Our wedding at Northgate Event Center was truly wonderful - we had great communication from start to finish with the team (Scooter - you rock!). There was so much opportunity to make the venue whatever we wanted it to be, with many options - but honestly, the venue was beautiful all on its own. We did little-to-no decorating (our choice for our wedding), and still felt like everything looked magical, between the lights, the greenery, and the beautiful tree in the middle of the backyard. When we arrived, the chairs were already set up outside, and they even provided linens in place of the ones we forgot for the tables. The venue was intimate, and the views were outstanding. Of course, my favorite spot to hang out was the rooftop bar! Our bartenders were so accommodating and fun to work with, but their true talent came through in their drinks. The team was very attentive to my husband and I, ensuring that we were having a good time, seeing if we needed anything, and always keeping us hydrated - they also were so fun, and seamlessly became a part of our party! In addition, the venue and options were very affordable, which really sealed the deal for us. The parking situation was perfect, with private parking on property with plenty of room. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team of folks to work with, and we are so grateful - I would highly recommend Northgate Event Center for any event, wedding, party, etc. You'll be in great hands if you choose them! We had a company party hosted at this venue. It is under new ownership, Ryan and Scooter, and it was exceptional. Every single employee there was helpful, willing, and friendly. The venue was so chill and the location was perfect, especially cause the view. The bartender, Phil, was personable to another level. He remembered every single persons name that came to the bar. To top it off, the catering from Mountain Crust, was the best pizza I could have asked for. Kath, who I coordinated with, was responsive and costumer service oriented. We have been in business 22 years and I would rank this #1 so far in terms of venue. Also they are vegetarian and gluten free friendly.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Scooter and team truly went above and beyond for our wedding ceremony and reception of 90 people! They were so flexible and willing to help in anyway they could! They took the stress away and made an amazing event! We had our ceremony outside, then the chairs were moved indoors for the reception. Once it became dancing time, the tables were put away to make room for the dancing. They provided a fire pit and even s'mores! Our guests have been raving about our venue and we are so glad we were able to host at Northgate! Would highly recommend booking at Northgate!

We have a very large family and I needed to find somewhere accommodating for my daughter’s 1st birthday. Everything was absolutely incredible! Scooter was total hands on at anything and EVERYTHING we needed! He truly made this process as smooth and stress free as can be! The beautiful view from the top deck definitely had all our guests in awe, while some yummy drinks were served from the bar inside! And they even had some fun games in the yard below to keep the little ones entertained! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for making this a day we won’t forget!

We just had our fathers 70th Birthday here and it was fantastic! Great spot and beautiful venue! Ryan was very good at communicating throughout the entire process and made sure my family was taken care of. We will recommend having our future celebrations here to our friends and family!

Ryan just took over this venue, the hospitality was warm and attentive. The space? Ambiance was top notch, and all the staff was on point, and it felt like they were apart of the party. My best friend threw her 30th birthday here, and they couldn’t have done a better job facilitating it. 5/5.

After searching so many venues, we decided to have our wedding at Northgate Event Center. It was perfect! There is a huge balcony with a nice mountain view and garage door. The backyard is where we had the ceremony and set up a variety of games after. It rained briefly and the indoor area was plenty big enough for our group to spread out. The staff went above and beyond! So friendly to everyone. All of guests complimented them and the event space. We used Mountain Crust pizza for food and that was also amazing. Very accommodating to everyone’s needs and delicious. This is definitely a hidden gem of a wedding venue. Close to town, Mountain View’s, dog friendly, casual vibe with plenty of outdoor/indoor space. The price is truly unbeatable too. You really can’t wrong having a wedding or event here!

Top notch!! My daughter had her wedding and reception at Northgate. The venue is very nice, perfect for a wedding of less than 100 people. Ryan and his staff spared no effort in making sure everything was perfect. The bar staff learned your name and called you by it when you went back for a refill! The meal was provided by Mountain Crust Pizza Company (also owned by Ryan). The pizza was delicious, hot and timely!!! Even after the main meal was technically complete, Ryan and his staff still walked around and offered additional slices to anyone who was craving a bite! I was super impressed with this venue and the casual meal.

Hey everyone! I'm telling you. This place rocks. We just attended a wedding here and the staff was unbelievable. Ryan and Nicole and scooter and the rest of the gang were the life of the party. I came in from Iowa and they blew me away!! If I was having a wedding, this would be the place. Casual and fun. No better place to party with your friends.

What a great place for a get-together! The bar area is so adorable and the venue itself is great. Scooter made the booking east and the hosting and hospitality were impeccable for our quarterly professional meeting. Thanks again! Can’t wait for the next.

My company just threw a party here to celebrate our Q1 performance and man this place was perfect. Beers were flowing, views were epic and staff were so much fun. Apparently it’s under new ownership and you can tell they’ve given this place LIFE. There were about 90 of us and there was more than enough room. The backyard area was gorgeous. If you need a place to throw a party, this is it!

