Reviews of Aisle 5
Little 5 Points is an interesting and eclectic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The venue has great sound and the staff is friendly. The bar seems to be well stocked and ticketing and entering was a smooth process.
Great venue, the Matthew Johns Band sounded amazing. The staff was friendly and the bar service was great. Clean establishment. Definitely will return.
Show was fun, crowd was easy going and friendly. Not too crowded with quick service at average pricing. Very clean venue with outside smoking in graffiti lined parking lot. This place is a great spot to see a good performance in a close intimate setting. I enjoyed myself and Will return if in the area again.
Amazing shows, polite staff, super clean, good enough sound and lights for the smaller artist playing here. All you can ask for at a venue.
We saw the Mega64 last laugh show here. The venue is kind of tightly packed but had an awesome time. The sound was acceptable, the only issue I had was there was no projection screen for the video portions of the show. All in all, it was a great time and we would come back for other shows.
I went here to see Roni Size and the venue is awesome.
Parking was 7 bucks but the lot is maintained well and I didn't feel my car was unsafe.
The venue itself is small but you have plenty of room to move around. And the bartenders are quick with drinks.
The bathrooms are well-maintained and very clean!
Finally, when it comes to the sound quality in the venue, I felt it was on point. The bass rattled my chest which bass should do!
I would come back for another concert.
Came here to see Ashley Kutcher! Cozy space with clean bathrooms and ample floor space!
Went to see Twiztid here last night. Small venue with a bar. Had a blast would definitely attend another show here.
Rare Americans! This venue was wonderful, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Great sound too!
Cool venue to watch live music. Easy parking, easy to get in and out of and everyone is very friendly.
Great concert venue
Absolutely love this venue. It's small but has an awesome stage, sound and lighting. The bartenders are great and the prices are cheap. Go here if you like intimate shows!!
The Danger concert I went to was amazing.
This place is actually pretty small. I didn't buy anything beyond my ticket.
No one yelled at me for having a good time. So I guess it's alright by my books.
Intimate venue with great, friendly staff and a good drink selection. The light show and audio production is phenomenal. The crowd is usually pretty chill and also simultaneously fun, but not obnoxious. The acts they book are great, and the shows provide a whole vibe for all there.
Great little venue for emerging artists. Small, intimate, and can get really close to the artists. good sound, and cheap beers ($6 for a Guiness).
Came to the this venue to see my favorite band Rehab & had an awesome time! The bartender was awesome & so was the rest of the staff there! They made everyone feel welcome & were so friendly! Definitely recommend going here if there's a band at this venue!
Very convenient access to the bar, bathrooms, and smoke spot. Very chill. Cool graffiti and awesome art of an awakening to look at painted on the side of Rag O Rama. Really fits the headspace. Very intimate setting as far as venues go. Loved the lighting inside - gave it gothic church vibes which was perfect because as they say, everyone has a church ;) The sound was awesome and it was cool to feel up close to the dj and to have view of the sound booth. Will definitely come back for a whole day affair of little 5 shopping, eating, and raving at some point.
Nifty little place. Good acoustics nice stage great lighting. Friendly staff with ice cold beer. Some seating. Decent bathroom.
A quaint venue. Perfect for your local artist. Good price for drinks. Parking lot is attached to the venue with decent parking for the size of the building. Good sound quality. I like this venue a lot in comparison to the terminal west’s of Atlanta.
Great little venue for live music, emphasis is definitely on a more personal performance with the audience.
Miss 1 of my fav low key venues in my beloved Little Five Points Atlanta that booked some of the best acts! Notable shows: Cam’ron, G-Herbo 🐐 (in accordance w A3C that year) and a tribute to Nujabes 😇🐐 w Shing02 🐐more recently. Wish Fenne$z 🐐 played b4 all this 😭🙏🏾💯 …
Really clean, reasonable prices, hip bluegrass.(one night only - don't worry!)
I saw Elise Trouw and the Broomstix perform here for my first time. There was seating provided and a full service bar, and they even allow reentry! Overall a great way to end the lil 5's Halloween parade!
