Reviews of The Maryland Theatre
I've been going there since I was very young. The used to show movies and it cost about a dollar. Inside was blue...a beautiful baby blue. There was a fire in the 60s and thank goodness we didn't lose the theater part. It's a historical theater and it was restored to it great beauty. Sound and seating is awesome. Great staff and volunteer staff. These serve wine and popcorn.
We have not been to the Maryland Theater since before the renovation. It is gorgeous inside. We saw Home Free in concert and it was fantastic. The sound and view were fabulous. We were center balcony a few rows back and would definitely sit there again!
Went to see Dragons and Mythical Beasts. What a gift to our community!
We are first time visitors to Hagerstown and this Incredible Theatre. We saw "Christmas in Killarney" and had the most AMAZING time! Parking was plentiful and convenient which initially had been a concern of ours.. The Theater was Grand and historic and elevated this memorable evening completely! Seating was comfortable and easy to find with organized and friendly staff. Restrooms clean and we'll maintained. Upon leaving the Theater there was fantastic lighting and plenty of security to help make your exit easy. This show was perfection in so many ways, and presented at this historical location was a perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this production at this AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL Theater location!
What a great experience seeing acoustic Sara Evans tonight at the newly renovated theater! I will definitely return for another show!
My husband took me to see the Nutcracker tonight. I absolutely love how the theater looks. It reminds me of the past.
Beautiful venue, such a great atmosphere with lots of history! Staff was very helpful and nice..Wonderful concert with the Eaglemania Eagle's tribute band! Easy access off of I 81 ! Loved it Caint wait to come back!
Beautiful venue and easy to get to from parking garage. Super clean restrooms, food & drink prices are not too bad & there's plenty of options. We had balcony box seats & had a great view of the music act. Only problem we had was finding our seats as we were told different directions from different employees and ended up going up and down all the stairs multiple times. It would be nice to be escorted to the balcony seats since the boxes aren't labeled but it all worked out in the end. The stairs are steep and narrow for elderly folks and there's no elevator access to the boxes so be cautious when picking your seats if that's an issue for your party.
Amazing venues, great seats.
We were in the balcony near the entrance and had a great view. I wouldn't bother getting the seats all the way at the top as the view would have been pretty bad.
Staff were extremely friendly, everything was clean, and there were no issues with finding seats.
Elegant Banquet venue for our Annual for Life Fundraiser. Fabulous meal, inspirational speaker and great friends.
Went to see Joanne Shaw Taylor great show first time there would go back again the people are great working there nice place
Absolutely love the box seats. Worth every penny. Very clean. We have been to quite a few professional performances& concerts Nutcracker, Alice in wonderland, Dance recitals.. had an issue with tickets from outside vendor and staff manager was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!
Love the concert series! The subscription is a fantastic bargain. The renovations are outstanding. The restroom is large enough that everyone who needs to can use it during intermission. The snack bar is pricey. Parking is a problem, especially when the concert let's out after the restaurant across the street is closed. You can't cut thru the building to get to the parking garage and it's difficult for handicapped and elderly people to get to and from. The concerts are attended primarily by the elderly, so management needs to work on that. I barely made it to my car with my husband helping me. I have leg pain and use a cane. There was a backup of people standing in line to get into the garage and then the elevator for those who were parked on a different level, since there was 1 way to get in at that hour
Nice venue. Perfect seating anywhere in the house.
Fantastic and well done shows. Beautiful building with lots of history. Comfy and easy to find seats. The parking garage behind it is easy to find. I recommend coming to some of these shows.
The Theatre is absolutely gorgeous, the renovations excellent. This is the 2nd concert we have attended in the Annual Concert Series. Both concerts were outstanding. My husband and I enjoyed our evening out for the 1st one and our Sunday afternoon out for the 2nd.
Beautiful restoration. So happy to have seen so many shows at this wonderful theater. Not really a bad seat in the place!
