Finding the issue with our electrical system was an ongoing problem throughout the day today. They spent most of the day attempting to locate the issue however only charged us an extra hour. We are going to get another estimate for some other repairs to our home. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Will use them again.

The team at WV Elecrical Services was great! Justin come out on a Sunday because I had turned my main breaker off to reset my power and it wouldn't turn back on. The breaker panel was original to when the house was built in 1970 and he tried all evening to locate a replacement for the 53 year old main breaker but was unable. He then quoted me a new panel and worked to find one that would be able to reuse all of my original breakers to save the cost of replacing all 40 of them. WV Electrical Services continually communicated whith me to let me know what was happening and about scheduling and appointments. The team started on Monday morning and were here exactly when they said and stayed until the everything was complete. It was so great to find a team of dedicated people that really care about the customer. I would strongly recommend West Virginia Electical Services to anyone who needs anything done with their electric service. Satisfied customer! Charleston, WV

I hired them to update my box from 100 amp to 200 amp, add some receptacles, and install some lights and ceiling fans. They did and outstanding job and there price could not be beat. They were thorough, professional and did an A+++ job. Will definitely use them again.

In 2022 it's amazing how many contractor/trade companies don't have a website or even know how to answer the damn phone. Not the case here. These folks have been very responsive with great customer service and have been very accommodating. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Justin even took lots of time during the estimate to explain some of the nuts n bolts of how my system was outdated and wonky. When the time came the job was done quickly and properly, with a follow up appointment for an additional small update already set. Absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a family or friend. 👍🏼

They're a busy company, we ended up having to reschedule a few times, but it's understandable right now that some things just have to wait. When the fan was installed, they showed up on time, explained how everything was gonna go, and got the work done quickly. They were polite and offered some suggestions for things I could do in the future. I'll be using them again to replace three fans that are older and wired differently than I would like.

Justin did a great job upgrading an outlet for me. I have a tiny home, so the situation was not a typical one. But he found a way to make it work, AND he did it the same week I called, and much less expensive than a competitor's quote. Very friendly and professional; he cares about his customers and wants to do a good job for them.
