Barry and Joanne are amazing to work with. From the first conversation we knew that they were the right choice for our wedding. So much so, that we hire them not just for the entertainment, but also photography and videography. During the entire process they were always available and communicative, constantly bouncing ideas off us. They did a great job of guiding us while still feeling like we had free range on everything. Everything from our engagement photoshoot to the music packet Barry gives you is organized and accommodating, which really help alleviate some of the stress. The day and night of the wedding was everything we could've asked for. Barry and his team knocked it out of the park from start to finish, from the setup through to the last dance. Joanne was absolutely amazing to work with while taking photos. She somehow managed to get a great combination of formal and creative photos all without it feeling like a cumbersome task. I would recommend Party Time Events to anyone who is wanting their special day to truly be a memorable one of a kind event!

Two words to describe our experience with Barry and Party Time Events...PHE-NOMINAL! From start to finish, consultation to execution...there was not a single hiccup. Barry and his team made my wife and I feel that the most important night to use, was the most important night to him. Going above and beyond seems to be their M.O. From throwing in little accents to help the night be even more glamorous to showing up extra early to do several run-through's to make sure NOTHING would go wrong...all I can say is it was world class. The music was incredible. The mixing was flawless. The intros were electrifying. Years later and our guests still talk about that night being the best wedding/event they've ever been to. Thank you so much Barry and everyone at Party Time!

Barry and the team at Party Time Events provided lighting for our school talent show. The lights looked incredible - beyond our wildest dreams. They truly set the stage for a magical night. We received feedback over and over from families, guests, our staff, and the students themselves that the lighting on stage and on the trees created a magical environment - the perfect setting to allow our students to shine. The lighting design was perfect; it drew the eye to the stage, just as Barry promised. It added a level of professionalism to the production that made our students feel like superstars. I am especially appreciative of their ability to throw together incredible lighting on such short notice. Barry's communication and support were so helpful as we were scrambling to tie up all the final elements of the event. And, his creativity speaks for itself - each of his proposed ideas were wonderful and added so much to the production. (He had the great idea to uplight the trees at the outdoor venue, and it was AMAZING!) Thank you, Barry and Party Time Events, for all your help in making our talent show an incredible success for our students. We are appreciative!

Barry and the team at Party time events made our wedding a night to remember! From the moment we met him, Barry was nothing but a professional and he truly cares about making your special occasion the best it can be. We were always kept in the loop with everything going on and any questions we had were answered quickly. On the night of our wedding, he made sure everything was coordinated with the wedding planner and everything went perfect. They even made an amazing video montage for our infant daughter for our special dance with her. Everyone that attended said they had an amazing time at our wedding and loved the energy that Barry and his team brought. I'd recommend Party Time events to anyone and everyone!

We had our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards and for all our wedding services we put our trust in Barry and his team. From entertainment, lighting, photography and videography, everyone was on point. They were all very professional and were on time for everything. I went all out with my wedding and had the best of the best entertainment package with lighting, giant lit LOVE letters, led cocktail tables, a confetti show for our going away dance, floral wrapped light truss and an fiber-optic backdrop which tied perfectly into the dj booth. Barry was on his game and did everything we had asked of him and beyond. My guest loved the photo booth that we added to the wedding as well that was a big hit! Also the added centerpiece spotlights on each table looked great in photos. (The lighting on the flowers really makes them shine and stand out.) I can’t say enough good things about this staff. They are super easy to work with and get the job done fast and easy. If you want a wedding unlike anyone else can provide for you then you need to reach out the PARTY TIME EVENTS. You will not be disappointed!

10 plus years ago on Aug 31 2008, I got Married. That night was the best night anyone could have. Party Time made it so amazing from the minute we were introduced that we had to keep extending our wedding. I have never seen a wedding that was non stop dancing! No One wanted to leave! My Family and friends kept asking me to continue the party. We ended up extending 3 additional hours that very same night. Everything was amazing. From the planning, to my DJ/MC, to my amazing video and of course my album. These memory feel like it was yesterday and everyone at the wedding still talk about how awesome it was. Thanks to Barry and Joanne for a memorable evening and thanks for the surprise name and date on the dance floor. Wedding 10.17.20 BirchWood Vineyards Derry,NH I would like to start by saying, I am an extremely shy person. The THOUGHT (alone) of planning my wedding gave me instant anxiety. When we met with Barry, I instantly knew he was exactly everything we needed and more. He is professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Barry and his team truly made our experience feel personal. From their lighting options, to their beautiful flower decor, high top tables, and did I mention the lighting!? Everything was absolutely beautiful and I was so impressed. His staff loves to entertain and they do it well! We also had videography and photography all in one. Barry’s wife, Joanne(j&cophotography) is equally amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and was very easy to work with. For once in my life I was not nervous and I owe it ALL to Barry and his team. I am SO glad I chose to work with everyone mentioned above I’m SO excited to see the rest of our photos from the talented Joanne! They are both attentive and responsive, eager to help and treated us like family. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. (and now I wish I could do it all over again!)

