Everyone was extremely communicative and very easy to talk to. They are experts at what they do, and they make it super simple to plan DJ services. Our DJ, Marcus was really fun. He kept the party going and added touches here and there that I haven't seen at weddings before. He had a quick "do you know the couple" game that our tables had to answer to get released to go to the buffet that was super fun. Administratively, Complete as a whole has a really easy to use website and account system. I was able to pay online and fill out the DJ forms online over the course of my wedding planning experience. 10/10 would use again!

Walter was an amazing DJ at our wedding ceremony and reception and we highly recommend him!! He contacted us right away and helped us to plan everything while also listening to our requests. He was great at communicating with us before the ceremony and making us feel supported. At the ceremony he worked well with our pastor and played all of our music perfectly. At the reception, it was clear that he knew how to get people to have a good time! He got a crowd on the dance floor right away and we had so much fun watching everyone dance and get involved with games. He was very organized, and kept things on time and in an order that made sense and communicated with us the whole time to make sure we had what we wanted and were content with the whole experience. As people who are shy, he made us feel comfortable in front of the crowd and made sure that we were happy. He even helped us load up our car at the end of the reception. You should definitely hire Walt, he was excellent and we heard such wonderful compliments about him from our guest. He was a huge reason why our guest had a great time.

We used Complete Weddings for our Photographer, Day-Of Coordinator, ceremony/reception DJ and photo booth. This is a wonderful company and they are all wonderful human beings! Rachelle, Dyani, Alex, John and Dan were all so nice and helpful, they really made our day! They went above and beyond both before our day and at the wedding. We had calls with all of them to ensure that they knew what we wanted and Alex provided great recommendations for our other vendors. We had to use a different photographer for our wedding than we used for our engagement photos but they made sure the transition was seamless and we were taken care of. At our wedding, they chatted with our guests and even snuck a photo booth picture into our guestbook which was a nice surprise! I highly recommend choosing them for these services!

We booked Complete’s DJ services for our wedding on August 5 and had a good experience. Our DJ, Aaron, was very flexible and open to how we wanted the night to go. I thought he did a nice job of reading the crowd and adjusting music accordingly. He played a good mix of pop music for me and country music for my husband. He also moderated our shoe game which was so much fun! Our venue wasn’t air conditioned and it was 90 degrees outside the day of our event, but Aaron was a trooper and kept the party going. Overall we were pleased with our experience!

The photo booth worked out perfectly! Felicia was an amazing attendant and was willing to stay for an extra 30 minutes. This worked well for my Mom's Celebration of Life. We have pictures of all our family and friends that came to share their memories and celebrate a wonderful women! I would recommend Complete Weddings and Events for any occasion.

