Madison was absolutely amazing to work with! On the day of our wedding, the weather required a change of locations and Madison was so smooth and professional about making the switch seamless. Throughout the process of working with her, she provides thoughtful guidance and has little bonus things along the way that are such a nice touch. We felt so taken care and are absolutely thrilled with how our special day came together thanks to Madison!

Madison did a wonderful job getting everything ready for our elopement in Alaska. We wanted our ceremony to include our children and she did just that. She had everything ready for us and it all turned out as we wanted it. For our picnic she picked up pizza from the best place in town knowing pizza was the kids' favorite. She even got them each their own cute cups filled with apple juice to toast with us. Everything was so prefect! Recommend Madison 100%

Madison did an amazing job with event planning for our three day remote Alaskan retreat. She was extremely prepared and is so talented when it comes to making everything look beautiful. Madison turned our cabins and yurts into magical getaways with bedding, table sets, champagne and cheese boards, guest gifts, flowers and more. She made sure every detail was in place and that all our our guests felt welcome with her warm inviting personality. I have also attended multiple other events including parties, elopements and photography events where Madison always provides above and beyond service. Madison was our guide through the whole process of getting married. She made it so easy for us to pick our venue, photographer, cake, flowers, food, and had the best choices out there. From the helicopter flights, to the beautiful flowers, to the sweethearts table, to even being our ordained minister and marrying us! Everything was so though out and beautiful. We hired Madison as our day-of wedding coordinator for our small wedding in Seward, AK and had a wonderful experience working with her. Madison was able to alleviate a lot of the stress that comes with the month-out & day-of wedding/vendor coordination. She was also very generous with answering questions and providing suggestions the months/year leading up to our wedding despite being hired as a day-of coordinator. The only thing I would change about our experience would be choosing her full coordinating package over the day-of package, and I say that because she is so great at what she does it would have saved me even more headaches having her run the entire show! The day of our wedding she checked in on me numerous times as I was getting ready with my girlfriends which was so thoughtful. Madison went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling good about everything - she brought a great energy to the day. She even stepped up and used our polaroid cameras throughout our reception to capture special moments and ensure our 'polaroid vision' came to life since the guests weren't really utilizing them like we planned. We are very grateful to have worked with Madison!

Alaska Wild Hearts Events was the way to go! We were planning a traditional wedding, but the planning and coordinating process just wasn’t enjoyable. We decided to elope instead. My spouse and I LOVED working with Madison and Alaska Wild Hearts Events. Our elopement was the most beautiful day we could have ever imagined, and we strongly recommend AK Wild Hearts Events to any couple considering an elopement. We initially contacted Madison just 5 and a half weeks before we hoped to get married. Within that short amount of time, she coordinated everything from hair and makeup, to flowers, to food and cake, to our helicopter trip to a glacier. I simply specified my preferences on a short form and she took care of everything, taking all of our ideas and desires into account. On the day of our elopement in Alaska, flying conditions were too dangerous for the helicopter, so Madison came up with a beautiful alternative location. Instead of flying to the glacier, we got married at the breathtaking Beluga Point, followed by an intimate picnic at Alyeska and finally warming up with beers indoors at Girdwood Brewing. The back-up plan ended up being so lovely and fun that we barely missed the helicopter, but Madison still made arrangements for us to fly to the glacier later in the week at no additional charge with the photographer, Alexa. We put our wedding clothes back on and ended up with beautiful photos from our actual wedding day, plus additional photos from the glacier trip that we were able to take later in the week. After the elopement, Madison sent us a beautiful wooden box engraved with our names and the date of our elopement containing a set of printed photos tied in the ribbon from my bridal bouquet and a flash drive with all of the amazing images captured by Alexa. Our day was so special, I cannot thank Madison and Alexa enough. If you are even halfway inclined to elope, just do it! And do it in Alaska with AK Wild Hearts Events. Madison totally blew every expectation we had completely out of the water. A few months ago we reached out to her and, with very little input from us, she read our minds and provided the most magical, romantic, intimate, beyond-words experience. We booked a helicopter ride to marry on a glacier- worth every single penny and then some. Madison assisted us with a photographer, videographer, hooked us up with flowers and a gorgeous (and delicious) cake. We roasted marshmallows and cheered with hot chocolate literally in a winter wonderland. There was zero stress involved and it truly felt like we showed up to a fairytale made just for us. Not to mention, it was relaxed and Madison’s personality made it feel like she was an old friend of ours! We are not from Alaska, and would recommend this to absolutely anyone. From start to finish, she was working with my fiancee Brittany to do the initial planning, and white-boarding a general idea of what we were looking for and expected, to hashing out the minute details as we went along. She had great recommendations for photographers that she has worked with the the past as well as bakeries for cake options. And she works well when you throw in a change too! When we decided we didn't really like any of the cake options we were finding, and asked if she'd be able to provide a recommendation for a simple. tasty cheesecake instead, she found a phenomenal one! On the day of the event, she even helped Brittany get her final touches squared away before we got in the helicopter and flew out to Knik Glacier. Even there, she was a non-stop whirlwind - scouting out the best spot for the day, staging a fantastic, intimate picnic, including a surprise bottle of champagne on ice (Literally! 😃) and working with Donna to set up the location for the ceremony so that everything was photo-finish ready to go. Would not hesitate to recommend her and her services to anyone who is thinking about planning a wedding in AK! Thank You Madison!

You really don't have to worry about a thing - she has it covered. She really is a one stop shop and helps your vison come to life - even with the first dance, picnic, cake and flowers :) Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to take the helicopter to the glacier due to the weather - We were both bummed about that, as that was originally our vision but we hope to come back to Alaska next year to get the glacier experience we missed out on. We went from Girdwood to Hatchers our plan B due to Covid 19 new mandates. Even with our Plan B moved a entire wedding we had unexpected crazy weather! Our elopement was beautifully set up. The cake, floral arrangement, photographer and videographer chosen were all absolutely perfect and made the elopement look and flow beautifully. It was absolutely awesome to not have to worry about all of the nitty gritty involved in planning and organizing an elopement or wedding which made it even more enjoyable to show up and have a magical day. The flexibility in finding the location on site for the ceremony and picnic was also very cool as it still allowed us to have input on the big day. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a beautiful elopement. My only complaint is that I wish the picnic lasted a little longer as it felt slightly rushed; however, I do understand why it was quick since there was a timeline for the helicopter ride and whatnot.

I was a guest at a wedding Wild Hearts Events coordinated and was blown away by the attention to detail and the passion of the curator, Madison, who was able to make the event special for not only the bride and groom, but all of the guests. It was everything you’d have imagined straight out of a perfectly designed Instagram or Pinterest wedding but the delivery was exceptional, which spoke wonders. I’ve heard stories of events aiming ambitiously to represent things posted online that fall short, are impractical, or make for good photos but the guests are uncomfortable. Of the weddings I’ve attended, this by far was the most magical. There wasn’t a thing that was out of place or distracted from the celebration of love for the couple and they were able to enjoy the ceremony without having to be hands on in any way. The touches were all themed to the couple’s briefs and it was all very fluid, including the transition of the ceremony to the reception, coordinated within the setting sun, was unique and smoothly done within the same space. I was just thoroughly impressed by the cohesion of the whole event.
