‘Capital Occasions’ helped us plan the most epic party ever. Wouldn’t have been remotely close to awesome without their help. Jaden was so helpful and was so great with communicating. Five stars. We came to Capital Occasions with quite the unique circumstance. A 40th birthday party/adult prom but also roaring 20’s but also ‘Peaky Blinders’ party. The end result was nothing short of the best party anyone has ever attended. Jaden and the team came through big time. Thank you all so much.

They are always on top of things, an amazing support to their brides, and always make sure the day goes off without a hitch. Not to mention, they are personable and fun, which is important when it comes to someone who is going to be there on a day that is packed with a lot of emotion and stress. We hired Capital Occasions for a wedding at Sandstone Vineyard this past May. We had the pleasure of working with Jaden and Allie. I am not good with planning any kind of event, let alone a wedding. It was a big fear for me. But from the very beginning when I talked to Jaden she really eased my mind and was very confident that everything would work out fine. They were very responsive during the time leading up to the wedding day. I never had any issues with communication and they never made me feel like I was bugging. They were open with ideas and consistently and confidently kept me at ease. The day of the wedding I still thought we would have to look out for things but I quickly got lost in the joy of the event and then I realized that they were taking care of everything absolutely beautifully. They know style and class and worked with everything that I brought as decor and made it look perfect. They're also friendly with the guests and worked very gracefully through the whole evening. I am so very grateful to Capital Occasions--thank you Allie, thank you Jaden. It was an incredible evening I am so thrilled with your services!! I highly recommend!!!

Allie and Jaden were my angels sent from heaven on my wedding day!! I truly believe they they are the sole reason why our day was seamless, and the most love filled happy day of our lives. From the beginning of working with Allie, I didn't feel like I had hired someone. I felt like my bestie and I were hanging out at coffee shops and calling each other every other week. When I tell you these are the friendliest sweetest people, trust me. They are just as friendly as they are professional, so so organized, and sharp as heck! When planning a wedding you feel so overwhelmed with all the options and possibilities, they made my experience so much fun and exciting. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I didn't lift a finger to set up our magical ceremony and reception. Neither did either of our families, they had it all taken care of and made us feel at ease. Booking the lovely ladies at Capital Occasions for our day of coordination was one of our best decisions when it came to wedding planning. We received many compliments from guests regarding how smooth our day went which we attribute to Jaden and Jess's preparation and their day of time management. On top of that, as the bride it is evident they are acting in your best interest and truly want the day to be blissful, memorable, and stress free. I was honestly sad to say bye to them at the end of the night, because of how grateful I was for their support. If considering day of coordination for a wedding I cannot recommend Jaden and her team enough.

As the mother of the bride I can't say enough positive things about Capital Occasions and working with Jayden. I knew as soon as she told me that 2 weeks prior to the wedding she would be the main contact for all of our vendors that it would be the best money I spent, and it was!! Because of her we did not have one issue. Everything went smoothly, I was able to text her when I needed something done that day, she was professional, thorough and detail oriented. Capital Occasions provided us with a detailed list of things that needed to be done for the wedding. Because of this list my daughter and I were so organized! We used capital occasions for our wedding in august 2022. Jayden and her team truly did amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I paid for our wedding entirely ourselves so budget was very important to us. They offer flexible payment options and made it doable with out budget. I didn’t have to worry about anything on my wedding day, they handled set up, vendors, even getting me a medication I needed from my car. 100/10 recommend

