Kalee was the absolute best wedding planner! She was extremely organized and detail-oriented. Kalee not only kept me on task, but she also called out missing items I did not think of for my wedding. Kalee has a very calming presence and her upbeat attitude helped keep me positive during stressful times. My wedding was one of the best days of my life and I will be forever grateful for everything Kalee did for me. Kalee really goes above and beyond for her clients; I highly recommend her services.

My husband and I hired Kalee for our wedding on 4/22/22 for her “day of” planning services and she went above and beyond all expectations. We truly do not know what we would have done without her. She was so involved in all of details leading up to the big day, no matter how big or small they were and made sure that what was important to you as a couple, was the top priority. Kalee is an amazing person to bounce ideas off of and make recommendations with all of her knowledge in the industry. She gets to know all of the aspects about your special day including reaching out to all of your vendors individually, touring your venue ahead of time and attending all of your final meetings with your vendors, just to name a few! Kalee schedules regular meetings with you throughout the planning process to work with you first hand on all of the important plans leading up to the wedding day, I knew without a doubt that she knew our day inside and out and even much better than I did :) As a bride, there is so much to stress about leading up to your wedding and Kalee works extremely hard to tackle any issues/stressors with you head on and help you work through them. She is calming, patient, kind and always solution driven. She is adaptable to changes that may occur months in advance, all the way to the day of and I was so thankful to have her as not only a day of planner, but a resource throughout the entire process. Making the decision to hire Kalee was by far one of the most important ones we made during the wedding planning process and you should definitely consider doing the same!

The team at KM Events, LLC made my wedding day perfect, and I cannot thank them enough. Kalee is absolutely fantastic! She has a calm and kind personality which is so comforting throughout the entire planning process and especially on the big day itself. She is organized, reliable, smart, friendly and she has a great eye for detail. She also has a vast knowledge of the wedding industry and knows how to keep a day running smoothly. My bridal party and parents have all made positive comments to me about how helpful and awesome Kalee was during the wedding. If you are planning an event and are considering hiring a coordinator, I would definitely recommend hiring Kalee at KM Events; I promise you will be happy you did. I am so thankful to have had her with me throughout the process and I don't know how I would've pulled my event off without her!

The absolute best decision my now husband and I made in our entire wedding process was hiring Kalee! Kalee was truly the most helpful, kind, dedicated, and hardworking person we’ve ever encountered. She made us feel so calm and taken care of every day of planning, and especially on the day of. We didn’t have to lift a finger, she was there for us endlessly, and made the day run flawlessly despite a massive rain storm, forgotten decor, and more we never even heard about thanks to her quick action. She is worth every single dollar- and even more! So many family members and bridal party members commented on how wonderful and helpful she was, even saying that “whatever we paid wasn’t enough” and we agree! Highly highly highly recommend hiring KM Events for your day, we love Kalee and will always be the reason our wedding was as perfect as we dreamed.

