Anastasiia brought my wedding dreams to life! At the time of our engagement, I had just moved to a new city and started my career in the height of COVID. I was overwhelmed and had no idea where to even begin. Anastasiia was able to help with everything from venue to vendors to styling. She is easy to work with and so organized that our planning experience was not only stress free, but actually fun! Her design services were incredible, providing a truly unique and enchanting experience that looked like something from a magazine. Multiple of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and I can't imagine planning a wedding without her.

We had a wedding planner the month out of our wedding. Trici Styles was amazing and made that last month so much more relaxing. The first time we met, she spent hours with me going over all the vendors and the vision I had for my wedding. She walked me through things that I hadn't even thought of at the time. She contacted all of the vendors immediately and I didn't have to answer anymore of their questions. The weekend of the wedding was supposed to rain, but Trici and the decorator and venue all had a plan in case our outdoor wedding became an indoor one. She was calm and collective the day of because the weather was back and forth on us. She ran everything the day of the wedding and I was able to relax and take it all in! My mom wishes we had had her from the beginning; we loved working with her that much!

As a wedding photographer who's worked with so many planners through the years, I can truly say that Sofia Ocampo with Chancey Charm is the best of the best. Not only does she care deeply for every member of her couples' vendor teams (which can be hard to find), but she gives her all to her couples and making sure that their wedding day is everything they dreamed of and more. Her prompt communication, quick response times, and problem solving skills made planning for our mutual client's wedding together such a breeze, and as a vendor, knowing that she was available to help throughout every step of the process leading up to the big day was more helpful than I can explain. On the actual day of the wedding, not only did I feel confident and prepared in part due to how helpful she'd been throughout the previous months, but her own confidence, preparedness, and welcoming personality made the day so fun and easy. Her and her team were always by me and our client's side, ready to take on any task at hand and make sure the day was running as smoothly as possible. This was incredible, because truthfully, I've gotten used to never being able to locate the planner on a wedding day. That wasn't the case with Sofia, and I was so impressed. They say that something always goes wrong on a wedding day, which is the truth more often than not. However, with Sofia on the vendor team, absolutely everything went perfectly, even at a venue that was logistically challenging. If I had the choice to work with Sofia for every wedding, I would in a heart beat. She cares deeply for her clients and their vendor team, is extremely competent and knowledgable in her craft, and is so obviously passionate about what she does. I can honestly say that without our Chancey Charm Planner our wedding would not have gone as well as it did. I would 100% recommend them to any bride looking to organize or plan a wedding! Our wedding was cancelled in 2020 due to the groom getting COVID 2 days before the wedding. Not only did my planner Brie get in touch with all of my vendors for me, she also drove to my house to bring the welcome bags that were at the hotel. Brie also reached out to all of my vendors to help me find a new date to reschedule. Without this I wouldn't have even known where to begin. She did all of this with a giant smile on her face and a great attitude. Brie took another job before my rescheduled wedding date, but before she left Chancey Charm Weddings she took the time to reach out and let me know as well as connected me with my new planner Sofia and made sure I was comfortable with this change. Sofia was hands down AMAZING, I seriously can't recommend her enough. Definitely worth every penny. She went above and beyond, attending vendor meetings with us, taking notes, sending out follow up emails, helping me change out of my dress at the wedding, making sure everything was packed up and ready to go, negotiating rescheduled car prices, Even while her own child was sick she was still there for us. I can go on and on. When I was nervous she was a sweet and calm presence that kept me going. A joy to work with, 5 stars!

As the senior sales manager of private events at the Atlanta History Center, I had the pleasure of working closely with Sofia Ocampo on a Hindu wedding. I was impressed with her calm presence, detail, and organization. As one of the largest properties in the city, coordinating anything here is not easy. Sofia did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her. She was pleasant to chat with, listens, and was very good at giving constructive feed back to the bride and family at the final walk through meeting. Here timeline was to the minute, and she held to it very well on the day of the event. Hindu weddings have a lot of components to them, and Sofia managed all of them with ease – I was impressed. Do not let her calm demeaner fool you. She took charge on the day of the wedding and ran a fabulous show composed of multiple vendors arriving at different times, wedding party scattered across the property for photos, a team of assistants to help, and more. I work with numerous planners, and would certainly hire Sofia.

