Andrea CottonStarted the job, then after thousands of investments, they determined they wouldn’t be able to complete the work unless we authorized a second contract (doubling the price of the initial job). Poor communication, poor service, all around very unhappy. Will have to hire a new electrician to fix what they started.
Edit: owner contacted me and made a plan to restore power with a discount on the labor. Project was finally completed to satisfaction but definitely took way more time and money than originally planned.
