I cannot say enough about Katie and the service that she provides! She is WORTH HER WEIGHT IN GOLD & is worth far more than what she charges for her services. We hired Katie upon moving our wedding to Montana from a different state. I was in the middle of completing school & was moving every 6 weeks, making it really difficult for me to manage the wedding planning. She stepped in and completely took over. She kept everything so incredibly organized, provided me with reliable vendor options, kept everything on pace & kept me on track during the most stressful time in my life. There is no way I would have been able to plan our wedding without her help! Katie is friendly and personable & was so patient with me throughout the entire process. Even our guests were telling me how great their experience was with her. She kept the wedding timeline on track perfectly & honestly, not one thing went wrong with our wedding. Katie is the best thing that could have ever happened to me & I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who needs help planning an event! You will not regret it

Short Version- Hire her. Long Version- This is one of those rare moments in life, where I wish I was able to leave higher than a 5 star review. When my wife and I first met Katie we did not intend on having a wedding planner. We were only a few months away from the big day and we figured we had almost everything under control; like the DJ, photographer, and venue. So, we met with Katie mostly out of curiosity. We discovered that Katie is a kind and genuine person. She has a deep desire to help her clients have the most incredible experience on their wedding day and we hired her immediately. A month before our wedding day it became apparent that we would have to switch venues due to unforeseen circumstances. My wife and I were at a loss for how we were going to accomplish this task with so little time. Katie stepped right up and called every venue in town for us. Within a few hours we had an email detailing each venue that was available, along with price, set up/tear down requirements, food and bar options and her personal experience with each venue. She made the whole process go from one of distress, to one of simply moving forward. Within a day we had a new venue and everything was back on track, even better than before. One week leading up to the wedding, Katie provided a list of everything we needed to know for our big day. She also reached out to our entire wedding party and gave them an air tight agenda for the wedding. Everything was designed so we would have the most seamless and successful day possible. On our wedding day she coordinated with all of our vendors, answered any and all questions from guests, orchestrated the timing of each member of our wedding party when it came to walking down the aisle. She even brought us food to our sweetheart table and made sure we always had a full, cold drink. As I said before, my wife and I didn’t think that we needed a wedding planner, but Katie turned out to be so much more than that. She was the glue that held everything together, the crisis manager when things felt like they were falling apart and the most detailed professional that either of us have had the pleasure of working with. Katie will always be more than just our wedding planner, she will forever be thought of as a close and trusted friend. We highly recommend Katie if you are shopping for or are on the fence about a wedding planner. From the very first email from Katie, I breathed a sigh of relief -- she was so well-organized, detail oriented, and in control that everything went smoother. Even when unexpected changes struck (as they always do at weddings), Katie kept a cool head, communicated well, and navigated it like a pro. What can I say about Katie Taylor except that she is one of the most amazing people to walk into my life! I was an international bride. My husband and I live overseas while our wedding was in Billings, Montana. Never once did I have any doubts about how our wedding was being handled. Our venue shut down just three weeks before our wedding date! Talk about a nightmare! But Katie never hesitated to get a long list of alternatives, reached out to all vendors and really eliminated the stress of what was an unfathomable event! She is kind, compassionate, dedicated and an absolute gem of a human. She truly cares about YOU and your event. You are not just a number. Katie is one of the best decisions you can make when it comes to planning your wedding.

We were hesitant about getting a coordinator for our big day. We were wondering if it was really worth it, how helpful it truly was going to be, and was it worth the expense. We figured well we might as well just schedule a meeting, what's that going to hurt? So we got a recommendation for Katie Taylor Events. I reached out and she got back to me right away with availability for our day. We scheduled a meeting for that next week. We walked in to the coffee shop that day to meet Katie. She was very welcoming and friendly which was a good start, we then sat down and she goes, "I have already been on your guys' wedding website, I have done my research, so now lets talk about you two!" I remember instantly feeling very impressed like wow this gal has her stuff together! We quickly formed a strong bond with Katie. She took all the notes, listened to all of our wants and wild ideas, took our vision and viewed it behind her own lenses, and made sure she knew everything that needed to happen to make our day perfect, and that is EXACTLY what she did! Our day was nothing but a dream! Katie got us through everything, and most importantly the stressful parts leading up, she made sure everything ran smoothly, she kept everyone in line (even our rowdy bridal party), she answered hundreds of questions from everyone-and had the answer to every single one of them too, she was my rock through a couple break down moments, she re-oriented as things changed and as I changed my mind a thousand different times, she understood and put up with my severe OCD (haha) and literally every single thing that I could've possibly been worried about she took into her own hands and made it magically happen! We honestly couldn't have been happier and more thankful for Katie. It was truly emotional saying goodbye to her the night of the wedding. She was such a huge part of the entire process, once she left, I said "what am I going to do without you?!" haha, I honestly felt that though for a while. It's not easy to trust someone with one of the most important days of your life, but Katie gave us every reason to and we are so blessed. When we left that next day for our mini moon we were reminiscing on everything and we both agreed that having Katie was in fact sooo worth it and how glad we were that we chose her!

A 10 out of 10 is not a high enough rating for Katie Taylor Events! Katie is absolutely phenomenal! We lost our venue 3 weeks before the wedding and Katie remained calmed and worked non-stop until we had new venue! My daughter’s wedding was absolutely magical and I had nothing that I had to do or worry about the day of because Katie had everything taken care of. I was able to just enjoy and celebrate the joy of the wedding! Hire Katie and you will never regret your decision!

Hiring Katie was the smartest decision we ever made! Words could never adequately express how valuable her service was to us (especially as the planning was being coordinated between people of three different states). From fielding basic questions, interacting with vendors (who loved her professionalism), organizing the day of timeline and personal checklists to keeping people on task, rectifying leaky drink bins, moving the wedding cake to the correct table, and bringing the forgotten bridal wrap to the church on time...Katie is a miracle worker. Once I met with Katie, she immediately began organizing my thoughts, and helped me to understand all the different questions that need to be answered beyond location and photographer. There were so many details that I never even knew needed to be considered. She really opened up my eyes to all the details and moving pieces of a wedding. She is detail oriented, high energy, focused and thought provoking. After she helped set me on the right track (and handed me a binder!) she then helped narrow down the wedding world which can seem endless.