Saw Bill Enqvall at the 9pm show. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed enjoyed it. Bathrooms were clean and well lit. Appreciated the theater memorabilia and the accompanying pictures that told the story of each piece. The MD Theater is a true Hagerstown gem.
NightMoves was an amazing Bob Seger tribute band. Seating was very roomy and comfortable. I'd highly recommend The Maryland Theater.
Beautiful theater. And the new addition works well with the old look. Great view from any seat. And the sound is wonderful. Beverages were reasonably priced.
Our first time visiting this venue and it was perfect. Went to see Dwight Yoakam and what a show he put on. What I liked most about the place was all the helpful people that worked there. Everyone was so nice and Willing to help in any way. So when we go to these places we like to walk around and meet new people and see all the different areas of the venue. Well thats when we met Cheyenne. What a nice young lady. She showed us where the VIP room was and told us about The Maryland Theater. She was so nice. Next we met Melissa. What nice lady she was. She told us history on the Maryland Theater and told about the new parts that had been built on. Told us about local history in Hagerstown as well. She took a few pics of us and took one with us. She was great.VIP treatment for sure. We also met a special lady named Audrey. She helped tell us about the VIP suites how it worked told us also about the VIP room and how that worked. She answered any question we had. I’m telling ya folks. If you come here be ready to have fun, food and drinks were great and priced very good., and meet new people that want you to have a Great time as well. With all the helpful usher’s and these 3 ladies, they gave
My wife and I plus our two other friends the VIP treatment. This is why I’m leaving a 5 start review. Hope to get to visit soon again. Thank you all.
Children's show was great. This small old time theater has lots of wonderful shows. The people that run this theater do an amazing job all the way around
We very much enjoyed the event and the staff was very kind throughout the event. The snack bar prices are a little high but you shouldn't go there for a meal unless you feel off of Skittles and popcorn. Otherwise it was awesome.
Beautiful small venue. Heads up if you park in the parking structure... Be prepared to wait 45 mins to an hour to pay at the single kiosk after your show. Park elsewhere if possible *whisper* But the Christmas show was totally worth it!!!!
Great little theater with pretty comfy seats. Intermission concession easy to reach and workers were efficient. Nice, newer bathrooms, but when the men's room door opens to let patrons in, you can see urinals. Little bitty awkward. Parking garage really close by and reasonably priced.
Just saw Bill Engvall. Great experience with the show. Getting in and out is so much easier since the remodel. Concessions are much better and streamlined. Tickets are all automated through ticketmaster.
A beautiful and well renovated historic building. Sat in the balcony for a recent show and it was still an excellent seat.
Beautiful theater with a variety of performers. Something for everyone. There are no bad seats.
Great shows in a comfortable environment! Beautiful historic theatre.
The theatre is a gem, and fortunate to still be around for our enjoyment. The new addition is fantastic and really improves the overall experience (and provides extra room for banquets). We most recently saw silent movies with the Maryland Symphony Orchestra, and the whole family had a blast. Please, if you haven't caught a show lately, go support them, they truly deserve it!
Beautiful theater. Loved the group Runa. Wonderful music an dancing. All staff an volunteers very helpful.
Came here to see ELF. Honestly my boyfriend and I were surprised this theatre is so beautiful. It's out of the way for us, so we had no idea it was here. And of course, ELF was amazing. 😊 …
Beautiful theatre. Went on a Sunday, so there was free street parking. The performance, "Underwater Bubble Show," was a great hit with the kids. Seats were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The theater is older, but kept up well, so very charming. Concession stands had long lines that moved fast. Highly recommend attending a performance here!
Beautiful facility that offers excellent entertainment. I like the balcony but if you have trouble with stairs I would recommend sitting on the main floor. Also, be aware that leg room is a little tight in row AA. Enjoy!
A newly refurbished and repainted interior as of Summer 2022, this is a stunning theater and the home of the Maryland Symphony.
