My now (eek!) husband and I hired Randi Nonni to plan our wedding about a year before our chosen date (10/2/21). We wanted to get married at one of our family friend's restaurant/estate and had a very specific vision of our weekend, and had already picked a date. Randi came onto the project without missing a beat and listened to all of our plans, concerns, and got us a timeline right away of what we needed to think about and do. There was no question too small or too big for her, and she handled all of my COVID-19 and family/travel anxieties with poise, understanding, and kindness. We were also the first 'children' in both of our families to get married, so the amount of questions and anxieties were definitely monstrous, but she could handle anything we threw her way. We added a brunch late into the planning stage, had half-baked ideas and visions and pinterest boards, semi-finalized details, and yet everything we wanted, she somehow saw it in advance and made it come together perfectly. Randi proposed all types of vendors for each part of our wedding and even knew to coordinate and send options for some of the stuff we 'liked' but didn't even know it yet. She coordinated and planned a perfectly curated wedding team that we could never in our wildest dreams have imagined coming together so perfectly, and fit us perfectly. From our photographer, transportation for MULTIPLE off-site events (on dirt roads...) to our florist and our brunch caterer, Randi has the absolute best relationships in Vermont and remained transparent with us about budget/logistics/deadlines/everything in between, always giving us choices and expert opinions. Aside from being an excellent event planner and designer, Randi is a wonderful person. She is kind, respectful, and extremely responsive. I knew I could always count on her to handle any of the crazy questions that came in during our 2020-2021 year of planning with sincere professionalism and without any judgment. I can't thank Randi enough for her work on our wedding weekend--everything went off without a hitch and our guests and family are still raving about how perfect and fun everything felt and looked. Our entire weekend felt so custom, so bespoke, and so us. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and I highly recommend hiring Randi as soon as you get engaged and are ready to start planning.

I believe Randi Nonni might actually be the best wedding planner there is. Her demeanor is warm, calm, steady, engaged, and committed. And believe me, that’s what you need by your side in the process of creating a wedding!! Her number 1 priority is making your dreams comes true. Its truly remarkable (and I pitched her some pretty complicated ideas that didn’t make her flinch). Her “I’ll make it happen” confidence only comes from years and years of ACTUALLY making magic happen, as well as great relationships built with top vendors! Randi supported me and my-now-husband to create the wedding of our dreams, quite literally. It was flawless and breathtaking from start to finish. It went off without a hitch. And she thought of absolutely everything. And special note to brides- she carried me through the whole planing process in the most meaningful way. Planning a wedding is no small task. If you have the opportunity to have Randi on your team as the lead, take it, don’t miss it. I would recommend her over and over again! My husband and I will always be deeply grateful to her and for her.

TL;DR: Hire her. The best advice we received when we started planning a wedding was to build a wedding planner into our budget, and it was the best advice we received. We originally found Randi through VermontWeddings.com. She was one of 3 planners we interviewed, and we knew from the start that her energy was right for us and the event we wanted to create. As other reviewers will note, Randi is unflappable. She is so calm and detail oriented. At the start of our planning process she sent through a gigantic checklist of everything we would need to do to have our wedding and when it would be needed by, as well as a budget template that she had customized with the rough details we had discussed. Most importantly, Randi was an amazing creative collaborator for us through the process. We always started with what was traditional, and then decided how we wanted to make the tradition work for our event, and she was completely down for any kind of odd request we had. Ceremony in the round? No problem. Design muse is a tapestry from the 15th Century? Cool, we can work with that. You're a detail-oriented creative person with no experience planning a weekend-long event for your 50 nearest and dearest? That's why she's there! We would not have found any of our amazing vendors without Randi. We would not have found our gorgeous venue without Randi. We would not have known all the minute details that need to be considered in the course of a three-day wedding weekend without Randi. And we would never have been able to execute them with the same grace and finesse that Randi did. We got to enjoy our wedding day without the stress of being bugged by vendors or worrying about whether family were sticking to their timelines. We knew that everything was being taken care of by Randi and her team. Our memory of our wedding day will always be that it was one of the most joyful and stress-free days we've ever experienced, and we have Randi to thank for that. You're going to be fielding advice from all fronts as you plan a wedding, and it's going to be confusing and stressful at times. Do yourself the hugest possible favor you can, and hire Randi. It won't take all the stress out of wedding planning, but it will make it manageable knowing you're in the best hands.

