From the first phone call to the end of our technician Josh’s home assessment, I was very happy with the level of help and information that Over the Moon had provided. They also provided multiple different options for us to move forward with which provided a huge amount of value (and saved us money). The technician Eric was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough check up on two furnaces, Provided me with educational information and helped me understanding how the furnace works. He also helped me changing the filters I have prepared, placed the log sheets on the furnaces for future reference. He did an excellent job. Josh came out and inspected the electrical panel that Cavin and he installed on December 28-30, 2021. He was very efficient and professional. We discussed a number of projects that we would like to accomplish and he provided excellent ideas and also quotes so we could prioritize them to fit into our budget. Mike H stopped by to provide system maintenance. He did an excellent job explaining everything he was doing and why he was doing it in terms that were easily understood. Often times repairman, can be a tad aggressive recommending service that may or may not be needed. I did not find that to be the case with Mike. Called to replace a dryer plug. There was a misunderstanding about assessing the situation. They charge for that along with the drivers gas and trip charge. He quoted me 200 on top of the 68.00 trip charge to find out the problem. He said they charge the assessment fee in case wires touch and he has to replace it or if any damage should happen during the assessment. That seemed unreasonable since that is their mistake and we pay for a professional who should know what they’re doing. After calling the office and verifying this is indeed how they operate I asked him again to just replace the plug. He did that finally. For 275 total including trip fee. So I’m not sure what I paid for in the end except it was 275. Next time I will hire someone who doesn’t charge 200.00 for their diagnosis Also, I had to get towels to cover my new washer and dryer because he placed tools on top that could scratch them and was leaning on my dryer with his big brass belt buckle. Nice guy and I talked to him about it. He agreed and said he would talk to his boss about providing a blanket to protect appliances.

Called because my furnace did not start running as expected in morning, leaving the house chilly. Called at 7:30 am and Mike arrived at 2:15. By 3:45, heat was back on after diagnosis and replacement of a key part. I always depend on Over the Moon and they always meet my expectations quickly and professionally.

Over The Moon seriously saved us. We sat with a broken air conditioner for 2 months this last summer. It got up tp 87 degrees and the company that we had planned to work with just kept stringing us along and wouldn't give us an official answer when we could expect our new unit. After we finally had enough, we called OTM. They had someone out THE NEXT DAY (it was summer still and I know they had to be busy). We had a new unit a day or two later. Since then, they've come for cleanings and tune-ups. Their staff are always so kind and explain things so well. Mike H. is an absolute joy. I don't typically write reviews, but I really, truly appreciate OTM and would recommend them to anyone.

My appointment window was given and Drake, the technician sent to our call was RIGHT on time. He was very respectful and professional the entire time. Ok, first of all, the company is very responsive and keep you up to date for scheduling and arrivals etc, so great customer service for two stars and one star for fair job done by the techs for the installation. But in terms of the pricing and management, I’m not recommending this company. We bought the annual membership plan and have someone came out for AC repair. Mike, the tech told me, it will cost $1200-1700 to replace refrigerant, then $300 for leakage check, and then cost for repair for any parts and labor needed, if not repairable, all the previous costs are gone; the other option is to install a new unit for about $5000. He pushed me to make the decision right away on the phone since their schedule is filling up quickly and the tenants need it fixed urgently. I told him I can’t for such commitment right away and need discuss with my husband. Later on we decided to replace a new unit. And I asked the options for the units. They told me there is basic unit costs $4600ish total and mid grade unit costs $4900ish total after the 10% membership discount. I asked for the details of the units. However, the representative on the phone can’t answer any details, but have to have someone calls me back. Finally I had mike called me back and decided to go with Amana (luckily they gave me the brand). But when I came in on the day of the installation, the unit in the place was the basic one, instead of the mid grade one. Another tech Austin kindly came out and brought the mid grade one they claimed, which turned out to be the minimal SEER 13. But after the installation, the tech told my tenant that the AIR duct needs to clean up for $1000, the air flow is reduced by 25% due to the dirty ducts and cleaning can save a lot on energy bill. Well, the dust needs to be at least more than 2 inches to reduce the air flow by 25%, so I believe that was false statement. And I called around about 6 or 7 companies for air duct cleaning, the quote is btw $270-800 for 1500 sq ft home, no 1000ish one at all around the town. All in all, my feeling is the company came out for finding problems instead of the maintenance (which is the membership for) and pull you put more money on the house. But for customer service and the service itself, the company did average above job.