Very cool space. Bring ear plugs
A great venue for watching shows! When you get tuckered out from jumping in the crowd, water is readily available out of a big cooler. There are cone shaped disposable cups. The bathroom is easy to find
It was fun and I loved the aesthetic and atmosphere of the place. The only issue was that it got so hot inside during the performance I went to see. I don't know if there's no air conditioning or if there were just too many people for it to help, but it literally felt like we were in a steam room. I'd go again, but only for someone that I really wanted to see.
KILLER spot! The sound, stage and lighting are all AWESOME especially for a smaller venue! Bar staff was on point and they know how to pour a good drink for sure. This is an EXCELLENT venue to see any band!
Cool little spot in a cool part of town Little 5 Points. Sound was great. Lights were great too but probably just a little overkill given the set up & the room size
Aisle 5 continues to find the perfect balance between underground and mainstream artists, while maintaining a fun and close-nit scene. Their production is the best you'll get for a venue of the size, and I wouldn't hesitate to head to a show here.
Small venue with a great sound and vibe. The regular DJ here is quite good and they have a really great selection of artists working here. I do not drink so I cannot comment on the prices however they did provide free water after the concert which is something that I really appreciate in a world were bigger venues like CocaCola Roxy can't provide enough water.
The space was cool. They took to long to check ID and ticket. Show had already started.
We had a blast due to small venue. Went to see Ocean Alley. I enjoy their mix of music. We also got to spend time with the band members.
The bartenders were kind and made great drinks. Also, had a great liquor selections.
The venue was intimate. The band, From Indian Lakes, was absolutely phenomenal. The price for drinks was average. The selection was above average, they had Tito's but no captain Morgan. The employees were very friendly and appreciated joking around. Definitely a wonderful venue.
Renovated within the past few years. Great location in Little 5 Points! They have a great bar with a decent selection and fast service. Pretty good view of the stage from front to back of the venue, there is also a balcony section. All shows are general admission, no seats. You cannot enter and exit but for smokers there is a small outdoor enclosed porch where smoking is allowed. Finding free street parking is normally really easy and there is a lot behind the venue. Great place to see a show!!!
Good music venue in little five points. They bring in some top national acts. The venue has a good layout. It's standing room only but it has good sound, good visibility, and an open floor plan that is not cramped.
This small venue is quaint and quirky. It has an assortment of great music but trust me when I say that the local musicians are typically way better. Alcohol is priced as one would expect and tickets to get in sometimes cost more than it is worth but of you are looking to go out for some fun and a great show this place gets the job done.
Near, small venue. Liked the aesthetic. Very simple.
Audio was way too loud for me. They offer free ear plugs, which is cool, though they had run out.
Saw a lot of people complimenting drink prices. Don't know why. They are not cheap by any means. They aren't ridiculous, but they are NOT cheap.
I've been here for a few shows. It's a decent small venue. Sound is just okay on average. It sounds good for more intimate stuff but louder rock can overwhelm the space to the point it just sounds like noise. I personally prefer the EARL for similar sized shows but sometimes the bands I want to see play here and it works.
Fun place! The staff were nice while waiting.
Aisle 5 is one of the best local spots to catch AMAZING live music. Their venue brings a lot of different genres, so major callout to those that manage bookings, and the bar staff is always so fast and efficient, even on the busiest of nights! Glad to have this venue in our city!
Went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago to see Chris Karns. It was a Wednesday night so I didn’t have much of an expectation, but I was impressed. The crowd was so energetic, the performance was amazing and intimate, and whoever controlled the lights/lasers were on point.
Parking was simple, cover was cheap, and there was hardly a line when going for drinks.
Came here to see Twiztid! Hope they bring them back!!!
Entrance into the building was pretty quick(ticket confirmation/security check) enough open space to view the act and still move through crowd. Bartenders service drinks that actually taste like alcoholic beverages(not watered down).Staff seems professional and I would definitely go to another event at Aisle 5.
