We rented chairs for our wedding from here as we weren’t totally in love with the ones our venue had. We had several vendors in mind but contacted Alpine Events and they gave us the best price per chair in the area. We worked with Eryn mostly and she was friendly and accommodating when we wanted to change the color and quantity of our chairs. My only issue with this vendor is the lack of pricing transparency. When we initially reached out for a quote for 205 chairs we received a price that was different than when we changed our quantity a few weeks before our wedding. They also wanted to charge us initially over 1200$ for delivery and pickup of the chairs so we didn’t want this service as it was too expensive. When I inquired again about delivery and pickup a few weeks before our wedding, the price magically changed to 159$… Really loved this vendor and was happy with the service, but I would be mindful working with them if their prices don’t get more transparent.

Initially my wife and I were very apprehensive when planning our 60th birthday party event using Alpine. Especially when their first crew came out and shared a plan that seemed unreasonable for the space we have and our customer service rep was difficult to work with. But then Patrick stepped in and sent out another different crew that mapped out a tent and yard lighting plan that truly made out event extra special. I cannot say enough about how quickly they recovered in their service/support to address our needs. Thank you Patrick for stepping in, particularly considering you were on vacation at the time!

The company was very responsive throughout the planning process as we changed and added new items. They also had a wide selection of rentals and our wedding looked beautiful! However, our dance floor had broken sections, so corners of some of the squares stuck up. My dad duct taped them for the wedding, and if he hadn’t, people may have tripped. So if you’re getting a dance floor from them I’d be wary of that! Also, we had someone come out and scope out our location a couple of months in advance and he made a drawing of where the chairs would go. However, when they came to set up it seemed like no one had that drawing and set our chairs up incorrectly, twice. We also had to provide them with printouts of how to set up the tent. Overall, seems like a decent place to work with for big events, but don’t expect them to know exactly what to do when they come to set up. Ensure you have a planner there to make sure everything is set up accurately.

We got married at the Grant Pavilion and it is mandatory to use Alpine Events for the rental items but it worked out great! You never know what to expect when you can't choose a place yourself but it was really nice working with Alpine. I worked with Emily and she was super helpful, always available to help me out and answer any questions. All the items we rented were in amazing shape too!

I used Alpine Rent All for my daughters grad party and this company was so friendly and cooperative to work with. The two main people I worked with was Carey and Tyler. Super friendly and helpful. My bit of feedback when renting for a grad party is to error on the side of more not less. I ordered a 20 X 20 tent and 60 chairs and 8 tables (I had 2 extra tables at home). I wasn't sure if I needed such a large tent- who comes all at once? However, I stayed with the large size and was so grateful because the sun was blazing that day and my guests all had proper shelter from the sun with out feeling cramped. Which means they stay longer. The same with the 60 chairs... I had enough seating for everyone and never had to worry about people standing unintentionally. I would recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced and very happy customer.

I have been to this company a few times and every time I am there they are extremely friendly and super helpful. You can honestly tell they care about their costumers. I have used the “store” part of Alpine Rent All and I have used the rental/event side. In the store they were so helpful. They got me everything I needed and made sure all my concerns were handled and answered all of my questions. I used them for my kids birthday party as well for rentals. They were there on time, set up everything to my likings, the equipment was super clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The event side was amazing as well. He contacted me often to see how I was doing, show me some ideas, he was honest on what I needed and didn’t (which saved me money) and I could contact him after store hours with any concerns. If I had any problems he dropped everything he was doing at the time (even at home) and came to my rescue. I will only use alpine rent all in the future and I hope they go nation/world wide so everyone can enjoy them!!! Thanks Alpine Rent All!!!

If there was a 10 rating I would give it to this company! Emily from the moment she answered my Panicked call was totally professional and compassionate. We needed to make a total venue change for a wedding reception within 6 weeks of our wedding. They were exceptional in making this an UNBELIEVABLE experience for my daughter and son in-law. They knew exactly what we needed to make the event safe and FUN for our guest . I was SUPER impressed with the set up and take down staff, and the White Glove treatment the day of the reception. People are still talking about what a Great time it was! God helped with the Great weather! Everyone RAVED about the tent, tables, and "fluff" that made it a really great experience!

Thank you so much to Alpine Events for your excellent service throughout our wedding weekend! We hosted our wedding at a private Air Bnb residence, and we had a three hour drive from our home base to get there. Although it was close to the end of their work day, Alpine Events was so flexible with making sure to deliver our china, tables, chairs and linens as we were checking in. They were also prompt with their pick up a couple days later. All rentals (tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware and glasses) were clearly very high quality, and actually served multiple purposes throughout our entire wedding weekend! We got so many complements on our table settings, and so much of that design was due to the rentals from Alpine Events. On their website they have SO many products to choose from, so I could get everything I needed in one stop shop! I would highly recommend Alpine Events to anyone looking for rentals to host a wedding/event!

The guys over at Alpine Rent All are the best! Rented a Bobcat that was in great running condition. Their service is super friendly and flexible, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. Details aside, there were some complications in my home project (nothing to do with Alpine Rent All) and the guys not only understood, but went way beyond my expectations to help out... I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend there service and products to anyone. About a week ago we rented a 40x100 ft. Tent from Alpine rentals for our wedding at Fallasburg Park and we couldn't be happier or more please with the way everything turned out. Very disappointed with the service department here. I worked with Jon for service on my zero turn, and after a week and a half (when the tractor was supposed to be done) I called to check on it. I was told it would be worked on the next day. The following day I hear back and was told (among other things) I need a starter which I told them I needed when it was dropped off. I authorized the repair and was told it would be a few more days. A week later I get a call and they tell me a starter was not available. REALLY!? I would have loved to know this a week ago so I could have taken it to another dealer. Three weeks with little progress and will need to find another service repair company. I am giving a 3 star because they did sharpen my blades and changed the oil during this time. At least that is done.

Good, local shop with many useful items for sale or rent. Nice selection of Toro mowers and snow-throwers (single and two-stage). We were able to rent a Penske moving truck for the best price I could find in town. They also take AAA discounts on Penske Truck rentals. Other items available include STIHL chainsaws, lawn tractors, among other outdoor equipment and accessories. Staff is friendly and helpful - they make sure you have everything you need!

I needed a sod cutter this weekend and they reserved one with no problem. However, 3 cuts into the job, the thing broke. It was Saturday evening, store was closed and I was MAD! I left a note on sales "quote" space since I couldn't find another way to message them. Immediately a guy called me, (Carry i think it was) he was super kind, very professional and set up a replacement cutter for the next morning. Not only that, when I returned it they refunded part of the rental for my trouble. Awesome guys. Would absolutely rent again.
