I love love love the Rollins Mansion. We are so happy to have had our special day in this beautiful venue. Jackie was amazing to work with. She was helpful, prompt, and flexible. We had to do last minute chances due to the weather, but Jackie and her staff were prepared for it. Thank you so much for helping us make our wedding as wonderful as it was.

We had a great time at a 1920s themed Murder Mystery wedding reception at Rollins Mansion! It was the perfect backdrop to host such a fun and intriguing event. The place is gorgeous and so spacious! The staff worked with my daughter to give her the reception that Covid took away from her last year. I highly recommend this venue!

It was an amazing wedding venue. So cozy and romantic. The house was owned by the founder of Meredith Corporation. Young people thought it was so Harry Potter and Hogwarts.

Been by that location a thousand times and didn't realize it was there until yesterday. Attended my nephew's wedding reception there... BEAUTIFUL old mansion, fascinated by the architecture. Was set up very nicely for the reception, I think it would serve as the perfect venue for any get-together.

Just held our wedding there this weekend and couldn’t have been more happy with the results. Rollins was the perfect location near downtown and offered a unique venue. The staff was amazing and helped make our day seamless and memorable. Would highly recommend.

A breathtaking and historic mansion. One-of-a-kind wedding venue. Shout-out to Brianna, Steve, and Marne for being excellent hosts for our wedding reception at Rollins Mansion. The in-house caterer Delmonico had really good food and service. Guests complimented the hors d'oeuvres and dinner all evening long. The bridal suite is perfectly situated adjacent to the terrace and courtyard. There were so many great places around the mansion for photos.

This venue is so much fun! So much historical beauty and details in everything. Lots of ornate areas and rooms. Outdoor water feature and gardens. A bridal suite is situated in an off area away from where guests would mingle. The staff is wonderfully kind and helpful! A beautiful venue in Des Moines with lots of outdoor and indoor capabilities and endless charm.

A fabulous, gigantic event facility. The thick slate shingles on the roof, the leaded glass, the hand-crafted and carved woodwork is beautiful. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

We got married here in September of 2019. We LOVED working with Brianna. She was so helpful and always asked the right questions to make sure our special day went exactly the way we wanted it to. She was also very helpful on the actual day of the wedding. She asked us periodically if there is anything she can do for us the day of and she never felt like a bother!! Rollins preferred caterer, Delmonico, also did a fantastic job for our wedding. They made our menu exactly the way we wanted to and we were very impressed with their service. They carried my husband and I's plate through the buffet line, placed exactly what we wanted on the plate, and carried it to our table. Such special treatment!! Thank you so much Rollins Mansion and Delmonico for the best day of our lives!!

I've been working with Brianna at Rollins to plan my wedding, and she's been phenomenal. She's quick to reply and she's always open with her communication, so we know exactly what to expect. We ultimately ended up postponing our wedding due to things outside of anyone's control, and Brianna made the entire process so easy, taking a lot of the stress off of our plates. It's an incredibly beautiful venue with great staff, and we wouldn't want to have our wedding anywhere else.

We got married in May at Rollins and could not have imagined a better place to have our wedding. We knew we loved it from the moment we saw it and the staff was nothing but helpful as we went through the planning process. Brianna was particularly helpful. She made sure everything ran smoothly on her end and worked well with our coordinator and other vendors to makes sure everything was the way we wanted, even with some last minute weather changes. The onsite caterer Delmonico was great to work with and our food was absolutely delicious, everyone was raving about it. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would do it all over again if we had to choose!

This place is gorgeous and the perfect place to hold any type of event. The staff was super helpful and there is a reason why this facility is booked so far out. There is plenty of space for every type of event and the elegance of this facility cannot be overstated. I will definitely be holding my wedding here some day!

I recently got married at the Rollins Mansion(5-18-19) and it was the best experience I could ask for. I did not have to worry about a single thing that day, Brianna and the entire Rollins staff were kind and on top of things. Brianna made sure to check in and made sure everything ran smooth. Everything was set up exactly as we had talked about in our consultations and if something was not quite right everyone was sure to get it corrected quickly. The entire planning process was also a breeze. Brianna was so easy to work with and replied to emails in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. We also had DelMonico, the in-house caterer, for our meal. Everything was delicious, the staff was amazing and attentive, and Daniel was awesome in making my gravy fountain dreams come true and even making sure I got to enjoy it. He also listened to everything we wanted and worked with us every step of the way. I felt like royalty at the mansion and did not have to lift a finger. Anyone getting married should definitely consider this venue. It will save so much stress and you will be taken care of. Thank you Daniel, Brianna, and the entire Rollins and DelMonico staff for making my wedding dreams come true and the best day I could ever ask for.

Our daughter was married at Rollins in Sept of 2016. Daniel and his staff was AMAZING!!!! The grounds and the area where we held the wedding and the reception were impeccable! Daniel and his staff were professional and did everything possible to make the day the wedding of her dreams! :) We couldn't have been more pleased and would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

I just had a wedding there in October and the venue is absolutely amazing. On top of it being a beautiful venue the price for the services you get when using the in house catering is very competitive and they do all of the base set up for tables, chairs, etc. The staff was amazing to work with and the catering staff was probably the most professional and efficient I have ever seen at a catered event. The food was amazing as well. If you use their catering make sure you go to one of the tastings. They have a lot of great foods to choose from and can get any Iowa beverage which was a huge plus for us as we like some local wines and whiskeys.

Very beautiful courtyard and setting for a wedding ceremony. However anyone who would like to use this location for a wedding reception after the ceremony will be dissapointed. The inside of the mansion is very dated and in disrepair. There was a appetizer room that was intended to entertain people while they socialized but it was much too small and felt cramped. The dining area is very small and would not accommodate a party over 150 very well.

I rarely leave reviews, but I want to make sure that the public is aware of how awesome this place is!! Our daughter got married on April 27th and I couldn't imagine a more beautiful place for her to get married. EVERYONE at the wedding RAVED about how awesome EVERYTHING was from the DECOR, to the BEAUTY, and ELEGANT DETAILS of the venue , the FANTASTIC ACOMODATING STAFF (even when we changed something on the fly), they were SOOO patient. The food was catered by one of their preferred caterers (Delmonico). Everyone treated us like family and hats off to the amazing staff of both the Rollins Mansion and Delmonico. A BIG THANK YOU to Breanna, Daniel, John, Olivia and Steve (in alphabetical order) they were the STAND OUTS amongst all the wonderful staff. Thank you EVERYONE for making my daughter and her new husband's wedding so MEMORABLE!!

It would have never crossed my mind to have a wedding ceremony and reception in a mansion. This turned out to be a perfect location and everyone had a fantastic time. The mansion has some rich history and the staff is very knowledgeable in it if you ask. There are many rooms to explore (I did not get a chance to see them all) and the view from outside in the back is beautiful. One of Des Moines many hidden gems.