After a much needed remodeling (well done guys!) this place has turned into a very cute little hippy/indie/retro/biker bar that hosts everything from bass music to small acoustic acts. speakers system is good and the bar is sufficient with a good beer selection. a much improved version from the old Five Spot
Cool venue with good sound and lights. Drinks are a bit pricey and keep an eye on your tab as I had several drinks added that were not mine, hence the rating. Parking is ample and not overpriced.
Great small venue at little 5 points. Cheap drinks with a wide variety of canned beers and a fully stocked bar. No smoking inside, must go out the side door. Decent sound quality and easy to get to the front of the stage. Saw Phutureprimitive and Juju Beats here, had a good time. Very low security, no patdown/metal detectors. Decent crowd, as can be expected from little 5, very young with an alternative appearance.
Really good vibe at the show, not too crowded either. Definitely worth the trip into atl!
Amazing venue! My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning. It's plenty cool when you go in but once the place gets packed the heat gets kinda unbearable. Although I really dig the chair alongside the wall. More places need that tbh
Venue was intimate. Staff was friendly. Great location! I went to see Russ Liquid here on Thursday night. The sound was good and the dance floor was big enough for a good amount of people.
Nice sounds and good drinks in this venue. The crowd is smaller and more friendly. Don't miss a show. There is bar seating but mostly standing room. 300-400 max.
This venue was surprisingly spacious and held a concert I will definitely remember for the rest of my life. Bathrooms were clean. The temperature wasn’t scalding hot like a lot of venues in the city. And the staff was very friendly.
I looooove this venue! Great staff, very intimate and fun!
Been in love with this venue for some time now. Amazing artists play all the time. From alt rock, jam band, electronic, dub, jazz, and anything else worth listening to, aisle 5 keeps it happening with amazing bands on the regular
Came here for the first time to see Shing02 host a Nujabes tribute concert and it was great. The venue is small but it works for what it is and I saw no problems with it. It was a mighty fine space and it never felt too cramped even for being the smallest venue I've been to
This is hands down one of the best venues in Atlanta. Prime location with great food all around. Excellent staff. It is not the biggest but it packs a punch with great sound and great environment. Place to be at in little 5!!
If you want a venue that is personal, this is your venue. If you want to see the artists in the crowd with you before your set because they love their fans, this is the venue for you. If you want quality sound and lighting this is the venue for. This is my FAVORITE venue in the area plain and simple.
Aisle 5 is a great, smaller but quaint venue. I feel as though this venue really caters to the more personable artists. Those that have intimate, connecting concerts. However, it can definitely be the place to go wild. Love Aisle 5, one of my favorite venues in ATL
good sound system but the building acoustics cannot accommodate both people who want to listen to music and people who like to pay $20 admission fees to buy drinks and talk. the telefon tel aviv/steve hauschildt/clone suspect show was very muddied with audience banter from the back bar area.
Aisle 5 is my favorite local Atlanta venue hands down! They host some indrecible musical artists, VERY friendly staff, extremely affordable, fantastic drinks. I don't know that I've ever had a bad night here.
Great sound and re-entry. Still the best small venue ❤️
Cool small, mid-cap venue in L5P. It is unassuming & easy to pass walking by. Know that it is on Euclid near the Variety Playhouse.
Great Venue! Venue was easy to find and had parking on-site. Very clean and the bartender had excellent service. Will definitely be visiting again!
Went to see Mala May 16th....the bartenders were friendly and the drinks are good and low priced. The lights and sound system are amazing. I definitely want to come back!
Great place to see a show. Everything was great except the line at the bar. At the time I wished that I had a couple of extra hands so I wouldn't have to stand in the drink again. Great show!
Your basic music venue. Nothing special nothing terrible. They do make strong drinks and have a good selection of craft beers though! What else do you need?
Really tiny, and REALLY loud. I'm not usually an earplugs kinda guy, but if you are seeing a show with ANY high end, you will probably leave with ears bleeding (in a bad, "not-because-you-were-rocking-so-hard-but-because-the-sound-guy-doesn't-know-that-high-freqiencies-physically-hurt" way).
It can be hard to get parking if you don't know where to go either. (Hint: one block down from Aisle 5 there's a suburban street that has free parking always, and long as you aren't a dick and block someone's house).