We used In Phase/Over the Moon last year for electrical and AC repair work, including replacing our full electrical panel. When our boiler heating system was acting up in recent weeks, I didn't hesitate to call them to check things out. Mike and Brian thoroughly explained the issues with our 20+ old system, and provided me some options to repair or replace. Austin and team were out here within just a few days to install a new replacement system, and so far very impressed with the quality of the installation and system recommended including a couple of upgraded smart thermostats I requested. When we had an issue overnight with one zone of our heating system experiencing an air lock (some trapped air in one of the old radiator pipes), they had members of the team out first thing the next morning to address the issue. Overall, very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved both in terms of service and support. I love the ability to send them text messages with questions, and how quickly they respond. Just exchanged messages with their office asking questions about applying for Focus on Energy rebates, and they explained they'll file the applications for me as well as all necessary warranty paperwork. Awesome service!

My technician Drake did a fantastic job helping me out with electrical needs that were beyond my capabilities. He inspected the house for any glaring issues and gave me several package options for how much I wanted him to do depending on what price range I was most comfortable with, including a recommended package that would cover everything I wanted done plus some rewiring of old circuits that were unbeknownst to me in need of attention. He was also a pleasure to talk to while he was here. If I need more electrical help in the future I'll be sure to contact him again.

Showed pictures of possible service areas and made some recommendations. We received an estimate for the service areas later. Cleaned the area and left it looking great. We have used them to install can lighting and we were very impressed about how clean they were with the work they did. Highly recommend for services they offer.

I am so impressed by this company and the service they provide. I sent a request through the website after hours and immediately received an email response with a phone call the following morning. I lined up my appointment to have a chandelier removed and a new one installed, as well as a new outlet installed. Drake had come to install a new light fixture and had also conducted a walkthrough checking outlets in my home which led to recommending a whole home surge protector. The importance of this was to avoid damage to all major appliances in case an electrical surge had ever occurred; storm or other. This simple suggestion potentially saved my wife and I thousands! It's better to have and not need it, than wish to have had it and not in hindsight. I had an appointment scheduled to get a quote on updating our 100A panel, but a week before that appointment the main breaker decided to take a dump. I called In Phase and they had Joe out here in about an hour. He did a temporary fix and restored our power safely, then gave us the quote for upgrading the panel. The price was reasonable, and they were able to come out about a week and a half later. Joe arrived with Drake first thing in the morning and got to work right away replacing the service entry and 100A panel. I work from home so they provided temporary power so I was able to continue working. They were very professional and respectful, and did a fantastic job of everything. The workmanship is top notch and looks neat and clean. Afterwards they walked through the whole job and made sure I understood everything they did. I would definitely recommend In Phase and I would use them again on future projects.

Mike came out to perform a routine heating inspection before winter and discovered that the exhaust fan motor on our furnace was nearing its end of life. Called this morning because furnace was running, but no heat. Was able to get a tech between 2-5. They called and had an available tech by noon. Ryan was great! Very considerate and we shared some laughs. Explained everything to me and shared general concerns. Furnace is running, but will need to be replaced asap. Cavin did an excellent install of a switch and wiring for a garbage disposal. We had new plumbing installed during a kitchen remodel but we never had a garbage disposal before so we called Over The Moon. They had to reschedule my appointment to the next day, but called ahead of time so it wasn't an inconvenience. Good communication via phone, text, and email confirming appointment times. Tech (Tyler) troubleshot the problem efficiently, gave a quote on the spot for repair, recommended a little additional maintenance while he had the a/c unit apart for future reliability, and had the repair finished within a couple hours. Air conditioning repairs are never cheap, but pricing seemed fair for the work done.

I first engaged InPhase in 2019 because they were BBB rated. They performed some electrical work/upgrades on my house. I brought them back in 2020 for another round of electrical upgrades. When I bought a new house in 2021, I had them within five hours of closing to assess the HVAC and eventually install my new furnace and AC units. In a few days (closing +22 days), I will have 'Big Joe' come out to start the same process on the electrical infrastructure of the house. This group will probably be the last group I work with for my HVAC and Electrical needs while I still live in their service area. At this point, I probably have personally met every member of their team at least once. As a rule they are kind, patient, and (most importantly) knowledgeable about their areas of expertise. They take time to understand what I am trying to accomplish, assess my initially proposed plan, suggest that I add the things that I haven't thought about, and remove the things that won't add value or help me reach the goal I set forth.

