw away.

From the lounge sets, wedding altar, and lawn games all have played such a memorable part of our night, our guests could not stop talking about it! It made our special day so memorable and fun to have a lovely arch that perfectly framed our ceremony, fun games for our loved ones to enjoy, and wonderful furniture so we could rest our feet during the reception. Not only were Tawny and the team so quick to reply, send updates to my quotes with changes, they were a dream to work with! They truly had the most beautiful pieces and worked with me and my coordinators to make sure we had everything we needed, even those last minute changes. Everything we ordered from the chairs, circle arch and tables were as expected, beautifully set up, and you can see the care they put into each set up and break down of their items. I want to have more events just to hire them again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I worked with Tawni and Jeff on specialty rentals and custom items for my destination wedding at Kualoa Ranch (Secret Island Beach & Moli'i Gardens) and they were SO AMAZING!!! I had a multitude of ideas I wanted to bring to life at my wedding and they were so easy to work with, so patient, and such great value. Emails always received a quick response and calls with them were so organized and efficient. They even went above and beyond to stay on-site to help me decorate the arch rental with the palm leaves I wanted and moved it to our reception location after the ceremony. I rented the white lounge, arch, lawn games, and some custom signs. I also had a lot of custom pieces done and they were absolutely amazing! Tawni and Jeff made our cake topper, our surf board guest book, signbearer signs, seating char, and chair back signs. All your pieces were such a huge hit! They created the intimate details to bring together the wedding as a whole. They also just helped us with our baby shower by renting us the most elegant furniture to place under our tent for the drive-by shower. Everything they provide helps you create such a personalized feeling. Both my events were so memorable and their customer service was top notch. Aloha Artisans was the icing on the cake for our intimate Hawaii backyard wedding! Getting married during a pandemic was a scary thought but was made incredibly easy thanks to the family of Aloha Artisans! We live in Oregon so the constant communication and quick responses put any hesitants and questions at ease. Set up and take down was impeccable. They were so personable and hands on and listened and adjusted immediately to any last minute changes. They even threw in a few extra items they knew would be perfect for our wedding. The lounge area and champagne wall was a dream it made the most beautiful backdrop! I just wanted to share a little bit about my daughter’s wedding. The setting was beautiful at a private home on the water located on the northeast side of Oahu. My daughter needed tables, chairs, bar and tent covering. She contacted a few rental places and ended up finding Tawni at Aloha Artisan. They were so helpful and supplied us with all the chairs, tables and such to stage a fantastic wedding setting. They also built my daughter a custom champagne wall. They went beyond the pale and gave us good solid advice that helped make my daughter’s wedding successful and memorable. I cannot recommend the highly enough

Tawni, Jeff, Holly at Aloha Artisans were responsive, flexible and so easy to work with for our outdoor wedding. We rented corn hole games and a white lounge set (they allowed us to substitute a couple chair styles in the set with no issue at all). Their rentals were high quality and very stylish. Aloha Artisans was one of our best finds ever! In May, we used Aloha Artisans to provide us with a few pieces for our wedding reception at Kualoa Ranch (Hale Nanea). Honestly, they were so phenomenal, I wish I got more from them! From when I first contacted them, Tawni and Jeff were amazing to work with. They were patient with all my requests and very quick to respond. Their website is very detailed, up to date and displays everything so clearly. It made choosing items a breeze from 5000 miles away! One of my favourite items we ordered from them was the Aloha Bell Tent & Boho Low Hairpin table with cushions. We basically used this area for our little Keke’s to play in, and what a success that was!! We received so many compliments from every single item that Aloha Artisans provided for us, specifically - which we found hilarious, since we had rented pieces from elsewhere too. They’re style is just amazing! Aloha Artisans also created a beautiful backdrop for our sweetheart table. When I pitched my (last minute) idea to them, even I was unsure as to how it would turn out. Jeff absolutely delivered. He used their GEO Altar and covered it with beautiful monstera leaves and then covered it in twinkle lights! I LOVED IT!! Tawni and Jeff are absolutely phenomenal, and I would definitely suggest using them as vendors! All their items were set up on time, their communication was fantastic, they are unbelievably accommodating and the quality of their items unmatched!!

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with the staff at Aloha Artisans. Tawni and Jeff are an amazing young couple and business owners. I have worked with them twice now. The company I worked for asked me to find a decrotive wall to take pictures in front of and a round bar for our corporate Christmas party. Jeff made a brand new round bar and it was the hit of the party. We also chose their wall that matched our Hawaiian theme for the party and the pictures were great. Now I am planning a wedding and this pandemic happened. Tawni and Holly worked with us so hard to set up the exact look we wanted. We paid them the up front deposit, I mean we switched our minds on the options they have avaliable quite a bit and Tawni was always there, they earned that. Plus they store it all and when I was looking at their options in the warehouse it was so clean and everything kept up. Long story short we are waiting til this whole pandemic thing is over and choose a new date so everyone can be there. Tawni and Holly made it so easy to change and made me feel so much better and not so worried.