A few weeks before our daughter’s Quinceañera Celebration (15th birthday) I had no clue on where the music and entertainment would come from. That’s when my wife hands me the phone and tells me, here is the solution. Just minutes after she searched online Barry Aleo responds. We had such an amazing conversation that on the same call I agreed to let Barry and Party Time Events create an unforgettable experience for a very deserving young girl. With his personal touch, unlimited knowledge, ease of speech, amazing listening skills and incredible humanity Barry basically “had me at hello”. And I am not going to lie, I was so convinced this would be the “loudest, most amazing party ever” that at the same time I was terrified I was imagining things and that I would miserably fail as a father. Barry kept in touch, we filled his brilliant party planner and while I got a haircut he conferenced with my wife and daughter for over 20 minutes to make absolutely sure he got everything right. Big day came and after a couple of texts he writes “Get Ready! Tonight is going to be EPIC”, adding to my excitement but also to my fears. He arrives to the venue on time, with 2 trucks, the most amazing Team and tons of equipment. As my very high expectations brought an incredible fear, this guys put me at ease by giving us the absolute best experience I could have dreamed off, it was a few hours of super high energy, flawless most incredible entertainment. He is not only a master of his trade, he is an artist and I will forever be grateful to Barry Aleo and His Party Time Events team for giving our daughter something she will always remember (so far) as the Best day of her Amazing Life.

Music is a critical element to any party or event. So, when we were planning our annual corporate event, we knew we had our work cut out for us. What impressed us the most about Barry was his professionalism every step of the way and how his passion and love for music and for what he does really shines through. His understanding of music covers such a wide range of genres (from old R&B/ northern soul to Latin styles like Salsa, Bossa Nova, to more alternative indie rock and dance music as well as old school /new hip hop... just to name a few). He is comfortable playing any of these styles (or others) based on your personal taste and we really loved that about him. You haven't seen entertainment until you've seen Party Time Events in person.

Where do I begin? I've been very familiar with the quality of work from Party Time Events for well over a decade so naturally they were the first people I thought of when deciding on entertainment, lighting, photography & video vendors for my wedding. I had no hesitations because I knew their reputation of doing a phenomenal job and I was right. They literally got the party started from the beginning and kept it going all night, and ended the wedding on the highest note. Our wedding was AMAZING. I had several people ask me who they are and how I heard of them. The endless compliments received on my wedding entertainment overjoyed me. Everything was perfect from the setup, lighting, music, announcements, timing, props, photobooth and the overall flow of everything. I didn't sit down once. Our photographer Joanne not only photographed my entire wedding but she also did our engagement photos for us and they were stunning. I've since, received my wedding pictures and they came out spectacular. She literally captured every single last detail and I personally appreciate that so much because so much hard work is put into the small details of your wedding so it's important that you have someone to photograph it all. Their second photographer, Don, and their crew of amazing videographers did not stop the whole night. They and their footage are the reason I will be able to relive my wedding again and again. Barry took care of my husband and I in a way I couldn't imagine. They met with me several times, emailed with me, called me, and even took 3 hours of their time to make sure that we reviewed every detail of what I wanted. I'm very particular on what I want and they worked with me on everything to make my wedding be exactly as I envisioned. When handfuls of guests told me "this is the best wedding I've ever been to" I knew I made the right choice. I cannot thank you all enough on the experience you created for our special day. It was amazing and more fun and perfect than I could have imagined. I'm telling you, BOOK THEM. You will not regret it at all.

Recently rented a GIF photo booth and it was awesome. They showed early, set up and even stayed until everyone got their GIF photos taken. Barry and his team really knows to to set the bar when it comes to quality of service and good. Highly recommend for all event/party services.