Randi helped plan the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding in October, 2022. She was amazing and so helpful in every way! She pulled everything together seamlessly! When I arrived at at the venue, everything was just beautiful! The evening was perfect and everyone had a great time! I was told by many that it was the best rehearsal dinner they ever attended! As a wedding photographer, I anticipated that I might feel nervous or in my head about the wedding timeline or in general noticing how things are progressing on the wedding day (much like I normally do when I photograph a celebration) but instead I felt completely present and enjoyed every minute! A lot of this had to do with the fact that I 100% trusted Randi to manage all of the moving pieces of the day. Randi is intuitive with her approach, insistent in the right moments, smart, kind, honest and pleasure to be around. Randi and her team made the wedding day and the wedding planning process exponentially more enjoyable and functional.

Randi was a dream to work with through the wedding planning process and helped execute our entire wedding weekend to perfection. After getting engaged, my (now) husband and I envisioned a fun weekend for our friends and family that represented us in every way, while also enjoying the process of putting the wedding together. We don't like to stress about the unimportant things but also realize the detail and hard work that goes into planning a wedding. Essentially we wanted a perfect wedding with a laid back planning approach. Not only did Randi make the planning process easy, smooth, and fun, but she executed the wedding in the same manner. The entire weekend felt effortless despite the incredible amount of work that went into it. The communication between all of the vendors was obvious as everyone seemed to be on the same page the entire time. Nothing slipped through the cracks. Randi is incredibly organized, communicative, and professional, and it shows. She is also sincerely sweet and a joy to work with. She allowed me to be the chill bride I've always wanted to be. I knew I was in good hands with Randi, and she definitely did not let me down. I didn't have to micro-manage a thing and still my entire vision came to life. I cannot recommend Randi as a wedding planner/coordinator enough. She is a hard worker, a great communicator, thoughtful, patient, joyful, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, flexible, and the list goes on. Thank you for everything Randi!

Working with Randi was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. She has relationships with the area’s best vendors and was able to link us with florists, bands and MUAs that were within our price range and totally understood our vision. She is extremely responsive, and was somehow able to accommodate even our most last-minute requests. She was calm, cool and collected during the entire wedding weekend - somehow she manages to be a million places at once and doesn’t let any details slip through the cracks. I was so thrilled with how everything came together and would HIGHLY recommend her services!

If I could give Randi and Silver Toad more than 5 stars I would. We hired Randi to help plan our Vermont wedding early in the planning process, and it was absolutely the best planning decision we made. Randi worked tirelessly to help us shape our wedding vision and then made that vision a reality in a way that vastly exceeded our expectations and made our guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Randi's network of VT wedding vendors is vast, and she expertly guided us to the vendors that fit our personality and budget. There was no need for us to spend time interviewing endless vendors because Randi did that work for us. Randi is also very respectful of your budget, and will help you create a wedding that falls within your financial boundaries. Randi is extremely kind. Throughout the wedding planning process she checks in with you to make sure you're doing well, and troubleshoots any areas of anxiety. I was not a bride who had the time or desire to get lost in the weeds with wedding planning, however I wanted my event to feel and look incredible. Because of Randi's work behind the scenes I avoided endless meetings over silverware choice, room arrangement, etc., and my wedding was the best day I've ever had. Hire Randi, you will be amazed!

