I had ordered a very small portion of ribbon, and the owner wanted to be sure that I had the order correct. Well, I had put in the incorrect amount as she had anticipated, so we fixed it right there. We had a very short turn-around time and needed custom, hot pink, OSHA-approved hard hats with our logo on them for a Habitat for Humanity Women's Build fundraiser. Moreover, for donors who gave $1,000 or more, we gave them a hard hat and an invitation to participate in the groundbreaking. Golden Openings created Fat Heads for the stands at the Aquatics center at the University of Kentucky to display during swim meets. Due to Covid restricting fans in the stands, the fat heads of parents, family members and friends created a fun atmosphere for the athletes. I had an issue with another vendor so I contacted Golden Openings and had the pleasure of speaking with Nicki Gutknecht. She was a true professional and was very sympathetic about my needs and issue. I needed 10 gold shovels for a groundbreaking ceremony the next day. I don't know how she did it but I had my shovels the next morning 13hrs after I spoke to her.
