Just purchased my first Onewheel 4 days ago. I went with the new GT. Joe at WheelZen made my decision very easy because he let me demo it and compare it to the pintX. I love my new ride. Keep looking for excuses to ride it and it's pretty much the only thing I've talked about for days. This is the most fun I've ever had commuting to work and it just looks so dang cool. I absolutely can't say enough about the amazing service I received and I highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing an electric scooter, bike, or skateboard to visit WheelZen. They know what they are talking about and they have a shop where they can take care of maintenance and repairs. Thank you Joe. I will definitely be back to buy more accessories in the near future.

This place looks like a pretty dope shop! I wish I had known about it sooner. They have OneWheels, Scooters and even Drift Trikes! They even have Shredlights for a decent price, not to mention a bunch of stickers and riding gear too. I'll definitely end up coming back here and spending money I probably shouldn't!

Picked up a Onewheel GT from them and was the right choice after Joe’s very helpful info about the basics and features. Do not buy online and go see Joe to dial in what you want and why. Great shop and support.

I had already been shopping around online trying to find any motorcycle or scooter repair shop that worked on electric scooters, many already said no because they only work on scooters that have fuel. I found this company through the Internet, I decided to give them a try and just stop in with the scooter I told him about the problems I had with a rear flat tire, as well as the brake problem on my scooter. Joe, one of the owners was present started looking at it check to see if he has a Tire also to see if we have the other part to fix the break, we went over options that he could do, Simply put. Overall a five star hands-down Service. Very reasonable prices, and again exceptional customer service. I found a new place to service and maintain my electric scooter. All I've got to say is Jamie is the man. Jamie and the shop guy they're the people to talk to for all your scooter things. Friend of mine and I have been on tour for the last month and we have finally found a scooter place that is real genuine we googled his reviews were happy showed up today ended up buying two scooters plus many accessories and got treated more than fair cheers

Wonderful shop! I really enjoy visiting a business that the owners are involved personally and care so much of their clients. The place is beautiful and give vibes of playful and fun as you walk in there . The people there are even better. They helped me find my oneweel and was super patient. I tried 2 different ones (a few times) And avantualy after driving them crazy lol found my best fit. I have to say they were a lot more patient then expected and I am very grateful.

Never rode a onewheel until today. I also have never expirenced life until today. Jamie took his time explaining the wheel to me. (Showed me the pint x and the different gt models) once he taught me how to ride it, I had to have it. Would reccomend this shop to anyone!!!

Amazing place! Super accommodating! I came on a Saturday to rent a one wheel (I'm very try before I buy and haven't been able to find a single place that rents them until I found WheelZen Rides). They took their time to show me the ropes, activation, navigation, and of course safety!!! Came back Monday and purchased a new Pint X! 100% come by and see for yourself Joe and Jamie will not disappoint! Their prices are great and amazing service!

The Dudes at WheelZen Rides are awesome. I went in to buy a OneWheel Pint and they were so helpful from the moment I stepped in the store and until I left. These guys are top notch. I love when you have experience with a vendor they makes you step back and go “Wow, these get my business going forward, no question.” Plus the shop bulldog makes it even better LOL. Today I watched the owner take a couple out that was considering a purchase of a scooter or a Onewheel. He taught them how to ride, and counseled them on what to purchase. No pressure, no stress. This was while helping me get some parts and repairing a few other customers rides. Great attitude. Who does that these days?!? Only the best.

Every body there was amazing and super nice, and when I was buying my scooter they showed me a full step by step walk through on the whole scooter, they also showed me how to tighten the bolts in the bars so they wouldn't stop moving, overall it was a great experience for my first big purchase and I recommend this shop to everyone.

I have had my Voro eMove scooter serviced here twice. The prices are very reasonable and the shop owners are superb. Great place to find a new eScooter, One Wheel, or have your etoys serviced. Much better to go here than a bike shop since they eat and breath electronic mobility stuff.

Went in this evening to purchase my first ever OneWheel. I experienced what I can only describe as the best customer service I’ve ever received in a shop. I was able to do a try before I bought ride on one to make sure it was for me. I was taken step by step through the product and felt completely relaxed about taking the OneWheel for a spin for the first time. Needless to say I left having purchased a very nice PintX with a few extra mods, because why not hey! 10/10 would recommend these guys!