Randi was delightful to work with. She is calm, deliberate, hardworking, professional and fun to be with. She was just what my daughter and I needed to help execute all the details and coordination involved in planning the wedding weekend. The best part was that because of Randi, I could really enjoy every minute knowing she had it all under control and would take care of anything that cropped up at the last minute. I cannot say enough nice words about Randi. She was our savior when we realized we were in over our heads and she helped us pull off one of the most fun weddings I have ever been to (though I suppose I am a bit biased...). When I called Randi, we immediately hit it off. When I got off the phone with her, I realized that we had talked for over an hour! She is so easy to talk to. A few days later, she sent me a detailed plan for how she could help us achieve the wedding of our dreams. I was amazed that she had taken the time to write up such a detailed plan even though we hadn’t signed any contract with her yet. Upon receiving the plan, it was clear to me that she understood our vision and who were as a couple, and that she loves what she does. We didn’t talk to any other planners - we hired her right away! Throughout the process, Randi was there to talk through plans, problem solve, and keep us calm and focused on what really mattered: us getting married! We were full time dorm parents and teachers and she took all of the nitty gritty details off our hands so that we could focus on the fun things like personalization. She made planning so easy! In the week leading up to the wedding, I realized that my dress didn’t fit quite right. Randi immediately put me in touch with her seamstress who agreed to travel to where I was to help fix the dress, when my tailor said he couldn’t do it. This was not the only time that she saved the day. There were countless other small details that looked like they might not turn out quite right, but Randi always found a way to fix everything and helped our wedding go off without a hitch! Now that our wedding is over, I honestly miss Randi’s presence in my life. Aside from being a fabulous wedding planner, she is also just genuinely one of the kindest and most caring people you will ever meet. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. Because of her, we were able to be fully present at our events and focus on what really mattered. If you’re looking for a planner, hire her! You won’t regret it.

I normally don't write reviews but feel the need to express just how incredible Randi was with planning our wedding in my mom's backyard in Stowe, Vermont. Honestly, there are not enough kind words to describe how great she is. Randi is the best in what she does, hands down. We hired Randi to help us ease the stress of hosting a wedding at my childhood home. We wanted to be able to enjoy not only the day of but days leading up to our wedding. She made that possible. From the day we signed on with her she was on it, and although she is very busy, she made us feel like our wedding was her only event this summer. She was our ally and understood our vision for the day perfectly. She keeps her cool when things come up, because they do. With years of experience, her connections in the industry are endless. I could go on and on. She is simply the best!

She knows all the best vendors and is a delight to work with. She got to know myself and my husband very well during the process as well as my parents, and we all adore her! We love Randi. She is superb. The bride and groom’s families shared the planning and expense for a wedding weekend with a large number of guests. It began Thursday night and ended with Sunday brunch. We also shared Randi. The wedding would not have happened without her. She was the center for all of us. She knows all the vendors but advocates for her client, giving good advice on what charges are reasonable and when to push back. As a former florist, she knows what you should expect from vendors and holds them to it She understands when decisions need to be made to keep things moving and she is conscientious about keeping you on track without being pushy. She agonizes over every detail, but spares the client from that agony and instead presents clear alternatives with pros and cons, a recommendation and a rationale. The client doesn’t have to do the leg work, just make a decision. She is tireless. Knowing that she was taking a rare weekend vacation with her family early in the summer, we emailed her but said we could wait until Monday for a reply. She responded almost immediately saying “I didn’t want you to worry”. At every event she was the first one there and the last to leave. The Saturday “after party” went until 200 am and Randi was still at the 830 brunch. She is unflappable. A photo display of ancestor weddings inadvertently omitted one couple. A call to Randi shortly before the ceremony and the pictures were swapped before cocktails. One of the mothers had planned to change shoes for dancing but left them in her room. Randi’s team retrieved them before the first dance. She is smart, knowledgeable, thorough, tireless, attentive to detail and -- throughout it all -- unfailingly pleasant and calm. The bride and groom, both sets of parents and the members of the wedding party were all unanimous -- we LOVED working with Randi and are deeply grateful to her for a perfect wedding weekend.