I need to take a moment and rave about my planner Natalie Cole. The best planner in the world; a dream to work with. At my walk through she was so professional and got me mentally prepared for the big day. She created the world's most perfect wedding timeline which was the backbone for the whole weekend. She responds to e-mails within 24 hours and she is always on time (actually always slightly early, which I love). On my wedding day my favorite thing about her was that anytime I looked at her the whole entire day/night, her face was happy and positive. She never looked stressed or worried. That kept me really calm. Anytime I asked for her, she appeared within a minute ready to help or handle anything. Her assistant Ashlee was amazing with the receiving line. We kept it moving and I got all the photos with family members that I needed. I had an absolutely perfect day and it is hugely because of her. I would highly recommend her.

She handled all of the communication with our vendors and was so on point in terms of asking all of the follow up questions that we wanted. My husband and I got engaged in November of 2015 in Atlanta and when I was finally ready to plan, it was already January 2016 and I started to panic a little! I stumbled upon the Chancey Charm website and liked what I saw, so I emailed to set up a meeting. Brie Owens responded and sent us a questionnaire to get to know us a bit along with setting up the meeting. At first meeting, she was totally different than the other planners I had already met with (you could say I was planner-shopping hard). She instantly put me at ease with her warm personality and laid-back energy. We discussed all things wedding, but she also spent a good deal of time asking questions about me and my husband and our backgrounds, love story, wedding wants, etc. I felt like I was just chatting with a new girlfriend. Afterward, both him and I both knew pretty clearly we wanted to use her for our big day. Over the next year and a half, Brie was my God-send! After really narrowing my vision and discussing it with Brie, she was able to do a lot of the heavy-lifting for me. Since I work full-time, it was such a relief to know that Brie would be emailing the 3 caterers we had talked about, setting up the meeting with that venue a friend told me about, researching cost-saving DIY to make our own programs, etc while I was busy working. She worked with me, my husband, my mother, our bridal party, etc to keep everyone organized, budget-aware and on-task. The day of my wedding, her and her team took care of logistics and making sure all the vendors were following-through on their end. Everything looked beautiful- any little mishaps during the day were sorted out without even my knowledge, and I was able to just enjoy all the moments of my wedding. Sofia was absolutely a dream come true. When we started planning our wedding, we had NO IDEA how many different decisions and details it would involve. With over 15 vendors involved, there is no way we could have done it on our own. From vendor recommendations, to detail questions, to day of coordination, Sofia had all the answers to our questions, and was SO fast at responding via email, text, etc. She was so organized throughout the entire process, which alleviated a ton of stress from my mom and I. She took all of the stress out of wedding day, which let us fully enjoy the day. My mom and I were so sad after the wedding was over because we didn't get to talk to Sofia daily anymore!! She truly became a friend throughout the process :)

I was married in Buckhead-Atlanta in April 2019. Had a fantastic experience with Chancey Charm and Brie specifically. Brie was our wedding planner, and I witnessed how much she helped my wife and made my life easier because of it! Brie also helped me a ton, and was willing to help with small advice for things she was not even contracted for such as my Rehearsal Dinner, so long as I was prepared and respectful of her time. Brie is also thorough. We held multiple meetings in the months leading up to the wedding to discuss to-do items and answer questions. During our final pre-wedding meeting and walk-through of the Reception facility a month before the wedding, I went from nervous to confident because I got to witness Brie bring in her event team and communicate with her team and the Facility Coordinator how the Reception would go. They all spoke the same language and got on the same page quickly. Brie is experienced and good, and it shows. I do not believe any wedding is completed perfectly with no surprises, and ours certainly had surprises, but I never noticed them during our wedding because Brie was so well prepared and handled those surprises herself and with her team so we did not have to worry about them. I had made a request 6-months before the wedding to share a drink with my Dad before the end of the Reception, and I had forgotten about it. But Brie remembered and reserved enough time for us to have our drink together as Father and Son, which meant a lot to me that Brie remembered and made it happen. Brie was also available for my wife, who can be OCD like myself at times, and my wife now considers Brie a friend since they had so many conversations together and Brie was so supportive. Brie also assisted us with our Wedding Certificate process, which we had not discussed previously, but Brie did it anyway to help make things easier on us. I had a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Brie for anyone considering a Wedding Planner-Coordinator.

