We've used Rivertown Electric on several occasions and have always found them to be professional, courteous, on time, and reasonably priced for high quality work. They've installed our ceiling fans, new light fixtures, new bathroom fans, and new smoke detectors throughout the house. We highly recommend Richard and his team!

When a storm brought a tree branch down, ripping the wire away and the electricity panel off my house, fortunately I called Rivertown Electric. Frank Lynch arrived that evening, restored power, explained what repairs had to be done and how the insurance claim, inspection, etc. would work. And it worked, notwithstanding repeated hitches with the insurance processing, which he patiently helped resolve. Frank knows not only his own trade, but apparently everything relevant about insurance, inspections, and Xcel Energy, too. He is more than reliable. But if I praise Rivertown Electric too highly, they'll have to be cloned to make everyone happy!

We had recessed lights installed in our living room and all main level fixtures updated. It turned out way better than I could've imagined and a lot due to their recommendations during the process. From initial consult to final result they were very friendly and easy to work with. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. There were several occasions where I had questions when finding fixtures and Rich took both phone calls and text questions and answered very quickly. They even fit us in before the holidays to finish up one fixture that didn't get shipped in time of their initial visit. We will be recommending them and using them again this spring for another project.

Rivertown Electric came to our rescue when updating a home that needed a lot of attention. They were prompt, professional and committed to working with us along with other contractors. They always did what they said they would do and communicated well with us. Work included replacing panel, outlets, installing new recessed lighting and new outlets in the kitchen. Absolutely fantastic work, installed recessed lighting in my living room and bathroom, and a garage heater. It's all beautiful, works perfectly, and they couldn't have been friendlier if they tried. They worked with me to make sure I stayed within budget and made sure I understood everything as we moved through planning the project. They even conference called me in with the techs from the smart light company to help me through the set up and stayed on the line until it was done. It is so comforting working with a company that I can trust but is also committed to doing to superior quality work. I will be calling them for any and all future projects, I can't recommend them enough.

I have often used Rivertown Electric and always have been more than satisfied with the quality of their work and the efficiency of their staff. Last night, after hours, I received a "panicked" call from a residential tenant. She had just completed a "large" grocery shopping, and after filling her refrigerator, the power to the refrigerator quit. I called the Rivertown Electric office and from the time of my call, to the completion of the job, it was less than 1 1/2 hours. The person who took my call, and the person who worked in the residence to 'save' the groceries, were both very pleasant. If there is MORE than a 5 Star Rating, Rivertown has it!!!

Rivertown Electric recently installed exterior and interior lighting for our new barn that will be used for training our horses. Pat listened to our needs, made some suggestions and Rich came out a few days later to review details and give us a quote. A few days later the first part of the job was done! Rich listened to our concerns about the interior lighting so we don’t have shadows and the lights he chose for both the interior and exterior are perfect! Every member of the team that came to do the work was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We won’t use anyone else for any of our electrical needs!

I had a great experience with Rivertown Electric Inc from start to finish as they did all of the electrical work on my new backyard patio project (new sub panel, hot tub hookup, kitchen island, outdoor tv). The initial site visit and estimate process lead by Rich was very professional, productive, and transparent including discussing options that I did not originally think of which resulted in a better product. Ryan and Eric performed the the on-site work and did a fantastic job. They were timely, efficient, performed high quality work, very clean, and flexed when needed to overcome a few small unforeseen obstacles with my project. I'm very happy with their work and would highly recommend them for any electrical job!
