Selecting Becky's Brides as our planner was easily the best decision we made during our entire wedding process. We knew of her and the team through my brothers wedding, so when we were engaged - I had an appointment to meet with them the very next week. We decided on a Full Service package and I cannot recommend it enough, especially as an out of town bride. I am in Atlanta and my family is in Alabama, so we really had no idea where to start when it came to planning. Becky's connections and reputation in the industry had us with the best vendors in no time. The entire process was stress free - from vendor visits, food tastings, even down to the day-of timeline, Becky handled it all and all we had to do was show up where we needed to be. And of course, the day of the wedding went perfectly. If something happened, I still have no idea because they handled it without a fuss. Not only was the planning a breeze, this teams' genuine care for their clients cannot be overstated. In our first few meetings they took the time to get to know us as a people which automatically sets them apart. You aren't just another couple getting married, you are Lara and Michael with a beloved fur-baby who will be in the wedding pictures no matter what it takes. From then on, I could feel the love and attention to detail they were putting into making our day perfect. And they also spent extra time answering all of my engineering brained husband's questions (no easy task). All of this to say, Becky and Kayte made my dream wedding a reality. And as a person who didn't dwell on what that dream wedding even entailed, they brought it to life in a way words cannot describe. It was just a perfect day and it would not have been possible without them. PS: When (not if) you book with Becky's Brides, make sure to get a picture with the team on wedding day - it's the only thing I forgot to do!

Having Becky as my wedding planner was the best choice I could have ever made, and I would recommend her to anyone thinking about having a wedding planner. Whether you are still deciding if you want a wedding planner or who to hire, the answers are yes and Becky’s Brides! Becky was on top of my wedding from the very start. I never worried about a thing, and while being in medical school, that meant more than I could have asked. Not being a Birmingham native, Becky knew to suggest the best venues and vendors. Everyone she recommended did a great job and quickly became close to my heart as the big day approached. Becky was receptive to what I wanted and sometimes even showed me things I never knew I needed! Becky never took a day off and was always there. She was always there, even when I least expected her to be free, late at night and on weekends. While on maternity leave, Kayte was equally as incredible, but I STILL received emails from Becky at that time! She made us feel like she dedicated her time solely to our wedding, even though I knew she was busy with a new baby and other brides. She is always smiling and spreading her joy which made me feel confident about my wedding day. A couple of weeks before my wedding, I asked to change the design, and she did not hesitate to jump on the opportunity and do what was needed to make it happen. On my rehearsal and wedding days, Becky was there to ease my nerves and make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my day. The wedding day plan ran smoothly, everyone was where they were supposed to be, and she made the best day of my life come to fruition. I will forever be grateful for Becky and the team of people with me on that day. Becky felt like my friend and counselor throughout the process. She did more for me than I could have imagined. I cannot stress enough that my wedding day was PERFECT because of Becky!!!!

Using Becky's Brides was hands down the best decision we made! Shortly after our engagement, my mom mentioned to me that she knew a wedding planner and that I should meet with her. Walking out of Becky's office - I knew their team was the perfect fit for me! I have no idea if anything didn't go as planned because if it did they handled it with ease and grace. A few years ago, I came across Becky’s Instagram and followed her. I LOVED all of the beautiful pictures she posted. I loved how she paid attention to every detail. Hiring Becky's Brides was *the best* decision that I made when planning our wedding. I went with the "month-of planning" package, and my only regret is that I did not hire her for the full service planning! Her services were worth every single penny, especially since I was a COVID bride and had to postpone our wedding once. When it got down to the wire and it was the month of our wedding, I was incredibly thankful to have Becky and Kayte (her amazing assistant) by our side. They took care of every single detail leading up to the big day. I work a full-time job and there is no way I could have done it all alone. The best part was that I did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. If I wanted a different drink, they were there. If I wanted to actually eat some of the food we have picked out, they were there with a plate of whatever I wanted. Becky did my bustle and Kayte helped me change into sparkly Keds right on the dance floor haha! Because of them I never had to lift a finger. And not only that, but they are the sweetest people ever. I tend to be anxious, and they kept me calm and collected when it was most needed. Becky also made some incredible last minute suggestions (string lights, chargers, flatware) that completely changed the look of our wedding and made it look soooooo much better! If you are wanting a timeless, Southern wedding with a lot less stress - Becky is your girl. My bridesmaids kept saying, "In Becky we trust!!" and it became the slogan of the weekend :).

Words cannot express how amazing Becky's Brides and her staff are! When I got started, all I knew was that I wanted the wedding to be at my parent's home. Given that we are from a small town, I knew that I was going to need a wedding planner to help us throughout the entire process. From our first meeting until our wedding day, there was not one detail that went undone and that was not absolutely perfect! From the moment we chose a wedding date, my daughter and I knew we were going to need help if we were going to enjoy this season! My daughter of course dreamed of a beautiful wedding but has a busy, demanding career, and was also moving and applying to grad school all at once. She was not able to tend to every detail. We are not professional wedding planners and certainly do not aspire to be! Hiring Becky was hands-down the best decision we made. Even if you don’t think you have the budget for a wedding planner — trust me, you don’t have the time or money NOT to invest in Becky and her team! I don’t know what we would have done, especially when Covid-19 hit, without Becky’s calm manner and professionalism. She has wonderful taste, and is so helpful when you just can’t make a decision. I can’t count the number of times I just ran things by her and she patiently listened! She also respects a budget; when those issues came up she was amazing to work with our vendors so our vision wasn’t sacrificed. We only have one daughter and her wedding day was truly a dream — we owe so much of it to Becky. She is the best wedding planner in Alabama!

