Circle D Farm and their event coordinator, Kate Dowd, were essential to making our wedding day go perfectly. Kate was wonderful to work with - her kindness and attention to detail helped make our day a big success. She made planning our wedding so much easier by asking us detailed questions, taking meticulous notes, and responding with unerring consistency to our questions. She also made excellent recommendations for affordable, highly reviewed wedding vendors in her network that had past experience working at Circle D Farm, which was very reassuring. The staff at Circle D Farm were also exemplary. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and facilitated many of the behind the scenes details of our day. In all, Circle D Farm was an excellent choice for us at an affordable price (not to mention the convenience of in-house catering for food). The venue itself is beautiful. The outdoor ceremony space set the scene for our wedding with a trellis framing the rolling hills of a countryside vista, a quaint gazebo, and a lovely wooden bridge leading to the space. We were also very happy that the outdoor space could still provide power for our DJ and microphones. The banquet hall was perfect for our reception. It accommodated our 120 guests very nicely without feeling either too empty or too packed. Lastly, we wanted to note that the facilities are handicapped/wheelchair accessible (and the staff were very accommodating - they even offered a wheelchair to one of our guests to help with their mobility).

We held a surprise anniversary party for our sister and her husband. I've never done this and Kate made the experience so easy! She guided us through the options and made a lot of great suggestions. There was no pressure to upgrade or oversell. The banquet room sold itself! There was plenty of space and the views were breathtaking. It was also great that the venue was accessible for our older guests who needed elevator service. The staff was super great and so friendly! Loved Ken (the bartender) who made us feel like family and the servers went over and above what we needed. Timing was perfect and we would definitely choose to come back to Circle D Farm again for any event in our future!

I attended a wedding reception here. The venue is beautiful and very clean. The staff were kind, fantastic, and very professional. The only reason for fewer stars is the quality of the food. The chicken was dry and burnt. The sides were OK, but the rolls were delicious.

Circle D Farm was a wonderful venue for our special family event. My son and nephew shared their Bar Mitzvah day and we celebrated in the banquet room with great food, a fantastic DJ and amazing support from the Circle D event staff, led by Kate Down. I highly recommend choosing them for your event!

Circle D Farm is a very nice place for events. The family/staff are amazing and so friendly. Not many places have horseshoe pits any more. Nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

We had our daughter's college graduation party/picnic at Circle D on Sunday, 7/17/22. It was an excellent, insightful, courteous, friendly experience. Everyone had a great time and the picnic style food was very good. The Dowd family and there staff are great. At it was July, paying extra to have the pool was well worth it.

If I could give more then 5 stars i would in a heartbeat! Kate is wonderful! The farm is gorgeous and the inside is beautiful and spacious. Everyone that came to my wedding that it was the most amazing and beautiful thing ever! Kate helped me every step of the way and made sure my day was truly amazing. ( and during a pandemic at that!) if you arent sure about this place just go look at it and talk to Kate, then you wont have a worry about picking the right place! The food was amazing ( the chicken is awesome). Thank you Kate and Circle D for making my special day truly special and amazing. Its a day no one will forget!

For starters Kate is beyond wonderful! My husband and I had planned to get married here and Kate was nothing but flexible, helpful, considerate and friendly. The place is BEAUTIFUL! The outdoor ceremony spot is gorgeous & the banquet room is an excellent blank canvas that can be decorated however you want to. We attended a tasting and the food was very good and the chef was very friendly, she was willing to make any family recipe that we desired. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff but there aren’t enough good words to describe them. I HIGHLY recommend this place to host weddings or any other special events you may have.

