An electrician from this company took the time to listen to my electrical problem (nonworking under-cabinet power strips) and identify a likely solution that would not require a service call. I took the advice and was able to fix the issue myself. The electrician also offered to take a look at the power strip through a texted photo. All in all very honest and helpful service.

Contacted them for an appointment online, they got back to me promptly and came over same day and provided an estimate to repair and restore the power to my detached garage. Work was completed within a week. Dan did a great job.

Shawn at Richfield Electric did a great job on my overhead to underground conversion for my power line. They even made me pipes for the electric and cable line to run up through. When Excel and Comcast came out to bury the lines everything was perfect with Shawn's work and they did it seamlessly. Finally we don't have overhead lines running through a tree in our yard!

I needed a 25 amp/240 volt line put in for a mini- split I was having installed. I left an email on their site and was contacted within two days. Shawn came over the next week to give me estimate. The work was completed the following week - great job and professional - my thanks to Shawn and Richfield Electric!!

The overhead light fixture in my dining room would not turn on about mid day. My dining room table is my home office! After my replacing the wall switch did not solve the problem I called Richfield Electric. They immediately answered the phone and Shawn and another nice fellow were at my door in less than an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. I will not hesitate to call Richfield Electric for any future electrical work.

My friend Jim was very happy with this company. An electrician answered the phone, made an appt at a time convenient for Jim, actually showed up on time, diagnosed the electrical problem in 5 minutes and fixed it professionally. Jim had previously called 2 other companies, and both times the electrician was no call/no show. Jim would recommend Richfield Electricians to everyone.

So easy to work with. My husband set it up sight unseen by sending photos of the work we needed done and they brought everything they needed, quoted us a fair price and came prepared. I was the middle man of the ordeal because my husband was away for training so I asked them a lot of questions via my husband and they never seemed annoyed. And they were super helpful! I definetly recommend! And they came out so quickly after we contacted them.

We used Schlemmer Electricians for the first time today. Shawn is the man! Shawn was on time, friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I rarely leave reviews.. because, let's face it, customer service isn't what it used to be, but in fact that is not true of Schlemmer, and definitely not true of Shawn. And, as the icing on the cake, the charge for the service was $120 less then what we were quoted. Thanks Schlemmer and thank you Shawn. Great doing business with you!!
