Very nice location with parking on site. We were invited to a Women Veteran Legislative event. The space was accessible with wheelchair access as well.

Neat building, some parking, by the old Coke building. Easy to drop people off. Next to a parking deck (Underground). Temp gets colder/warmer in the back of the building from the door.

I went here for Georgia Hispanic Chamber event that hosted the Governor. It was a great venue. It was little dark. It is a great place to host the event just have extra lighting for those volunteers checking in guests.

What an awesome venue! The size, the location, the amenities... It was a great experience and the parking lot next to it was extremely convenient for those who were attending the event we threw. In Atlanta it's hard to find a venue with convenient parking, but this venue is literally surrounded by parking opportunities! It definitely has a historic feel, but doesn't have a drafty atmosphere or stale smell. It could fit a thousand easily, but even around 500 didn't feel like it was too big. Our team at City Gate Atlanta was very thankful for the experience!

My bestie just had her wedding here and it was excellent. As a member of the bridal party I knew more than the average guest but was not in on all the details so my info is limited. The planner was great and staff made sure we had everything we needed all day. We were there for over 13 hours the day of the wedding. Parking is a paid lot so taking an Uber might be ideal depending on your reason for visiting.

This was a venue for a show that I went to, and it was pretty cool. There is an entry way, and then a main room, and a side room. The whole place was air conditioned, and it was pretty huge. There were a ton of people there that night, and enough room for everyone. There was an outdoor area where everyone could smoke. It was neat being in this old, brick building. Super conveniently located, and there is parking very near by.

Pretty cool venue. I've attended The Village Market there twice and its been an awesome experience. The parking deck is next door. The venue is clean and centrally located downtown Atlanta. Spacious areas to host events within the main event. Unfortunately, the event I attended has probably out grown the space. I do look forward to attending any other event that may utilize this venue.

Attended a Greek event at this venue. It started at 10 pm and went to 3am. This venue is in the heart of downtown. Literally like across the street from The Underground. During the week, after 6p, not many food options around. I walked about 10 blocks to find food. If you're attending an event at this location that's not catered, eat before you go. The venue is beautiful for evening events. They have cute retro street lights that illuminate the entire patio area. Great for parties, celebrations, maybe even small concerts.

Catered food was very well done. A little surf and turf. The place was very spacious and there were over 300 attendees to the conference. Although parking might be on the high end.

Experienced the Village Market here for the 2nd year in a row and it was awesome. Very beautiful scenery, with natural brick walls inside. It will be a great place for a wedding, a reception, or even a parties.

Went the first time to Georgia Farm Bureau Day at the Captain and the luncheon was here. Very lovely place, beautiful interior.

I attended the Family Food Festival held Sunday, June 16th. I was one of their handicapped guest. Apparently, the event planners didn't give any considerations for attendance of handicapped people. Accessibility was a struggle throughout the entire event. Upon arrival, since this building had not been updated with the new standard sizes doors, there was a struggle to get the second door open for wheelchairs, etc. to enter. Several areas of the main floor's set-up didn't allocate ample space to maneuver in a crowded environment. Also, there should have been some requirements implemented for the participants providing food & drinks regarding the amount of the sample to be distributed per guest, because some provided more to some guest than to other guest in the same line. The majority of the tables used a standard half oz. or one oz. serving container. Some of them gave me a full container and some gave me barely enough to cover the bottom of the container, which was unfair. The organizer should have had the amount to be served as a stipulation of the registration; therefore, advising how much to be provided & distributed to accommodate this event. Otherwise, I enjoyed it.

I went to the vegan festival and expo. I had a wonderful time. The venue wasn't big enough for the amount of vendors and it got hot inside after a while, but the festival itself was great. Great food and products to purchase.

They have construction going on at this location and I do not like how the depot doesn't own the parking lot sitting right in front of their establishment. I attended this depot for a church function and had an amazing time. There was a stilt walker, second line dancers, and a live band it was amazing. Just wasn't thrilled with the parking lot and construction. The staff was amazing and wonderful to work with.

The best venue for a wedding or event! A beautiful old building that you can use for anything. We had our wedding and reception there and everything turned out perfect. Kinisha is so fun and easy to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly. The in house catering was AMAZING. Some of the best food in Atlanta for sure! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding in Atlanta. Great location and an overall beautiful venue.

Attended the Pancakes & Booze Art Show and it was great experience vending. Heavy traffic of like-minded locals to connect with. Venue was huge and creatively set-up for artist to showcase their art. Parking was reasonable.

This is a nice event space. It's very spacious. I showed a few paintings in a Pancakes and Booze art show. Very limited onsite parking, so either plan to ride share or park on the street or a nearby parking lot.

I had a good time at Georgia Freight Depot supporting The Black Village Market. The vintage building has a rustic charm with southern character. This place is a hidden gem. I would consider going back.

Very spacious, great inside and outside areas, good facilities (water fountains, bathrooms, etc). Underground Parking lot is right beside it. I went here for the Atlanta Cheese Festival, and it was fantastic!

Nice place to be. This is a place that should be considered a safe and fun place if you tend to like places similar to this place. But then how could you even know what type of "place" this is without visiting it. Ignore comments and just come check it out. It's recommended by many. You have approval.

It's outdoors so highly dependent on the weather. I don't remember seeing any bathrooms outside but I'm sure there was at least a port a potty somewhere. Closest parking is street for around $3.00 for 1.5 hours.