I’ve waited so long to write this review because I could not honestly find the right words to use. And I am very confident that I will never be able to put into words how great Kalee truly was to us. Using Kalee and her team was the absolute best decision we’ve ever made. And that was made very clear from the moment after that first contact email with her. Kalee is prompt in each response, she is thorough and leaves no detail unturned. She checked in with us monthly for an entire year prior to our wedding. I am a very organized individual and thought I had everything under control. And it never failed, each meeting she would bring up a question or detail about our big day that I would have never even thought about prior. These qualities only stem from true experience and passion from within the field; KM events demonstrate these traits exceptionally well. The weeks leading up to the wedding, I felt most at ease because Kalee had taken over all contact with our vendors leaving me with minimal last-minute timeline questions to stress about. She even offered to run errands for us such as picking up any final items. Kalee and her team met with us at our final venue meeting and had the most enormous checklist/day of timeline I’ve ever seen. Everything was under control and planned out to the minute. Kalee listened to us from the very beginning allowing us to share our vision for the big day. When it came down to the final selections and decision fatigue had fully set in, Kalee and her team were quick to step in and help with the last-minute decisions such as table numbers and cocktail centerpieces. KM events truly took the time to get to know us as a couple and it certainly showed. The day of went perfect and I owe that all to Kalee and her team. She started the morning by not only decorating our venue space perfectly; but she picked up flowers from our florist and brought them to our getting ready spots. She calmed our nerves with her relaxed attitude and words of wisdom. At the venue, she took control and set a standard for all our vendors to follow. Each of our vendors commented on how much of a pleasure KM events were to work with and how much easier everything went due to her coordination. KM events continued to show their greatness even after the wedding. They had packed up all our décor at the end of the reception, leaving us with absolutely nothing to worry about once the party ended. The next morning her team brought all our décor to our house and neatly arranged everything within our garage. She even then rearranged our entire fridge to fit all our left-over cupcakes and cutting cake so they would be fresh when we returned from our honeymoon. It was such a relief to come home to an organized garage and treats in the fridge. I can’t say enough about Kalee and her team. She was the best thing about our day. She has the most positive attitude in the world and advocated for us throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to me vent/meltdown and always came up with quick and reasonable solutions. Kalee is the best coordinator in her field, do not hesitate to book.

Kalee is wonderful!! She is detail oriented and professional. Not only is she knowledgable in all aspects of wedding/event planning but was timely in all of her communication. I was very impressed with how she was on top of the ball from day one; she was great during our site visit and venue walk through, and lastly executed all our events wonderfully for the clients and their guests. As a caterer I've worked with many wedding planners and can say I would 100% recommend Kalee to all potential wedding clients.

So I knew I wanted Kalee as my wedding planner long before I was even engaged and hiring her was hands down our best decision we made for the wedding. It's sounds so cliche but words really cannot describe how thankful my hubby and I were to have Kalee as our planner. Her attention to detail and organization were exactly what we needed to keep our sanity through this process. We had so many odd bumps in the road from my dress possibly not arriving to us needing to switch venues 4 months out and Kalee kept us calm and collected the entire time. It was refreshing to know that no matter how many changes needed to be made or challenges to work through, we always had Kalee in our corner to go the extra mile and make our day as special as it was. She executed our day beautifully and always made sure we had everything we needed. I don't even want to think about what they day would have looked like if we didnt have Kalee and her team.

My husband and I got married on my parents property and our #1 goal was to make their home feel like a true wedding venue where not one friend or family member felt responsible for anything other than enjoying themselves. Kalee exceeded that goal! Hiring KM events was the best decision we made. Kalee’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail is unmatched! We met with her once a month and the “month of” she took over most communication with each of our vendors. She confirmed timelines and expectations among our 13 vendors. Throughout that process, the majority of our vendors commented extremely positively on KM events; which further ensured our decision to hire and put all of our trust in her. Kalee kept an updated Google doc of every single detail we spoke about at each meeting. She turned the Google doc into a 13 page document that went to every vendor 2 weeks before our wedding. Kalee was involved in many of our final meetings with other vendors and graciously assisted us with those difficult last minute decisions. She is a wonderful person to bounce ideas off of and get honest feedback from. I had a very specific vision in my mind of what I wanted our wedding to look like. I didn’t think anyone else was able to see that same vision until I walked into our wedding reception for the first time. Although it was difficult, I trusted Kalee to set our tables and all the decor. Not only did my vision come to life, but it exceeded my expectations! On our wedding day, Kalee came with an assistant, Emily. Together they set up and broke down the entire reception as well as coordinated and organized the entire day. It ended up raining on our day and those two did not skip a beat. It was starting to drizzle just after our ceremony and poured rain during our reception. By that point, we knew those two had it under so much control that we hardly noticed. We found KM events through a recommendation from our photographer. Before meeting with him, hiring a wedding planner never crossed our minds. Hiring Kalee will always be one of our best decisions. Her services are priceless!