A Hagerstown gem. Newly remodeled. Located in the heart of Downtown Hagerstown Arts and Entertainment district.
Historic gem right in thr heart of Hagerstown. We love visiting this place and seeing all of the shows.
Beautiful theater. Comfortable seating, good acoustics
My son had prom here and he had an amazing time
Small, historic venue for music and shows. Nicely renovated.
This is a beautiful theatre with friendly staff and volunteers. The shows/concerts are excellent and worth the price of admission.
Beautiful venue...The city is a bit sleepy and odd.
This was our first time back to the Maryland Theater since they did their renovations. What a gorgeous job they did with everything! They found a way to update it, while still keeping the charm of the original look. It's definitely the not-so-hidden gem of our area! The shows that are brought to our area are quite diverse, so there is always something for every taste. If you haven't been, or if it's been a while, you need to come and enjoy yourself!
Went to a concert by The Buckinghams in the newly renovated Maryland Theater. Great acoustics.
We watched the Musical "Something Rotten" performed by the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts at the Maryland Theater. We had a great time. Beautiful theatre with a friendly staff.
The way they preserved the old architecture and reliefs while modernizing the place is awesome. I found old money families chatting with us art-loving Hagerstown street kids at the bar. The lack of dress code meant fancy wear was inspired rather than required. I loved it. You should go.
Every time i go there is always great service and it is always so beautiful.
I love this place! Hardworking and kind people make this dream work. It is a gem for Hagerstown and Washington County.
Dress rehearsal of the play Rent, opens March 22, 2018, it's fantastic!
Great venue. Saw "Something Rotten" preformed by the Barbara Ingram School of Arts. The show was amazing. It was so good my wife and I saw it twice.
The historic Maryland theatre is just that, historic. The architecture and design are true to a different time. They've recently renovated the entrance which allows for more space before going into the theatre itself. They've added limited alcoholic options. Parking is in nearby garages, all within walking distance. They're regularly put on shows, plays, recitals, concerts, etc. We saw Michael Bolton a few years back and just this December, the 1st National Tour of Christmas in Killarney. My biggest complaint is with their operations. Both shows we paid for box seats. With the box seats, an usher takes you directly to them. But both shows, were asked multiple times to show our tickets, usually to the same usher that put us there in the 1st place. They ask the whole box and someone is usually sent somewhere else. It's an honest mistake, but it has happened at both shows, years apart and usually after the show has already started. This year I had turned my phone off for the show, and then had to miss the 1st 5 minutes while turning it back on and dealing with someone else being in the wrong seats. It's disruptive and inconvenient. I also am unhappy with the seat itself, it's directly next to an organ. I imagine it's not easy to move the organ but then the seats should not be sold. We paid premium pricing for a premium seat that folks in the back of the balcony could see better than we could. They should seriously consider removing the seats from shows. I don't mean to rant but it's been unfair to the consumer. We love theatre and supporting local arts and will continue to go to shows here.
Beautiful place and the concert sounded great!
I great place very talented people, the time in there is very relative one hour is going so fast.. you don't want to blink to not miss anything
Finally they brought Back the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
The new lobby, lounge, and bathrooms are very nice with a grand staircase. Very well done.
Dwight Yoakum live at The Maryland Theatre! Great show and the beer was cold this time👍 …
After all the millions spent to renovate it you'd think they'd put bathrooms on the main floor. It's a mess during intermission to get down stairs, especially with kids to use the bathroom. Seats still uncomfortable. Paint already peeling off the ceiling. Friendly docents and staff though.
Fun shows, loved that they show the Rocky Horror Picture Show
Where is the Phantom? This theatre was awesome. Very eccentric inside. The only issue was the sound. It was hard to hear at times.
Amy Grant is still ROCKIN’!! A great show, and she has a great time with the band!
Very beautiful interior. Exceptionally friendly staff. The ushers are particularly friendly and helpful. Roomy comfortable seats in the auditorium.