The drinks are, well, the price you'd expect for a venue, so no surprises there.
I would have given this place a 2 stars, but I saw Blank Banshee here, and that was the greatest show of my life. I hung around afterwards and got to meet him and give him a hug. Also, the bartender grabbed me one of the SUPER rare concert posters for the even for FREE (I was ready to drop like $10 on it, so I gave it to him as a tip). So it's not all bad, as far as smaller ATL venues go.
Always good to play a gig there. Staff rocks, especially the sound guy, Gregory.
Awesome venue. Sound isn't the greatest, but there is plenty of parking, cheap drinks, and a pretty good location. Can't beat those things!
Great venue for music, smaller so a more popular artist's show can get cramped but smaller bands leave a more intimate setting.
Great place for a show. Very small and intimate! Good beer pricing, lights & sound. Cant wait to see another show here soon!
Aisle 5 is a great venue to see an artist in a more intimate setting that isn't stuffy or cramped. Parking in convenient, ticketing was a smooth process and the bar is excellent.
Great little intimate concert venue. Perfect for the artist with a specific or niche fan base (like Devin the Dude). I'd definitely go to another concert there.
Yeah....the Five Spot sucks, but in a good way. Most nights are ~$7. I personally go to a lot of shows and get tired of the corporate involvement and over-advertised venues. The five spot is a breath of fresh air in that regard. That's why I'm a regular. About once-a-month they'll have a friday night with 2 or 3 awesome acts.
I got to see Yolk Lore!!! Experience of a lifetime for sure! I love aisle 5, I have been several times and will continue to do so! Love that its a small space so you can actually see the band❤❤❤
The Devin the Dude show was lit! Not really a fan of how they do at the door. The price for a show should be set and should not increase by the hour. Definitely should not be charging more than 15.00 for a talent show/open mic.
The sound at the venue was great....drinks were decently priced as well.
Enjoyed attending a concert at the new Aisle 5. A much needed improvement over the former 5 Spot.
I had the opportunity to see hip hop artist Bahamadia and also Georgia Anne Muldrow. Although the show did start late..the crowd didn't mind because the dj kept us moving and grooving.
The sound system is fierce. I would say that there as a bit too much laser light action during the performance for me. Love the new layout and the bathrooms we clean as well. Kudos Aisle 5....I will be back soon!!
The music here was slamming I had a really good time that night me and my friend got great drinks that we met great people I definitely suggest you going here if you're going to see one of your favorite pants play artist perform the video of small and intimate yet can enjoy yourself and have a really good time
I saw bbno$ here and it was absolutely amazing. The venue is just small enough to have a good time but not so large that you feel beaten out by the crowd noise.
Free water. No re-entry fees. Great shows. Great floor. Excellent lighting and lighting effects. Great sound. I just think it's GREAT!
Jazz emu was amazing. Value Select murdered the moon before my very eyes.
In love with this alcove music venue. Amazing sound quality, cool ambiance, cheap craft beer. Amazing show. I saw Basecamp. Will be looking out for next one!
Nice small venue. Be prepared for the music to be loud and for it to get hot in there. The good thing is that you can go out the side door to get relief!
Great venue . I've been there many times for public events and private ones and it always suits both wonderfully. Bar staff is responsive and the entire venue is nicely maintained
Parking was right on the side of the venue, amazing location. Totally plain inside, but way less clutter than most 'live show, tiny bar' places.
I love this place. the staff is super friendly and awesome and the vibes are always on point. I look forward to seeing this venue grow and continue to be a landmark in Little 5!
This used to be an old iconic venue in L5P called `The Five Spot'!!! It's still cute and very intimate!!! Nice location to see and hear very unique artists!!! Love it!!!
Good little venue that books pretty decent small artist. Occasionally the amount of works on drugs can be annoying but once you get past the pachouli the show is pretty good
I've always loved this space. It holds a special place in my heart. Nothing fancy, but genuine.
Went to a dope event here. Music was good. Not too crowded. And drinks were reasonably priced. Would go back.
