The Mostly Becky team was excellent. I hired them for the day of service and worked with Amanda. I appreciated that they went over the timeline with me and allowed me to give feedback for my wants. Also, they took the lead on contacting my vendors with it, which I so appreciated it. On the wedding day I knew they were there but they weren't hovering over me the entire time. The following day I mentioned to my mom that I don't even know if anything went wrong or if there were any hiccups with setup, vendors, workers, etc and that's kind of the point of having them. Maybe everything went totally fine, maybe it was all chaos behind the scenes...but I didn't have to deal with any of it and could just enjoy the day.

If you gave me an ultimatum... to re-do my wedding day without my husband or to re-do my wedding day without Kari... I would think long and hard before I Google "Iowa annullment." All jokes aside, I truly cannot imagine my wedding weekend without the help of Kari and her team. Throughout the planning process and the weekend itself, she had an answer to every question or request and that answer was more often than not "it's already taken care of." They were so responsive from the beginning, helping me choose the custom package that fit my needs from their unique ala-carte style packages (why pay for a full planning package with calligraphy if you don't need custom stationary!) and answering all of my silly questions along the way. Kari spent the time getting familiar with my vendors and my wedding plans and was such a resource for myself, my vendors, and my family/wedding party. She also got to know me and anticipated when I felt stressed about timing or anything else, always checking in to offer reassurance or a bottle of water, whatever I needed! She kept us on time throughout the busy day without being pushy, even corralling the groomsmen to be where they needed to be. I could go on and on about how priceless Mostly Becky's services are, but I will just say that they are worth their weight in gold and will make your wedding as smooth and seamless as possible! Thank you Becky and Kari!

When we first got engaged, I told my fiance that my non-negotiable was that we needed a day of coordinator (and he was skeptical). By the end of the process he (as well as my parents) were all in agreement that hiring Becky and her team was the best decision we could have made. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our wedding, we stayed on time, and when my dress bustle ripped Becky was there with a sewing kit to get me picture ready again. From beginning to end our day went so smoothly and was better than I could have imagined. I am getting married in MN this year and Heather and Kari have been planning my wedding for Mostly Becky. All three of theses ladies have been amazing every step of the way. They are dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Going into this process not knowing where to start can be overwhelming and stressful, but Mostly Becky has made it easy. Their communication with my fiancé and I, each other, and their vendors is wonderful. They really have thought of everything. Update: After Wedding Working with Mostly Becky Wedding & Events was everything I wanted and more. They thought of everything and had an answer and solution for everything. Though it is nearly impossible not to stress on your wedding day, Kari and Leah made it as stress free as it gets. They were there for every little detail and communication between vendors so that my husband and I could relax and enjoy our day. Not to mention they were smiling the whole time. Where do I even start?! I cannot put into words how AMAZING the Mostly Becky team is to work with! Kari was our lead coordinator and I felt like I had know her for years. She was always available for a text or call the weeks leading up to the day and kept me feeling reassured. Our rehearsal went perfectly, the wedding day was on schedule and FLAWLESS because of her. Kari was always checking in on me to get a pulse check and ensure there was nothing I needed and literally went as far as to carry my lipstick around in her pocket and bring it to me when she thought it should be reapplied. Kari was also a Rockstar during the dinner hour making sure all of the bridal party had drinks refilled and was happy. I had the honor of Becky being the second coordinator for the ceremony & reception and she was equally as awesome. Becky had the wonderful job of keeping the groomsmen in check (sorry Becky ;) ). I seriously have NO idea how we would have done it without them. Because of Kari and Becky we were able to enjoy the day with minimal stress and be able to simply live in the moment. Even my groom admitted he thought it was silly to pay for coordinators but now thinks it was worth every dime. THANK YOU Kari and Becky!

“Wedding Planner” truly does not even begin to entail all that Becky is and does!! She is truly amazing and every brides best friend!! I felt her genuineness from the moment I met her. Becky was amazing from the very beginning! Every spur of the moment idea of mine was made reality within minutes by Becky! She took my dreams and made them art for my wedding day, even more so than I had imagined. She was also an absolute pleasure to have on the day. She naturally commanded the attention of everyone when needed, but was a also a reassuring friend to me, the wedding party, and the family. From moving vases and lanterns and preparing candles for the event, to handing me a tissue as I walked down the isle to searching for the perfect plates, glasses, and fabric. My perfect day would not have been as seamless without her. She kept the day flowing with the timeline while also making sure every single flower and decoration was even more magical than I had planned. My guests even raved about how kind and fun she was! She was truly such a blessing. I’ve been following Mostly Becky’s pages on social media platforms for the past five years now, after finding out about her through one of her client’s pages. I have loved following the company’s journey and always dreamed of one day having the Mostly Becky team at my own wedding. On November 9th, 2019, I’m so glad to say that that dream came true for me, and they did NOT disappoint. For our wedding day, we had Becky’s girls, Kari and Heather, coordinating. They were absolutely phenomenal. I came up to them multiple times during our event and just kept saying, “Wow. I’m just so thankful you guys are here.” Wedding planning is WORK y’all. There are so many details that go into making the event run smoothly even after you’ve done all the planning. Our goal was to be able to enjoy our day and have our parents enjoy our day, as well,m. We did not want to have to worry about answering questions or coordinating things with vendors. We left that in the hands of our Mostly Becky girls, and I simply don’t have enough great things to say about them! Even our DJ came up to us and thanked us for hiring them! Where do I begin? I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner because it is hard for me to let go of control and trust someone else to plan...especially relating to my WEDDING. I am am so happy to say that all of my hesitancy went away right when I began working with Mostly Becky! Kari was my day of wedding planner and she was AMAZING. She got involved in the planning process approximately 1-2 months before the wedding day. Right from the beginning, she was kind and friendly and so extremely helpful. Fast forward to my wedding day and Kari was my right hand girl. She was there for my every need, constantly reminding me that it was HER job to coordinate and help. I was finally able to relax and it was because I trusted Kari and knew she had it under control. Kari was fantastic at handling both the little and big details. She was also SO patient any time I asked her if a task had been done or inevitably tried to micromanage...and let me just say, every time I asked or tried, she was one step ahead of me and the task was already completed! Lastly, she was so kind and friendly. I was so grateful to have her by my side because she was involved in every aspect and I will always look back with such fond memories of Kari being part apart of my wedding day!