Signed up for In Phase’s Gold Star Plan which gave us a discount on today’s work and all future work needed within a calendar year of signing up - very good value, especially since it includes HVAC tune-ups and a return visit in one year to re-inspect our electrical system again, including the work they did today. There was a minor hiccup in communication but the team was amicable and resolution driven - I sincerely appreciate it and will continue to work with In Phase in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family. I've worked with many electricians in my day to day work in industrial manufacturing. Union, NonUnion, UAW. I requested upgraded service at my new home which only had 100A service. Charged $700 for a diagnosis, and running a ground wire. No updated invoice was provided, company just added the amount to their partnered financing companies card. Will update review once management makes the correction. Installer left ceiling tiles out of place. Installer pushed install onto us by running ground wire so we weren't able to compare rates with local companies. Installer (Nate) and his manager arbitrarily came up with a price of $350 for the 15 minutes of time he ran the wire. There are much more reasonable prices and fair minded companies to choose who have integrity and don't force sales but inform you of what is needed. Was contacted by Manager (I believe his name is Shaun) and he was excellent in working with me to resolve the situation, so I've updated my rating.

This is our first home, we have only been in it for about three years. Our hot water heater wasnt working...my husband went to the basement to see if he could find the problem...he couldn't. So he reset the breaker, which in turn sent sparks flying!! We knew we needed a professional. He called In Phase...who sent Nate out right away! He was so great! He let us know everything that went wrong and also let us know how the old homeowners left us with "do it yourself" electrical!!! Needless to say there was a lot of work to be done. He stayed in our house for nearly 4 hours on the first day making sure he covered ALL our electrical and made sure we could run our hot water safely. The next day Nate came back with his coworker Dan...if we thought we were impressed the day before, let me tell you, these guys as a team...WOW!! They completely renovated our electrical system. Outside to in. They worked endlessly, until the job was done correctly (10 hours, without the break I thought they deserved)! By the time they left it was like they were part of the family! Our cats were checking their work and our very shy, small dog wanted them to hold her. Not only is the line to the house now up to par, the breaker box is twice the size it used to be (in a new safe location, labeled 100% correctly), we have a new outlet for our sub pump (which wasnt included in the price, but they charged us the same as the quote). They absolutely went above and beyond!! Nate and Dan brought a generator so we could still have electricity, they changed their shoe covers everytime they came in, they plugged everything back into our outlets after the generator was no longer needed, they vacuumed, reset all our clocks, and even cleaned out my dryer vent! I am sure there is more positives I am missing, but the most important thing is they made our home safe! They will be back, we need some over head lighting done and 3 prong outlets!! A sincere thank you from my family to In Phase electrical, but most importantly to Nate and Dan.

We were struck by Lightning and it fried some our electrical. We contacted In Phase Electric & Air, LLC for a Diagnostic. They dispatched Joe and another tech, I cant remember his name. But, they did an outstanding job isolating the problem. After receiving payment from Home Owners insurance we set up a date to have it all repaired. Joe and the other Tech came back out. Arrived Promptly at 8am. They began working and had to cut my Patio to run a new line. Little did we know the patio was reinforced with metal. So needless to say they got there Butts kicked. However they got it cut new under ground pipe installed. Joe left around 6 pm. Joe was able to return a few days later to finish the job. Once again, arrived promptly. Took him another maybe 3 hours to complete the Job. In Phase Electric & Air, LLC and Joe were very easy to work with. Great communication throughout the process. Will Definitely be contacting in the future for some other work I would like done.

Nate showed up on time, explained everything in detail and laid out a 3 tiered price package consisting of how much it would cost to do what I needed done, what I should get done, and what everything to get done would be. In addition they offer interest free financing to those qualified which i took advatage of. I initially called to redo various things in my basement in preperations for a home theater im putting in. After having a good conversation with a Nate though, I opted to get a new service panel, new power mast and new feed in to completely update my service as it is original to the home that was built in '66. Its always stressfull as a homeowner choosing a company for a major update because there are so many options and it always feels like a gamble. I would highly recommend In Phase for your electrical needs and they are going to be my go to electricians for any future project.
