Christian did a superb job with our kitchen light install! He was on time, efficient, kind, polite, and CLEAN! He took the time to consider all options with the layout of the new lighting, listened to our input, and provided expert advice. He paid close attention to details, was personable and polite, and he respected our home as if it were his own. He did a great job cleaning up too! I've already referred I & C to a friend, and intend to call them again for future electrical-related projects! Andre and Christian have set the bar quite high for customer service, work ethic, kindness, and professionalism! Thanks guys!

Andre was very professional, informative, and timely. When he returned to complete the 2-man job, they were both friendly and informative....they took away the "stranger in my home" feeling and educated me along the way. I stumbled across them on accident, but I'm glad of that now. I had all types of wrong and old wiring in my house and they fixed it all! I highly recommend them and encourage homeowners with home warranties to recommend using I&C services to their warranty company for their electrical needs!

We had a lightning strike on our roof and lost most of our power - a bad and dangerous situation. Our standby generator was knocked out. We have a disabled son who depends on having power at all times. I called Duke Energy - they came and said "it's on your side." I called the company who installed our generator. They said "you're on your own." Then I called Andre of I&C, who had done previous excellent work for us and a neighbor. Andre, who was in the middle of a job, took the time to calm me and instruct me on how to work the breaker panel. It was like Apollo 13! He cared - he helped - we got most of our power back - and then he said he'd come to the house. Andre and his assistant Matt not only came when the said they would, they guided me in making the correct decision to buy a brand new, upgraded Generac generator. The lightning had damaged our current unit to the point where even if it could be restored to operating condition, I couldn't rely on it to protect our son. If you need an excellent electrician, make sure to call Andre (and Matt) because they won't let you down. This is a man who knew our family was in trouble and he came in like the cavalry and helped us. We will never forget what he did and will recommend I&C to anyone who wants excellent, professional and capable electric service. Thanks, Andre and Matt.

I hired I & C for 2 different jobs, indoor canned lighting and repair of outdoor wiring to my generator. The first job Andre, the owner performed, the second his employees. Both jobs I was very satisfied with. They say you can tell a professional by the quality of their tools. Well I can tell you he has the best. For the 2nd job I asked him to provide me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair the wiring to my generator. He made quick measurements and assessed the situation. He then went in to his van, turned on his WIFI, calculated materials and time and printed out an estimate within 10 minutes! Try getting an electrician to provide you with a timely estimate! You will not be sorry if you hire this company for any job. They are professional, reliable, and fair.

Then there was Andre Williams, and I & C Electrical. He showed up on time, dressed smartly, and with an impressively professional air. Without knowing anything more, I felt almost ready to hire him on the spot! However, Andre took great pains to check out our house, and submitted a precise quote that evening, along with pages of information and downloaded brochures about the equipment he would install. Also the quote for the job was a few hundred dollars less than 4 other electricians I spoke with. Communication was great from start to finish. Very happy with the service 10/10 recommend.