I booked my wedding at La Casa Toscana in Fort Myers a year out, and at the time, Becky was the exclusive wedding coordinator, providing day-of coordination. I knew Becky was highly regarded in the industry, and being that we lived out of town, had a newborn, and demanding full-time jobs, I knew that we would need some help! We decided to upgrade to a full service wedding planning package with the Mostly Becky team, and I am so grateful we did! At first, I'll be honest, it was hard to truly see the value in our decision to go with a full service wedding planner, because there was simply not a whole lot we could do a year out. But as time passed, and the wedding got closer, we immediately began to see a return on our investment. Becky was a lifesaver when it came to reminders, to-do lists, and overall guidance, and was super responsive whenever I had questions on my end. But the real magic came the weekend of our wedding. Becky led our rehearsal at the venue the evening before the wedding, and her positive attitude really set the tone for the weekend. The day of the wedding, when I arrived at the venue to get ready, I dropped off a bin full of decorative items with Becky, and that was LITERALLY the last time I had to lift a finger the entire day. From the moment I began getting ready with my girls, to the ceremony and reception, everything went off without a hitch! I cannot tell you how many times I heard the words "OMG everything was SO PERFECT" from my guests, and it's because it truly was like something out of a movie. Just so well executed by the Mostly Becky team. At the end of the night, we headed out and I completely forgot to stop at the bridal suite to gather my things, which I didn't realize until the next morning, Before I started to panic, my HUSBAND told me to checked the car, and of course, there it was - a box in the back seat with all of my items! Still shocked at how that managed to get to the car. How did they know those were my items? How did they get the keys to the car? We have no idea. Probably because they are magical wedding fairy's! Putting together a wedding is no small task, and it is hopefully, a once in a lifetime experience. If there is somewhere in your budget that you can trim down costs, so that you can hire Becky, DO IT! I feel so blessed for the manner in which we were able to experience our wedding day - at peace and present in every aspect, with absolutely no distractions. Mostly Becky not only understands this, but truly understands what it takes to execute this. Given how organized I am, I found myself questioning if working with a wedding planner was really worth it. The answer for us was absolutely YES. 90% of our guests came from out of state, so we did not have a lot of people locally to rely on for help; that combined with all of the changes necessary in times of COVID, and it was really valuable to us to have a whole TEAM on top of it. I was truly blown away by the clear abundance of communication and organization their team has amongst themselves. They were reliable, knowledgeable, and so very very helpful. I had Kari Crisman with MostlyBecky, and absolutely loved her. With the pandemic going on, there were a lot of different things we had to worry about. She did an awesome job of letting me know what we could and could not do (and why) when it came to decorations. She would check with the venue on things if she wasn't 100% sure, to me that is huge that she checked before just making the call on things. She did a great job contacting me when she needed something, and I never felt annoyed or bothered by her when we needed to get in touch. When it came to the day of there were a couple other girls, as well as Kari, at our venue to help run things. They were all so nice, and it felt like I had a group of friends helping run our amazing day. Kari or one of the other girls were always checking on my husband and I to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything. I also found out from my grandparents later on, that she also checked on them to ensure they didn't need anything and were happy. I didn't plan on having a coordinator, and when I found out that Kari with MostlyBecky comes with our venue for the day of, I honestly didn't think I needed it. Once we started working with Kari about a month out, I quickly realized that I wouldn't have been able to do it with out her. I highly recommend MostlyBecky if the rest of their coordinators and staff are like Kari!

If you're looking at hiring Becky and her team, DO IT. About a year ago, we got engaged and started planning the wedding. We got the easy big things out of the way, but with all the little details of a wedding, we had no idea where to begin, let alone execute the planned events. Looking back, we couldn't imagine our day without their help. They were there when you needed them, but also blended into the party. If there was anything that needed to be resolved, Becky and her team got it done. At first, I kept joking around and told Emily I was going to practice the saying, "I don't know, ask Becky."
