This morning, David Moore, of Blue Apple, removed the existing fluorescent light fixtures in my kitchen and replaced them with new LED fixtures. He was on time, EXTREMELY polite, professional, easily answered all my questions and even cleaned up the boxes and debris before he left. I have been using Blue Apple for all my electrical needs for about three years and have been completely happy with their work and their staff. I used them recently for some plumbing work, also, and was completely satisfied. They even saved me a lot money on the plumbing job. I plan to continue to use Blue Apple in the future and recommend them to others.

Our technician, Sean was absolutely a pleasure! He took no time resolving our initial issue. After that was resolved he installed a new electrical outlet on our patio in no time at all! Work looks amazing and he cleaned up after he was done. We sincerely thank him. From the first call to customer service up until our service day, all the employees that we encountered were extremely pleasant. Chris Ivory was the technician I had at my residence. Chris is professional, punctual, personable, knowledgeable, fair, patient, and has high ethical standards. Chris takes the time to explain his work to clients and is transparent about what to expect and the costs associated with each job. I haven't met any of the other workers for this establishment; however, I can tell you that Chris puts a very positive light on this company. Chris is definitely management material. One thing to keep in mind is that the prices are a bit high; however, at least in my case, knowing that Chris will get the job done right gives me peace of mind.

We recently purchased a home.. The HVAC system was 20 years old and replacement was inevitable. After a complete evaluation and education on our situation we decided replacement should happen sooner rather than later. The installation process went quickly smoothly and professional. The team that put it together was courteous, respectful for our home, and left it in good condition. We did not rate the quality of the unit at this time because we simply have not had it long enough to do so. What we will say is that it made an immediate difference in the comfort of our home. The installation was done by the sister company, YES Installers, who actually took time to dust and vacuum before they left. I love this company. I will use them again!! Very great customer service on the phone and the electrician and his apprentice in training were awesome w explaining everything and repairing it. They also did an entire home electric inspection at no additional cost. They gave me the senior citizen discounts as well. I highly recommend this wonderful company. He was on time and communicated well. He had to get some parts from a hardware store and went into the attic for a bit. He asked where I wanted the lighting installed. We talked about options and he was easy to communicate with. Looks great and of course there’s way more light where it used to be dark. And he cleaned up after which I appreciated.
