I’ve been wanting to get a solar system for the house for awhile now, but I found it difficult to choose a reputable company that offered the very best for their customers. However, after working with Thomas Gill the decision was clear. The overall solar system installation had been clearly explained beforehand, the low cost is reasonable compared to electric, the use of high quality equipment, and let’s not forget about their 25 year warranty, which is very reassuring. Bell does all the work, they worked with my HOA, so I didn’t have to. A tech came down to inspect, and about a week later I was completely solar. I’m a very satisfied customer, and thank you for supporting our nations veterans.

So last month I Cody over at Bell Electric call and schedule a meet up to explain the benefits of solar and working with Bell. I was sold on his presentation, very professional, and so far even the office staff has been friendly and well versed. Today I've got my panels on my roof, every part of the experience has been amazing, no surprises, and working with Cody has amazing as well. 8-6-2022 So far so good. I decided to go solar and go with this company. They always keep me informed as the project progresses. Josh, Michael, Vanessa, Victoria, and Carlos always keep me in the loop. They handled my HOA for me and their work will be inspected soon. Above and beyond in my opinion. I'm glad I went with Bell. Michael was my salesman and I would recommend him and Bell Solar to anyone. Carlos their electrician is well informed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Carlos also takes pride in his work. A characteristic difficult to find these days. This team communicates well and it shows. Will update review again once it's up and running. DDS.

Update: Following my review, Bell Solar & Electrical did initiate contact with me and promptly completed the repairs on my roof in coordination with a licensed roofer. Even though it took way more effort on my part for this to happen, I am now satisfied with this resolution. I increased my review to three stars to recognize how very satisfied I am with the solar installation and performance of the panels in generating power to reduce our electricity bills. ********************************************************* I can't comment or review Bell Solar & Electrical for general electrical services, but I do strongly suggest not using them for solar panel installation. Bell Systems installed solar panels on my house in Henderson last year and during the installation broke or cracked dozens of roof tiles and then completed the project while assuring me that my new panels and roof were fine. They knew I would not go on the roof and perhaps never discover the damage they did. Initially Bell Systems accepted responsibility for the damage they did to my roof after repeated contact from me and performed the first stage of repairs. That was over a month ago and now they don't return my calls and have made no contact with me to complete the project. In short - Bell Systems is probably a good electrical company but they will not support their services after completion and they should not be trusted on a tile roof!

Breann and Jesse even helped find the best roofing company to work alongside because we needed a new roof too. They coordinated with the roofers seamlessly, got us excellent pricing and wouldn't settle for anything less than top notch work. I would recommend Bell to anyone! Go solar. Recently purchased a solar system with Bell, and it was a great experience from start to finish. You can tell it was definitely a team effort. The price was on par with other companies here in Las Vegas, but having electricians install your system is the smartest move you can make. It was a pleasure working with everyone, from sales rep (Breann), owner (Alexia), and point of contact for install (Estevan). They made installation and contact with NVEnergy seamless. I've had the system for almost 2 months, and my investment has saved me a lot of money during these hot months in Las Vegas. They're definitely worth a call and your business if you're considering Solar.

We were looking for a reliable solar company for our home and found Bell Solar. From the moment we met the sales agent and saw his presentation, we knew this was the right investment for our home with the right company! Bell Solar was easy to work with, and financing everything through them was easy. Within 3 weeks of signing, the top of the line beautiful panels were installed. The crew was professional and cleaned up afterwards, even taking pictures to prove there were no broken roof tiles or debris remaining. The switch over from Nevada Energy to solar was super easy. Bell Solar even painted the conduit on the side of the house to match and added bird and critter protection. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bell Solar to anyone who wants to add solar to their home!

My experience with Bell Solar was phenomenal. I had an incredible experience from start to finish. The sales rep, Juan, made sure to tell me that he would never over promise and under deliver and no matter what that Bell would be in communication at all times. I had about 8 other bids from other companies. Bell’s price and product made sense. Juan had competitive pricing, superior panels, and more knowledge to share in regards to solar. Plus, they are actual electricians. I recommend Bell to anyone looking for solar to be done right.

They're great when you are signing the contract, however, they lack to inform you of the amount of energy you will be producing. We are not only having to pay against our loan but to NV Energy as well. When you reach out to them to attempt to resolve, they will talk to you to tell you how you, the consumer are wrong and will fail to reach back to you with alternative resolutions. Its been a week since we've heard back from them and have sent 4 follow ups. RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UPDATE TO MY PRIOR REVIEW: It took some time and we ran some tests. Ultimately, our solar panels are generating power as they should. Before signing, we made it clear that we wanted to keep our pool solar heating and if it made sense, install solar panels. Our sales professional guided us through the process and assured us that if we installed 20 panels (which is what we purchased) This would generate enough power for our home. The information he provided was incorrect. Needless to say, our sales rep is no longer with Bell and they did try and resolve the issue, however, we would need to remove our pool solar and purchase additional panels for us to be "Off the Grid". We appreciate them trying to resolve the issue, so I changed my initial review from 1 star to a 3. I'm still disappointed that our initial investment falls short as to what was promised but am still pleased with our decision to get solar. They were very quick and professional during the installation process. I would recommend doing a final walk over after the installation is complete because we did find a few broken tiles when it was all said and done. They did fix those tiles when brought to their attention. I would also periodically check the app to ensure the solar panels are functioning as they should.

