After calling ten electricians and not receiving a call back or being offered an appointment days away, the lovely receptionist was able to figure out a way to get a technician over to our condo where my young adult (student) daughter lives within hours. She was without lights and AC in one part of our apartment and needed to get up and running as soon as possible. The technician Akeem arrived promptly and got her up and running within a few hours. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The technician called me to explain the situation and took care of everything including the payment right over the phone. It's so nice having a company that I can rely on and trust with my child being 1100 miles away. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend Force Electric. Both the customer service representative (Staci) & Electrician (Jaden) were very professional. Jaden was also very knowledgeable with the scope of work for the work he came to perform at my home. I appreciate Sam and his company. I called three electricians for this task. Two went straight to voice mail and the third (Force) picked up right away. They diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me the two alternatives. The appointment was just three days away so very timely. The day of they called and told me the plan. They called my home and mobile to make sure we were going to be around. The work was done promptly although they did have to go out and secure the proper lights which were not on the truck. But by noon we were fixed and have the issue solved.

I needed an generator kit installed for my home. I don’t know much about electrical work, so I got multiple quotes. I was told all kinds of crazy things and given all kinds of crazy prices. Some even told me it was impossible to hook up my portable generator based on my panel setup (I think they were trying to up-sell me to a whole-house backup generator). Then I heard about Force Electric from a friend. The owner Sam came out and gave me a free quote that was very fair. The technician Akeem was professional and quick. I haven’t tried it out with the generator yet, but everything looks great and the work came with a 1 year warranty. I would definitely recommend Force Electric!

I had Scott come out to install dedicated line for a swim spa. This required going into my attic (I live in Florida)and running a line through pvc to the outside. They even offered to dig up my aloe plants as they were where the line needed to terminate. What I liked best, other than the price (which, compared to 3 other estimates seemed much more reasonable) is that they were sincere in their politeness and courtesy. None of that fake,please the customer, placating tone, got right to work, cleaned up when done. Very pleased and will use them again if ever necessary and would highly recommend!

Sam is always professional and helpful when I call to schedule for work to be done. I never worry that I will be overcharged or talked into unnecessary work with him. Akeem arrived today and has done work for us before when we have called Force Electric. He was sent to install a replacement smoke detector (I won't go into why we needed it other than to say it went off at 3 AM and there was no fire or way to make it stop) and to replace and old ceiling fan that rocked when turned on. Akeem had to install a box in the ceiling and was very neat when he sawed through the popcorn drywall. I wasn't surprised at all with how well he did the electrical work. He's very knowledgeable and knows exactly what should be done. I don't use other companies because I trust these guys to do it right.

They are not completed yet becuase owe had a lot of work, but so far Sam and his crew are very professional! One of the best vendors I have worked with. They are curteous and Sam is so nice, reliable and honest even if for some reason in our case we renovated an older home so a lot of unknowns even with changes we came in close to budget and Sam and his crew were great about finding solutions to make things work without spending a fortune which is unheard of his staff is such a pleasure to work with! Mind you all of this was over the hurricane, so the professionalism was extra appreciated!