As a bride, I simply cannot recommend Becky's Brides enough. I interned for wedding planners in college, so I knew how important it was to have a good Month Of coordinator for execution. After interviewing a handful of planners in and around Birmingham, I decided to hire Becky for their Month Of package. I absolutely loved that the team was available for quick email/text questions throughout my planning process without a fee (most Month Of planners charge for this service). They were easily accessible and quick to reply. As soon as the month of my wedding came around, they took charge of EVERYTHING. I didn't have to lift a finger. It was amazing. It really let me & my family enjoy the last weeks before the wedding. When wedding day rolled around, Becky's team made sure that all vendors and members of the wedding party knew exactly what to do. The day was so incredibly relaxing for all of us and we knew we could trust Becky to accomplish everything as discussed. I didn't realize how important it is to have a well-respected planner until working with Becky. I'm pretty sure she was on every other vendor's "Recommended Planners" list, and for good reason! They all enjoy working with her and it makes for a seamless and joyful day. I knew the wedding day was well executed when even friends of the Father of the Groom mentioned noticing how well run and seamless the day was -- making it SO fun!!! Her entire team (Kayte & Grace) were wonderful, and wrangled the groomsmen without making it seem overly scheduled or not fun. If you are looking for positive, caring, organized, responsive, and all around top notch planners, go to Becky. She is worth every penny!

Becky and Kayte are nothing short of miracle workers! They are two of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met, and boy do they know how to plan a wedding! I always knew I wanted a simple and classic Southern wedding, but that's where my vision ended. Becky and Kayte took the few ideas my mom and I had and totally ran with it. This was the smoothest wedding journey I could have ever imagined. They recommended the best of the best and we had the perfect vendor team for our wedding day! However, don't let the "B" fool you, our rain plan was just as good (if not better) than our original plan!! We are so grateful to Becky for helping us plan our dream wedding in Birmingham this last October! We do not live in Birmingham and most of our guests were out of town, and Becky was so flexible in working with us and helping us plan the most wonderful wedding. A paragraph or two will never truly convey how special and amazing Becky is. My wedding day would not have been the flawless, epic day that it was without her. It would have been an average wedding, full of love, but missing so many skillful and unique touches. I started researching Alabama wedding planners the moment my (then) fiancé and I decided to get married at my parents’ historic home in the South. It would be a challenge, seeing as we both live in San Diego and would be planning from afar. I was laser focused on finding a planner with excellent aesthetic, someone who could nail my vision! I had calls with several planners. One group in particular asked me about the other planners I was entertaining hiring. A little awkwardly, I told them the names. They then proceeded to tell me why each planner I had mentioned was not going to be a good fit for me in their sweet fake voices. Their competitive strategy was thinly veiled. I got off the phone feeling deflated, talked over, and unimpressed. Upon having my call with Becky I felt an immediate shift. She was all about hearing my vision and staying in her lane. She never once mentioned another planner (that’s badass confidence and ethics to me!) and provided such clear logistical insight on wedding planning. Her knowledge, evident good heart, and GORGEOUS instagram sealed the deal for me! Four days after my amazing wedding I sit here and I’m going through Becky withdrawals. We emailed almost daily leading up to my big day!! She made the entire process so CLEAR and stress free. Becky brought me top notch vendors from both Birmingham and Montgomery to consider, but never pushed me to select them. She propsoed vendors closer to our venue when possible, but ONLY if they met her standards for reliability and excellence. So we saved money where we could, but never settled for an unreliable vendor. That can really screw up your wedding day! In the instance that I did select a vendor that Becky had never worked with (my personal choice), they ended up being awful and took up to two weeks to email us back (despite Becky’s kind follow up emails, she was always so on it!) Basically, I should have listened to Becky in every aspect!! lol. Further more, Becky has this amazing balance to her. She knows when to let grandma drone on and cut in the picture line but also knows when to kindly tell someone it’s time to let the bride and groom move on :) She’s such a loving person, able to see the true beauty of weddings, but also a master at sticking to timelines and the wishes of the bride and groom. If there was ever an issue with my wedding, I never knew it! She deftly handled on the sidelines without us noticing. Between the ceremony and reception, I actually had a small precious moment alone with Becky. I was searching for a bridesmaid and some bobby pins to put my crown and reception veil on. Then Becky came through with everything I needed!! Like a magical wedding goddess she removed my ceremony veil and situated my reception crown and veil perfectly. It later would withstand hours of dancing. It was a small moment, watching her in the mirror as she adorned me with a crown I would look back on years later in pictures, with wrinkled hands and a smile, but it meant the world to me. “Becky is amazing!” my sister remarked sometime during the reception dinner. Becky had just delivered advil and a glass of water to me at the head table for a slight headache I had. Madison didn’t see her come or go, she was that fast! This is a perfect example of the kind of woman Becky is. She’s with you in the details of headaches and veil changes, and she’s with you in the big decisions like your plan B ceremony when mother nature comes roaring with showers (and your parent’s living room is transformed into a candelit royal wedding with florals dripping from the fireplace mantel). She is with you <3