Complete Weddings + Events was amazing to work with. For my wedding I went with complete for a day of coordinator, a DJ, two photographers, and a photo booth. I am so happy I went through one company for all those services. Because they all know each other and have worked together before it just made everything that much easier the day of. There was no miscommunication between the staff and they all work tremendously well as a team. I'll start with our coordinator Alex; Alex was there to answer any of my question throughout the entire planning process over a year in advanced. She was always timely with her emails and always picked up every time I called. She handled all the special quirks we wanted throughout our wedding, kept us on time, and coordinated all of our vendors include the food, two hairstylists from different companies, the bar, and desserts. That along with everyone else from complete wedding. Alex did a phenomenal job which took so much stress off myself the day of the wedding because I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would 100% recommend getting a day of coordinator to any bride so they can just enjoy their own wedding and I would 100% recommend Alex to be that coordinator. Our DJ was Jon. I can't tell you how many compliments we had after the wedding with how great the music was. There was always a good # of people on the dance floor throughout the night. Two of my concerns for my wedding was 1: the weather and 2: great dancing music. You can't control the weather but Jon nailed it on the music! He also handled the ceremony music/microphones, the cocktail hour music, and the speeches all of which were in different places on the venue. We had some special requests for songs and Jon remembered and played each one at the right time. He also got the wedding party drinks during dinner and always made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond his responsivities as a DJ. Our photographers! So, I can't say much about the photos as I have not received them yet (it takes 4-6 weeks for editing like most photography services) but I have a feeling they are going to be fantastic! We had Racheal Gage and Lena, they both were great to work with, kept things fun and going on a very hot day, and whenever I needed a break they would give me some space because hours of constant photos can be tiresome. Rachael was our main photographer and made sure whatever specific photo we wanted happened! This included a long list of family photos. I am so anxious to get the photos back, I asked for as many candid photos as possible so it will be fun to go through and see all the guests having a good time. Between the two of them they came up with very creative wedding party photos along with all the classics. The photo booth! First off let me highly recommend getting a photo booth, the photos are so fun and all of your guest will have a blast. Let me also recommend putting your booth in a well-lit area with not too much back light, My photos came out a bit blurry and a bit bright because I placed the booth (against the recommendation of complete wedding) in a the grass next to the well-lit pavilion. That being said, I still love all the photos. the booth was used all night long and at the end I was giving a flash drive with all the photos, a stack of photos throughout the night, and a scrap book with all the photo strips and some notes from the guests. All in all, I would highly recommend Complete Wedding + Events for all your wedding and/or event needs. I know it was the best choice I made for my wedding.

Bill was great to work with! He was really friendly and helpful leading up to and during our day. You could tell he really cared about being there and doing a good job. He had to fill a LOT of time with music and the vibes stayed pretty good all night.

We had our DJ and photo booth operator through complete weddings and IM SO GLAD WE DID!! Holy moly!! Rob and LaTerra were so great!! They really went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and made sure we and our guests were having the best night ever! (Just so you know, WE DID!!) Also the communication throughout the planning process is so great! Little count down emails/text messages! Complete really knows how to get you pumped for your event!! I highly recommend!!

This review is almost a year overdue, so I apologize for that! First of all, I just want to say how impressed I was by Complete Weddings when I first started the process of looking for a DJ. I believe I went to the website and typed in my information asking for more info, and I was reached out to not long afterwards by Alex over the phone and was left a voicemail checking on if I had any questions about the company and what they have to offer. They were always quick to respond and I appreciated that, because when it comes to planning, waiting for responses is difficult for me. Everyone I came in contact with (Alex and Justin) were so helpful and friendly and gave advice for what they thought would work best for our wedding. Okay, so we met with the DJ (Zaydrian) over zoom and he was super nice, very helpful and insightful, and at the wedding, did EXACTLY as I requested for the songs. I asked for 5 specific songs to be played at the beginning of the dance part, and he did exactly that. Every part of the wedding, where music was involved, went exactly how I imagined. But before that all even happened, I want to point out how grateful we were for everything Complete was willing to do when they found out we had lost power 3 hours before the ceremony. They had someone come down from Grand Rapids (the wedding was in South Haven) to bring some power sources down that would help get through at least the ceremony if not also the rest of the night. They were willing to do whatever it took to make sure we got what we needed, and everyone I told about it was super impressed by the support we got during that situation. Luckily the power came back on before the ceremony even started, but the person who brought everything down still ended up coming down. I seriously wanted to cry for how thankful I was for that. Zaydrian did amazing with the music, with the announcements, and especially with our Shoe Game! He was great at transitions for the night and kept people on the dance floor the whole entire time! Highly recommend choosing him as your DJ! I am not a girl of a small amount of words when it comes to reviews, but after all that… my husband and I want to thank Complete Weddings + Events (Alex, Justin, Zaydrian, and the guy that brought down the power sources whose name I never got) for making our wedding night go so smoothly and amazing. I will definitely highly recommend this company to others! I already did recommend them, but the bride’s mother had someone else in mind. I will still keep spreading the word! Thank you for all you do!