We went to see Rocky Horor Picture Show and it was a blast! The theater is beautiful and the show was great. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I cannot wait to go back again!
We Can’t Wait To See The Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band-Tusk At The Maryland Theatre Once Again On 2/19/2022.We Got Engaged There 2 Years Ago On Valentines Day During Tusk’s Last Appearance There! The Theater Staff And The Band Tusk Were VERY ACCOMMODATING! Hats Off To The Maryland Theatre!🎸😉 …
We are truly blessed to have the Maryland Theatre in Hagerstown. Not a bad seat in the house and GREAT entertainment
We enjoy the Maryland Theatre. The auditorium is an ornate one hundred year old venue once featured in a Shirley McClain movie. The renovated lobby is attractive & spacious. There are also offices, a ballroom, and other facilities upstairs. It is the crown jewel of Hagerstown.
I love this place. No bad seats and reasonable prices for great shows
Seats were comfortable acoustics were amazing.
Great old theater going thru a multi million dollar renovation. Granddaughter's dance recital.
Great historic venue, can speak as both an audience member and a performer. I have not seen much of the progress of recent renovation, but the theatre exudes a very classy charm, and they keep a decent run of shows. Seating is relatively spacious and all facilities are kept clean.
Gorgeous theater! Friendly hosts!
The theater is under renovation and is looking great. We had balcony seats with a terrific view of the stage. We had to descend around 10 or 12 steps to get to our seats but there is no handrail. At my age, that is dangerous! The leg room is a little tight when sitting for several hours but the theater has such old world charm, it's worth a little discomfort to experience this venue. I feel blessed to have this lovely theater in our tiny town. And parking in the garage was TWO dollars. Try finding that in a big city.
Beautiful place , just remodeled, everyone was friendly, and really have a good system about getting everyone seated promptly. Looking forward to attending other events here.
A very beautiful place the employee's are very nice.
The renovation of the whole lobby area is beautiful. I have been going there for 40 years every June.
Came here for a banquet. The banquet hall is very nice and has a good amount of space. Also the main staircase is a great spot to take pictures at. Very classy.
Love the experience. Great laughs. Lots of fun. Great shows by great actors/actresses and performing companies. Prices have been very reasonable. Will definitely be returning and I would recommend to all ages. They do have booster seats for your younger ones.
Beautiful historic theater with lots of charm. A bit difficult to navigate during construction going on right now but super excited to see the completed project in the fall. Hoping it keeps as much of the historic charm as it gains in modern convenience and accessibility.
Great historic venue Wonderful professional staff
Amazingly talented entertainers
Every time I have an opportunity to attend any event at Maryland Theatre through the decades I am very happy to be here & even happier from the great show I could attend thanks to all the performers, crew members, & personnel
Great time and wonderful show! My granddaughter really enjoyed it!
Very beautiful. Easy to find. Parking not so easy to find.
Beautiful stage that is perfect for hosting any type if stage contest. They are going under construction soon as the front of the building was destroyed in a fire in 1971. The cunstruction plans sound amazing and you can help contribute by donating by the end of 2019. Overall I love this theater and can't wait to see it in its new and more original form.
Flashy new front to classic beautiful MD Theater. Went to see Resurrection A Journey Tribute Band. Sound was good. Light show was lacking. Bathrooms...why not improve the bathrooms when they blocked off the road for 6 months to build the fancy front?? Staircase not complete but in use. Close by parking. But make reservations at any neighboring restaurants or you won't get to eat before the show.
Fantastic place with a rich history and fantastic crew! Great sounding place with two level seating and a high domed ceiling.. loved playing here with Kris Kristofferson and The Strangers
We enjoyed our concert!
Great place, fantastic staff! Lyfe Jennings was amazing!
Great old grand theater. Very comfortable.
