DJ P-Lo is the best of the best! From the very start of our engagement Patricio was super easy to communicate with and eager to answer any questions. When it came to entertainment he was a class act! Amazing trumpet player, rapper and DJ - he kept our wedding guests engaged from the cocktail hour through dinner and big time on the dance floor. He even let me (the bride) get behind his equipment and wear his headphones / "deejay" for a song. Everything went perfectly and all of our top song requests were played. It was the best time and I had a ton of guests say they wanted his information for future events. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I am so glad that we used DJ P-Lo for our wedding! From the get go, he was on the ball and very organized, very professional, and very personable. He was able to help me curate my vision for our wedding through the usage of him and his services. We had a major change a few weeks before the wedding and he responded well, handling it perfectly! During the ceremony and reception, he was all we could ask for and even more. His skills with the music and seamlessly changing songs during the ceremony were perfect! His trumpet skills during dinner were also amazing and set the tone for our wedding even more! DJ PLO was the absolute best. Not only is he professional, experienced, and organized from the start he truly wants you to feel your best and enjoy your own wedding. I’m a huge music person so for me having good music at my wedding was a must. DJ PLO absolutely crushed it, he brought out the trumpet and even rapped a bit. I swear we got people on the dance floor that my family hasn’t seen dancing in years. Great at feeling the crowd and just a lot of fun. We cannot recommend DJ P-LO enough! We got married at Crest Pavilion in Asheville, NC of which Patrick had already worked with before. We had a friend perform the music for the ceremony outdoors and Patrick made sure everything was set up for them. For our outdoor ceremony, there were no audio issues which I frequently have seen happen in other weddings. During dinner, Patrick played some live music which was a very nice touch. Finally, the dance floor was filled for the entire reception and all our guests raved about the DJ after the wedding. Thank you DJ P-LO!!!

When you plan a destination wedding, its always a struggle to find the right vendors to match your needs and personality and vision for your special day. After being referred to DJ P-Lo from our venue, it took a quick Instagram review and 1 phone call to solidify he was the perfect DJ for us, and it helped that we all had connections to South Florida! We worked completely via emails & phone calls, thanks to location and COVID but never once did we worry about that. He put us at ease the entire way, offered as much or as little contact and advice as we asked for, and helped to ensure our wedding was not only a great party but also stayed true to who we are as a couple! DJ P-Lo brought some of the South Florida flavor to Asheville, kept the party going all night long, did some of his own rap which everyone loved, and brought out his instruments to bring the party up a notch at the right time! He put us at ease, made us laugh, and ensured our entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) was everything we wanted and more. 11/10 would recommend using him to any and everyone looking for a DJ, and would use him again if the opportunity comes up!!

We provided him with a Spotify playlist for the wedding with over 3 hours worth of music and he was able to expertly feel the mood of the room and pick the perfect combo of music to keep our multicultural family dancing the entire time. As an added bonus DJ P-LO performed some smooth tunes with his trumpet during the dinner and got the party going with his perfect cover of Bruno Mars, Uptown Funk. As a retired professional musician, I knew I would be super picky with our wedding music. I bounced between getting live music or a DJ and found DJ P-lo who is a great blend of awesome DJ, great musician (hello keytar and trumpet), and singer. He was the first vendor I booked because I knew right away I just wanted him to be the MC for our special day. Not only was he quick with responding he was very detailed with the whole wedding day process from arrival time, pre-music, ceremony, cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, and our last song. He meticulously timed every planned song perfectly and kept everyone dancing or entertained. Instead of stressing about playlists I let DJ P-lo take the lead on the whole day and he did an amazing job. DJ P-Lo was able to read the crowd well and adapt each song to the energy of the crowd to keep the party going. He even had a few songs for the salsa and bachata dancers in the crowd (per their song requests). During dinner he gave a great performance enhancing jazz tunes with his professional trumpet skills and then shattered the dance-floor with his energetic keytar and vocal abilities. Many of the guests commented about how this DJ was “like no other DJ they’ve encountered from other weddings.” Even more guests were so surprised on how I found a DJ who can sing, dance, and perform. The big comments for the weekend were “Your DJ was so awesome! Where did you find him?” and “It was the best wedding party I’ve ever attended.” DJ P-Lo is interactive, fun, energetic, and a talented musician. He did a very good job lighting our venue as well (Rumbling Bald Resort) and was well-prepared with a second setup due to our reception and ceremony site being a good distance away. Book DJ P-Lo and you will not be disappointed.

Patrick is a wonderful DJ and gave us the party of a lifetime! He was a pleasure work with before the wedding; getting our song lists organized and prepared, helping us pick songs to play! He is a genuine man who loves what he does! He provided our ceremony music, which was lovely. Given we got married outside, he did a wonderful job making sure the music carried across the field we were in and that it wasn’t washed out by the sound of wind or people talking. During the reception, this man got on the floor with us and played the trumpet, sang and danced with us! Our guests were floored by his enthusiasm and his ability to just keep the party going. The phrase “I love this DJ” must have been one of the most frequent things mentioned that night (and after!). Hardly anyone sat down! He kept the wedding paced and moving as well, keeping track of times for special dances, speeches and announcements. HIRE THIS MAN!! His packages are very affordable, especially for the quality of work that he provides.

We so enjoyed the entire experience with this Dj P lo He had a photo booth, he plays multiple instruments, and piano if you need it. He played the trumpet at my daughter’s wedding at The Grand Bohemian in Asheville. You fill out song requests for different times in your wedding Father daughter dance, the ceremony itself etc. so everything runs smoothly There wasn’t a single moment that no one was dancing once it started after dinner. I have had the pleasure to see Mr. Lopez play on several occasions, at two different venues. The first few were of him playing solo jazz piano with a little Latin infusion and it was absolutely amazing. My meal tasted that much better for I was eating to an upbeat tempo and tapping my feet. The other few were at another venue where he either played trumpet or piano as part of band. The food there was ok, but I don't go to eat, I go to listen. So much energy, such a good time. My especially loves going to dance and have a great time. While I have yet to hear him DJ, I'm am a 100% convinced that it would be phenomenal, I know whatever this guy puts his hands would be solid gold. If you haven't seen him play, then you are missing out and you should reevaluate your entertainment choices.

DJ P-LO was fantastic! He was the DJ for our wedding on 12/10/22. He did an excellent job with the Ceremony music, and then knocked it out of the park with the dance music for the reception. I think just about every guest made it out on the dance floor, because DJ P-LO made it such a fun party!! He has a super cool set-up that looked great. He also played his trumpet a bit, which we and our guests absolutely loved. It made the experience with DJ P-LO unique. We booked DJ P-LO because he was a preferred vendor for our venue and our venue coordinator spoke highly of him, and we are so glad that we booked him! Also - we added his Photobooth Upgrade and we are so glad we did. It was a HIT at our wedding! There were guests in the photobooth at all times and the pictures are so great. DJ P-LO's photobooth is easy to use, guests type in their email or phone number to have their photos automatically sent to them. He provides a backdrop and props. It was so much fun!