Awesome company with amazing people! Through the whole process of getting our solar installed we were communicated with clearly, there were no surprises, and everything was done in a timely manner. This is our second time getting solar and the first experience was horrible with a different company so we have something to company Bell with. One thing that stood out the most to me is how even after the solar is installed Breann and her team are still more than happy to answer my calls and texts to help me understand my NV Energy bill or anything else that comes up. I would not recommend any other company for solar because Bell will really take care of you and work with you to get everything you need done in your home, perfectly!

I was beyond thrilled with this company. Breann & Jesse came to my home and exceeded my expectations. They really made me feel like I was my own tailor of my personal solar system and I had control over my projects details. They built me a beautiful 25kw system, 400w Solaria panels with no premium up charge (like most companies), complimentary critter guard with no up charge, they upgraded my electrical panel to a bad mama Jamma 400amp. This company was over communicative every step of the way. I sat with several companies prior and consider myself to be a pretty knowledgeable buyer. I think I was most impressed with the fact that I genuinely felt like we were family and trusted they’d be around for the long haul with me. Whenever I had an issue or concern, they addressed it head on. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and I have such a respect for this group of young people who are hungry to satisfy homeowners and not take shortcuts! Can’t say enough!!! My bill was $570 before Bell Solar, my first bill after going solar, $48!!! I expect it to be lower every month! Stop your search and go with this locally owned and operated company!

I had amazing experience with Bell Solar. Quick and easy process from inquiry to installation. I was consistently contacted throughout the process to ensure that I understood the next step, what to expect, and ensure I didn't have any questions. They paid for an upgrade on my thermostat to a Smart Thermostat, as well as replaced my electrical panel, on top of the Solar Panel installation. The team from the front end to the back of the house was accessible for any questions or concerns that came up. Absolutely the place I would recommended if curious about moving towards renewable energy!!!

Recently I decided to go with Solar for my home, due to the NV Power rates constantly hiking up. I had Michael come to my home and I decided to go with the plan, because between the price and savings I will see in the future was a spot on given. Well needless to say a few weeks later techs dropped off the Solar on my roof and a week later they came out and began working on installing them. To make a long story short I did have some minor issues arise, but Breanna and her team at Bell did fix the issues. I will say this, they do make every attempt to rectify every issue, make every effort to remedy any dissatisfaction, and will make every possible effort to make sure the home owner is happy. The biggest issues I had were communication, but this would not make me say anything negative about Bell as again I have talked to them and literally they need time to fix mistakes and ensure quality. Everything is a learning curve and honestly this is the business I would rather deal with as far as professional and legit makes every effort to please the customer and make things right.

The kept great communication, handled everything with installation, inspections, transferring power from NV Energy and all of the red tape. The Bell Electrical Systems team was a huge help to me and my husband during our recent power outage. Our house was without power for 1 hour when I finally called Bell on a Saturday night. They came out within 2 hours and provided a generator for a temporary solution until they could replace the main breaker. They returned promptly Monday morning and took care of everything! I was extremely pleased with their services, I will definitely be calling them again for ALL of my electrical needs.

I got my solar panels from Bell. Their salesman advised me to get my loan at LOANPAL, so I did. Bell did great work!! However LOANPAL has been a nightmare. I sold my house and the buyers had to assume the loan for the solar panels. LOANPAL almost caused the whole deal to fall thru by their untimely and unprofessional conduct. Their customer service and loan assumption staff were rude and demeaning. Bell needs to know how their customers are treated. I called Bell twice and was told someone would call back and no one has. I advise staying away from LOANPAL at all cost!!!!

Choosing a solar company can be overwhelming these days with all of the options available. We were referred to Breann McCulloch at Bell Solar & Electrical Systems by a close friend and our experience with her and the incredible team, was no less then amazing. From the loan application process to the installation, it was completely effortless and stress free. She walked us through each step and made sure we were thoroughly educated about every part of the process. You can never be too careful when choosing an electrician to work in your house. After reading some reviews and talking with friends; we chose Bell and are so pleased with the results! My husband and I needed to have a 220v outlet installed in our basement. Not really an easy task. The line had to run through a wall , up and out of a window well and then over to the electrical box on our back patio. This job if in the wrong hands could've ended up quite sloppy. Not so in this case at all! The electrician, Johnny, was on time, a diligent worker , very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use this company again if the need arises. Highly recommended!