Outstanding example of historic Maryland. This is among, if not the first, theater built upon the East Coast. Still kept and continually renewed original structure. Carvings inside on the box seats are beautiful. There is carving in porcelain and wood. All hand done work. A great little place to visit.
Nephew's wedding was held here with reception on the 4th floor beautiful place
I'm excited for the new place! I always enjoy it. The variety of shows offered is awesome. A great place to take a date, see a play, the symphony, ballet. A great gem and an anchor to Hagerstown culture. I'm so grateful to have The Maryland Theatre here!
The remodeling of facility is beautiful, love the tin ceiling and the grand entrance/staircase. Attended the Christmas Carol December 8th and the show was great!!! Will definitely go again next year. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the show and I need to mention, it is a little unorganized once inside the theatre doors. No signs letting you know which door(s) should be used to enter the show. We purchased a beverage and went upstairs to have a seat while waiting on the show to start only to have a gentleman come up and say everybody downstairs you aren’t allowed up here..who knew?? There are no signs indicating the upstairs is off limits until after the show starts. Would highly recommend communicating either via signs and/or personnel where to go once inside and what is off limits.
I love the ambiance. All the stairs are troublesome, and there need to be more exits out of the balcony. The theater is beautiful...a real gem for downtown Hagerstown and attracts tourism. I can't wait for the renovations. They sound awesome!
Amazing historical theater. The seating is excellent and the sound is awesome.
Beautiful theater
Great show
Important and uplifting part of my life for many years. I volunteered for a long time, have seen many great performers, and hope to see many more in the future. The theater needs our continued support. It is truly a historical jewel in our town.
Lovely ornate theater with a 21st century lobby. This theater welcomes both local talent and national headliners. Parking is behind the theater.
Very nice renovations from last I was there (pre-Covid). I was disappointed that mask were not required given the nature of events held there.
I have always been proud of the beautiful Theater's preservation of historic beauty.
The staff guides you to your seat in a way that welcomes you and makes you feel special.
The majestic beauty surrounds you as you sit in comfortable seats.
The shows are always Spectacular
Very beautiful theater. Wonderful shows and staff is very friendly and helpful
Great place to see a show at.
This venue is fantastic for shows and special events. Great restaurants right across the street.
One of the jewels of Hagerstown. The new seating is much more comfortable. The inside of the theater is beautiful too. We are here for Ballet Recitals and even a few shows. I always enjoy it - but boy is the balcony steep!
Beautiful theater, sound could be better. But a nice venue.
Great performance: Maryland Symphony Orchestra, Hagerstown Chorale, Barbara Ingraham Choir & soloist. Beautiful theater. Need balcony makeover to increase legroom. My knees were pressed hard against the seat in front of me. Ouch!
The "new" Maryland Theater is positively beautiful. The Eric Byrd Trio was fantastic and the informal setting of the ballroom made it even more special. Had a wonderful time!
We saw Wizard of Oz. It was a lot of fun.
Just an outstanding venue experiencing the pains of renovation and growth. Great now and looking forward to the results.
Great show. Fantastic performers. It was difficult to hear some of the performances due to faulty sound and mics.
What a gem of a theater! Reminded me of a small Ford's theater. Saw the band America. Audio level was perfect! We sat in the muppet balcony seats, basically right above the stage!
I went with my Daughter In Law and Granddaughter to a show and we had a blast.
Enjoyed a delicious pre-show brunch in the beautiful, new ballroom, followed by a show in the ornately beautiful theatre. Wonderful way to spend my birthday (or any day).
The interior is beautiful, well planned out. The ushers are friendly and very helpful.
Beautiful theatre. Cozy yet regal.
Great place, watched a Journey Tribute band, great band, they also sell beer, had a great time
This was our first time attending the theater and it was a delightful evening. Beautiful inside and the Vocal Trash show was so much fun. Thanks for a great time.
Beautifully renovated historic theater within walking distance of many restaurants. If choosing balcony seats, the first rows are best.
