What an amazing experience with Maneeley's. We worked with Sandy the entire time, and she could not have made it more easy to do everything. Especially given that we were in the middle of the pandemic, had to switch from another venue to Maneeley's, and they just made it go by so smoothly. Everything went really well. The food was actually amazing. Normally wedding food isn't the greatest, but theirs was fantastic. They use Modern Pastry for the cake, which the cake was also absolutely phenomenal. Looked and tasted great! Everything about it, from the service, food, reception... It was all great. I couldn't recommend them more.

Maneeley's was a perfect place for our wedding! It was awesome working with Sandy and Bruce and the entire Maneeley's staff. They treat their staff very well and everyone there helps make your wedding night super special! The lodge was absolutely beautiful - they did a perfect job decorating both the inside and outside. Everyone loved the food and the atmosphere. They were very flexible with dietary restrictions. Both Sandy and Bruce were extremely accommodating throughout the wedding planning process and went out of their way to make certain things happen. Our perfect wedding night came to life with the help of the entire Maneeley's family. We would highly recommend and encourage anyone looking to have a wedding (or really any event) to check them out!

We knew from the moment we stepped foot in the Grand Lodge that it was exactly what we were looking for! The grounds at Maneeley's are absolutely beautiful and the Grand Lodge was the rustic romantic venue that we wanted. They are very reasonably priced, served outstanding food, and had so much more included in their wedding package compared to the other venues that we looked at. The staff was awesome! Sandy was absolutely amazing to work with, she was so helpful and was always responsive to our questions and concerns, from our first meeting to the wedding day, she was great! The day of our wedding we also had a very kind and helpful staff member, Christine I believe, who was by our side keeping us on track and helping us with anything we needed throughout the night. We had so many people come up to us about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was! We even had people tell us they want their kids to get married there! It was the perfect venue and we are so happy that we had our wedding at Maneeley's! Thank you for making our wedding everything we could've imagined and more!

Where to even begin—Bruce, Sandy, and all of the staff with Maneeley’s Banquet and Catering are the best this wedding industry has to offer. Our 250 person wedding was built from the ground up, literally. When we first starting planning our wedding, we met with Bruce & told him our crazy idea to get married on Dzen Tree Farm, our family’s farm. Without a second thought, Bruce immediately jumped in & eased all of our anxieties away about figuring out how to bring this idea together. From that point forward, we knew we were in good hands. I’ll be completely honest, when we first met with Bruce I had tears in my eyes because of the amount of weight lifted from my shoulders. And each time we met with him and Sandy, the weight continued to lift. They listened to us then took on our dreams & plans and built it into something we couldn’t have imagined. Bruce & Sandy handled everything—and I mean everything. They coordinated with our vendors, contacted & brought in our tent and rentals, secured toilets, advocated for our wants and needs, organized our place settings, brought in their A-team to cater to our guests, made the best meals & drinks that our guests are still raving about, and the list goes on and on and on! Bruce & Sandy didn’t just provide catering for our wedding; they built our wedding & were the voice of reason making sure our day was exactly what we wanted. It’s hard to put into words how grateful we feel for Maneeley’s. The easiest way to say it is, we could not have managed this day without them & we will continue to rave about how amazing they are! Thank you Bruce, Sandy, Rebecca, and all of our amazing amazing Maneeley’s crew!

They catered my daughters Engagement party on 9/21/19 and we had the New England Clam Bake. Everything was perfect! They were so friendly and professional, even in the planning they were so nice and patient with all of my questions. The food was the best I ever had from the clam chowder, steamers, steak & lobster!! I would highly recommend this place for any event! Over the last month I had the opportunity and pleasure to use Maneeley's catering and venue. They were catering our daughter's wedding that was supposed to take place in Glastonbury and at the 21-day mark the other venue decided to change plans. We called and Bruce Maneeley and his staff made it possible for them still to get married just a day ahead of their scheduled date at their venue. They went over and above of what that needed to be done. Their service was beautiful The food was awesome and it was so beautiful. And then two weeks we called and utilized their services again for our son celebration of life. It was one phone call they took care of everything I can't say enough about this company there are a lot of companies out there that promise and don't fulfill. Maneeley's banquet and catering goes above and beyond and treats you like a human being and cares. I'm not one to write a review all the time only when customer service is above and beyond. If you ever need anything that they're able to help with give them a call they do a fantastic job and the food is fabulous they're top-notch. Thank you Bruce, Sandy and everybody else our daughter's wedding would not have happened without all your help and everything that you did. The personal touches were terrific making sure the bride, groom and family we're all taken care of.