It was the wedding of my dreams.. I cannot express into words the incredible experience I had at this venue. Since the first day I reached out to Kate and had all my questions answered to the night of the actual event - I couldn’t of asked for a smoother or better experience in the world. Kate was attentive and always available to answer any questions I had. I loved the fact that I had so many options and since I had about 100 guests, I chose the downstairs loft area for the reception and then had the ceremony at the trellis outside. We came early and decorated and Kate was by our side throughout the whole process. The ceremony was gorgeous and the land is breathtaking. The food was DELICIOUS !!!!!!! We had the roasted chicken and pulled pork - the guest LOVED all of it. We had so much fun.. myself and my husband LOVE to dance so we danced the entire night along side all our guests and we had no problem with space or anything. It was absolutely affordable and we were able to stay within our $5,000 budget (for the entire wedding). If you are searching for a venue to marry your best friend - I strongly suggest you give Kate a call and you will NOT be disappointed.

We held a baby shower for our son and daughter-in-law in their lounge. Rustic setting with a fireplace...it was the perfect location for our family and friends. Kate was great, she helped us plan the event, especially with selecting menu options that fit our needs. The event staff was fabulous, everything was on time as planned and really nice. Everyone attending loved the shower and had a great time. We highly recommend Circle D for your event, you will not be sorry.

We hosted our wedding at Circle D Farm and Kate and her team were AMAZING to work with. Kate was so kind and patient while working with us over the course of the year of planning, very responsive and covering bases I didn't even know needed to be covered! We've received so much feedback from our guests about the beautiful venue and how delicious the food was. We opted for the carving station and it was one of the best choices we could have made. I highly recommend Circle D Farm for your next event! Kate makes the whole thing stress free and actually fun :-)

What a jewel box of a place. We had our wedding here and it was wonderful. First Kate (the owner) was fantastic! She was great with helping us figure out what we needed and what we should focus on. The staff were also helpful, friendly and kind. I would recommend anyone look at this place for not just a wedding but any get together. Plenty of space to distance and still have an intimate party. Much love!

I don’t know how we have survived a summer without Circle D Farm!! Thank YOU Circle D for giving my girl a great summer. She came home telling stories of all the fun activities, the horse rides, the swimming!, the crafts, the great counselors & even personal one on one stories shared with friends. Fantastic wedding venue. Really set away from the world, in the middle of the country. Nice indoor facility that we used for the ceremony due to the threat of rain. Outdoors would have been just as nice if not even better!!

We had our wedding here 8.28.2021 It was by far the best experience I've ever had working with an event manager. Kate had an answer to every question I had and trust me I had a lot. She never left me high and dry and always answered my emails within 1-2 days. The venue itself is beautiful and our wedding turned out perfect. If we ever have another big event we will be sure to come back to Circle D Farm.

Like so many brides, our daughter's original wedding plans were interrupted and altered by the pandemic. We held a belated wedding celebration/party at Circle D Farm and it was a huge success! Kate Dowd was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We often had to contact her during one of her busiest times of the year but she was always quick to respond.

My Fiance and I had little hopes to find a venue on our small budget that would include a space and catering, and initially settled on a local hall with a limited amount of space. Then my fiance found Circle D Farm through some friends and said we needed to check it out. I was skeptical at first, but once we met with Kate I was completely convinced. The space was MASSIVE and all of the prices were reasonable and completely within our budget! Linens, food, drinks--it has it all and is perfect for those people looking for a down-to-earth or rustic wedding. The outside space is huge, parking wasn't even a problem; there's even a balcony outside the ballroom! I am so glad we chose to use Circle D Farm and will consider them again for future events.

We attended a wedding here that was outside and inside up stairs. It was absolutely beautiful! The area outside is not covered and it was very hot but it was a fast ceremony so it was not too bad! Inside was really nice and there was alot of space.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE!!!!! Kate and Tim are first class. I had my daughters sweet 16 birthday and our first company picnic of many food is fantastic just so much to do with the pool , mini golf and horse shoes. WELL DONE!!!!!

Our company had our summer picnic here. A fairly large picnic area, a swimming pool, a small putt-putt golf area. Very rustic farmhouse look and feel. We enjoyed our time at the picnic.
