We have hired Duncan Electric Contractors for our electrical needs for the 5 years we have owned our home. They have consistently been on time, were professional and efficient. While doing a house inspection for us when we first moved in, they uncovered an issue with our main line into the house which would have resulted in a fire had they not uncovered the issue when they did. After waiting for 10 days for a different company to make a return trip with a part we called Duncan Electric Contractors and explained what we were dealing with. A family of 5 down to one bathroom and an unused bedroom due to a bad circuit is hard to do! They had a tech here within the hour and repaired within 30 minutes!

Duncan Electric Contractors said the same but also added since we were local, if something opened up or a job was finished earlier than expected, they’d see if they could work us in. Next day, they called and said they could have someone at our house in 30 minutes. Work was quickly done and an item on our home sale “fix-it” list crossed off.

The 2 young fellows who could clean the conduits were gracious and made an intensive showing. They even took a preceding and after image of one of the channels they cleaned to show me the outcomes. No curve balls while paying the receipt and got a followup email from Mike to check how the cleaning went. Generally, extremely fulfilled and would almost certainly utilize them again for our next channel cleaning.