The atmosphere of the Lodge and service was perfect. The food was really excellent. We had a choice of three different meals and all of them were delicious. The staff was very accommodating and the bartender had a smile on her face and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Maneeley's for a large party of any kind. They have it down to a science. Tonight i went to a Birthday party and it was the second event that i have been to at Maneeley's and i was impressed again. The food is always great and the people that work there well you can tell they like working for the owners and i know why they are such nice people. What i will never forget thou was the first event i went to that was two years ago, it was on a night of a bad snow storm and when it was time to leave the event the workers had brushed the snow off all the cars in the parking lot. LIKE WOW UNBELIEVABLE. The place is beautiful, the food is so delish and the people are so nice they do everything to the T and nothing is forgotten. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT.

I dont even know where to begin when it comes to reviewing Maneeley's! The staff at Maneeley's was incredible from day one! Sandy and her team was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were able to not only provide a gorgeous venue but they were also able to incorporate every different little detail that my husband and I wanted included in our big day! There was only one small snag the day of but it was taken care of incredibly quick and the day went off without a hitch! My husband and I are still getting amazing reviews on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. We were assigned one gentleman to be with us the whole evening and he was absolutely incredible! He was very helpful with everything we asked for and he was very attentive! We can not thank Maneeley's enough for everything! I would highly recommend that if you're looking for a beautiful, rustic venue to get married, Maneeley's is the place to go! They're staff is unbelievable professional and I could not have asked for a better staff and venue for our big day!

Bruce and all the staff of Maneeley’s are hands down the most accommodating and best wedding caterers in Ct! They were so careful during all of the food serving and bar service, and they didn’t let anyone lift a finger! I helped out with planning the company holiday party and by far this was the best venue! During the planning process they were extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests. Day of the food was great, everything was set up beautifully and the staff was attentive and helpful. Definitely will be looking to book them again next year!

Fabulous event venue. Pleasant group of people, who really know what they are doing. The lodge venue in the rear of the location is a beautiful decorected wood paneled room that is perfect for any wedding, but awesome for a rustic themed one. Sandy, the event planner is a doll to work with. The food is great, the drinks aren't watered down!

Attended a Christmas party here and was very pleased with the bright and open area here. Very nice to be greeted and havr the door opened for us upon arrival. All the food was good, the carving station with the beef and the horseradish cream was my favorite though!

Our daughter was married at Maneeley's on May 1, 2015 and it was one of the most amazing and wonderful experiences we've ever had! From day one, our daughter and new son-in-law were treated wonderfully and were helped every step of the way by each person they encountered, as were we all. Denise, Sonia, and everyone else catered to us ALL and treated us ALL like royalty! We were never left wondering "what do we do now". They were at our side each step of the way from the actual planning through the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, reception, and saying good night to us after the joyous occasion was over. Added to the amazing service we received, Sonia went above and beyond for sure. My daughter had worn an antique pearl bracelet that had been handed down to her; at some point, the bracelet caught on her dress and broke, scattering tiny pearls everywhere. When Sonia realized what had happened, she actually took the time to search for the pearls while cleaning up, and was able to find at least a dozen of them for us! I will recommend Maneeley's to anyone...the staff, the food, the service and the venue are absolutely wonderful. Thank you ALL for a beautiful experience!

I had my eyes set on the grand lodge at Maneeleys since before I was even engaged so when my big day came, naturally I ran here. This was the best decision I made for my big day. Sandy and Bruce were nothing short of amazing. Sandy really made the planning process a breeze, even during a pandemic which says ALOT. The venue is stunning, the staff is superb (especially “G” who was my right hand man the day of and was the absolute best), and the food is to die for! What a very nice place to have a wedding. We went to a friend's wedding there and had a wonderful time and the food was great. As a high school class advisor I tried to talk my senior class into holding prom there because it is the best venue around for the price.

I believe if your going to pay top dollar for a nice place like this then you should get top dollar food .drink, and service . I did a reading during a wedding ceremony. It's a really beautiful and elegant place. I understand that they can hold two different weddings at the same time because they have the two different rooms, but I thought it was odd that both ceremonies took place at the same pergola. The first one ran long so the guests for the second one had to wait in a different area.

We just went to the food sampling for our wedding reception that is coming up this June at the Lodge at Maneeley's. The food is absolutely incredible. The staff is extremely helpful , They were able to explain things, making them very easy to understand, and they made all of the decisions that come with getting married so much easier to make.
