I was in a jam and needed to get the work done quickly but not an emergency. they indicated the job could take 5-10 hours which is why the costs was so high. ultimately i said yes and the work took less than three hours. while the work was fine, the costs was 2X the normal market. the next time, i would just wait and use someone else.

Paul and Leland were here until almost 7 pm..digging a trench in the rain! They finished this complicated job in 1 day and gave me 3 different options for service options. I am extremely happy with the work and they were both very kind and professional. Paul was here first and he was quite knowledgeable on the service we needed. AND...I don't remember the dispatchers name but she was so helpful and showed compassion when I called and was upset thst we had lost power in part of the house

Paul came out and looked at the wiring for our light fixture, came up with a plan, and worked quickly. He was very polite and professional. This company doesn't charge by the hour, instead they charge for the service. I'm not sure if it is less or more expensive that way, but the pricing was reasonable. Most importantly, we needed someone today because our house is old and any electrical issue needs to be addressed right away. This company was the only one that could come out in a few hours, not a few days.

Paul and his apprentice, didn’t catch his name. came out to install a 240 line to my split ac unit. Didn’t have enough room in my box so he gave me options and a professional opinion on how we should do it. Decided to go with adding a breaker box split off to open up some more space. They installed the box and ran everything over to my unit and it looked awesome. Paul and his fellow apprentice where spectacular, very professional and excellent customer service. The price seemed extremely fair for the amount of work needed and I can’t express enough on how good they where, would recommend to anyone that needs work done and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had some receptacles and a light switch that were not working properly so I decided to call the professionals at Mister Sparky. Brad and Steven came out on time and explained the diagnosis, what it would require to repair, as well as the total cost. They did a phenomenal job on this repair and went above and beyond to ensure that this would not happen again. They also took extra time to answer any and all questions. The repair comes with a 3 year warranty as well for added peace of mind. The cost of repair was about what I expected. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone and would use them again for any future electrical repairs or service. Very satisfied with the service Brad and Steven provided...professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly completed the work to my satisfaction.

Jonathan Bowman and his helper, Danny, called ahead of arrival and arrived on time. They were both very professional and helpful. I was given several options for the repairs needed and was totally walked through exactly what they would be doing. Once we decided on the correct option for me they went to work. They worked until all items were completed to my satisfaction. They explained if I had any problems going forward to call them and a service person would come out and check on the problem at no charge. I couldn't be happier with all they did, the time it took for the repairs, and the professional way they handled themselves. Jonathon was beyond professional. We had blown a main breaker on a Sunday afternoon and had no power with a 5 month old baby at home. I called several of our local electricians with no luck until we found Mister Sparky. He arrived in a timely manner and quickly got to work diagnosing and providing solutions to our problem. 4.29.21 We've had various contracted services at our house since buying it four years ago because it began to show it's age or lack of upkeep. We experienced two men that were Outstanding in electrical services! We went with Mr. Sparky without regret, they sent two of the most knowledgeable and personable young technicians that truly reflected the objectives of this company ! James Taylor and Zachary Henry were diligent, demonstrated expertise, and professional from start to finish. We gave them 5 lighting fixtures to install, a wiring run, outdoor lighting, add a electrical panel surge protector, but biggest job of all were two chandeliers with 15+ ceilings to replace outdated lighting. I doubt there is anything these two couldn't do. DO NOT HESITATE to use Mister Sparky but if you get these two gentlemen, don't be surprised by the professional performance and representation of the Company !

Mr. Sparky was great -- they were able to come the day after I called, they arrived within their 3-hour time window, and they resolved the issue within 90 minutes (we had lost power on a circuit, and they had to explore in the attic to figure out where the problem was). Also, they were very nice, and they came with their masks on and also wore booties inside the house. I had a previous electrician arrive without a mask, complain about wearing one, and then take it off while he was inside the house! Thank goodness I didn't have to worry about that with Mr. Sparky!

My fan/light unit went out at an airbnb property it was an on the fly issue and with extremely limited windows of time to get someone in to replace. Expectations were met plus some with the entire process start to finish. I called after minimal research (thanks to google reviews) and the operator was incredibly helpful. I called in the afternoon and they had the availability to get someone to me next day. I asked tons of questions and she was able to answer all of them. I picked out replacement fans on my own but they offered to have the technician source them for me day of. Jonathon called 20 mins ahead of the appt just as the operator promised he would, was timely, tidy, efficient, and friendly to top it off. In and out in about 1.5 hours start to finish in between a guest checking out and before the next one checked in which allowed me to keep my listing running as normal during repair, well exceeding my expectations! 12/10 across the board.

Let's start from the beginning. Another company we hired a contractor and had subpar work that we paid for and failed inspection. What to do? Call Mr. Sparky. Brooke in the front took my call and found an opening for today. She could have just charged me for a same day emergency service but she took the time and found a regular spot. Honesty. Check the box once. Daniel Grose came out (with a 20 minute call ahead) and in ten minutes we were diagnosed. Went through everything, gave us to up-front estimates and spoke professionally and personally about his thoughts on which one was going to be good for our situation. He even said he would not see the need for the costlier option instead of trying to sell us on it. Honesty. Check the box twice. He could not have worked more diligently or harder if he tried and within a few hours we had a meter box replaced, a second no longer needed, and a cohesive and inspection grade circuit setup in our original panel. Took care of getting LGE contacted and had us on the list to get the power back on by the end of the day. I see the reviews that are negative below and complaining about the price. Remember if you want to pay less for subpar work, please feel free to and learn the hard way as I did. If you want it done right the first time and get what you pay for, you call Mr. Sparky. If I ever found a business that I can honestly say that I would send my family to, it would be Me. Sparky. Thanks, Daniel!

I bought this 90 year 2 story house that needed a lot of work and the electricity needed to be upgraded. There were several extension cords in the basement and they put plugs on the walls and fixed the lights and they wired the garage and installed a 200 amp breaker. Then they swept and vacuumed. They were teriffic!

I cannot say enough positive comments about this company. I truly can't. I had problems with my electricity on a Sunday. My call was answered by an actual person and within two hours, Cliff was standing at my door ready to help problem solve the situation. He took his time to study the possible problems. He told me best case scenarios and worst case scenarios. He waited the entire time until LG&E showed up to confirm his findings. With my situation, unfortunately it turned out to be the worst case scenario but Cliff walked me through every single step and all of my options. Saying I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Cliff shared his cell phone number, answered all of my texts and constantly followed up with me for if/ when the county inspector was to contact me or come out to my home. He even helped my son get the generator started up for the night. That is someone that went way above and beyond any expectations I've ever dealt with in a company. It is with HIGH recommendations that if you have ANY electrical questions, issues, or concerns that you contact Mister Sparky. Hopefully you will get Cliff, but as professional as all of their employees were then I would truly trust anyone that Mister Sparky sent to my home.

Cliff arrived and was sweet, understanding, courteous, and professional. He made suggestions to help us out with the price and went to work.
