We called Diamond Electrical Services on a recommendation and were not disappointed. Not only did James show up that day, as promised, but he successfully figured out the problem and repaired it! He had quoted us a price on the phone and then gave us a discount after the job was completed! We highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future. I was impressed by my Diamond Electrical Services technician’s level of knowledge and professionalism. He showed up masked and with booties. Shares a ton of useful knowledge for maintenance and use of our heating system throughout the visit and diagnosed the issue with great accuracy. Ultimately a squirrel and a bird had died in our exhaust pipe and that was causing the heater to cut off. Awesome service!

Thanks James did a great job, definitely looked out and got the work done. If you’re a woman you’ll understand this part, I did not feel like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman literally talk to me and explain everything to me and was able to restore the power in my second-floor unit. I will definitely keep them locked in for future projects. I ain’t gonna lie, I was taken back by the price, but they worked with me to get what I needed done. Adulting is expensive.

Diamond Electrical Services was immediate with a response and scheduled an appointment quickly. We had a big job on a house with some very dodgy wiring and they did a great job installing a new box and sorting out our other issues. There was an issue after they left and they came back quickly with to make sure everything was done on their end. It turned out to be a problem on the power company side. Not sure another contractor would have gone through the trouble, but very glad they did!

Best experience ever with an electrical company. I needed two new junction boxes put in the ceiling of two different rooms, a ceiling fan moved, and nine lights installed. Two of these were extremely heavy chandeliers. I was given a quote before work started. The price was extremely reasonable. I'm really picky about things -- Donald was able to drop the junction box perfectly in the center of my powder room!! They were very communicative about my options on the other junction box and installed it well. All the work was completed in a very timely manner and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. I highly recommend Diamond Electrical Services.
