He quoted, started, and finished the job within a few days. Super quick, which is rare, and did great work. When inspections for our home sale came up and something that was on our original quote from him needed fixing, I contacted him and he came out to fix it right away, even answered on vacation. Service was extremely easy to schedule and they actually showed up exactly when they said they would. All work was completed and working well when they left. They forgot to do one thing and came back the next day to fix it at no charge. Would highly recommend them for electrical service as they have been much more responsive than other electricians I have used in the past. Will absolutely called him again if and when services are needed. I was giving the price upfront before any repairs were done eliminating any surprises. Extremely satisfied I would give them five stars for sure .

When the motor on my grandmother’s pool went out we contacted Professional Electric and they came out the same day! The price was pretty reasonable. They ended up replacing the timer switch ( I’m not sure if that’s the correct term). Everything worked perfectly and then a week later the motor wouldn’t come on. We called them and they came out the next day, said the part was bad unfortunately, and replaced at no cost. Great accountability!!!

I had an issue with the wiring in my Garage and called Professional Electric. They set up an appointment and Mike arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Mike quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair quote for fixing everything, and completed the wiring and outlet replacements efficiently and professionally. The new installation looks amazing, works perfectly, and Mike explained everything in a very easy to understand manner. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends, as well as using them for any future electrical needs I have.

Thank you! Professional Electric Company saved me $$$. I called for service (half of my lights were out. I was prepared to pay whatever the cost. They were available to come out the following day. However, they informed me to call Entergy first (it may have been a “partial outage” in the area. Well, I call and reported “partial outage” to Entergy. Within the hour, ALL of my electricity was back on!!! Professional Electric Company could’ve easily made the service call, and made a mountain out of a mile hill. The company is now in my phone “contact list”. Will DEFEND be referring to family & friends.

Courteous Skilled Respectful of my property Excellent communication Yes, Professional!!! Mark and his assistant were top notch. They were polite and on time. Mark ran the electrical for my new hot water heater. He has a natural want to do things the right way. I appreciate the fact that he was flexible upon finding a breaker or two needed to be added to ensure the safety of the house. He fit it into the time that we had and did not put something important off to another day. I highly recommend Professional Electric and will use them in the future.

Professional Electric did a great job on my chandeliers. They installed (2) new chandeliers and also had to upgrade to a metal box in the ceiling that would support the weight of the new chandeliers. They were very careful not to damage my wood floors moving the ladders around the house. They also took great care installing the new chandeliers!!! Job well done!!!

This company is amazing. I had a contractor break my track lighting in my store while putting in a light bulb. After waiting a week for him to come back with a professional to fix it I decided to call an Electrician of my own to get it done. Based on reviews on yelp I called Mark at Professional Electric. First of all, he answered the phone !!!! and listened to my problem. He said he would try to make it the same day based on a job he was at or the next morning, I couldn't believe my ears that he would come so soon. He showed up the next morning at 10am, and had it fixed by 11:30am. It was not an easy problem because of old wiring and not enough power but he stayed on it until he figured it out and fixed it. He and his protege were truly nice guys and the fee he charged me was incredibly reasonable. His number is now in my phone for good. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Called Mark, yesterday, Monday 2/26/18 - he answered the phone right away and was out in about 30 minutes. Gave me a quote to install an outside junction box to install 2 Ring Flood lights and 1 Ring doorbell Pro. The quote was very reasonable and he came out the next day right on time and was finished in a couple of hours and DID A GREAT JOB. I am extremely happy with the work he did. He was extremely friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgable. They cleaned up after themselves. Again - I very happy with the whole experience and now I feel very secure with my new Ring products that Mark installed. Really this guy is the real deal. I am very grateful for his help today.

I called professional electric at 930am on a monday morning and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Mark replaced a bad outlet for my refrigerator. While he was there I had him remove an old hot tub wire that was exposed on my back patio. He did that for free. Great service. Professional. Highly recommend.

I called on a Saturday morning with an emergency issue. No one answered but Mark immediately called me back. I explained my issue to him and he suggested I call Entergy because it sounded like something was going wrong on their end. Entergy arrived within 30 minutes and repaired the issue! Although I didn’t work directly with this company, the length that Mark went to in order to resolve my issue was astounding! I will definitely use them in the future should a need arise.