Really beautiful old theatre with a lot of character..Seats were comfortable..only complaint is parking since it's in city so you have to find a place on street or parking garage not to far away
Love MD Theater! Please support this venue. She is growing and going through some changes. I have been going here for over 40 years. Can not wait to see the new transformation.
New theatre renovations are remarkable! The fantastic Maryland Symphony's performance today was SUPERB!!! Choral groups outstanding!!!
Beautiful theatre. Excellent views from the balcony seats. Good sound quality. Overall very pleased.
Saw a local dance company's portrayal of "The Nutcracker". It was great. They looked like they had a lot of fun and had great parent/adult participation. I would definitely recommend this to others!!!!
Great seats. Great show! Highly recommend a visit. But make reservations if you want dinner nearby before the show.
Went to a wedding there. They did a very nice job at setup and catering. The event manager was very good.
Great Theater. Saw a fantastic ballet production by the Ukrainian Ballet. Cinderella. Fantastic.
Saw Suessical at the Maryland Theatre. BISFA did a wonderful job. The Maryland Theatre recently had all of the chairs updated. They seemed comfortable and in good shape. Good views and accoustics were nice as well.
Great little/old theatre. Needs to have elevator for 2nd floor & more concessions during shows. Sound works great n lighting as well.
Wonderful older mucsic hall. I'm am proud to be a patron of the venue.
Very pretty before I bridal expo it was set up kind of weird and it was a lot smaller than I expected I thought there would be a lot more staying or opportunities to win prizes and the way they did the prizes was confusing all in all though it was my first one since getting engaged and it was pretty cool with my family and I did win a prize and was able to set up a dress appointment somewhere I didn't expect that I'm looking forward to and I was able to try on some wedding bands and figure out like the bands that I want
The theater is beautiful. Every seat is a good seat. It's nice that you can take your refreshments into the theater.
Great performance, unfortunately the seats are to close to one another, if you are tall, uncomfortable seats.
It was wonderful my grand daughter performed there with her creative writing class! The renovations are wonderful!
My girlfriend an I went to see footloose very good show the actors are like you an I just love to preform they are very good with the staff an guest
Great location and awesome venue. A must visit!
Very nice

Lovely theater. Friendly, helpful staff.
A beautiful theater and amazing talent for all performances
Beautiful, historic, lots of great private event space options!
Grand old theater, brings back some great memories. Tha Barbara Ingram graduating class was fantastic.
Saw Zoso here. It is a beautiful, historic theater / concert hall with very comfortable seating and great acoustics! Awesome venue!
Gorgeous theatre! Highly recommend sitting in the middle of the balcony--great views and acoustics.
I saw the play Rent. It was great. My grandson was playing bass guitar.
Historic and iconic, this is one of western Maryland's showplace venues.
This is a phenomenal theater in stage for its location. Just beautiful inside. I would love to perform here.
We saw Christian comedian Tim Hawkins here live, this is a beautiful historic theater in downtown Hagerstown, a great well-preserved venue.
First time at the theater since the lobby remodel. Very nice.
The stairs were kind of scary but it was nice!!
Beautiful! Comfy seating, and the Russian Ballet was awesome!!! Will definitely go again!!!
Fascinating old theater with a classic balcony. It's going to be something to see after the renovations are finished later this year.
Not a bad seat in the house and the staff are all friendly. The theater is very clean.
Beautiful theater and musical was fabulous!
Beautiful theater with lots of concerts and plays. Going through a renovation that is going to make it even better.
I always love going to the Maryland Theater It is a lovely building. It will be wonderful when they build more women's bathrooms.
Beautiful theatre totally enjoyed the concert
Very beautiful and elegant. Clean , Respectful atmosphere. Although the audio was going in and out it was a very. Nice time.
Saw Eaglemania and it was a great show. A bit crowed during intermission but I think that will be remedied when the remodeling is done.