We hired Complete Weddings and Events, specifically Zaydrian, to DJ our wedding. Zaydrian was very communicative and as professional as can be leading up to the wedding, he asked great questions that helped us in organizing our reception speeches and dances. He showed up early to set up and had his itinerary up and ready to go to help keep us on track during the reception. He went out of his way to ensure everyone's name was pronounced correctly when called and helped make our wedding so much fun! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ.

I hired a DJ for my birthday party. It was in an abandoned warehouse. The DJ was very resistant to the extremely active paranormal activity. Anytime I've hired a DJ in this warehouse, they've been terrified by the fact that it's occupied by several entities. The DJ valiantly fought the paranormal. It was a great night for me and a bad night for the ghosts. Wonderful music was played.

We rented the photo booth, and it was absolutely fantastic! They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Not only did we get unlimited prints, but they also give you a flash drive with all of the photos and put together a scrapbook on the spot....that was a pleasant surprise!

Rob and LaTerra were an absolute joy to have at our wedding. They were out going and fun. Rob was able to find songs that were requested by my guests and get them downloaded super quick to keep the party going. LaTerra did a beautiful job decorating and putting together out photobooth scrapbook. I would gladly use this company again and would definitely request Rob and LaTerra specifically.

Zay is the DJ you need. Very responsive and communicative. We discussed the vibe we wanted for each part of the ceremony and reception. He then created playlist based on our vibe and sent us those playlist for our approval. He helped create the environment we wanted for our wedding.

I was very pleased that the John was responsive to our "out of the box" wedding. We didn't have very many traditional aspects and he was met our needs exactly. John was very flexible the day of the event and was able to anticipate hiccups and prevent them from happening. The brother and sister of the Bride even through some surprise aspects at the DJ and he rolled with it easily making sure everything was smooth and transitioned well. I would highly recommend John for any event as his professionalism and expertise shined throughout the planning and execution of the wedding. I was also very appreciative of Alex in the office. I called with a few concerns in the weeks leading up to the event and she was both attentive to me while discussing my event and quick with follow up. She was kind, reassuring, and her hard work showed on the day of the wedding. Thank you, Complete for providing a team that is easy to work with, aware of the potential issues, and creative in problem solving.

We hired a DJ and photo booth from complete for our wedding and they were absolutely great. Steve R. Was our DJ and he was phenomenal. He was very involved with us and the crowd too. Some things changed on the fly and Steve adapted and kept everything lively and on track. overall great experience. Emily with the photo booth was awesome and it was a huge hit. 10/10 would recommend and would hire them again

I hired a photographer (Rachel) and a DJ (Steve) through complete and they were absolutely amazing. Steve had everyone dancing until it was time to clean up and Rachel was happy to take whatever photos we wanted and help out wherever she could. Steve made the ceremony absolutely flawless and knew exactly when to play what without any help or signals. Rachel made family photos fly by and got all the shots we wanted. I haven’t seen the completed photos yet but I’m sure they will be perfect. Complete was also so easy to work with and quick to respond to my emails. If you are reluctant choosing complete for your special day, don’t be! They will make your big day perfect!

We had the best experience with complete! Specifically because of our DJ Rob. I would recommend him to anyone I genuinely think we could not have found a better DJ. He got out on the dance floor to have people join! I’ve never seen a DJ do that before, I was so impressed. He was so personable we just felt like he was a guest at the wedding that we’d known forever. He definitely read the crowd perfectly and kept everyone out on that dance floor all night.

