This has to be one of the best electrical services company in the Tampa area. I tried several other companies before I found them, only to have Power Services LLC correct mistakes other electricians made. Power Services’ prices are extremely competitive, and their quality and advice second to none. For jobs that require it, or if you just want to do it, they will coordinate the electrical inspection with the County to ensure it was completed according to code. They will install, upgrade, replace and provide all kinds of electrical services. I have used them for indoor pot lights, outdoor and indoor fan lights, outdoor lighting, dimmers, and even upgrading to a 200 AMP Electrical Panel with Inspection, among other things. I have been using them for more than 10 years and never let me down, the owner of the company, Rich is one of those rare individuals who wants to make sure the job is done 100% perfect, even if it takes him a little longer. I recommend him highly without reservations.

Large tree branch fell from my neighbors front yard tree onto my side of the house, knocking out the street powerline and busting up the weatherhead and home powerlines. Richie & Mario from Power services came through in the clutch, working throughout the late hours of the night to get it up and ready, passing city inspections with flying colors. Highly recommended!!!

I've been using this company for close to 15 years before they became High Def.... The owner, Rich has exceptional skills and is extremely professional. I've done complete home re-wires, panel & service upgrades to all of my investment properties with his company. Rich has also done my home inspections on properties I invested in and pointed out several areas that were electrical hazards or needed upgrades for insurance reductions. I also had cosmetic lighting and state of the art, smart home upgrades. They fully automated my home. Wow! The pricing was fair, especially if you want the job done right the first time. The owner stands by his work and warranties it for a year. I've never had an issue. Rich is my go to electrician. By the way, he's also helped a few of my friends with commercial electrical work at their restaurants, warehouses and multifamily properties. I only write reviews after I've used a business several times, after consistency and quality have been proven. This guy is one of the good contractors and stays busy for a reason.

Rich was a breath of fresh air. He helped my family when our AC unit wouldn’t work because the breaker was bad. He came out at 9pm with his lovely daughter apprentice and took care of the problem right away. I could not believe I could get that kind of amazing customer service, much less that quick and late. I am now a loyal customer and plan on hiring him to do some upcoming work. I highly recommend. He’s the best!! Honest, trustworthy, friendly, and customer obsessed. I know my late grandfather who was an electrician sent Rich to us. I know he did, because he treated my family like my grandpa treated his customers. I’m grateful!

I had Richie and Mario come over, on a Saturday, to switch out light boxes so I could hang vans that I had already purchased. I expected a quick two or three hour job, but they went above and beyond switching out all of the boxes, hanging the fans with medallions (that they went out and purchased for me) and then taking the time to vacuum and clean up all of the trash. They took nearly 8 hours just to make sure everything was done right and looked good. Was very happy with the end result and their commitment to doing a great job. Will have them back to move outlets for mounted TVs in the near future.

Richie and the team at Power Services LLC are our go to electricians. We've used their service since 2014. With the first call being a late night "somethings burning" smell with a smoking outlet to an entire panel replacement. Richie is the true definition of a professional that you want in your corner, he's kind, dependable, offers competitive pricing, and a great warranty for all of their work.

I had placed on Sunday, several lights and appliances were flickering and would not stay on. Richie answered my call promptly and professionally and we scheduled an appointment the next day. He was able to work around my schedule, and quickly solved the problem once he arrived. Within an hour , it was fixed, and the price was very fair. My wife and I had a home built and were in the home stretch of the process (yes, filled with stress, frustration, doubt, buyer’s remorse...). After seeing multiple contractors/professionals drop all the balls they could, we were apprehensive about any new faces. Candidly, we felt like all of these professionals didn’t know what they were doing and offered shotty work quality. Richie, however, is someone who has underpromised and over delivered time and time again. He is a wealth of knowledge for all-things electrical and goes the extra mile to make sure we know our options and why he’s doing things the way he does. Despite being called to our home to inspect the GC’s wiring job, Richie also walked us through all of our options for hanging TVs, mounting speakers in the ceiling (and pros/cons about location of speakers, brands of speakers, prices of competitors), hanging lanterns/wiring on the exterior of the home and smart-home products that we hadn’t even considered. He shared with us that he’s an expert in far more things than just wiring - proved it - and won our business for all-things electric and electronics. We have since used him a half dozen times for things, now consider him “our guy,” and are happy to have him into our home. I highly recommend you call Richie first as you wont need to call anyone else.

My husband and I needed an electrician after hours for an electrical emergency. Rich answered the phone, he was very professional, well spoken, and highly knowledgeable. He pretty much figured it out over the phone. About an hour later he was at our doorstep. Once again, very professional and overall a very pleasant experience. After coming home from work, I discovered that I had some major electrical problems. It was about 7 pm in the evening and I wasn't sure if i was going to be able to find someone to fix my problem after hours.After searching online, I noticed that Power Services was on call 24hrs. I spoke to a gentleman named Rich who agreed to come out and troubleshoot my problem. Rich arrived about 30 minutes later and began to evaluate my problem. It only took Rich about 30 seconds to figure out what the problem was. It only took about 30 minutes to fix the problem. Thanks Rich for your fast and professional service.
