Taylor is the best!! My wife and I wanted a not so traditional wedding this Fall and thought that meant we wouldn't have to plan as much...we were wrong!! It was way more than we ever anticipated and by the time we reached out to Taylor, we had no idea what we were going to do. Without Taylor's expertise and connections in the Boston area, we quite honestly never would have pulled our wedding off. Taylor took control of everything. She took all of our ideas and wants and made them a reality. Our wedding was spread over 2 nights at 2 different locations in Boston. It went perfectly and without a single problem. People are still talking about it months later, and how much fun it was and how perfect everything went. Taylor made this happen. I grew up in the service industry and Taylor knows what great service is!! She was always available to answer questions and takes a hands on approach to ensure everything is organized. I highly recommend you hire Taylor to plan your wedding. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Taylor!!

Taylor was amazing from start to finish. When I told her my needs, she suggested hourly or a partial package to save me some money but I chose the whole package because I wanted the peace of mind. I texted her all the time & at night (without realizing the time) and she always got right back to me. She is the sweetest most down to earth person and is very savvy / knows all the tricks to save $$. She kept me on track with timelines and listened to me vent about various frustrations. The day of the wedding my family couldn’t stop talking about how great Taylor was from 8am till the end of the night. Thank you so much for everything Taylor!

Hiring Taylor as the day of coordinator for my wedding was easily the best decision I made in the entire planning process. I reached out to quite a few coordinators and knew instantly Taylor was the only person I’d trust with my wedding. From our very first meeting up until the end of the big day Taylor’s help was invaluable. For months leading up to the wedding Taylor was always available to give advice and suggestions. She offered to reach out to vendors on our behalf when we were having problems and she continuously advocated for our best interests from start to finish. Taylor goes above and beyond for her clients and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her and her awesome assistant on my wedding day. When everything was going wrong Taylor kept the wedding (and me) from falling apart. For every problem Taylor has a solution and she made sure we had a truly wonderful day. If you’re searching for a day of coordinator or event planner then look no further. Taylored Events is the best there is!

Taylor did a fantastic job helping us plan/coordinate our second wedding reception! She connected us with several great vendors, and she was extremely involved and detail oriented throughout the planning process, meeting us at the venue several times. She also took the time to understand the vibe of our event (a big party two months after our wedding), and made suggestions accordingly, keeping our budget in mind. Her assistant who helped out on the day of our event was also great! We would highly recommend Taylored Events!

I dont even know where to begin. Taylor was by far the best addition to our special day. From the moment we met Taylor, we knew we needed her for our Wedding day. We originally hired Taylor as our day of coordinator, but after a few weeks, we ended up hiring her for more planning help as well. Wedding planning is stressful, but Taylor takes so much of that away from the couple. Taylor helps to contact vendors and arrange contracts, and advocate for you throughout everything. She keeps your wants/ needs the priority through it all. Our day of experience with Taylor was amazing. Taylor made sure to make our ideas come to life EXACTLY how we imagined them. The day of our wedding for the two of us, was solely about relaxing, enjoying and getting ready rather than worrying about any other small details or problems. It was truly an amazing day and I cannot recommend Taylor enough. Our wedding was on a tight budget, and I would go back and invest into Taylors services time and time again. She is truly exceptional at what she does. We cannot recommend her enough!!

