We were impressed with Rodney and Mike. They did quality work and put some thought into outlet/switch location. An honest mistake was made during the service call. They let me know immediately and there was no hassle with making the situation right. We wouldn't hesitate to make use of their service in the future.

Customer Service-2 out of 5 Price-5 out of 5 On time arrival-3 out of 5 Job Time-5 out of 5 Knowledgeable-5 out of 5 Tidiness- 4 out of 5 They did a good job fixing the issue fairly quick, only thing kinda not great was they showed up before lunch when I was told they would be here in late afternoon. Was also told would get a call 30 mins before they arrived which I didn’t get, so if I had not been here would have missed them. Customer service needs a little work at least on the technicians that visited my home. No hello where with so and so what kinda issue are you having, just in what’s the problem ok, and the other guy said nothing the entire time. After finishing had to ask what caused the issues because wasn’t really getting any details on why it happened only having me sign and taking my payment. After leaving no have a nice day just out the door and gone. I know it’s meaningless stuff but good customer service goes a long way with repeat customers. All in all I would still recommend there service to getting electrical issues fixed because in the end the main thing is the issue was corrected quickly and Correctly with a fair price.

Great service. Saved me $600 versus a competitor. The techs were great too. Very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it plus they showed me everything thing as they were doing it. To me that's honest great service. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Called Payne on residential work, guys came out on time and wore feet booties for carpet protection on a rainy day, did a outstanding quick job on the electric and the price was very fair and within limits quoted on the phone! I will use them again in the future!
