Stone River turned out to be the perfect venue for our wedding day. We were thrilled to enjoy a beautiful October day with blue skies and mild temperatures by the Congaree River. The facilities were great and the bartending staff was very friendly. A big thank you to Brittany for her involvement in our planning and to the Stone River staff for providing such a great venue for us to celebrate our wedding day!

This venue is one as a photographer I think I will be suggesting to anyone who wants to get married in South Carolina being by the river is absolutely beautiful. Not to mention my cousin's wedding was absolutely phenomenal set in this venue, I like to thank the man who barely spoke English but still was cleaning the floors and acknowledging my aunt and everything like that. Thank you to him and whoever owns the establishment my family really had a good time

Stone River is such a beautiful venue. You have a very nice inside space coupled with a covered outdoor space. The views of the river a magnificent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have taken care to set up all of the COVID-19 safety measures and to make sure that guests of the venue are well-informed of the requirements. Parking is at the venue and is more than enough for a large event.

Talk about a view! I have provided entertainment as a musician at Stone River. I've been to many places, but this place is one of the most special places I've been. The staff was amazing, the facility has a great layout and loading in and out is a piece of cake. If you need to spend a little more, it's well worth it. Come to Stone River for your event.

We used Stone River for our wedding ceremony and reception and they were worth every penny!! The venue is beautiful, space is huge, and the staff is so friendly and professional. I worked with Jordan and she was such a joy to have during wedding planning. She is the sweetest person, and was always quick to respond to questions--and when I saw 100% chance of rain on my wedding day she quickly eased any stress we had. All of my other vendors had worked with Stone River before and were so excited when I told them where my wedding was. I would definitely recommend this venue for weddings and events!

Absolutely gorgeous venue! We just had my nephew's wedding reception at Stone River. Franklin & Rachel couldn't have been more pleased. Stone River is beautiful in itself making it easy to have your event as simple or elaborate as you want it to be. While Stone River isn't an all inclusive venue the rental does include tables and chiavari chairs with cushions. Usually nice chairs are an extra fee. There is a considerable list of extras available to rent at a reasonable cost. Jordan and Margaret were great to work with going out of their way to make sure our event was exactly as we wanted it to be. Jordan answered emails and phone calls promptly each time I needed to ask questions. We definitely recommend Stone River if you are in search of venue!

I attended a company event here recently and absolutely loved the setting - gorgeous water views of the historic Congaree River as well as a view of beautiful downtown Columbia. The indoor atmosphere was also nice - good food and service as well, a great event venue.

Attended a wedding here for my friend. You're paying for the scenery. The staff was helpful and nice. A bit pricey, there's a cover charge to Stone River to book a caterer ... nice for pictures

Went to an event here. This place is massive. It has stone architect that is outstanding. Great place to have an event with a mountain retreat feel right outside of Columbia. The views of the river are amazing.