This company was amazing through our whole wedding process, especially planning it all through covid! Justin and Alex were so helpful and responded quickly every time I had question. They helped me pick the best package for a really reasonable price along with a payment plan that was easily accessible online. Rachel, our photographer, was amazing! She was great at communication and really understood what we were looking for with our wedding photos. She was also very nice on top of that! Rob our DJ, really knew how to keep the party going! We were able to talk before the wedding and go over everything we wanted to include on our special day. He did amazing with the music, and the transitions from one dance to another. He did an amazing job! Mary the photo booth attendant also did so great, she was very nice and finished the scrap book for us to have! Overall, it was such a great experience. Keith was our DJ and Kaylee was our photo booth attendant, and they both did a spectacular job during our wedding reception! Keith ensured that the night went smoothly and he was very accommodating to any last minute changes we made. He kept the dance floor hopping and played a great combination of music! Kaylee was so much fun and our guests loved being around her! I absolutely loved how the photo booth printed out a strip for each person and Kaylee also saved extra strips for my husband and I. She also put together a book with photo strips and handwritten messages from the guests, which was SO adorable. My only complaint is that my husband's name was spelled wrong on the strip, but we made light of the situation! I would highly recommend this vendor!

Martin was our DJ and he was absolutely awesome! He kept people on the dance floor the whole night and did a great job communicating prior to our wedding day to get everything ironed out. He was so friendly and kind. Five/five for Martin!! My only complaint is that I had filled out the planning forms prior to our event and that information was not passed on to Martin. It wasn’t a huge issue, I just sent him the list of songs for the various events, but I can see how it could have been frustrating for some people.

Marcus was a wonderful DJ - you could tell he was a true professional. He was spot on for the specific things we requested and had great instincts for everything that we left up to him. One of our favorite parts of the night was when he had everyone gather around us while we danced to "All of You" - the video of that moment made me tear up! He was amenable to some of our friends more interesting requests and even made our nephew (who was tearing up the dance floor) an honorary DJ. Overall our night was really made by having Marcus there.

Literally everything about Complete was amazing.I was initially concerned getting most of our vendors through the same company - I was worried that since they're all connected, if one thing went wrong that it would affect everything else. Not only did nothing go wrong, everyone really brought their all and made it a unique and wonderful experience that I don't think would have been possible if I had gone the traditional route and piece-mealed my vendors. First off, Alex, our day-of coordinator, was a blessing. Holy cow. My husband and I are both very laid-back people with very few demands, but that also means that we didn't consider a LOT of things that go into a wedding and so we had a lot of anxiety going in because we didn't know what was expected of us and we didn't have much of a guiding plan beyond color schemes and a few things we wanted. Alex helped guide us through the process with a few conversations. Very casual, very informative and VERY reassuring, Alex was easy to bounce ideas off of and I never felt like I was bothering her when I had questions or concerns. She was instrumental in coordinating our vendors who were outside Complete and with her help, the day went by so incredibly smooth! Our photographer Kaitlin (who I understand is no longer doing photo work with Complete, but I wanted to give her a shoutout anyway!) was a total boss! She was great at giving directions and was extremely patient with us (we had a lot of jitters on the day of and neither of us were thinking clearly or quickly as we got closer to ceremony time haha). It started absolutely POURING right as we were about to take photos and we ended up finding a dry spot and taking some gorgeous photos anyway! She just went with the flow and really made us comfortable in front of the camera -- a major feat for my husband who hates having his photo taken. Our photo booth operator Jessica was awesome! She was super fun to talk to when I was briefly able to, and she had the photobooth running all night. It was a surprise hit! Our guests LOVED the booth and the non-traditional guest book that came along with it. I will absolutely treasure all these goofy pictures of our favorite people and I'm so grateful we had someone as relaxed and knowledgeable as Jessica to make sure that it all went off so well Our DJ was Ralph and he was a hoot and a half! There was a tiny snaffu in ceremony music - my fault, I didn't recognize the song at first in rehearsal since the precessional and bridal entrance songs were very similar and both instrumental. PLUS we didn't say anything until after the rehearsal (which was maybe 15 minutes before the ceremony -- our choice) so, definitely an easy mistake to make, and we don't hold it against him! He made everything so fun though, he was obviously very comfortable on a mic and around people. He interacted with our guests, was great with requests, had a fabulous mix of music -- I don't think I heard a single song I didn't know or didn't like, and we had EVERYONE on the dance floor at one point or another. We had an absolute ALL STAR team and we could not have asked for anyone better to help us with our special day! I have a few folks gearing up for proposals and wedding planning who have all asked for our vendor details and I will absolutely be recommending Complete. If you want your special day to go better than you could ever expect, check these folks out, you will NOT regret it!