Capital Occasions helped my husband and I plan our wedding over the course of a year and they were kind, patient, supportive, and unbelievably helpful every step of the way. Every single time I met or spoke with them they eased my worries and concerns and made the planning process enjoyable! On our wedding day there was a crazy windstorm that forced us to move the wedding inside. Allie and Jaden remained unbelievably calm and moved it all in quickly. They made everything look SO beautiful and perfect, even with having to move it all 45 min prior to the ceremony starting. What could have been an extremely stressful and disappointing situation was honestly not a big deal and caused essentially no stress to me or my husband, all thanks to these AMAZING ladies. Our day would not have been half as fun without them! If you're on the fence about booking a planner, this is your sign to DO IT! It was the best choice we made for our wedding and we are so grateful for them. They made our day more magical than we ever could have by ourselves, they truly have a gift! We had a wedding yesterday on 10/11/2020. I hired them to be the day of coordinators for my Mother’s wedding! They were on time, professional, very prepared, did our timeline, did the set up and take down of everything, and made sure everything was perfect for my Mom. I couldn’t be more pleased with how smooth the wedding was. I HIGHLY recommend Capital Occasions. They will not let you down! Thank you ladies again for all of your hard work! ❤️

Where do we even start?! From our initial consultation with Jaden for our November wedding we knew we were in great hands. We had no idea how to plan a wedding but we never felt lost with Jaden's guidance. The process leading up to our wedding was a rocky one due to Covid. There were many stressful times that we had to text Jaden in a panic, not knowing if our wedding would even still happen. She helped us to figure out several different last minute changes and challenges. When we had to contact a vendor or needed to inquire about a service, Jaden took the lead and reached out for us. She was extremely organized, keeping track of our upcoming payments to different vendors and keeping us on track to our big day. The final week leading up to our wedding, Jaden made sure everything was in order so that there was nothing for us to worry about. The day of, we felt so relaxed knowing that Jaden and Allie would make our ceremony and reception look beautiful! Our day went perfectly smooth! We were able to enjoy every detail about our wedding with zero stress. We received so many compliments from our friends and family on how caring and professional both Jaden and Allie were. We were so sad once our wedding was over that we wouldn't be meeting with Jaden anymore. I wish we had another wedding to plan so that we could work with her again! I cannot say enough good things about all of the ladies at Capital Occasions. We got married June 27, 2020 at Still Water Hollow. There was a lot of stress and uncertainty leading up to the wedding due to COVID-19. Jaden was amazing at making sure we were prepared and safe for when we decided to go through with the wedding. We also lost many guests and wedding party members the few days before the wedding, and Capital Occasions was so helpful with everything. Jaden created a wedding day timeline for us, and communicated with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. They ran our wedding rehearsal so we were all prepared for the real day. Capital Occasions did an absolutely amazing job setting up for our wedding, and keeping our day on track despite the chaos. There is no way our day could have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of Jaden and the other ladies at Capital Occasions. If you are considering a day of coordinator for your wedding, these are the ladies! Passionate, professional, and organized.

Oh gosh, I don’t even know where to begin in regards to these lovely ladies. Amy, Allie, and Jaden are amazing at what they do, and will give you the most stress free wedding possible. They went above and beyond what I was expecting them to help me coordinate, and everything came together so perfectly. The day of these ladies literally didn’t want me to help them do anything, except enjoy my day. Not one second did they not ask if I needed anything or if I was okay. They took care of all my guests as well. They coordinated the rehearsal spot on. They worked around my work AND nursing school schedule to meet up when we had to and not once did they complain. Allie also has such a goofball/directing vibe to her which honestly was so appreciated and needed for me to open up as I was quite the shy bride! If you are on the fence about a day of coordinator.. DO IT! We worked with Allie, and she was just fantastic. She kept everything moving smoothly and was there throughout the entire process whenever I had questions or concerns. I booked most of our vendors before I found Capitol Occasions, and some of the vendors weren’t great about communication.. I called Allie so stressed out (like on the verge of tears) and she completely took over, calmed my nerves and talked me through the entire situation I was struggling with. I’m sure there were probably things that went “wrong” on the wedding day.. but I couldn’t tell you what they were and I am SO thankful for that!! Everyone mentioned how great they were and how they were so on top of it! Plus they have décor/other items you can RENT if you book with them, which is a big bonus! I would absolutely recommend to other Brides. Worth. Every. Penny.
