The Ice and Events Center is one of Cheyenne's best kept secrets. They have a really wonderful mini-golf course that will delight kids and adults alike. Inside is a (tiny) arcade and a small laser tag space. The main draw, of course, is the skating rink. It's open for roller skating in summer and ice skating in winter. My only major complaint is that there is no where to sit. If you want to bring your kids and let them use the arcade, you are stuck standing the whole time.

Alot of homeless people congregate here, the bathrooms always got some big problem and the offers besides the ice rink here are iffy. Lazer tag doesn't work well, the games they put they're arcade as are rough on quality. Great concessions and stuff for the hockey games, never have an issue there. Cool staff for the most part too

Love the Cheyenne Ice and Events Center. The minature golf course is tons of fun in the summer and ice skating is a favorite in the winter. My son is currently doing the learn to skate program as well and we absoulutley love the teachers and staff. They are very knowledgable and seem to really love teaching the kids. Birthday parties are tons of fun here as well. They've got something for everyone for a good price.

My 4 year old son and I love this place! We always come here when we're wanting to do something fun. They have everything! Video arcade, laser tag, bumper cars, roller skating and ice skating, (depending on the season), snack bar, a fun mini golf course... and I'm still probably forgetting something! The staff are always friendly. Bathrooms always clean.

Went to the Rocky Mountain ELK Foundations banquet last night, hosted by The Red Lion Hotel And Conference Hall; the Prime Rib dinner was so yummy!! And the atmosphere was fun filled and fantastic. We had a really really great time!!!

great venue! my team was fortunate enough to get to play 6 hockey games here and it was fantastic! warm building with good ice, lots of Locker rooms and spectator seating. the arcade, and put put golf was a major bonus for the kids! one of the nicest facilities in Wyoming from my experiences.

Fantastic place for 18 holes of putt putt golf .... The staff here are top notch. Atmosphere is jovial and the game is a challenging bargain. I'm thinking they should go ahead and mmm stay open throughout the winter months. Why not? Putt Putt ice golf... Establish some leagues. That's gotta be a solid, block of ice solid idea.

Very cool minature golf course. Didn't get chance to explore the options inside but looked fun as well. Rentals are reasonable and ice is good.

Every time I come here this place treats us great!!! Today the girl at the counter, Hunter was so great with all of our kids! She rescued our birthday party that was supposed to be at the bowling alley, but didn't have any lanes open for us! We called The Icon Center and Hunter jumped right in saving the day for us! I love this place! Happy kids and happier parents!

We had our Walk-A-Thon celebration playing laser tag at the Cheyenne event center! Excellent service and arrangements and working with our 6th grade students! Overall a great experience and memorable times for the students! Thanks!

The business people participating were all great! The event was billed as a home and garden show. I saw an ad in Wednesday's newspaper that it started on Friday, but I was unable to go until Saturday. Vendors were there and eager to talk and perhaps to sell. It is usually the kind of crowd where you trip over people. Not this time! This year there were far more vendors than there were potential customers. When I asked vendors, they all pretty much agreed that it must have been POOR advertising. The event was sponsored by a local radio station, who were in charge of renting booth space and collecting fees and advertising. So, good vendors, poorly advertised, and poorly planned. I went Saturday and Sunday afternoon and it could have gone longer in the afternoon. I went both days because I was trying to make some vendors feel a bit better that someone was interested in their wares. Some people won't be returning, they feel ripped off by the radio station, who should have advertised better to draw in the crowds.Some vendors were from the local area, some came from far away.

Seems to be open all day meaning zero crowds. They only have roller skates, not roller blades, but they're in good shape and comfy. Flying saucer bumper cars are unique and fun.

We have been here a few times. The mini golf is fun and we’ve gone to the bumper cars. They have been extremely accommodating to our family. The teens that work here have better customer service skills than most adults. Definitely rather hang here with our family than make the drive to Fort Collins.

Great place to do tons of activities! We love the state-themed mini golf! Always a good time and reasonably priced. City employees get 50% here as well. Definitely check out ice skating, laser tag, and many other local events.

Update: 3 years later, this place is still fantastic!! 🧡 A very nice rink with nice employees. We actually got thanked for coming at the end of the evening. The price is great for families too, not super expensive that would keep a family of 4 or more away- this is definately a price and activity that could be enjoyed weekly or more often as the weather warms. We will definitely come again and we are thrilled we were invited by friends to come in the 1st place. We attended a hockey game a week later and they had upper heaters to where you really didnt need a coat! Their concession prices are reasonable too.

We showed up right after a thunderstorm on a Monday after an hour drive from Laramie. It was beautiful when We left. We were afraid the mini golf might have been closed and our trip would have been a fail. We arrived and went inside and a very nice woman asked the manager if the could accommodate us. They turned on all the water features for us and our 8 and 10 year old kids had a great time. Thanks so much!

Had a great time mini golf was fun. Laser tag was amazing. WARNING if you are epileptic laser tag can be dangerous due to strobe lights but if you talk to the staff before you go in they can turn them off. Arcade is small but still a lot of fun. Concession stand is affordable and convenient. Will definitely be coming back when the rink is ready.

For starters the employees are hit and miss some are really friendly and others are not too attentive. I know the city budget is tight but I think improvements to the laser tag area like expanding it as well as more maintenance and upkeep is definitely needed for the mini golf course

We went to participate in charity event. The arena and building were well maintained. They have a miniature golf course as well. The concession stand however could isae some improvement. The soda flavors were off and barely palatable. Food which should have been hot was served lukewarm or cold. I had to wait 20 minutes in line.

My husband and I go to play mini golf there at least once a month while the weather is nice. Also, fyi, they're closed July 3rd and 4th for the holiday. But we both love their arcade and mini golf course.

Attended for Cheyenne Neighborhood Night Out with the kiddos. Had a blast and got to try all the games. Excellent selection: lazer tag, roller skating, mini golf, and bumper cars were all a blast!

It is cold so dress warm if you are not skating and just watching. I've never seen the sliding plastic helpers for children before. A three sided open device they can hold on to.They are great for kids or anyone who's new to skating.

Great hockey games! Ice skating is reasonably priced. Putt-Putt golf course is my favorite thing to do here. There's Lazer tag but I have yet to do it with kids.

I drove all the way from Denver Colorado to watch the bareknuckle boxing championship in this arena and it was fantastic it was well organized and the seats were fantastic the event went smoothly and im thankful that the location was so close to Colorado.

Cheyenne needs a better ice rink and more than one. Hell, kids have so little to do in this town...so stop charging so much and make the place more available for kids hockey tournaments and practice.
