The experience was good. I was chosen first to bow to the Queen.😱 However, people pay a lot of money, therefore the venue should have air conditioning, especially when it's over 90° outside. This was amazing! The information encourages you to dress well and I recommend it so much! This was like prom, but for people you actually connect with who understand you. Everyone was dressed to the nines from Venetian masks to men in top hats. It was the perfect end to the night. The performers were amazing and the event was beautiful! I'd go again!

What an experience. As a fan of the show, but generally a fan of theatre and costume this was an amazing indulgence. From the sets and the cast members who were fully immersed in their characters to the beautiful dancers and fun guests we were carried away to fantastic night. Everyone was there to enjoy themselves and to see the effort and care they put into their costumes was awesome. If you are there to take pictures with all of the photo ops, I encourage you to arrive early or use the VIP early access to get your money's worth. Once the event is over you are not able to return to take more photos in the main space. So the pacing and timing could be better or just make the event a liiiiiitle longer. Like 30 minutes and it would've felt less rushed. Bring something to wipe your face with because it did get pretty toasty in there. I would definitely go to this and similar experiences again and look forward to what other immersive experiences are to come.

this was so fun!! I wasn't sure what it would be like, since some pop up experiences are only photo opportunities, but it was so interactive and the audience got to dance a LOT. The live music and the dancers were great, and it was so fun learning the dances and getting to interact with the performers. Every single person was dressed up (some were wearing like black tie gowns while others were wearing full hoop skirts, or full on regency dress). 10/10 would recommend.

The Bridgerton crew was amazing. All the actors, musicians, and crew were incredible. Furthermore, almost all the people dressed up in fantastic costumes which promoted a delightful ambiance. Sadly to say, the time was not enough to enjoy all the activities. There was a long queue for the portrait experience as well as for ordering drinks. Somehow, it felt rushed.

For those of you who love Bridgerton, you MUST make your way to "The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience"!! It was a lot of fun. We booked tickets yesterday for today, and I scored a dress at goodwill this afternoon, haha. We had no idea that we would be doing a riddle scavenger hunt. I wont post pictures of all the clues until after its left Chicago...because really, it's a lot of fun figuring it out! Wear Tiaras, long gloves, BRING A HAND FAN!!!! If you don't, they do have all of these available for purchase. Also, comfy shoes is an absolute must, as there is no seating, (unless you bought VIP tickets) but truly, once you walk in, you don't have time to sit! There's a lot of picture opportunities (free!), drinks to be had (those cost extra), and dancing!!!!! Don't forget, you're also trying to solve the riddle...to become the "Diamond" of the ball. There are a lot of emails that they send you beforehand to get into the spirit of the ball, and links for tips and tricks for dances and outfits/hairdos. Get your tickets before it leaves Chicago! The last day is Father's Day, June 19th. The ball was, "Flawless, my dear".

A truly immersive experience with Jaw dropping beautiful decor, Interactive actors and entertaining performances. Plenty of photo ops. Be prepared to dance! Arrive at least 30mins early so you can truly have a chance to see and enjoy all!!! Bring or buy a hand fan and something to dab sweat off with, you will be very warm!

Absolutely loved "The Queen's Ball" in Chicago. The authenticity made the entire event feel like we were transported in time. I knew every song the musicians played. And the Queen held my attention every time she came out. Highly recommend! Loved seeing the dresses from the series.

Loved, loved, loved the experience. I have read all of Julia Quinn's Bridgerton books and watched the Netflix series (1 and 2). It was a delightful experience. I had such a blast and I went alone. The dancers and the violinist were great. The music was just right. The Queen was regal and beautiful. The audience were enjoying themselves. Many of them had great costumes. I absolutely loved the entire experience. I would like to come back again, maybe with a friend next time.

The Bridgerton Experience was so much fun! The event space was transformed beautifully. The staff were friendly, helpful, polite, and in wonderful costumes. The performers were amazing The picture opportunities were beautiful and well designed. Drinks were delicious. My only criticism is that the event was too short. We weren't able to do everything we wanted to do even being very conscious about time. With that being said I still loved it and would recommend. Just know you have to prioritize what you want to do as you might not be able to to it all.

This was a great experience! The ambience, decor, the drinks, the actors, and the violinist were perfect. I wish it was longer and my only complaint there wasn’t any air conditioning but maybe that was to be expected as part of the 1813 experience? If I’d known I would’ve brought a hand fan. If you’re second guessing and loved the show or just the era just do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Very pretty dresses. Nice dances. Overly expensive drinks. No food is being served. Runs on a pretty tight shift due to too many people. Definitely make sure to get their on time in order to reap all the benefits of the tickets. The queen was beautiful.