Steve and Complete Wedding & Events were absolutely fantastic to work with! They were so professional, so much fun and yet so flexible at the same time! They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Steve was able to keep our guests on the dance floor the entire night! We had a lot of changes on our Wedding day and Steve was able to roll with the punches and find the best way to make everything work!! I would love to work with them again :)

If this were just about photography, Rachel M would have 10 stars if possible. She was beyond phenomenal and we would hire her again in a second. She was there to offer any help through the entire night and was incredibly nice and just fun to have there. There just aren’t enough words to describe how much we appreciated her and we cannot wait to see her work when our photos come back. Complete weddings in itself was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had about anything up until and after the wedding when we had concerns about the DJ. Both Alex and Justin were awesome to work with throughout everything. If it weren’t for them and Rachel especially, this review would be way less than 4 stars. Before we get into this, understand my wife and I are the most laid back people you could meet and I’m sure our photographer would agree with that. We can let things go and move on, but this was too much. We had to reach out a few times to have DJ Keith contact us before the wedding so we could go over everything. That wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything was fine until our ceremony when he faded out the song as I was walking down the aisle. Talk about a nightmare. We are 2 brides so confusion is understandable to a point, but if there was confusion, he should have reached out to us. After the ceremony, we went over the rest of the night’s details with him to make sure it would go smoothly from then on. He then introduced our bridal party with the wrong names before someone corrected him (even though we had just gone over the details of names 5 minutes prior. He then played the same song for both bridal parties, which were supposed to be 2 separate songs. When my bride and I were introduced, we could barely hear the music. We asked for the music to be turned up probably 20 times throughout the night. We had a surprise for our aunt and uncle for them to dance to a certain song. When this aunt asked the DJ to play that song, he blatantly told her “they have a surprise for you at 8:30.” He was rude to my Mom when she asked him if he liked the area, to which he replied, “I’ll never come back here.” I was told he was rude to our parking attendant (a family member) as well. After telling him a few times, he continued to get my wife and I confused with our names. Erin and Amanda. It’s not that hard. He also didn’t start excusing tables until about 10 minutes after our bridal table got up to eat. Honestly, we were going to let all of this go, because in the end, we had a great night despite all of this. But then we found out that he didn’t even show up on time to play our pre-ceremony music that we paid for. When we contacted Justin at complete, he was completely apologetic and understanding of our situation with Keith. He refunded us the amount we paid for the ceremony and the extra hour we paid for. We are fine with that and appreciate him working with us. After all is said and done, I would still most definitely recommend complete weddings, just don’t go with Keith unless he has had some training. And you should 1000% go with Rachel as your photographer.

The guys I worked with at Complete were some of the most helpful, accommodating, and professional people I've ever worked with. Originally I only planned to utilize their DJ service, but when I found myself without a photographer a couple weeks before the wedding, I turned to Complete and they were incredibly helpful. Our photographer, Chad, was wonderful. We moved quickly and efficiently through all our photos, and he had a lot of good ideas (which was great because I had basically none). Very helpful, very professional. Our DJ Marcus was also amazing. He was really good at getting the guests involved without being in their face. He was fun, professional, and considerate. I'd recommend Complete to anyone because of the way they treated and worked with my family and I, and their prices are good too!

