Kathy G & Co is the best catering company you will find!!! They serviced our Rehersal Dinner and Wedding and both were absolutely phenomenal, not to mention that neither location had industrial kitchens on site!! I truly dont know how they did it! We set extremely high expectations and asked for replicas of our favorite foods from all over the US. Including the a gyutoro from Uchi (best sushi in Austin!) and it tasted just as delicious (if not better) than the real Uchi! 9 month post wedding and our guests are still saying it was the best food they have ever had. Thank you so much KathyG for making our wedding weekend so special!!

Let me start by saying that the food cannot be matched by anyone, anywhere!! I live out of state and took a chance on contracting them for catering services without having tasted the food. I was blown away!! Natalie worked with me to select the best menu for my budget and occasion. Everything was delicious and the staff was the best I have ever seen. The building that we hosted the reception in suddenly had a downpour of water coming through the ceiling from a storm. The staff sprang into action, grabbed a huge garbage can, took it up the stairs, placed it under the downpour then began helping move the musician’s electrical equipment. I can honestly say that Kathy G’s staff saved the reception. Trust me when I say that Kathy G & Co is the best in the business!

Kathy G and Co is AMAZING!! We hired this outstanding caterer for our daughter's wedding reception at BridgeStreet Gallery and Loft and there are not enough words to express how grateful we are. Kathy G & Co has a premier staff and a huge menu selection of delicious food with great prices that will fit any budget! We worked with Natalie and she was the BEST...and she took some amazing pictures for us!! Our guests raved and raved about the delicious Kathy G food and also how wonderful all of the food station displays looked! Thank you all so much!! Natalie and her team did a fabulous job for our wedding reception at Windwood Equestrian on September 9! The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was beautiful! The Kathy G staff were on top of things the entire evening-I cannot say enough about their professionalism and their wonderful attitude. They were a delight to work with. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding reception food they had ever had, and we have to agree! We highly recommend Kathy G and Co!

We recently hired Kathy G and Company to cater a large rehearsal dinner. Our goal was to have a food forward event with restaurant quality plating and delicious food. Natalie and her team did not disappoint! Everything from passed appetizers, first and main course through dessert was simply perfect. I cannot recommend them more highly. I received so many compliments about it being the best rehearsal dinner anyone had ever had and that no one had ever had a perfectly cooked filet of beef at such an event! They were accommodating throughout the whole planning process and a delight to work with.

The Kathy G team did a fabulous job catering my out of town wedding. From the beginning, Natalie was great at helping us decide our final menu and coordinating all of the details. The food was fresh-tasting and delicious and was displayed beautifully. The staff that was on-site for our event did a wonderful job of helping the evening flow and keeping our guests happy with their service and bartending. Our guests complimented everything - we had shrimp and grits, pecan crusted chicken tenders, and several other hors d'oeuvres which were all great. The Swiss bacon dip was a crowd favorite! The professionalism and execution was outstanding!

I can't share enough laurels about the entire team at Kathy G & Co. The food at my daughter's wedding was amazing! The variety for the stations and passed hors d'oeuvres was perfect, thanks to Natalie's recommendations! The food was delicious, plentiful and served hot...thanks Jason! The drink station was also amazing! What a pleasant surprise to have cucumber water. Planning a wedding from out of town is quite a task, but Kathy G & Co made it easy. They far exceeded my expectations. Kathy G & Co made the most perfect day even better. Thank you!

Young Life Birmingham planned an event for 650+ people and when asking around on which caterer we should use for an event this big, the first response was always “Kathy G & Company.” They went above and beyond helping us to figure out how to make the most out of our budget which we really appreciated. Natalie, their Senior Event Coordinator, was on top of every detail. Never once were we concerned or worried about the catering aspect of our event. The evening of our event came and their staff did a top notch job setting everything up and serving so many guests. They were extremely efficient and timely in everything they did. Everyone commented saying that the food was delicious and some even went on to say it was the best food they have had in 40 years of attending banquets! We could not be more pleased with the kindness and professionalism Kathy G gave to our event. They will definitely be our first call when we plan our next event.

I host a large seated banquet annually. Natalie and her entire team are amazing! They are true, experienced professionals, and the events they have catered for me have been perfect. The team functions like a well-oiled machine they even graciously and gracefully rescued me from a last minute date mix-up one evening, and I think it might have been the best event ever! Natalie and her Kathy G Team catered my daughter’s wedding reception at the Gardens Café and The Botanical Gardens. All of our guests raved about the atmosphere, the food, and the stellar service and my daughter was thrilled with everything. I highly recommend Kathy G’s for any event and would not use anyone else!

From the moment someone (actually several people in different states!) recommended Kathy G & Co to me for catering a rehearsal dinner / welcome party for our son and daughter-in-law, I sensed that it would be wonderful. Planning from out of town could have been difficult but wasn't. After one visit to look at the John Hand Club setting together, we were able to handle the details by phone and email. All seamless. I can't say enough about the FOOD and have fielded countless compliments from guests. It was as beautiful as it was delicious. From the Tuscan table appetizer to the elegant dinner buffet to the tiramisu tower and cannolis for dessert, the menu was special, personalized and perfect in every way. It felt like we were eating food prepared from beloved family recipes. Finally, the service was extraordinary: before, during and after. There are no words to describe how the catering team brought things to life on the night of the event, taking exquisite care of every detail. What an honor to have them handling our event! I want to specifically thank Natalie and Anna Kate for their vision, execution and TLC. Forever grateful!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to you and all the team who made our office dinner party a delight and joy. We really enjoyed having Chef Jason and Barbara here with us in our home- the meal was exceptionally good and everything ran so smoothly. They made my job as hostess so easy! Please give them my appreciation! The menu was just perfect too- encrusted halibut, lobster Mac n cheese, pear stuffed Brie. Yum!

Natalie and Kathy G exceeded all of our expectations for our rehearsal dinner Sep 27, 2019. The food and service was first class!!!! The guests were blown away with every aspect. Can’t express how much we enjoyed the venue, the food, service as well as the hands on approach their group provided. No detail was missed. Only regret that I can’t give more than 5 stars, Outstanding!

We highly recommend Kathy G and Company! They catered a large luncheon (approximately 170 people) for us and did a fantastic job. The set up and take down went very smoothly, the food buffet was beautiful, and the food was delicious. They took the stress off of us and made a big event easy. Best food I have ever had at a wedding! My husband and I are huge foodies and our wedding food was very important to us. We had a seated dinner and everyone's meal was still hot when they received it which my guest commented on. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. 3 weeks later and my guest are still talking about the food! I wish I could have our meal all over again especially the tomato salad... DELICIOUS!

We loved our food from our wedding on May 4,2019!! The chefs made a modern version of chicken and dumplings just like I envisioned. The food stayed warm, which is always a plus. We didn’t get to try everything, but we heard great feedback and particularly loved the cheddar biscuits, lemon shooters, Tiramisu cups, and of course the chicken and gnocchi dumplings! Thank you!