We held our cast party here last night at this amazing event center! The venue itself was large enough to host our cast and staff comfortably and plenty of room to spread out! The buffet was quite good, too. The Northgate staff were very friendly and welcoming. As an added treat, we enjoyed the make your own S’Mores table in the backyard. I highly recommend this venue to host your next event. Many thanks to the Northgate team!

I am an event coordinator and this was a gem of a place to find. It is under completely new ownership, has been remodeled, and is simply gorgeous. Ryan and his staff here were incredibly helpful in our event and he was very communicative throughout our event planning process. We hosted an event of roughly 130 people there and with nice weather for indoor and outdoor space, we all fit just fine with food, drinks, and dancing. The facility had all chairs and tables available to us and his team had them set for us by the time my catering staff arrived which helped speed the set up time along. The kids were able to run around in the garden area with the adults able to watch them, some even from the rooftop bar, all while viewing the sunset and it was just a perfect event. It was easy to work with Northgate and I fully intend on hosting an event with them again. Thank you to Ryan and his team there! If you are looking for a modern Denver spot or a backyard feel for an event that gives you beautiful views, Northgate Event Center & TapRoom is your place!

We’ve been living close to Northgate for the last few years and when we first moved in, we attended a fundraiser there. It was a generally positive experience, and the views were spectacular, but it still felt like the space wasn’t fully living up to its potential. I recently went to another event there and was absolutely blown away by the progress they’ve made recently. The event ran smoothly, the staff there was friendly, great drinks, and the food was amazing (delicious pizzas out of a modified vintage pickup). It’s wonderful that the new ownership is investing in renovations and making sure this space lives up to its huge potential! We can’t wait to go back!

Pizzas are straight outta Brooklyn, the best pies in Denver. The event center is unreal, great bar, great sunset, great staff, definitely a spot to throw any party you want and have a good time and dance into the night. I cant recommend this venue enough.

Hidden Gem - We we’re looking for a private outdoor space to host our friends engagement party and this place was perfect! The staff was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. They are going above and beyond to take all covid precautions in a way that all of our guests were comfortable being together. Highly recommended this venue and look forward to our next event at Northgate.

We had my dads celebration of life at Northgate Event Center & Taproom and it was perfect! David and Jolene were simply amazing and they made a very difficult day for my family just a little easier. After losing my dad we were lost, the only thing we knew was my dads service was going to be held at Fort Logan. We lived up north and had family and friends down south and we were unsure where to even begin to look. I luckily came across Northgate. The location was great. When I called David I had no idea if we would have 50 people or a 150 people. I needed a place for my family to gather where we could feel comfortable and be able to talk and reminisce with all our friends and family whom came out to celebrate my dad. David worked with my family so we were prepared for 50-150 people all while staying with in our budget (you hate to think of money during a time like this but our budget was limited). I even called David back at one point to say how shocked I was at how expensive one caterer was, I was at the point where I was going to have to prepare all the food myself but David gave us another one to try and it was a fit. I heard from many people during the weeks following on what a nice celebration we had. I was able to be present during the celebration which in hindsight I am very grateful for. David and Jolene went above and beyond for my family, we will never forget their kindness and professionalism they showed. My dad would have loved his celebration!!! THANK YOU!

This place is top notch from the grounds to the staff. We had a celebration of life event here and David and staff nailed it. David was super helpful. Number of people was constantly changing and he rolled along with it like a pro. Even taking care of renting more tables and chairs. We showed up after the service and everything was setup. The building is brand spanking new with great views of the mountains and very spacious. Great tap room with a great selection of beer, and great patio decks. Very reasonable pricing. Would recommend highly to anyone.

I met David and Joline just days after Northgate opened and have been proud to work with them ever since. From a celebration of life, to a nonprofit fundraiser, to a wedding, or simple meeting they have proven invaluable partners. I've also had the opportunity to develop relationships with their vendors who have become my vendors. The venue is fantastic, we are always treated well, and David and Joline give a personal touch to every event. And, by the way, unlike a lot of venues in the area, they have PARKING! You won't be disappointed.

My wife passed away recently and I was looking for a place to have her Celebration of Life. When I visited Northgate Event Center I immediately knew it was the right venue. The owners are warm, kind and were very helpful the night of the Celebration of Life. I received so many positive comments from family and friends on her special night which confirmed I made the right choice. If you are looking for a special place to host an event you owe it to yourself to visit this place and meet the owners. You will not be disappointed.

What a hidden gem! I couldn't recommend this place more highly! We hosted my daughter's 1st birthday party here and the owners went above and beyond to make our experience incredible! I was invited to a surprise birthday party for my friend of 40 years. It's located near Hampden, on S. Lowell and has plenty of parking. The event center offers both indoor and outdoor accommodations as well as a decent bar on the upper level. There's an adjacent deck offering a great view of the front range and sunsets. The event planner, Taylor Jorgensen, did an incredible job! My friend's daughter Anna performed with her group: The Sons of Steinway. Not only did I have a great time, I'm thinking about having my 70th birthday party here.
