I needed to create an account fast to have accurate pricing to finish a quote for an upcoming project. I submitted a help request and was able to get access. That is not the amazing part. I received an email from the Director of Finance within 30 min of my help request checking to see if the issue was resolved. For someone at that level in the company taking the time to ensure I was getting the help I needed is outstanding. I highly recommend doing business with Standard Electric.