Rocky Horror was a blast!
Very beautiful. Love the concessions, the staff and the performance hall.
Great venue, even during construction they got it going on!! Can't wait to see the finish results ...

Wonderful performance of Frozen Jr. The staff was very cordial and polite.
Excellent opening concert of the Maryland Symphony Orchestra, featuring all American works, and photographic artwork.
Beautiful theater where the Maryland Symphony Orchestra performs.
Enjoyed the show, The Simon and Garfunkel story. Seating was VERY tight, no leg room.
The new updated lobby is beautiful. Sometimes there is confusion from the staff memembers but the performers kill it every time
Very nice venue. Not a bad seat in the place.
Saw resurrection they were great as always
I LOVE the BEAUTIFUL details within the building that have been carefully preserved thru-out the years. A real gem located in the heart of Hagerstown, Maryland.
Love the renovations. Felt the refreshments were a little lacking and pricey
A beautiful theater! We saw the Nutcracker over the holidays and it was a wonderful experience.
Great venue. Awesome seats. Intimate evening with the artist.
Amazing beautiful theater. Nutcracker ballet was amazing!!
Beautiful architecture and plenty of seating without being to crowded. Drinks and restrooms were convenient.
Such a gorgeous old building. We were there in the midst of construction but it was well covered and not in any way inconvenient.
Fantastic venue of a great historic theater
Beautiful building. Can't wait to see the finished remodeling. Acoustics great.
Great venue for a medium/small concert. Restaurants nearby make a great chioce fot a day away.
Very nice venue with comfortable seating and excellent acoustics. We heard a superb performance of classical music here, with the Maryland Symphony Orchestra and the Ukrainian pianist, Vadym Kholodenko, performing Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1, followed by Rimsky-Korsakov's Sheherezade. Highly recommended.
Nice little venue. Can't wait to see it after the renovations.
Great place to catch a show!
In reply to comment about the balcony "shaking". I managed the theatre and the balcony is designed to do that. It's totally appropriate and very safe. Thomas Lamb designed the building. He was one of the best theatre architects of his time and many of buildings are still in use today, like the Hippodrome in Baltimore and the Beacon in NY.
Great performance, we were sitting in the 2nd row so great seats.
Truly a treasure .. Great place to go see concerts locally
Beautiful. What an insprational experience for the kids to perform on stage of this awesome theatre.
Beautiful place can't wait to get back there
Beautiful theatre!
Quaint little theatre. Construction is a bit of a pain, but not too big a deal unless you really need a coatroom.
Great shows, really nice theater. We will be back.
Friendly staff and very beautiful inside
Beautiful art deco theatre, great clean comedy show Tim hawkins, oh and naked babies lol
Beautiful architecture!
Love it here but upset there is no elevator. My elderly mom had to hike up to second floor
One of the best theaters you can go to for live performances
Great concert! Gets our family in gear for the holidays. Merry Christmas!
One of the last good places left.
Great show. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere.
Comfortable and intimate setting. Go early for parking close to the theater.
I used to go there whenever they had some plays or dances but unfortunately the theater is torn down which makes me really upset.
Beautiful feeder nostalgic feel to it just make sure you choose the right production and play to go to
An amazing time watching the Barbara Ingram students performance
Great venue,intimate, great location

We enjoyed seeing Romeo & Juliet performed by The Maryland Entertainment Group in this historic venue. Great seats and we definitely appreciate the ability to purchase snacks to bring directly to our seats. Will definitely return to see future performances.
Very beautiful place! Saw the NY Bee Gees here ! Great concert
The space is beautiful and a nice sized theatre. I also love how they lend their space to a children's theatre group to put on performances for large crowds, and do not charge an arm and a leg to attend. The atmosphere was overall very family friendly, and, while there was a large crowd, it did not feel overcrowded and overwhelming (which can easily happen in these post pandemic times).
Bill Engvall was great