We had a fantastic time at our wedding with Rob!! It was a crazy one with Covid going on and a huge wedding party as well as a huge guest list. Rob was amazing, rolling with the punches and all of our last minute changes. He picked an incredible set of music all night long and even humored my nephew and his 100 requests (no he didn't play them all, but he was really nice to him about it). He downloaded a song that was really special to a couple on our guest list to play when he didn't have it. We just can't say enough good things about him! Go with Complete Weddings, they'll treat you amazing and choose Rob! He'll take good care of you.

From helping us with our last minute sound system needs for our ceremony to making the ultimate father-daughter dance mix, you truly exceeded our expectations and made our big day absolutely perfect. Everyone was so accommodating and reassuring during our repeated questions and confirmations. They rolled with the punches even though we had some untraditional/quirky requests, and everything went smoothly--they even invested in upgrading some of their equipment to enhance our experience. There's a certain level of comfort that comes only with seasoned professionals who know their craft inside and out, and it was extremely helpful that they thought of several things we had not considered. As a side note, our guests were especially delighted to have "Trivia Steve" there. We had a great experience and will eagerly let others know.

I used Complete Weddings for my DJ and my videographer. I am not upset by the services at all, they were efficient, reliable, and timely. Both the DJ and the videographer were very nice and respectful people and both did an excellent job. I am more upset about not expressing my wishes more clear-er from the beginning. Complete weddings seem to offer more of an Emcee than just a DJ, and I was not looking for an Emcee. I would love to see that as an option on their very organized forms for what the couple is looking for.

I had a very good experience with Complete. I was able to pay easily online at my own convenience and customize the experience to exactly what I wanted. The staff was approachable yet professional and were very considerate to any needs or wants that I had. I cannot recommend a better DJ, Patrick was great. I had so many guests saying how wonderful he was, he even got on the dance floor with us! Christiana, my photographer was very nice as well. She helped us avoid any bad angles or awkwardness by suggesting poses and scenarios for various wedding photos. Overall, a great experience at a great price. I have already given their names and numbers to my friends getting married in the coming years.

The complete weddings team was able to respond to our last minute request for a wedding videographer, and the video they put together was awesome. We were glad just to maybe get raw footage to use when we surprised our family but they were able to put together a fully edited version so quickly, it was more than we could have hoped for especially with such short notice. He did an awesome job with time management and keeping everything on track according to our schedule. When our venue coordinator was no where to be seen, Marcus stepped up and ran the evening without us having to ask! He even made sure the wedding party had everything we needed when we arrived at the reception. Great experience overall, would highly recommend to others!

I couldn't have picked a better DJ for the evening, he really made the evening something special, from acting as master of ceremonies to closing the evening with my favorite song, everything was on the top perfect. I would recommend Justin for any event, big or small. We had 40 people at the wedding and the dance floor was almost always packed!! At the end of the evening everyone complemented on how much they loved the music and how it was so much fun.

We had Coleson as our DJ for our wedding and he was fantastic! He made sure that all of our song requests were played and in a good order. I only gave a handful of requests for the ceremony and he did a great job of picking songs that went along with the acoustic vibe we wanted. He did a good job of moving the evening along for special events such as toasts, dances, and cake cutting. We have now coined the term "The Coleson Difference" as Coleson will not stay behind the DJ booth all night. Instead he was out dancing, teaching different line and group dances, and mingling with guests. He was a ton of fun with lots of energy! We used Complete for our wedding in May, we had Peter as our DJ. He was very nice and easy to get along with. They were able to use a smaller unit at our ceremony powered by my dad's generator which I was Very thankful for because there was not electricity. At the reception he came around and handed out request papers for people to request songs. We didn't communicate very well for him to know my husband and I would be going back out for pictures. He would not play anyone's request until we were back and did our first dance, and I wish he would have played their requests. It's something we never talked about. When we got back from taking our pictures pretty near everyone was gone. I'm not blaming it on Peter but I heard later he was just playing 'elevator music' so no one was out on the dance floor. Peter was very patient with me when I took forever getting the music selection around for him and had all the music we wanted!