Great venue! Parking is not an issue. Only complaint is that there are a lot of homeless people around and it can be a little unsafe at late hours of the night.
Great small venue
It's pretty basic, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's a good place to hear electronic music because the sound has plenty of range and wattage.
Great small venue with plenty of parking. Sound and lights were good. Security staff was super friendly.
Great concert experience here. Staff was very friendly. Bar prices were decent.
One of my favorite venues to play at. Everything runs very smoothly, which is cool. Theres a light show cat there. Kills me every time.
the bartenders here are super nice! they always have great artists coming though. I love the vibe here.
Cool place good drinks Gallant was amazing
Great venue, they let you go outside for fresh air and have water available. Love parting here!
Great little venue for an intimate concert experience. Reasonable prices, and the staff were all friendly.
This is a great venue. The sound is awesome, the staff is friendly and the tickets are reasonably priced.
The music here was great! It only cost $20 to get in and the performers were awesome.
One of the best venues in the city. If you like underground music this is your spot!
They get some great acts here. If you have the chance to go to a Bohemian set don't miss out
Small, intimate venue. Good craft beer. Great lighting and stage set up. Always good vibes
One of my favorite venues in the city. Intimate, good beer selection, nice bartenders.
A fun small venue. Great music but the typical over priced drinks made it lose a star.
Nice local venue. Great for after-party shows after Variety Playhouse.
Excellent staff, amazing venue! One of the best sound and light systems in Atlanta!
Cool venue, needs better speaker setup so singer is not drowned out by music.
Staff is pretty nice and bathroom not bad. Bring ear protection in case concert is loud
Just took a live photo for someone
I've always loved this spot. Not too fancy for the average "everyday" yet open enough to diverse crowds! Ever since it was the 5 Spot #Str8Shootaz
Cool venue! Sound was a tad loud and a tad muddled but otherwise fun was had.
This is a really cool place to see a show. Clean, friendly. Easy parking.
The venue is decent, the parking lot is pay only. The acoustics were a drawback.
Great atmosphere, friendly bartender and door man.
Usually newer bands. Sound is terrific and the bartenders are the fastest and friendliest in town!
Great venue, even better sound, and perfect selection of craft beer
Awesome small venue with great acts staff and drink prices
Played a gig here with a band, simple venue that is 100% concentrated on music.
Great staff. Great shows. Great beer selection. What’s not to love?
great venue spot easy access and was really nice all around
Best venue in Atlanta!! Great music and tasty brews with an awesome staff.
Good size venue. Great sound and acoustics.
Average drinks, bands and service. Nothing special.
Intimate location which is great when seeing your favorite band but standing room only.
Sticky Floors. not a great sound system. but they do make strong drinks at the bar.
Fun place to here up and coming artists. Need some seating though
Small venue but sound system is great!
Always a great venue! Easily accessible with great parking
Bomb drinks and the concert was a vibe
Fantastic venue. Very easy to find and plenty of parking.
Great show and awesome atmosphere. Sound and lights on point.
Great spot for live music. The sound system is fantastic.
Great venue, parking is plentiful and is only 7 bucks.
It's a great cheap local place for good music and good sound!
Great House music recovery event!! Lots of options for relaxation!

Saw a show here. Cozy, affordable, clean restrooms, decent sound system.

More people should know about this place. Fantastic bar selection
Clean bathrooms, great beer selection, and good sound and lighting
Very professional staff! Kevin is great and the sound and lighting is always on point.

(Translation) I usually find it interesting and amazing to watch beatbox videos, but I came to visit because there was a beatbox competition in Atlanta where I am currently staying.
Aisle5 has a cool atmosphere and some experience of underground musicians. It was such an atmosphere.
However, the beatbox performance itself was different from what I expected.
Unlike what I saw on Youtube, most of the contestants overplayed the bass using the stage woofer. It was amazing at first, but it became difficult after about 30 minutes.
It feels like I'm constantly being hit by a giant's burp.. Guo uh uh uh buwaaaaak veeaeg only these sounds lingered in my ears, so it was so hard that I couldn't even finish an hour, so I felt a little sick on the way home.
Anyway it was a good experience