Allison Gard was the month-of-coordinator for our wedding, but that title hardly does justice to her role in our wedding day and planning. She began working with me months out from the wedding to discuss important details and to guide me in the right direction with regards to my wedding planning timeline. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful Brie Owens was as my daughter's wedding planner. Even though we are self-proclaimed "planners", working full time makes it difficult to find time to make all the vendor/venue decisions and enjoy the process at the same time. My husband and I hired Anna as our month-of planner/coordinator. I would absolutely recommend her and the rest of the ladies at Chancey Charm to all of my friends. Early in the wedding planning process, we decided that "Stress-Free" would be the theme of our wedding day, and we could not have pulled that theme off without Anna's help. My husband was nervous about spending the money on a wedding planner, as he didn't think it would be worth the money. However, as the wedding week arrived and family started coming into town and vendors started asking last minute questions which Anna was able to quickly and accurately answer, he looked at me and said "I'm really glad we hired her." Anna took care of organizing all of our contracts, ensuring that we were getting what we were paying for and that vendors were coordinated with the wedding day run of show. Anna created customized timelines for the wedding party as well as for friends who were helping with the wedding. She set up all of the little extra things we brought to the wedding - like our guestbook and cake topper. She came through with things we didn't think to bring like pens to sign the guestbook and a blanket for my aging grandfather who couldn't stand the A/C in the venue. When it comes to the value of having Anna as our planner, I think I can best sum it up as: "I didn't have to think on my wedding day". I didn't have to wonder if things would get set up, I didn't have to look at the clock, I didn't have to wonder where I needed to be. I knew Anna would make sure it was all done. I didn't even have to think about being thirsty during pictures because Anna was there with glasses of water for us.

Oh my goodness Katie is worth her weight in gold and then some! We stumbled upon Chancey Charm through our wedding photographers, WeDo Wedding Photography, and through divine intervention, we were matched up with Katie for our wedding planning last October. I was so impressed with her "I've got it all together and your day will be fabulous!" attitude during the entire process. But what really showed me what a wonderful professional she was, was the actual wedding. We planned a completely outdoor wedding…during the "driest" month of the year in Savannah…on the historically "driest" day of the month. Our day was anything BUT dry! Hiring Amy was the best thing I did for my wedding outside of marrying my husband. I was never been the girl who plotted out her wedding forever waiting for the right time to come and felt so helpless to start the wedding planning process. The venue we chose was beautiful, but we knew we needed help making a barn feel like us since a 'rustic' feel wasn't what we were hoping for. I had the chance to finally work with Brie over at Chancey Charm this past fall, and everything was flawless (which as a wedding photographer in Atlanta for 10 years, I've learned this isn't always the case!). Starting with getting communication rolling with the couple before they had booked- Brie was clearly on the ball and making things happen for them since they were living in Boston and wedding planning long distance. When the time came to brainstorm for engagement session locations, Brie was the one who actually suggested the Cator Woolford Gardens which our couple loved as totally fit within the vibe of what they were going for (think Pride & Prejudice, but plus their French Bulldog). And then obviously by the time their wedding weekend had arrived, everything was planned out perfectly and the only thing left to do was show up and make beautiful pictures! I was particularly impressed since Brie coordinated their rehearsal dinner the night before, but then also their traditional tea ceremony Saturday morning and then their gorgeous wedding that afternoon at Callanwolde. We’re talking a total of 14.5 hours of photography coverage and I know that Brie was there longer than me helping to break things down after the reception! This is getting long-winded, so bottom line, know that Brie is fantastic!

Candice Beaty is a saint. She was our day-of wedding planner (along with a couple of assistants) and I absolutely could not imagine trying to pull off a wedding of our size without her. She insisted on helping in every way possible. I had some café lights I was going to have my groomsmen string up but when she discovered that was the plan, she refused to allow that and, instead, strung them herself along with her assistants. She's crazy friendly but at the same time not at all afraid to tell someone that they're in the wrong place or doing the wrong thing if it means a smoother wedding.
