Nick was very helpful and informative when giving an estimate arriving in person. He answered all my questions and or concerns and offered a very fair price for the work. The young lady booking the appointment for me was friendly, empathetic, and offered assistance when I had to reschedule due complications with the receiving of my equipment for install from an outside vendor. Marcos who conducted the work was extremely helpful, professional, and very informative and was willing to answer all my questions. Overall service, quality, value for money, professionalism, and the team was top notch! I would recommend using them if you are in need of solar service, Tesla charger install or any electrical work! Great Job! 👍

This is the second time I have used EE&C. Once again they were amazing!! I called them the day prior to see if they could fit me in for this week. Individual was polite and friendly and said, “no problem, we can come out tomorrow morning.” HUGE weight lifted off of me. Joe let me know when he was on his way. Arrived exactly as scheduled. Listened to what I needed done and took care of it very quickly and efficiently. He is such a nice gentlemen and answered a couple electrical questions I had on another matter. I would recommend Elite Electrical in a New York second. I had to reschedule several times because of work. They never became upset one time and were so accommodating to my needs My technician was Joe who was not only knowledgeable but extremely polite. Joe was amazing... he went above and beyond to double check that all my outlets were working. Unfortunately, the contractor that renovated the house screwed it up so bad that one wasn't found. He worked hard and was efficient in making sure everything worked and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. I have gone through 2-3 different electricians and none provided the efficiency that Joe provided.

This is the second time we’ve needed to call you for electrical repairs, our condo is under a home warranty. My husband asked that all the outlets be checked since we’re not confident in the system. The service tech wanted to know “which plugs” and seemed annoyed/reluctant/unsure on what to do. I’m not an electrician, I told him we were concerned as we’re leaving town and didn’t want the house to catch fire with our house sitter. He was still unsure/reluctant. He did tighten another outlet. Isn’t there a way to go around and test the plugs to make sure they’re safe? I’m not sure what I should have said-

This is the second time I have had the opportunity to hire EE&C. I have been really happy with the results both times. Joe and Marco were on time and installed six new LED low profile lights in my garage, replaced two older exterior lights with LED replacements and ran exterior conduit and outlets for our soon to be installed drop shades. I really appreciate people who are knowledgeable and professional, who also charge a fair price. I highly recommend them for small or large jobs where you need it done right.

The office texted and the electrician called before he showed up...he said he will be there in 15-20 minutes and he was! He checked the outside box, the outlets in the garage and bathroom that were not working. He detected and fixed the problem. He also advised on installing another outlet in the garage. He was very courteous and respectful. Thank you and we'll use you again if the need arises.