We hired Taylor about halfway through our planning process for her day of coordination and she was absolutely instrumental in our wedding running smoothly. She helped coordinate multiple vendors, created and executed the day of timeline and logistics, and most importantly eased our planning nerves! Started working with Taylor about a year and a half before my wedding. I can’t say enough about the genuine work she provides her brides. Our wedding was in arizona and she found some of the best and well priced companies to work with that fit my budget and style. Not to mention the day of the wedding she managed to put together everything so perfect and everything I envisioned and more. Can not recommended her enough. It was hard trying to hire a day of coordinator over the phone knowing they would be a good fit for us. After our first phone call with Taylor, we knew she was the perfect fit! If I had to get married all over again, the first call I would make is to Taylor! Taylor and her team are absolutely incredible. I booked Taylor as my Day Of Coordinator because I had planned my entire wedding myself, but knew I wanted someone on the day of to take control so I wouldn’t have to think of anything. Taylor and her team went above and beyond, from carrying all of my bags to helping me put on my reception sneakers because I couldn’t bend over in my dress (I have pictures if you’d like proof hahah). I don’t know how many brides can say this, but I was so calm the entire day - and it is all thanks to Taylor and her great organizational skills. Sincerely, not sure what I would have done without Taylor. I met Taylor about 6 months before my wedding and I had very few things already planned (and no idea what I was doing). Not only was our wedding in Cancun during a pandemic, but Taylor and I also live about 1000 miles apart and our plans for the wedding were extremely out of the ordinary and non traditional. Never once did Taylor make me feel like my asks or ideas were weird or too much, but instead she supported making our wedding day EXACTLY what we wanted and nothing less. She made planning a wedding abroad (which is very stressful) SO much fun. Instead of feeling like I was on an island trying to coordinate with vendors that hardly speak English and trying to ask questions I didn’t even know to ask, Taylor was all over it. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, Taylor was a drill sergeant!! There was no detail that she didn’t think of. Even when the wind was so strong that we literally couldn’t eat outside, she flawlessly executed moving the entire wedding inside for dinner and then back outside again for the dance floor and silent disco. Everyone always says your own wedding is so stressful, but I honestly just had the best time. And Taylor was a huge reason why - I didn’t have to worry about anything because I had full trust that she had it covered. Thank you Taylor - I am so grateful for you!

I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator in the beginning. In the end, I’d hire Taylor 100X over. I hired Taylor for day-of coordination and from the moment she was onboard, she was proactive, organized, and incredibly responsive. She made sure each of my vendors knew who she was and how she’d be working with them. My venue had an events coordinator that I had been working with for months who was also organizing day-of coordination. Taylor made sure they knew that she was there to become a part of their team to make the day ran smoothly and that they were working together with the same goal in mind. Taylor goes above and beyond and as other reviews mention, she will exceed your expectations! She is so friendly and inviting and everyone loved her. I’m sure things went wrong on my wedding day, but I have no idea what those things were, because Taylor handled it! I was completely worry free on that day and I know I have Taylor to thank for allowing me to be present the entire time on the most special day!

I come from Malaysia and decided to do an elopement for my girlfriend. Coming from a foreign country, there are a lot of western convention that I am totally not familiar with. Taylor has definitely demonstrated the capability to handle all my questions and uncertainty. From the conversation with her, I can see her passion and enthusiasm. For her, money is not the key, instead she always wanted to make sure everything or idea goes on plan. Elopement can be stressful especially for people coming from a different culture, but Taylor takes so much of that away from us. She keeps everything in order, and was able to prioritize all necessary action item for us. The day of the elopement, we were solely relaxing and enjoying. There was some instance where the plan went out of the plan (due to external circumstances such as guest arrived late), Taylor was able to handle the change and adapt to provide the best alternative plan. Overall, I would recommend Taylor for couple who wants a stress-free wedding planning. Our elopement was on a tight budget and timeline, and Taylor was able to do an exceptional job based on our restriction via creative solution. I can't wait to share our second wedding moment in Malaysia this year end 2022.

Taylor was AMAZING! When I found out my venue didn’t provide a ceremony coordinator I panicked. Well I panicked for no reason because I hired Taylor shortly after that and it was one of the best decisions I made! She was incredibly personable, and made every effort to get to know us and our family’s vision from the start. She is extremely experienced, and was able to foresee issues that might arise, leading to everything running smoothly on the wedding day. She ensured that everyone knew the plan, kept tabs on everything and everyone, and supported the venue host throughout the evening. I could not have been more lucky to have found Taylor 2 weeks before my wedding at our family property! Honestly a god send. She was recommended to me by a work friend and completely blew me away with how fast and quick she took everything over from me and made the final two weeks incredibly less stressful. My original day of coordinator had an emergency and was unable to communicate the final month before my wedding and Taylor was 10 times the planner she was within the first hour of speaking with her. She and her assistant Ryan were on point the day of as far as coordinating where all the chairs went for the ceremony, organizing all the little touches with the cocktail hour and reception, dealing with all the vendors, dealing with my mother in law, making sure my husband and I were in the right head space and making sure everything flowed and stayed on time and according to plan all night long. She even put my dog back inside after the ceremony, made sure he was fed for me when I didn’t even ask her to do that, and was just on top of literally everything.