DO NOT BUY VIP TICKETS! It was a great event but we showed up 30 minutes early and we HAD to do valet parking because the self park was full, an extra $10 for them to park us 5 spots from the door. We got in and it was great fun and we got to take all kinds of pictures but we were cut off to take pictures at the throne, then cut off again to bow to the queen. There was some sort of scavenger hunt which there was no time to do if you wanted to get pictures. You couldn’t really dance either with how many people were there. The VIP tickets get you 1 free glass of champagne, you get to go in about 10 minutes early and you can sit in the ballroom. It’s not as much fun to sit because everything happens in front of you if you stand. There really wasn’t enough time in each room if you want the full experience.

Amazing event! The live music and dance performances were outstanding!!! My biggest complaint is that it wasn't long enough! We didn't have time to see everything and take all the pictures we wanted. And we totally missed our opportunity to bow to the queen. About another 30min to an hour would have been perfect. While the location was beautifully transformed inside, the outside area leading in and the bathrooms were not ideal. Chicago has so many beautiful historic buildings I would have much rather it was located in one of those. Besides those two complaints I still highly recommend this event. It was very subversive and so many of the attendees got into it and dressed up (tiaras and all). The staff was friendly and made sure we didn't miss a moment of the performances.

They did a great job making you feel like you were in the 1800’s era. The Queen’s performance was spot on. The musicians were outstanding! The interactive opportunities and photo ops were great. It was very enjoyable! If you loved the show you’ll love this event. The attendees were 99% women so if you’re a single male get a bunch of bachelor friends, dress up, and go find your princess!

I went with my daughter. The staff was very nice, from the valet parking staff to the people that helped guide the participants, to the actors. The surroundings were exquisite with so much attention to detail. They had some dresses in display from the show which were interesting. So much beading, lace, and beautiful detail that doesn't really show up on screen. It was fun to see everyone dresses up. Lol, there was one boyfriend that looked totally bored and our of place - poor guy😄😂😅. They had a dance show! The 2 dancers acted out a love romance in a ballet or modern dance style (I'm not sure which it was). Sweet. We took loads of pictures and video. Of ourselves, of the dancers, and of the musicians and other actors. It was fun seeing the delight of our diamond being selected. Heartwarming to be sure. After, we had about 15 min of free dancing before the end of the event.

Great experience and chance to dress up and great photo opps. Extra charge for VIP seating not necessary/ worth it as the show is about 30 min in the area after taking your photos by the great props and you need to be by dance floor anyway to participate.

If you like the Netflix hit series then it is definitely a must-do while your in Chicago. Regency era attire is preferred but definitely dress to impress the queen and her royal court. Make sure you come with an open mind and participate and mingle with guests. I loved the sets and costume designs. The cocktails were great. The performances were great! Definitely a romantic setting for lovers. I felt I went back in time and would highly recommend you practice your curtsy or bow. Just embrace all the people and have a good time and stay cheery lads!

The Queens Ball!! A Bridgerton Experience was simply Devine. We were transported back in time from the first step in the door . The Tennis Club was completely turned into a walk back in time.. Every guest was beautiful .. Ballroom and Princess dresses were the order of the day. The performances the live musicians last but not least Her Magesity herself was breath taking. everything had care taken into the planning. I was a little sus when the venue was like a gym but I get they needed a big space to suspend disbelief. the actors, the performances , the queen, the drink were surprisingly good albeit expensive , the set was beautiful they had so many options for photo ops. Overall a very fun experience- but 90 minutes is much too short. We didn't even get to do half of the photo ops or activities and it often felt like we were being rushed thru the process when we did. What we would or would not be able to go back to do was never clearly communicated, and often directly contradicted by different staff members. Choosing to do one photo might mean you miss a key 'story' beat-- it really feels like they've intentionally built this in to try and get you to come back a second time which is ridiculous for how expensive it is between the ticket and the upcharges for parking, coat check, etc. Also prices on drinks were insane- $16 for a cocktail and $6 for a glass of water. The big disappointment of the evening was that in a room full of people dressed to the nines they crowned a woman in jeggings and a white cotton top as the 'diamond' which really felt like it went in the face of encouraging people to spend money to rent the runway, etc.

The Queens Ball experience was great, unfortunately the parking experience was a nothing but an unfortunate hussle. Although the venue had ample parking free, they charged $10 for self park and $25 for valet. Because I arrived an hour early I watched these valet's park people's car's. My niece was forced out of line for self park and then had to pay valet. After the show was over she asked for her keys, they had left her car running the whole time.
