Kyle was very professional and is a great asset to your company. He enjoys what he does and for whom he is doing it. Kyle was also a good instructor to Jack his assistant on this job. Not only did he explain what he was doing but, also, why he was doing the job in such a manner. Overpriced 240v outlet install for EV charger. I had a 240v outlet installed less than 3 feet away from my breaker box for an EV charger. It was ok and way overpriced vs competitors. The 1st price I was quoted was in the $900s almost breaking $1000! The receptacle is a little crooked, but it works fine. Also, I was weary that the estimate was provided on site when I initially called to schedule. Every other company I got quotes from simply asked for info or pictures and Luminous was the most expensive, if not almost DOUBLE the price of all of the other quotes I got! I had to haggle and barter down just to get a final quote that was still $200 over the highest quote I got from others.Because they were already on site and wanted faster EV charging, I went ahead with it, and I'm sure that's a tactic, but also to cover themselves if anything changes in pictures vs estimates. Understandable, but again, I just was not happy with the price at all. Maybe don't tell them you're installing a charger for a Tesla and it'll be cheaper as a lot of others advised.

I originally requested a quote for batteries to be replaced in 7 smoke detectors. I was instead given a quote for 7 smoke detectors to be replaced over $1400.00 Later they gave me a quote for $60 a smoke detector for a total of $420.00 to change the batteries. Prices were slightly outrageous!!

Needed a light switch repaired and a couple of other services. I was able to schedule everything via text making it easy to do while working. Alex was very nice and helped talk me through everything. He wore booties over his shoes and left everything very neat. A little pricey, but for the professionalism, I have used Luminous before and will use them again for my next call.

Extremely professional, courteous, and well priced. Two young men arrived and quickly installed two light fixtures, took all boxes and trash, etc. in less than an hour. We did a Home Advisors search around 9:30 am, they contacted us within minute, and by 11:00 am the job was complete. Now that is unbeatable. Highly recommend!!!
