The venue where my son’s rehearsal dinner was to be held cancelled on me two weeks before the date! I called Event Rentals and they helped me with everything I needed to have the rehearsal dinner in our yard! The young men came and put up everything from the tent to the tables and chairs. I rented the linens and they were dry cleaned and hung on hangers with the tags so I would know which ones were round or rectangle shaped. The dinner was perfect! I will definitely use them again! The staff was amazing to work with and every detail was covered!

The tents looked so much better than I anticipated. The garden tent was amazing and the clear top was perfect for the space! We were worried that the garden would feel small with a tent, you listened to our concerns and made the best out of the situation. I rented 300 chairs for an outdoor event. These poor guys ended up delivering AND picking up in the pouring rain as it turned out. They couldn't drive their truck close to the drop-off location because of the mud and had to use a dolly. I was expecting some frustration and shortcuts from the guys, but I could not have been more wrong. They were efficient, happy, professional, and personable. They had a sunny and 75º attitude even though it was raining. Super impressed. I will be using these guys again!

Is it possible to leave 10 stars?? Event Rentals, Inc. was an absolute dream to work with on my wedding day. We got tablecloths from them, and they had been delivered to the venue BEFORE I EVEN ARRIVED! It was amazing to get to the venue and immediately begin setting up. It took so much stress off of me. They were very prompt in their pick up, and Tyler was so easy to work with personally! He walked me through the showroom and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed! They are DEFINITELY the best priced rentals for anything, as well. I did my research. If you are considering Event Rentals for any event, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

Event Rentals, Inc. supplied many items for our son's wedding at the Lace House from tents and outdoor heaters to the linens and table decor for the tables. I worked with Tyler Dipalma and I can't rave about him enough! He was professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. I had many questions that he responded to in a very timely manner. The day of the wedding the weather was not looking favorable (although we ended up having beautiful weather) and a team from event rentals came to the venue the morning of the wedding and secured the tents even more than they were already secured in case the winds that were forecasted became a reality. All of the items were delivered and set up professionally and quickly.
The wedding was beautiful. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you Event Rentals for helping us to create a beautiful backdrop to the venue!

I used Event Rentals for my sister's wedding in Columbia on 10/27/18. Brittany was my main contact, and she was absolutely wonderful! The week of the wedding, we made the decision to tent the reception and the band as well as add heaters and a few other items. Between Brittany, their Logistics Manager (Kyle), and two other wonderful ladies (Catherine and Leah), we were able to make the adjustments and get everything situated with no stress! Event Rentals had everything we needed to create a magical venue for my daughter's wedding! They have so much more than linens, tables and chairs. They provided beautiful lighting-candelabras, chandeliers, candles and a fabulous lighted curtain as a backdrop for the stage. The dance floor was a favorite spot for guests that created an atmosphere of fun. They worked closely with our florist and provided exquisite pieces to compliment his work. They also worked with our caterer to make sure they had everything they needed. Everyone was so helpful and provided much needed advice and expertise! We dropped by the showroom numerous times and they were always welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Event Rentals and will look forward to working with them again!

I rented a huge tent (and 2 smaller tents) to cover our pool area (and backyard) for our son’s rehearsal dinner. The tents were a last-minute decision due to the troubling weather forecast. Kyle (and Matthew) spent a lot of time studying the area to determine the best way to maximize coverage. I had told Kyle upfront that it would be challenging due to the shape and size of the area to be covered. Kyle and Matthew were up to the challenge, and the end result was absolutely beautiful. The lights and pole drapes were the perfect finishing touch. Each and every one of our 60 guests were wowed. But, most impressive was Kyle himself. My husband and I both agreed that of all the service contractors we have used over the 40 years we’ve been married, Kyle is ranked at the very top. Every dealing with him was a pleasure. His staff were all friendly and professional and very focused on the task at hand. They cleaned up any mess that was made, and they were just so pleasant in their work. This company gets 10 stars from me!

Tyler, Kyle and the whole Event Rentals team were so accommodating, helpful and supportive for each event we needed to use their services. Our Community Health department at Prisma Health offered free flu shots to the community every Saturday in October in a drive-thru fashion so we rented huge tents for each event. Tyler was very organized and committed to making sure we had everything we needed to be successful at each event. Kyle and the entire logistics team were on time and efficient in setting up the tents. The level of customer service and professionalism was unmatched.
